@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Having checked the areas your company state on the site as being affected I do NOT fall into any yet I've been without service for over 7 hours. Due to this my home security is rendered useless & I have NOT SLEPT for my households safety. Compensation??

@TalkTalk I’ve logged in to my account and cancelled this. However I don’t want charge for this this month. I only use broadband and now have an extra £14 coming out my account on 12/2 for a service that is paid in advance until 3/3

@TalkTalk There is no internet service since 11pm last night. It’s 10am right now, still no connection and I need it for work. I already had to cancel a class, because I had no Internet connection at all. So frustrating.

@TalkTalk I dont want assistance, just having a moan about how terrible Talktalk TV is. Unless you can give me a box that isn't as sluggish as a spectrum 128k then it will remain the the bin.

@KerrAvonB7 @KimberleyJayne4 @virginmedia Good advice thats what I did. I had problems with Talktalk, customer services were in South Africa. Couldnt understand a word, thick african accents and very unhelpful, avoid them .

@TalkTalk There is no internet service at all since 10 pm last night the box has an orange light now and that’s it and it’s 8am right now and I need it for work !!!

@TalkTalk Not really an account problem, it's just a very sluggish and poor copy of a firestick. Now TV doesn't work on it so may aswell just cast from phone and cut the pointless box out
