@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

I'm sure I'm not the only one today that is complaining about #TalkTalk breaching their fixed term contracts with the April price hikes. They are an utter joke, and even more unhelpful via phone. We fix our terms for a reason, to keep costs down. How is this even legal?!

My call back for today has been changed again by text message. This is taking the ******* piss and I still have no broadband at all. Your company is taking me for a bloody fool. I want either my Internet sorted by the end of today or I am not paying for your service @TalkTalk
