@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk We have been trying to get a problem solved with you for 6 months or more, still no joy. You have the right name 'TalkTalk because that is all you do, your engineer put in a report and still we got nothing sorted. You dont deserve custom.

@virginmedia Hi, we just switched to virgin following poor customer service at Talktalk. This was to be a new wifi router, however appears to be one of the used returns, that has been sent straight out to us from.another customer possibly. I or my partner would be free to do a web chat, 1pm

@xkathxx @TalkTalk All i can say is WOW, im so happy im finally leaving. So Talktalk internet will get a further £35 from me for being out of contract & leaving! They increased my month subscription from £24 to £35.36 (punishment for leaving there network OUT OF CONTRACT!) AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
