@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk We're very stressed at dealing with your rude, unhelpful and aggressive staff. Worst customer service ever experienced. Service is not working, unable to load webpages or receive email. We've spent hours talking to this idiot.

@TalkTalk There’s always an issue, if I try online chat on your website, or via telephone to your call centres abroad that don’t understand English, and I tried with Twitter and they are all terrible customer service that never help. Terrible!

@TalkTalk I am VERY disappointed in the service since I upgraded to Fibre 65. I haven't received consistent good Wi-Fi connection that I was promised . I wish to switch provider due to inconsistent slow WiFi which is worse that Fibre 35.

@TalkTalk Your crappy web chat customer service just took 45 mins to identify a problem I told them I had going in. So unless you’re able to compensate a day and a half loss of earning via twitter I very much doubt it.
