@TalkTalk talktalk what a joke transferred to them they were useless no wifi phone didn’t work so went back to sky said I opted out after cooling period so they wanted me to stay and pay for a service they didn’t supply?? and then default me on credit report 2 years down the line

I know this is really boring but on Day 8 of no broadband @TalkTalk text and email to say it’s now working. So I return home. No, it’s not working. It’s not exactly Kabul airport I know. But I am still annoyed.

@TalkTalk well I've received my new router thank you sent off the old one. And now my router needs an update...Will this service ever be working properly? I have no clue how to do an update I guess you do it remotely as I can't find anywhere on your Web page. ???

@TalkTalk Hello, my TalkTalk email address is not working! I can neither send or receive emails. My Onetel email hasn’t worked for months! It’s getting rather ridiculous now. Can you help with this? Is there a major problem with TalkTalk at the moment??
