@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@ChrisChapman_ @TalkTalk I'm joining you. It's gonna cost me a bit to move, but i can't stand @TalkTalk anymore. Internet has been consistently dropping to 0.07 down over the past 3 months. Every call i have is 1 hour of me telling them to rest con, and then refusing until they eventually do and it works

@TalkTalk Evening! Any updates on outage in Coventry area? No broadband since yesterday morning. Your colleagues confirmed outage in area earlier today and said to keep an eye on the service centre dashboard for updates, but service centre dashboard still shows no faults, so no updates.
