    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk Please read the original tweet. Email is fine. User cannot log into account (and therefore cannot access support) because your "technical issue" (unspecified) won't allow them to log in. If this is a *different* issue, how do we proceed?

    @TalkTalk Thanks Andy. I managed to renew the contract after speaking on the phone & using chat with several different people. The problem with using My Account was I could not access it because I still had an old Tiscali address & it wasn’t being recognised. I have changed this now.

    @TalkTalk I appreciate that but my husband is being told he can’t be helped and we have no internet in the meantime? After being a customer for 10 years I would’ve hoped to treated with better service.

    I would advise anyone considering TalkTalk Future Fibre/FTTP to give it a swerve. The implementation is a mess: account and billing problems, issues following installation, frequent loss of service. Currently 48 hours without a connection, support forever 'escalating' issues.
