    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    Hey @TalkTalk 26 hrs on from my broadband going down and 3 hrs since any contact this morning where you claimed you were "escalating" to mgmt I've had zero contact despite asking 3 times for an update...can someone get back to me please...please!

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @TalkTalk are you actually joking!No broadband from 5/10/20. Many calls and visits including digging up road! Latest engineer tested ‘super fast fibre router’ and still **** speeds below what you ‘guarantee’. Today a ******* bill for extra £50 call out. I want to speak to you!!!

    @dosh100 @virginmedia Who was your previous supplier? I use TalkTalk and have had issues in the past with overseas customer service at rare incidences of connection issues. But the service has been OK in the main. They’re all pretty much the same in@certain respects.

    Does anyone else have problems with @TalkTalk, I'm getting a download speed of 12 tonight, had to get rid of my packages and cant watch online streaming. Absolutely bloody useless, no wonder they are cheap, you only get half a signal

    @TalkTalk Internet out for hours now, cut out all of a sudden around 3.30 or so- service centre says it’s a fault in your network & my service will be affected... Rural Northern Irish connection is bad enough without this. Any update on we’ll be back online?
