    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk Lol, no thanks. When your own customer service manager decided that it was better to just talk over me than listen to what I had to say, I knew I was right to ditch you and move to a proper ISP. Your customer service has been disgusting from day 1.

    @TalkTalk I have spoken to at least sixteen of your colleagues over seven weeks you've sent out engineers then you tell me you have fixed the problem when you haven't I'm spending loads extra on mobile data you send emails and texts telling me you will contact me which you don't.

    To the crap provider @TalkTalk , no broadband for 7 weeks, no fault at my end , problem with exchange or green box in street but they won't fix it (@Bournemouthecho) hours of my life wasted on phone calls to them , they continually promise to phone next day, never happens
