    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @talktalk Terrible service: left after over 10 years of bad communication mainly by bot 😩 trying to get more money out of me for a new router after 10 years paying of paying first one! Now now info about final bill and taken more money out! Impossible company.

    @EnriquezRaido @TalkTalk Thanks! I already sent DMs, and multiples emails, and called your line three times this week. Currently, I am waiting again for a callback (this has been rescheduled five times since 30 Nov.). I am also waiting for a deadlock letter so I can cancel the service.

    @TalkTalk No you ******* won't, you haven't any other time clearly. Had to call you about 6 times this year because of the WiFi going out, every time get the same run around, never changes. Need a bloody change in your company culture. Clearly incapable in every area you bunch of tits.

    Hey @talktalk I sent y’all a dm. Why is my internet still cutting in and out? The maintenance ended at 8am, yet it is almost 3, and I cannot get my work done for this internet constantly not working.

    @mateybloke Possible but not sure that'd cause loss of internet on all devices at times. Feels like it's wiring or an ISP issue. Not easy getting support today @TalkTalk
