Unbelievable customer service from @TalkTalk - broadband service switched over today. Sky box won’t connect to the WiFi. Customer services said it would only work as a wired connection!!! Why am I paying for WiFi then???

Great to waste my day off playing the “why is my @TalkTalk WiFi unusable yet again?” Today I even added “is that customer service agent typing so slowly the live chat timed out”? Absolute joke. Wanna refund me for all my wasted data trying to figure out your problem?
