    @TalkTalk hi I just had one of your engineers come round and tell me I'm on g-fast and that im 348 meters away from the server which is causing issues with my connection and told me I'd need to change to VDSL or go full fibre so can I get some help with that please

    What’s going on @TalkTalk do you not want new customers? Absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced, leading to us being without the internet for over a week! Fun times when you work from home 🙄

    @TTB_Partner how come when I was living on the side of a mountain in the middle of nowhere in some tiny little village my wifi is better and more consistent then my talktalk wifi in London. Never mind the extortionate prices you charge! Have a good day cause I didn’t 🙃

    @JamesD1993 @TalkTalk Sorry about that dear, had similar issue few weeks ago couldn't get help from ig support until a friend advice me to message #cyberking_consultant0 ON Instagram who helped me gain access back to my account without collecting a dime.

    @TalkTalk well well well the fibre we should have got installed on 27/6 was actually installed today but we still have a problem we only got 0.5 speed and landline not working. phoned them they said it will take anything from 24 hours up to a week to get that sorted diabolical

    @TalkTalk your internet connection is terrible! Always getting disconnected and even tried charging us for something you lot botched up! Worst company we’ve been with. A snail could run better wifi speed than what yours is giving us.
