@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Regular loss of service for me, nearly every day it drops out for about an hour. When on extremely slow, 16 mbs . Actively getting quotes from other suppliers.

@TalkTalk I’ve had issues with rubbish service and on-off WiFi for months now. Moved my router to my hallway with wires trailing around as I was told no one could visit - first lock down. Last two days have been horrendous! Absolute joke

@TalkTalk FFS not again - I need it overnight. How many times a year am I going to lose service overnight due to maintenance. Going to have to switch to a more reliable service that has redundancy.
