@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@ThreeUK Is there a problem with service today? Data keeps dropping out and signal never more than the smallest bar. No WiFi at home (thanks @TalkTalk) so really need my 4G...or even 3G!! Is 2G a thing? I'll take that! Just ANY service

absolute day light robbery #TalkTalk rubbish internet service. Will never use this company again. Signed up for their service but they couldn’t provide. Now being charged £143 to leave them after 3 months of poor service

@TalkTalk As I cant get hold of you any other way...I had no service from you prior to Xmas, I paid for a router that you said was the problem...it wasn't. No phone no internet, 4 engineers and a promise of an reduced bill..paid full bill, another months bill in and still no reduction??
