@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@midalifecrisis @TalkTalk Ngl mate, you probably won't get much help, it'll fix for a few days then go back to what it is currently. I'd suggest a new provider if possible, (also done use their stock router)

@TalkTalk I was told by TT support that there is outage and OpenReach will fix it in FOUR days. However there is no information on outage on your website! I have VDSL line up (showtime) however unable to obtain ip via dhcp. When is it going to be fixed realistically? Started around 2pm.

@TalkTalk Well I had a appointment for today and organised myself and my time to allow for this to take place. But again no one called. This has been going on all year. Talk talk continues to offer me crap service and demands I pay. I don't believe or trust you will do what you say

@TalkTalk Good morning, is there any issues with the broadband in Gateshead NE8? It went off last night about 21:00 and is still off. I have reset the router several times now. I have tried to run tests through my account but it keeps saying it's fine.

@GaryWhi02047136 @GBNEWS Gotta be good for you, extra hours, extra cash! Yeah all fine here thanks and obviously same for you with all that work lol. Sorted the new phones out yesterday asking with a new TalkTalk box that had a broken aerial of thru...cheap kak that's they supply. Put old box back!

@TalkTalk my internet isn’t working in the Berkshire area. Does anyone else have this problem? Customer service are shocking, all they do is run line tests and send out new routers which doesn’t fix the problem! Someone please help.
