    Biggest mistake in life is signing up with @TalkTalk @TalkTalkTV . Their internet service is the worst I have ever experienced!! So PSA; DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM !!!!!

    @TalkTalk we have no direct debit to pay the account for the second month running due to your unhelpful customer service team and archaic system. I am not posting our personal details in again for them to be lost, again. You couldn't be less helpful #talktalk #wasteofpaper

    You know when you pay for a service and it NEVER WORKS!!!! So now not only my broadband being SHIT it’s the tv packages not working and coming up with error code constantly!!! @TalkTalkTV @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk There's no wifi coming from the router. The router has a white dot and the PC is ok wired but everything running from wifi is not working

    @TalkTalk OK! So 1 week an 7 Openreach Engineers Reparing the Issue, but as usual, 3 hours later, no Service!! What am I paying Talk Talk for, this is now pissing me off!! I want Compensation for your Pathetic Service!! Anyone thinking of moving to Talktalk!! Don't! They are ****!

    Awful service from @TalkTalk no broadband since Weds no sign of it coming back anytime soon. Have lodged a complaint (a few). They’ve gone way over their 72 hour timescale they put on and decided to re-start the timeframe again from yesterday. Work should be fun if this continues

    @TalkTalk We’ve already exchanged messages. I also exchanged messages with your live chat colleagues. In both cases you waste around an hour of my time just to conclude that you can’t help me and I need to contact the cal centre. So what would you be able to do if we msg each other?

    @TalkTalk Hi, can someone message me please, my Dad who is in his 60's has been without Internet since Wednesday, he has made multiple phone calls and been on multiple live chats and no one has helped him get his Internet back, absolutely shocking service!!
