    Biggest mistake in life is signing up with @TalkTalk @TalkTalkTV . Their internet service is the worst I have ever experienced!! So PSA; DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM !!!!!

    @TalkTalk It’s not easy to try and resolve a problem when no one replies to DM’s. I once again have no internet and have no idea if I need to do any more as Lish stopped responding with no indication.

    @TalkTalk Dear Talktalk team - Someone please help. I moved from Plusnet to Talktalk Fibre 150 on 14/1/21. Internet worked for 8 hours but stopped at midnight. Since then and for the last 5 days I have no internet. Feels like a big mistake. Please help. Dr Suranjan Ghoshal

    @TalkTalk I tried the live chat - it is they who told me that the systems are down for maintenance. I'm just querying that that doesn't seem to be written down anywhere as happening today, which is frustrating.

    @munchkinstein Interesting. My BB router went west about 4 days ago. Although when I phoned TalkTalk they diagnosed the router problem (with some help from me) and sent me a new one, free of charge which arrived next day. Previous router had served me well for 6 years.
