@TalkTalk appalling service. After 1.20 hrs on the phone explaining that the new Amazon router for cable 500 only has 2 ports and I need 3 (cable line in, telephone and TalkTalk TV) I finally receive a package after 4 days. Not the port splitter as hope, but another cable!

@Alexosoi @FlanaganRadio @TalkTalk My advice is Switch to another company once you go with them they lie and take money fraudulently and then when you complain they don't help,you get someone from Africa lying and the SM ppl lie too.

@TalkTalk I need help! I was meant to go live yesterday, I have the white light but keels saying error I don't have permission when I sign in, spoke to customer service about 7 times this morning and not one of them could understand me or vise versa!!! Now left with no Internet!

@TalkTalk Wi-Fi hub stuck in an endless loop of connecting and identifying (solid amber, then flashing amber, then flashing amber/white, then back to solid amber). Been like this for several days (in AL4). Any solutions to fix this? Is it a local problem?
