  @TalkTalk Let’s not hide in DM. I will not give away personal details but it’s of public interest to expose TalkTalk’s practices how elderly vulnerable people are being dealt with. It’s now 6 days, no phone line, I’ve supplied them with a mobile in case they need help urgently. Dreadful

  @AnnSkelly3 I've been with Talktalk for years, never had a problem. Only thing with Virgin is you don't get your freeview channels on your TV. Woman I work for got changed over to them and now can't get the channels she watches

  @AnnieHuck @SSE @SP_EnergyPeople I recall having tiscali for my phone anf bband, which is now talktalk, they double billed me for over a year and i never had a penny back. Some of these companies dont care at all

  @TalkTalk The thing is it's not just me experiencing these difficulties, both my good friend and my brother in law are having the same issues. That's 3 different households at 3 different addresses having the same problems and getting the same answer from customer service. Wth?
