@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk I want help with the service you promised us yesterday. 6 different call centre people have told us 6 different things from instantaneous to 24 hours. I had a call centre person refuse to speak to an engineer. He actively confirmed his refusal. This level of service is a disgrace
