    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk hello - broadband is v poor in Norwich today. I’ve done line tests etc as seems to be ongoing problem. Please can you DM me?

    @SRichardsUK @TalkTalk Ours is exactly the same cannot hold a signal for more than 10 mins without crashing.

    @YorkshireGlover @BT Why do BT engineers not just carry spare hubs…… ridiculous. We had the worst experience ever between BT and TalkTalk - 14 weeks without internet due to intransigence and incompetence. Have since moved to Virgin Fibre

    @angelalaw1999 @TalkTalk That doesn’t surprise me at all. Good idea with webchat, then keep the transcript as evidence. I’ve spent days on the phone to them, all day once, then told “I can’t help you”. I’ve had to double my data as I have no wi-fi at all today. Nobody has come online to enquire or help.

    @TalkTalk yet another disappointing experience with TalkTalk. My network drops every now and then and nobody is helping me. And I need to move house next week. And There is no straightforward way to do the move. No information available on your website, it just says talk to

    @TalkTalk This is an official complaint upheld by cisas but I am now receiving demands for payment or threat of debt collection. My correspondence has been with CEO office but I am not receiving a reply

    @DFitzy19801 @TalkTalk Fitzy. I once went with Talk Talk for broadband. The customer service was hopeless. Equipment supplied didn't work. I gave up.

    Man, TalkTalk suck. We don't get internet or our phoneline through them (not anymore at least, thank goodness), but my Dad does. He's been trying to cancel his expired contract with them for the past week and they won't, simply because he doesn't know the account number.
