@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@TalkTalk what is the update on the problem at the exchange in Solihull? Fault reported on 6 Oct - my 87 year old mother has been without incoming calls since then. Receiving appalling cust service - 2 hours spent on the phone elicited no answers.

@JustHelens Ahh okay. I’ve never had problems with Sky or BT. Just flitted between them to reduce costs. TalkTalk were absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced. Literally not enough speed to do a weekly shop and the service was appalling. Nothing improved until I could switch provider.

@TalkTalk Despite DMs with you over the last 2 days PLUS countless Live Chats (where I’m passed from pillar to post) PLUS countless telephone calls (where I was cut off 4 times yesterday alone) … I am now on DAY 6 of no internet 😡 Terrible service - if it’s not sorted today … I’m gone!

@TalkTalk Appalling after being cut off for failing security online check - trying to see why you have not updated my package as agreed, now I cannot chat to anyone due to maintenance. Terrible customer service.

Good of talktalk to waive all cancellation fees after I said I wanted to cancel because of bad service... but then not process the cancellation request so I've ended up paying for another month of crap wifi.
