@TalkTalk I recently left TalkTalk and returned my wifi hub before Xmas as requested. Since then I’ve had another letter asking for the equipment to be returned, and no confirmation it has been received. I want to make sure I dont get billed for not returning it….can you help?

Dear @TalkTalk - could I have your thoughts on making afirst time customer wait 2 weeks more to have wifi installed because your engineer failed to turn up on time (you tried to charge the customer for engineer’s tardiness!) Customer is a key worker who needs to work from home….
