@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk I called twice to cancel over a month ago. Been charged again and told not eligible for a refund! Everytime I get through to someone to finally give a refund the line cuts off! A multimillion £ company refusing to refund a single mum £40!

@TalkTalk I have been sitting for more than an hour trying to fix the issue with our fibre because apparently our order has been cancelled for no reason. Usually I don't have that much problems with your service but this is acc getting a bit annoying.
