    @SRichardsUK @TalkTalk Ours is exactly the same cannot hold a signal for more than 10 mins without crashing.

    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @neargeek @vimeous @BBCRadio4 Does sound like a fullfibre first area (i.e an exchange area where you'll only be able to get full fibre service & you'll be migrated off existing copper based products). If TalkTalk providing a link that suggests digital voice will come as part of it then yes I'd question them.

    @TalkTalk you've had me on a call for 2 and a half hours and I've been transferred and waiting for you to pick up the phone for 45 minutes. I've spent over 9 hours talking to you lot on the phone over 4 days. Please help me

    @TalkTalk Internet not working for a month at our place in OX3. Been told open reach have come and fixed the fault. They haven't, nothings changed. So fed up we're looking to leave Talk Talk after many years.

    @TalkTalk shoddy service continues. Complaint team was due to call Monday. Didn't as all systems down all day. Scheduled another call today. Didn't. Now scheduled for next Monday. For a complaint that's been running since February.

    Really disappointed in @TalkTalk WiFi just stopping working at my grandparents today, leaving them isolated and getting pretty stressed when they don't have any other way of getting online (no smartphone etc). Customer service by email which grandma obviously can't access.👎
