@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Why is Talktalk web mail not working. Didn’t work yesterday, not working today. Put in email and password and then nothing. Talking to we chat line and they say work ongoing for 1/12 and nothing can be done. Surely not!

@TalkTalk Hi there, thanks for replying. I did of course check the service status, which of course said it was down, and then this morning said that it was back up and working yet after several on & offs of router, nothing!

@TalkTalk Well I had a appointment for today and organised myself and my time to allow for this to take place. But again no one called. This has been going on all year. Talk talk continues to offer me crap service and demands I pay. I don't believe or trust you will do what you say

@OpenreachHelp It’s a completely useless and contradictory process. You say contact talktalk who in turn blame it on openreach as it’s ‘your’ infrastructure, yet openreach don’t ‘talk’ to consumers direct. #stupid
