@TalkTalk yet again more problems with Internet. And they haven't even solved my complaint for their service being out for over 5 days at Christmas, they simply asked how their agents resolved the problem. You didn't. Check your DMs and actually get a manager to respond to me???

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@TheLilSquidge @TalkTalk @Plusnet I hear you, though if you look at my recent tweets/replies, you will see the cost of poor customer service, unreliable broadband, and, even, the breaking of regulations and inability to escalate problems caused by some number of customer account errors.. 1/2

  • bestbuddybob rob hayes (@bestbuddybob) reported

@TalkTalk I did not cancel I got to the end of my contact

  • Trixamus Paul trix (@Trixamus) reported

Do not get a contact with @TalkTalk they lie about when you get the product and when u cancel because they can not give you what they said they would they open up a new account with out telling you then tell you you have to wait while turn off line and I can not have broadband

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@TheLilSquidge @TalkTalk @Plusnet 2/2 broadband is more than the advertised speed.. congestion in your local area can result in poor speeds, especially at busy times, traditionally evening/weekend, but now anytime that Zoom etc matter.. Worth asking Plusnet to explain the benefits they can offer you.

  • Jamsmitchell jam (@Jamsmitchell) reported

    ******* talktalk down again

  • JackyDexe JackyDexe (@JackyDexe) reported

@TalkTalk Absolutely shocking service as I’ve just sent you a transcript of a previous problem with the same router.... clearly The router is not working and I was advised it would be quicker and better if I took a new contract how wrong was that it will only connect to my mobile
