@TalkTalk Our internet is continually crashing at it’s worst every 10 minutes. My family are in Australia and New Zealand and we were unable to speak with any of them again due to this problem. It seems there are a lot of angry customers suffering the same fault.

@TalkTalk been trying all evening to un cancel a cancellation order. 1st person didn't want to help and hung up, 2 more did the same. Last person transferred us to the cancellation team and after 2 hrs on hold they hung up the line!

@TalkTalk I have called the company 11 times today. Duration of these calls are over an hour. I have had no internet service from 13.7.22 although my bill was paid. I was told I’d be compensated. I don’t want compensation I want to leave without charge
