    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk No Harold, you can’t. It is a terrible company and I wouldn’t use them if they were the last wifi provider in the world.

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @TalkTalk my grandfather has been trying to cancel his talk talk account for over a month since his wife died but he doesn’t know any of the security details. Why can you not just send him new log in details!!? You won’t let him amend his account but you insist on payment. Awful

    @TalkTalk No, he was named on the account only. We have tried resetting log in details and been denied on the phone repeatedly. They never had an email address registered to the account as far as he can remember.

    @TalkTalk You could rethink your system which puts multiple barriers in front of people trying to legitimately cancel broadband, and then financially penalises them for that delay in cancellation.
