Constant disconnections with 2 cases of no internet connection from 9/10pm at night continuing into the next day. My husband works from home and has constantly had delays with his work due to your poor svc.

I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.

Marcus (@Marcus70672192) reportedAll telecom companies are brutally awful these days. Been saying it for a while. I have talktalk internet. And for tv services I just use Amazon Prime and sub to sports things as necessary. Don't want to be locked into any contracts with these feral animals.
