@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

The TalkTalk Wholesale "new network migration" really has been a disaster. Had to replace the router, then go back to the BTOpenreach modem just to get a connection... now it's shaky as heck. Tempted to ask about a transfer back to the BT network just for reliability.

@TalkTalk Absolutely appalled by your customer services. 1.5 hrs talking to your customer services to be told I should "update the firmware" on my LANDLINE! Well, Openreach have now called to confirm they have fixed the fault on our line that you claimed didn't exist!

@TalkTalk my friends contract has expired, so is currently paying just short of £50pm, her original contract was just over £20pm. She has health issues so i am acting on her behalf. She would like a new contract on a much cheaper payment deal.

And another one, what I find odd, is that I never had this with TalkTalk. Finding it quiet funny actually, given my Telecomms job! Last lady was rude. I know the calls aren’t Sky’s fault.

@juliemac1000 @TalkTalk Julie they put mine up to over£34 at end of contract I complained said I would leave renegotiated got it down to £22 had tolisten to load of xxxxx this includes Netflix but worth it in end how did job go btw

Hello @TalkTalk you were meant to install my new broadband and tv on the 7th of January and i have not had INTERNET OR TELEVISION SINCE THEN #notacceptable also communication between company and customer is disgraceful and non-existent.
