@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk our WiFi router goes off and flashes orange every day, your service is frustrating and quite frankly draining. Please sort this out ASAP. I just want WiFi that bloody works!!!
