@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@virginmedia Your service is a joke. Just waited 15mins for disconnection team only to be cut off. Having to call again whilst 4 messages offering me a £5 discount for being a good customer! Your broadband service is poor and expensive. Just got a deal with @talktalk 50% cheaper

@TalkTalk Hi for some reason 'My Account' doesn't render on screen in Chrome browser. Works ok in Firefox but I think you need to get someone to fix it else people using Chrome wont be able to see bills etc.

We have been without Internet for a couple of days. @TalkTalk staff on DM polite, helpful, prompt in their support. I THINK we might be back up and running, with a new router on the way. Thanks for your help Mitchell at Talk Talk 👍
