    @TalkTalk @SRichardsUK @NewPantomimePro Mines slowed down too.... buffers now on @NetflixUK and @DisneyPlusUK .... spose to be “ultra fast”

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @SRichardsUK @TalkTalk Ours is exactly the same cannot hold a signal for more than 10 mins without crashing.

    @TalkTalk Help! My internet is down, now told it will be fixed in 2/3 days!! I am disabled, my life is online. My music, tv, medication, shopping! Come on!

    @TalkTalk So, what was it? It took more than 9 hours for you to fix it. At no point were the customers given any information how long it would take. It's good that you fix the problems, but we, the customers, would appreciate if we were told how long to expect the internet to be down.

    @MrMultispace @Yahoo Some people will be better off with a 4G/5G router .. lower cost, higher speed, more reliable, easier to switch provider.. So much depends upon location (signal strength/reliability) and use case. Recent TalkTalk victim was in mobile ‘not spot’
