@TalkTalk - terribly outdated customer service which urgently needs addressing. Stop with the awful scripted niceties and get on with the job. Customers don’t have hours to spend on the phone - especially when you can’t send a renewal contract after 3.5 hours of “chat”.

@TalkTalk 8 days since my full fibre install.Still no sign of my eero router.6 separate conversations with fibre team and 1 of their managers with assurance it’s on its way.Still no confirmation or tracking information.Appalling service,why are you unable to dispatch 1 router!?
