@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@TalkTalk When I told each of them the router or the internet wasn't the problem. A plug that has died with no lights was. But computer says no.

The best bit about being with @TalkTalk is that the connection is so intermittent that by the time you get through to anyone at a Customer Services, who blame your set up (even though an engineer has been out twice) it starts working again.
