    Biggest mistake in life is signing up with @TalkTalk @TalkTalkTV . Their internet service is the worst I have ever experienced!! So PSA; DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM !!!!!

    @TalkTalk over the last week your internet svc has been extremely poor. Constant disconnections with 2 cases of no internet connection from 9/10pm at night continuing into the next day. My husband works from home and has constantly had delays with his work due to your poor svc.

    @TalkTalk Can somebodyplease ring me about my broadband!! It is terrible! I rang on Wednesday and have been waiting for a cLl back since. That call was 1hr 45mins and no resolution!! Terrible service!!

    You know when you pay for a service and it NEVER WORKS!!!! So now not only my broadband being SHIT it’s the tv packages not working and coming up with error code constantly!!! @TalkTalkTV @TalkTalk

    Thanks @TalkTalk, absolutely no help. This company left us with no internet this holiday after repeated attempts to contact them. Told multiple times an engineer will be out & have been fobbed off. Told to call again, if no one shows, at 6pm & they closed mid call.

    @Charlamagne01 @RichardBurgon @Twatteratium Like Dido Harding, look what a mess she made at TalkTalk and was in charge of test and trace which failed badly. Then she was considered for the role that Amanda Pritchard has now. Harding had no medical expertise, jobs for the boys and those who want to privatise. Terrible!

    Hi TalkTalk I ordered your Fibre 65 in December. I still have not got the product, no router and no 65mb line speed still stuck with the old service. Called tech support, chat and made complaint. How do we resolve this? #talktalk

    I have never had such bad customer service @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup 2 hours being passed around your departments and online chat. Am furious. FIX OUR INTERNET. As a new customer I did not expect this despicable behaviour

    But TalkTalk did call later to say sorry we were leaving could they offer (sell?) a new package - oh dear, some things never change st TalkTalk. Not great bereavement support.

    @gjp1969 Stopped using TalkTalk years ago. Despite many threats to charge for it, I can still can. They also threatened to restrict access to their on-line portal only, but it never transpired. Don’t know if it’s a legal thing or the incompetence I’ve come to expect from them.

    @TalkTalk My internet has just gone down the test is saying track fault... Can anyone help? We use sky glass so literally have nothing we can watch without internet on Christmas eve...
