Biggest mistake in life is signing up with @TalkTalk @TalkTalkTV . Their internet service is the worst I have ever experienced!! So PSA; DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM !!!!!

@TalkTalk I see customer service is fabulous as ever. Signed up last week 2 fiber 35. After sign up was told fibre 65 is only £2.50 more. Was told could change over day we go live . Contact today they say we can't.. what a joke of a service considering only just gone live

@TalkTalk is the worst company to deal with. I’ve been without broadband since the 12th February and their complaints team DO NOT make contact even when the calls are booked in! This is going to be referred to the ombudsman - FUMING is an understatement

@TalkTalk That doesn’t answer my question of why you are still offering lower packages to new customers. You intend to increase my package to £25.50 and yet as a new customer I could sign up for £24 today. Do you think that is fair? How does inflation justify that?
