@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

TalkTalk have the worst customer service I have ever come across. They’ll transfer your call through 5 departments before dealing with your query.

@TalkTalk I'm from Ng7 4hl My internet has been down since the 11/09/22. After continuous calls to the TalkTalk customer service team, nobody could tell me when an engineer could come out. I requested call backs from the manager, but all they did was drop call me.I AM STILL WAIT
