    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk been trying all evening to un cancel a cancellation order. 1st person didn't want to help and hung up, 2 more did the same. Last person transferred us to the cancellation team and after 2 hrs on hold they hung up the line!

    @TalkTalk I have called the company 11 times today. Duration of these calls are over an hour. I have had no internet service from 13.7.22 although my bill was paid. I was told I’d be compensated. I don’t want compensation I want to leave without charge
