@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@TalkTalk I've tried that in the past with flaccid responses from "Live"? Chat (useless) and eventually spending hours waiting for phone to be answered whilst waiting for response from "Live Chat". Honestly sh#t Customer Service. Lobby your CEO for our (and your) sake.

@TalkTalk rubbish service. V hard to get through to a human voice. Even harder to battle through checks & delays...We told you we thought it was the router - but still had to pay an engineer callout fee and wait for days to get the new router sorted.
