@TalkTalk I spent 40 minutes on the phone yesterday explaining my TalkTalk router had just 'died'. Had to argue for a replacement and still have not received a confirmation email or text. Your customer service is abysmal.

Three and a half hours into my call to @TalkTalk and I am losing the will. This company is so bad it’s untrue. For a communications company to be totally unable to communicate. Now they are still on the line but have gone silent. God help me. Another 8 days without the internet

@TalkTalk Don't go with these guys you will regret. I have been trying to get rid of them since November, despite countless calls, hours on the phone, disconnections, poor reception, passed around dept's, shameless social media team who just send you back to the call centres. It's hell.
