    @Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

    @TalkTalk I've been on your website trying to see which deals are available to me for the last hour, but keep getting an error page after choosing my address from the drop-down menu. Why can't I go any further?

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @SRichardsUK @TalkTalk Ours is exactly the same cannot hold a signal for more than 10 mins without crashing.

    @JaneyLlou @Ksz24352334 @nadhimzahawi Even so, funny how it takes that long to bring them to book. That is the problem of our whole system as a whole. Putting in misappropriates. Harding had a huge info leak at TalkTalk. I think it was deliberate. Track & Trace case & point.

    @TalkTalk Help! My internet is down, now told it will be fixed in 2/3 days!! I am disabled, my life is online. My music, tv, medication, shopping! Come on!

    Hey @TalkTalk 26 hrs on from my broadband going down and 3 hrs since any contact this morning where you claimed you were "escalating" to mgmt I've had zero contact despite asking 3 times for an update...can someone get back to me please...please!

    @TalkTalk customer for less than a day and already considering leaving. FTTP 500 set up yesterday, 0.00 upload speeds, streaming services like Netflix and iPlayer seem to be blocked, and been on hold with an agent for over 40 minutes now. Good job I kept my vodafone fibre live

    I don't use TalkTalk as my ISP (obviously) but they're still finding a way to inconvenience my by having their wholesale service not work reliably for the last several days. Absolute clownshoe organisation

    @IlminsterSteve @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup They got me VERY riled by not being professional & accepting my wish to cancel. I was then transferred (twice) to another Dept which - amazingly - didn’t answer, which meant I had to restart the entire rigmarole again. Twice. Suffice to say I was fuming by the end. Not good (:

    @GrahamBroughto7 @TalkTalk I bought a router of them for upstairs because I can't get the internet all around the house and I still have the seem problem,they are the worst company for internet I have ever been with ,you can't even get logged into your account.

    1) Phone us (Talktalk) to cancel, and verify your cancellation date. Capture code if you wish to keep the same phone number 2) Contact your new planned provider and get a booking date prior to your cancellation date with us This is not what is being stated, and costs customers

    @virginmedia Staying with my parents and your internet is cutting out all the time! I never have this in my flat on TalkTalk. Sort it out, your service is more expensive than TalkTalk and so much worse! I rented a movie before the internet went down and now I can’t watch it.

    @TalkTalk Yes I have. Initially I spoke to customer services who told me I need to cancel my existi g package so that they can then apply the new package. When I got tra sferred to the future fibre sales team they didn't know what to do!
