@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@OpenreachHelp We’v been in constant lengthy discussions with @TalkTalk & they’re saying it is down to Openreach They’re now saying phone won’t be working until at least 3rd June. Disgusting treatment of elderly vulnerable person by both companies. Both should be ashamed but don’t seem to care

@jayerinxo @TalkTalk I have the same problem in London. I did all the online tests and then their sms told me to call their customer service. When I call @talktalk customer service they tell me they are closed. So we are paying for a service we are not getting #TalkTalkDownAgain
