    @TalkTalk @Susankerrison2 I'm not Susan, but I'll tell you anyway. I was a Tiscali customer and so came to TT one by accident. You then treated people like me like dirt. The day I disentangled myself from TT was a complete joy! The worst thing was the leak of customer data at your call centre in India 1/2

    @TalkTalk We have had no Wi-Fi for the past THREE WEEKS and have been contacting TalkTalk customer service multiple times. Today I have been on the phone with one of the staff (Namphilo) and she cut the call after I was talking to her for over an hour. I have had enough!!!!

    Talk Talk are utter **** no landline for nearly two weeks and now they want confirmation of when someone last phoned. How about just fixing the ******* landline 😡😡😡#TalkTalk @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Did a live health check as recommended - and just got the message: “We're working on your fault. You have an open case and we are working to fix it. Check back in a few days: if you don't see this screen the issue is fixed.” A few days?!!

    @GeorgeMonbiot Not just Vodaphone .. Talktalk has similar issues - faux apologies and systems designed to make it as difficult as possible to disconnect..

    @TalkTalk Given the complaints in this thread, I was wondering if there was something more I could do to avoid the problems others have faced. Apparently not. I guess we will be in touch when one of my relatives with a contract with you dies. I'll refer back to this convo to show I tried.

    @TalkTalk I am continuing issues with my phone line. I followed the automated service, and an engineer repaired it. I was told via text to wait three days for the line to adjust. The line still isn't working.
