@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@TalkTalk After 3 different engineer repair attempts, internet connection still keeps resetting and then it runs at 1/3 of the speed stated in the 150 Fibre contract. Complaint manager has not called back as promised and after 4 days still no updates. Disgraceful!

Existing @TalkTalk customer. Call today about upgrading to fibre BB installed in the area. Asked about price increases multiple times. Told it was fixed at 3.7% challenged if that was over inflation told no every time. Turns out it actually is.@MoneySavingExp Mis selling?
