Biggest mistake in life is signing up with @TalkTalk @TalkTalkTV . Their internet service is the worst I have ever experienced!! So PSA; DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM !!!!!

@OpenreachHelp We've reported the issue to @TalkTalk on numerous occasions, we've replaced the openreach box ourselves as thought this may have been the issue, however still nothing and they have been unhelpful with the resolution, hence why I thought here may be the best forum to try get help

@TalkTalk I’ve been through Talktalk chat and you wanted to charge my mum £60 to cancel her account with you even though she hasn’t lived there for 10 months and we have tried twice to try and cancel this previously with you but you can’t find our requests.

@TalkTalk don't like owning up to things that are their issue. Had a constant issue with my internet dropping out over the past few months, I work from home as well so is causing absolute chaos with that and it seems Talktalk don't care at all even though we've done what we can

@TalkTalk this is ridiculous! I’ve been without WiFi for 48 hours after reporting a fault with my line online. Still no update on when this will be fixed! I want a discount on my next bill or my bill free, I’m not paying for a service I’m not receiving! 😤

@TalkTalk never experienced a shocking customer service like talk talk. My 86 yo mother in law had no wifi for 10 days and lied to every time we phone. We’ve an active complaint and still nothing. I am having to cancel her direct debit causing major stress and moving to virgin
