    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk My TalkTalk router’s LoS light kept being red. Despite turning on / off and checked wire connections. I’ve sent you DM with my actual home address. I need help.

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    Hey @TalkTalk 26 hrs on from my broadband going down and 3 hrs since any contact this morning where you claimed you were "escalating" to mgmt I've had zero contact despite asking 3 times for an update...can someone get back to me please...please!

    This is my internet speed, which is provided by TalkTalk. It’s not good enough to work remotely. I’m paying £40 a month for something that is rarely fit for purpose. Can someone @TalkTalk let me know what you can do? Either improve it or cancel the service please.

    @TalkTalk For the last few weeks we have been unable to watch any of our HD channels and even the normal channels have been pixelated and unwatchable. We have unplugged every single lead in every single appliance and reset countless times, checked out aerial and nothing has worked! Help!

    @virginmedia Really? I ordered your broadband more than a month ago and no one at your end knows when the installation will happen. 2 installations cancelled and now the installation is pending or basically nobody knows when. I thought that TalkTalk service was the worst...well, I was wrong!

    Things that didnt make me want to switch ISP: the internet being slow, laggy and crashing multiple times a day for no reason. Things that made me switch ISPs: @TalkTalk banning SciHub and limiting access to scientific articles. Bye now.🖐🏽
