@TalkTalk House move switchover failure, you disconnected both properties instead of one, waiting 5 days for an answer, tried to cancel my contract and can’t do that cos systems are down, tried phone, chatting, face book and Twitter and just left frustrated, awful customer service

@lukepaulgabriel @TalkTalk Same here. Switched to their Fibre broadband. Fine for 3 months and now playing up all day 3rd and 4th December. My son's SKY has no problems at all using the same Open Reach systems and he gets more to watch.
