    Biggest mistake in life is signing up with @TalkTalk @TalkTalkTV . Their internet service is the worst I have ever experienced!! So PSA; DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM !!!!!

    @TalkTalk Can somebodyplease ring me about my broadband!! It is terrible! I rang on Wednesday and have been waiting for a cLl back since. That call was 1hr 45mins and no resolution!! Terrible service!!

    @TalkTalk just got off phone to Talk Talk they are telling me I agreed to a contract which I certainly didn't I'm trying to cancel my contract and they are saying nope you are tied into a 18 mth contract Talk Talk are just nothing but SCAMMERS

    Customer service reps put you on hold to go speak to senior managers! Managers are never available to be spoken to directly always using reps to deliver their messages @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup

    @RupertBarnes1 @TalkTalk I managed to set up a new account with TalkTalk but still remains to be seen whether I’ll continue to be billed by SSE. I would encourage @TalkTalk to ensure SSE letters are updated with working phone numbers and the entity situation clarified to all customer service assistants.
