    @JaneyLlou @Ksz24352334 @nadhimzahawi Even so, funny how it takes that long to bring them to book. That is the problem of our whole system as a whole. Putting in misappropriates. Harding had a huge info leak at TalkTalk. I think it was deliberate. Track & Trace case & point.

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk Well that proves the point I was saying I wish I had chosen you and not @bt_uk as my provider. Ironic you replied to a complaint about @bt_uk and they haven’t bothered. Not that I’m the least surprised they couldn’t careless. I will use you next time for sure.

    @Theodora8 @TalkTalk My advice is to avoid Talktalk. Abysmal customer service, outsourced to Asia. My problem never got resolved, I just left kept loads of screen shots and told them to whistle. Recommend plusnet. Night and day difference.

    If @TalkTalk believed in Santa Claus they would send me a brand new, working, set-top box. My replacement one, sent only a month ago, was obviously not new but a re-conditioned one. I know this because it keeps breaking down on me already. Please Santa - save my Christmas please!
