Darren *Life Is Overrated* Richardson (@S0UNDK1LLAH66) reported from Great Yarmouth, England@JaneyLlou @Ksz24352334 @nadhimzahawi Even so, funny how it takes that long to bring them to book. That is the problem of our whole system as a whole. Putting in misappropriates. Harding had a huge info leak at TalkTalk. I think it was deliberate. Track & Trace case & point.

-
Daz (@Daz_1105) reported@TalkTalk can't fault your service over the past however many years I've been with you but would be nice to tell me my contract is coming to an end so I can sort out a new deal instead of just doubling my bill and hope I wouldn't notice
-
jon baldwin (@JGBalders) reported@TalkTalk , cusotmere service is ridiculous, I have made a data access requests under GDPR on a number of occassions with the person or AI bot who is supposedly dealing with my complaint, and it has yet to be achknowledged let alone actioned. I have asked to cancel my service
-
MarionWindsor - #FBPE (@Go4gold100) reported@TalkTalk "Accidentally turned on CallSafe (£1/m feature) instead of Last Caller Barring due to wrong code from AI tool. Your phone team says I have to wait 30 days to cancel, but it's a rolling boost. Please turn CallSafe off and add Last Caller Barring today."

Catherine Arthur (@CatArthurian) reportedUpdate... They want my 82 yr old mum to send a speed test result by connecting the computer (upstairs) to the router (downstairs) via ethernet cable (which they don't have). 🤨 I explained that they won't be able to do that - they don't have a laptop, and it's not practical to unplug their pc and relocate it next to the router - they just can't physically do it. TalkTalk were not interested and insist it's the only way they can check if they are not receiving the correct speeds – although they did tell me during my first call that they could see the speed was only 12mbps...🤔 They will send an ethernet cable by post anyway, or could send someone out to do it – £150 call out fee. Never mind. Contract ends in October and won't be renewed... Nice service for the elderly, what?
-
Bharath Netha (@BharathNetha21) reported@TalkTalk My contract ended May 2026. I declined renewal, returned my router, and was explicitly promised NO fees on the phone. Now I'm being chased for a £21.05 bill (including admin fees) for a closed account! Your phones aren't connecting. DM me to fix this immediately.
-
Fazillionaire (@FAZILLION) reported@TalkTalk Siyanda, can you confirm that the cancellation fee will be waived on the basis of the nature of my case, then we can talk via DM's. If youc an't help me, I have to take my campaign to Linkedin and get some of your chief executives involved.
-
The Ancient Crone (@CroneThe86880) reported@devilscustard @TalkTalk I had HUGE trouble with them several years ago when I moved to a house where they couldn't supply any service but they continued to take my money for 6 months and ignored all my communications to them, actually threatening me with bailiffs.
-
arunsomasundaram (@arunvenay) reported@TalkTalk my internet gone down and no service, when I call talk talk customer care service, it’s asking me to raise request using online portal, tell me how can I do that without internet, I’m very patient but you’re really touching my nerves
-
Tony Notman (@TonyNotman49593) reported@devilscustard @TalkTalk Typical behaviour of companies when you do not pay for the service they failed to provide. Better to ignore them. They will eventually go away. BT, Vodafone, and virgin have tried this with me.
