  @TalkTalk over the last week your internet svc has been extremely poor. Constant disconnections with 2 cases of no internet connection from 9/10pm at night continuing into the next day. My husband works from home and has constantly had delays with his work due to your poor svc.

  @TalkTalk It’s an absolute joke. You ask irrelevant questions via your chat bot and then hang up telling me you’ve tested. I have had no chance to explain the problem. Worst customer service I’ve come across in years. And ‘ phoning on behalf of someone with a disability

  Has anyone got any ideas how to get talktalk to sort your problems out? I cant get email and i have rung 8 times spoken to technicians bots and been on the phone hours. They all say it will get sorted but it never does im exhausted with it and my job depends on emails. Help!!

  @TalkTalk awful service. My 89 & 91yo grandparents (one with Parkinson’s) tried to upgrade their internet & are now left with no working phone line. The engineer admitted he wasn't "very familiar with phones." Now told it's 3 working days just to get a case manager. 👏

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   @HylianBeanie_97 Awe, BT has always been a disaster. I have TalkTalk been with them for yonks, and rarely do I have problems with them, and they are super cheap even with super fast fibre. Yeah exactly haha!! I can’t play rd2 I am terrible at it I killed my horse by accident I haven’t been back
