    Hey @TalkTalk 26 hrs on from my broadband going down and 3 hrs since any contact this morning where you claimed you were "escalating" to mgmt I've had zero contact despite asking 3 times for an update...can someone get back to me please...please!

    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    Imagine my @talktalk line NEVER went down, literally twice a year maximum. I’ve been with virgin media and honestly I’ve lost count the amount of hours I’ve been left offline while being charged full price each month. @virginmedia absolute dogs

    @TalkTalk another day with no internet. Booked an engineer to come, via online chat, tomorrow between 7-9am as they need to access the house. Had a message to say an engineer had been and the problem resolved but still no internet. Engineer has been cancelled tomorrow now.

    @claudelittner @TalkTalk If you want good customer service try @PlusnetOfficial . I switched to them recently and I really can’t praise them enough. Good price and had zero issues so far. They’re so helpful and it’s easy to actually speak to someone.
