    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @JaneyLlou @Ksz24352334 @nadhimzahawi Even so, funny how it takes that long to bring them to book. That is the problem of our whole system as a whole. Putting in misappropriates. Harding had a huge info leak at TalkTalk. I think it was deliberate. Track & Trace case & point.

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @SRichardsUK @TalkTalk Ours is exactly the same cannot hold a signal for more than 10 mins without crashing.

    Never missed a payment with @TalkTalk and I needed to pay today, but I don’t get paid till Friday, yet a multi million pound company can’t wait till Friday, oh well I’m sure I can get another company to hook me up, contract cancelled

    @TalkTalk Phoned @TalkTalk on Saturday. Spent an hour and got nowhere. "Marvin" promised he would phone today at 6.00pm as there were no managers in on the weekend. No phone call. Worst Customer Service Ever.

    @TalkTalk Your handling of my parent’s account has been woeful. They’re moving due to poor health, they won’t be needing their phone line anymore, and you’re holding them to a contract which my parents were talked into extending. How do you propose to resolve this in a better manner?

    @clarinette02 I have always replaced the provided hardware with my own as never found a provider router delivered what they promised. Though in your case would feel a bit like letting talktalk off the hook I guess

    @TalkTalk has to have the worst service ever. Have been complaining for about 2 weeks just going round and round in circles. Staff are no help too.

    @KittySnac They piss off because u left them for someone else if they wanted to keep u as a customer then they must do anything to keep you as a customer if ur Internet connection starting to be **** then fix it so it can be top notch again it how I left Talktalk they didnt fix my Internet

    @TalkTalk No, waiting on an engineer call due within the next three days. Router's still stuck on a solid orange light, never connecting to the internet nor being visible to any wifi devices.
