    Biggest mistake in life is signing up with @TalkTalk @TalkTalkTV . Their internet service is the worst I have ever experienced!! So PSA; DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM !!!!!

    You know when you pay for a service and it NEVER WORKS!!!! So now not only my broadband being SHIT it’s the tv packages not working and coming up with error code constantly!!! @TalkTalkTV @TalkTalk

    You have a TalkTalk login. I hang up the phone. Chris phones me back to tell me how I messed up but TalkTalk will give me a discount off their best fibre broadband. I hung up and have signed up with BT. I won't have Internet until the 28th November but I will not have to deal

    @elaine_patten In the process of trying to talk to them but BG's Customer 'Service' is considerably worse than TalkTalk's. And that's REALLY going some.

    @TalkTalk this is the 4th day (5th if you include all day friday) since my internet went down around lunch time last friday (the 11th Nov), thats over 96hrs without internet. It still hasn't been fixed despite assurances an engineer was on their way to the exchange yesterday.

    @TalkTalk I’ve just been chatting with an agent as had slow connection. They told me to disconnect wifi - reset it and said to “wait” then they disconnected saying “we’re now closed”…. What do I do now?!

    Not once has any of your @talktalk people even mentioned compensating him for the extreme distress yet you still take his subscription for a service you are not providing for more than month and this is the second time in less than a year - effing disgusting - shame on you

    @TalkTalk WATCHOUT SHELL have taken over the name of talk talk I ordered shell then found out it was talk talk the worst company I have ever been with never recommend.

    @TalkTalk hi I’ve had no internet from 1.50pm this afternoon, saw an open reach engineer working outside on the box at 4pm, came home and still no internet. Can’t access my account either. Please help
