My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

It's good that you fix the problems, but we, the customers, would appreciate if we were told how long to expect the internet to be down.

So much depends upon location (signal strength/reliability) and use case. Recent TalkTalk victim was in mobile ‘not spot’
