@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

@TalkTalk today I had a conversation with one of your call centre staff, a female, what an awful woman and she went out of her way to annoy and irritate instead of wanting to help and resolve the fact that we have no Internet

@TalkTalk Wow hi world ,this is my first ever tweet (lucky you) .I'm 51 years old so I've been around a bit .please world avoid talk talk at all costs no pun. I have never known such poor customer service EVER in my life .the worst thing is non UK call centers,the call handlers
