    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @MissElsaSvenson @OlgaCabaeva @IrishEssie What happened to pat 1? Thinking iv got a few IrishEssie films to get. But not till I get ££ to change from TalkTalk to BT fibre. TalkTalk are awful. Can just about view this clip with it freezing every second!!

    Only been with @TalkTalk a matter of months for broadband and I am so disappointed in the broadband speed and service. Never have I had Netflix stop and buffer so much. In hindsight should probably have stuck with BT.

    So @TalkTalk install fibre broadband locally knock my door promise me great speed and an @amazon voucher as an incentive three month on bad streaming and no voucher now told I’m not eligible for a voucher if anyone knocks your door from @TalkTalk close it quickly

    @TalkTalk I replied to another member of your team yesterday. This is the most response from you that we have had. We had to sort the problem out through the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution as you were not doing anything.

    @TalkTalk @winniesgirl2 It has been 5 days now without internet, have contacted talk talk multiple times on this issue. Spend 2 hours chatting with the assistant today and doing the same thing over and over again....now waiting for another 30 min and nothing has been sorted...

    @TalkTalk Not a lot of point tbh, it's taken you since March to sort something out, this month,and it's been infuriating. Months and months with nothing being done, no replies to calls, broken promises. Your customer service is appalling.

    @TalkTalk my wifi has not been working properly since 3 August. Had a new router sent didn’t fix problem, an engineer came out thought he fixed it but wifi worked for less than a day. I’ve been told another router has to be sent out!! Without wifi for nearly 2 weeks. It’s a joke
