@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Ordered broadband off you and was installed 2 weeks ago. Engineer turned up at 4pm when he/she was suppose to arrive between 8am and 1pm. Broadband installed doesn't work called you said engineer would come on Thursday and nobody would need to be at house. Engineer turns up...

@Talktalk have doubled my internet and phone bill since January. Now I have the hassle of finding another provider and @TalkTalk lose a customer. Why do companies do this to us. Bah!
