@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk i got through to talktalk at 8am and they said large areas across UK have issues, they are trying to resolve the issues but can talk up to 72 hours!
