Hey @TalkTalk 26 hrs on from my broadband going down and 3 hrs since any contact this morning where you claimed you were "escalating" to mgmt I've had zero contact despite asking 3 times for an update...can someone get back to me please...please!

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Also I had no service for 30 days becouse of broken bt cable no compensation offered becouse it didn't have a repair code that was on your compensation list but still had to pay for no service at all great customer service marks out of 10 zero

@TalkTalk just been charged £30 for a missed engineers appointment, when it was the engineer who didn’t show. 👏👏 great customer service. To make it worse passed between several departments to get the money back and still on no further. Can’t wait to leave you

@OpenreachHelp I have tried and tried with @TalkTalk to get them to escalate it and a friend who is high up in BT says that I should keep trying to ask you to escalate it so my mum can get some help before Wednesday! Please!
