@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@virginmedia you have some of the crappest customer service advisors going, you'll have knocked TalkTalk of the worst customer service spot before we know it. How hard is it to get the compensation I'm owed for having no broadband for 10 days.

@TalkTalk I can't reset my password or login to my account as I'm both registered and not registered at the same time. Defies all logic. Useless company. Only been with them 1 month and am seriously regretting it. Had no Internet since Sunday and support is useless.

@TalkTalk's broadband speed check registered 66.2Mbt/s (within their contracted speed) yet TalkTalk acknowledge there's a problem whereas an independent check registered 7.8Mb/s but you can't talk to anyone. #CustomerService is an alien concept to too many companies now.

the manager, waited and waited and guess what?! They terminated the call. No wonder @TalkTalk are one of the lowest rated for customer service! Absolutely awful from beginning to end.
