My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

That is the problem of our whole system as a whole. Putting in misappropriates. Harding had a huge info leak at TalkTalk. I think it was deliberate. Track & Trace case & point.

Just ignored the major part !! Not a professional standard is it? Why does TalkTalk employ people for? Leaving customers frustrated is not good.
