    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk I've been trying to get in touch with someone for around 10 days now to cancel my account as the contract has run out but have been unsuccessful. Now I've been slammed with extra charges on top of a bill I wanted cancelling 😡 not happy!!

    @TalkTalk iv sent the DMs and listened to the call centre promising me calls back. Another day wasted no resolution from Talk Talk? I went from 27th October to 14th November with no internet now being told to pay £56 by 9th my sub is £22 and I'm paid up??

    @TalkTalk No point in talking to you? You lie, hang up, fob us off & treat customers like poop. As a company you have zero customer service skills & zero respect for customers. Spent over an hour today being fobbed off, redirected 5 times, told I was to blame & it was 100% you at fault!!!

    @TalkTalk 1. I have just experienced the worst customer service by you. Wasted a whole afternoon for your engineers to come to my house and fix the landline. I get a text message @ 2.06 pm that they have buzzed my door & left as there was no answer.

    @TalkTalk Joke of a company! I haven’t defaulted a payment in 3 years, called and disconnected after moving home, now I’ve received a bill for £80 claiming that no calls were logged and I never disconnected. JOKERS! AVOID THIS COMPANY! YET AGAIN DODGEY FOREIGN CALL CENTRES!

    Hi @TalkTalk. Got our new 4K tv box to replace our older one. How do you rewind live TV like we could on the old box and how do you start from the beginning of a programme? Holding down the OK button used to do this. Seems to be missing some of the functionality of the old box.
