    @TalkTalk some of the worst customer service ever experienced. Issues with internet service for 7 days so far and not even close to being resolved. Everyday I have to start the process from the start and go through the same procedures. Very frustrating. Better off with dial-up!

    I've had the most stressful day at work and @TalkTalk are only adding to my stress as I am not able to do my job properly with no WiFi and using my own mobile data instead. Please can @OpenreachHelp just fix the exchange tomorrow like you promise for once!

    @missmelaniev @TalkTalk I feel sorry for you. I was with talktalk and their customer service was shocking. I'd never recommend @TalkTalk to anyone.

    I am absolutely begging you, I am on the verge of tears I need my WiFi sorted tomorrow @TalkTalk I am really going to be under so much stress if tomorrow you tell me another 3 days are needed to update. As I customer I've never been more Unsatisfied or stressed!!

    @TalkTalk Well I’ve had an ongoing issue with your company for a while now overcharging my elderly father basically they have said I was lying about a conversation in May time when I was offered a deal and that a router was automatically sent out as your system picked out mine was old

    @TalkTalk Hi, how can I contact someone to discuss my contract (and possibly cancel)? The online chat says there’s no-one available, and I’ve been on hold via phone for ages. What is the expected wait time please? This is the third time I have tried.
