    @TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

    @JaneyLlou @Ksz24352334 @nadhimzahawi Even so, funny how it takes that long to bring them to book. That is the problem of our whole system as a whole. Putting in misappropriates. Harding had a huge info leak at TalkTalk. I think it was deliberate. Track & Trace case & point.

    And if I can’t enter the nonexistent details of the account that doesn’t exist anymore because it’s closed, into MyAccount which I have never had access to (hence why I closed the account) then no one can help me to stop @talktalk from billing me for a non existent account. (5/6)

    @virginmedia I don’t have an Ethernet cable to trail that far. As I’ve already mentioned, whilst on TalkTalk I had their hub in the same location that the Virgin hub is. The resolution to this issue is to send me a Hub 4 or Hub 5 and not plug in 5 Pods
