@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@TalkTalk The poor service just keeps rolling, we have lost numerous potential customers and potential staff due to loss of service all Talktalk do is compensate £0.70p a day bare this in mind potential new customers!!!!!

@TalkTalk your advisor has lied to me promising a manager callback 26 hours later still no manager. Retention team called me put me through to CST they had to record of my complaint. Now on the phone on hold again for 36 mins appalling

@TalkTalk another day 1 of 7 without Internet and constant contact had left us with no service just ridiculous !! Despite saying it was resolved phoned tonight and told another fault is evident ... rubbish we will be cancelling anyone moving house .. avoid and just change !!

@TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk You’ve had enough changes to correct the problems you have caused. Which you haven’t. Please advise the pac. No. relating to my landline, so that I can transfer it to another provider. I will also arrange another provider for my broadband, as such I’ve cancelled my direct debit.
