@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk Dear God, you are STILL sending me bills!!! I have tried to cancel my contract since 7th October. Finally managed to cancel it on 7th December and was told to expect a Final bill. That NEVER came only a FINAL DEMAND!! I paid in January and was told that was it 1/2
