@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Already checked the line and completed all of the steps like last time. Doesn’t help. Issue is external and likely needs to be fixed by an engineer (like BT did for their customers)

Just on phone to @TalkTalk customer service. After 2 hrs on phone and been cut off by a rude guy, they refuse to reinstate my line for a month and will not communicate. Since a provider is defined by when one has issues, which network provider would you recommend?

@TalkTalk I've been in contact with a support person. It ended with them saying "it works, try connecting to it now", where I swapped from my phone's data allowance to TalkTalk broadband, lost internet connection (because it's not working) and the support session ended. Now it's too busy..

@talktalk Do you have any issues in Nottingham? MY internet has been very slow since last night and still the same today, barely 1mbps, numerous router resets solved nothing
