    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    Hey @TalkTalk 26 hrs on from my broadband going down and 3 hrs since any contact this morning where you claimed you were "escalating" to mgmt I've had zero contact despite asking 3 times for an update...can someone get back to me please...please!

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @TalkTalk No Harold, you can’t. It is a terrible company and I wouldn’t use them if they were the last wifi provider in the world.

    @TalkTalk £40 to have a professional looking at it. I’ve just paid my monthly fee yesterday. I’ve requested to cancel the services (as a contract runs both ways and you aren’t doing your bit), I’ve been accused of not giving you 30 days to fix the issue.

    @bantersauruslex @virginmedia You're going to think I'm crazy but TalkTalk are so good, though you'd probably have to go into a new contract. I pay £20.95 monthly for approx 75mb download. Was about £28 for this when I was in Reading. We had so many issues with Virgin in our student house.

    .@TalkTalk Hi. I'm trying, again, to login to my account on the TalkTalk page, and again, it's not letting me. Firstly it claims I'm not registered, then when I try to register and create a password - which gets a green tick - it says: Error: Sorry, something went wrong. Help?
