    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @TalkTalk No Harold, you can’t. It is a terrible company and I wouldn’t use them if they were the last wifi provider in the world.

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk Fibre 150 is worse than standard broadband. Always dropping out, slow speeds. It’s bad enough I’m working on a Sunday - I don’t need this. AND IT’S NOT THE GODDAMN ROUTER.

    @TalkTalk Is there a known issue in LL57 3TJ? We've had service but since 4pm, every 10 minutes or so, the internet is dropping out for a minute.

    @TalkTalk internet is down again, in Birstall Batley, what a constant no end of problems with wifi connectivity...we’re all working from home and trying to keep in touch with our loved ones and we’ve had nothing but issues all year
