Constant disconnections with 2 cases of no internet connection from 9/10pm at night continuing into the next day. My husband works from home and has constantly had delays with his work due to your poor svc.

Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details don’t match. Call me cynical but it’s a quick way to resolve!

I was told my current issue would be fixed by an engineer today.. Apparently are relaying all fibre in the area and didn’t think to notify anyone about it. Shocking

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.
