Biggest mistake in life is signing up with @TalkTalk @TalkTalkTV . Their internet service is the worst I have ever experienced!! So PSA; DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM !!!!!

@VodafoneUK shocking service After 2 years in new home tried to add a new connection for work and upgrade existing connection and now NO broadband service for 3 weeks and no answers or support just passed around we will be going back to @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk My family is having a shocking experience with you guys. My wifes Grandad has died and they need to cancel his broadband, after a 3 hour call they keep being told you need the account number, they don't have it, they do have his name and address. Sort this please.

@TalkTalk I know #UtilityWarehouse use your Internet service. Are your experiencing problems today? I've had no Internet at home all day. I've been out but son been in and it was off sometime after 10am today. Its still not on now tried restarting router and nothing.

@TalkTalk I spent 3 hours on chats yesterday requesting an engineer for my ongoing issue. My internet disconnected again this morning. At the same time as it has for the last three mornings. There is an issue that an engineer needs to look at. Please can you send one?
