@TalkTalk I've been messed around enough so thank but no thanks, unless it's to offer me a refund on my last month's bill and compensation for having to increase my mobile tariff to cover the lack of broadband service.

@MartinSLewis @TalkTalk any advice a to how to effectively make a complaint ? I have a ticket open but multiple failed booked ring backs and then random ones when I am working. Two weeks so far!! Any suggestions as to how to penetrate poor customer treatment ?
