@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@samn_92 @TalkTalk Mine is down too in M14 😞 My neighbour’s too. Really hope there will ge a fix soon? The last update was a few hours ago. It’d be really good to know some kind of ETA as to when we will get service back.

@TalkTalk evening I've spent 2 weeks trying to get you to unblock my residential phone. I've given up repeating myself. The last communication I had with TT resulted in the following surreal response to you doing absolutely nothing to resolve the problem.
