@TalkTalk I'm writing here as we were told by your customer service that we wouldn't even be able to access your complaints line until tomorrow. Waited 8am - 1pm for an engineer that didn't even turn up, spoke to your staff on phone to be told you don't know when he'll arrive.

@TalkTalk This has been going on since early this morning, no outgoing or incoming emails. For HOURS. Unacceptable. Why are we paying for an inexistent service? Emails are vital.

@TalkTalk I've explained repeatedly that we have zero mobile signal there and the landline is broken but I keep being told that we need to be at home to do some checks. Please just send an engineer!

@TalkTalk Planned outages on TWO days for 'improvements' you should have the #1 business in the world all the outages you have, sadly not. Which mastermind decided to have an outage for all the working day ? Unbelieveable! Only TT would do it.

@TalkTalk I'd just like to say I am SO unhappy with your service. I have been on the phone for an hour to try to fix our broadband. The engineer came out yesterday to connect it after we waited a week after moving in with no broadband, and it's not working.

At the very, very least they need to nationalize Openreach, the internet network that BT, EE, TalkTalk, Sky Broadband (almost everyone except Virgin) leases connection from, and nationalize Shell Energy, a company that offers gas+electric+broadband in one bill.
