You know when you pay for a service and it NEVER WORKS!!!! So now not only my broadband being SHIT it’s the tv packages not working and coming up with error code constantly!!! @TalkTalkTV @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk @talktalk online chat this am informs me that cannot tell me how much I would be charged if I need to cancel my contract in a few months time - the amount is "computer generated" at the time. Not very transparent is it??? 1/2

@TalkTalk shocking service, can’t get through to any department to explain why my service won’t be up and running for 4 weeks after saying it’ll be 10 days. I’ve been trying for 2 days now through out the day.. call and live chat. Rip off

@TalkTalk I am no longer a customer. You billed me an extra month after my contract ended and you knew I wasn't renewing. And now I'm getting unpaid bill letters. The issue was raised at thd time of the extra bill and still I'm being pestered.

@talktalk does it always take 1.5 hours and 12 transfers to get to the person you need to speak to or 8s it just me. BTW 75 of the 90 minutes were spent on hold. Great customer service, not 👎
