    @TalkTalk No Harold, you can’t. It is a terrible company and I wouldn’t use them if they were the last wifi provider in the world.

    @TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk l got an email from talktalk saying l had cancelled my broadband and talktalk this is untrue Tallktalk said a company had cancelled broadband etc on my behalf.l don't want to cancel anything.l have an engineer booked for 5th Jan.

    So @TalkTalk are saying they’ll refund my friend in 5-7 days but that will be working days and given there are multiple bank holidays and closures over Christmas that means she will be short until January. She’s already living in food and fuel poverty and this doesn’t help her.

    Requirement from my company to come to office. I hope no one and I mean no has to suffer and get harassed like I did and get so much tension and stress. It's so disappointing that @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp are such giant corporations and yet their staff and service is so bad

    On 20th when the fault didn't fix I reached out again to @TalkTalk chat support and I was transferred between full fiber department and fttc department 5 times and each time they would say you have a different connection and we can't help and all I kept asking them was

    @TalkTalk Nothing will get sorted as the engineers who are fixing is 3rd party. My biggest complaint is my parent not able to speak to there friends at Christmas wishing them a happy one. For talk talk who are big they can’t even fix a phone line.
