@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk I’m in London N11 and my internet has been down since yesterday 7pm briefly came back on and turned off again today at 7/7:30pm, the broadband light on my router sometimes flashes and the internet one is off completely, tried connecting to the test socket to no avail,suggestions?
