    @TalkTalk trying to contact talk talk about upgrade..no online ordering, phone number doesn't work and no contact numbers....not impressed. How can an internet provider not have online ordering/help? 😖

    Day 2 - @TalkTalk 1hour 30 minutes into a call and your technical advisor still can’t seem to get hold of any management or anyone capable of fixing the issue “on our system it’s fine “would I be calling if it was fine” clearly not can’t wait to cancel!

    @TalkTalk CMP-102932. Account No. 1013554865. I received a message from my bank today saying that payment for £172.37 was due to talktalk tomorrow. You assured me that this payment would not be taken. Please amend your records and don't take this payment. You really are the worst!

    @TalkTalk Terrible service. My 95 year old Mum is without her talk talk phone until Monday. The first engineer available is 5 days away even though she’s on their “vulnerable” list. Shocking!
