  @MissHLynch @petebeddard @TalkTalk I have come to the conclusion that whatever i do or say will not make any difference. My contract runs out in April. I have not got enough hours in the day for this. Think this is the plan grind you down.

  @1991cjb @TalkTalk Thanks Chris, I will give that a try. It is piss poor in any circumstances, but they acknowledged that it is on record that my mum now has dementia, so that makes it even worse. I'm raging about it.

  @LiamM70 @TalkTalk Absolutely. I have taken a day off work to try and sort out my mum's finances and stuff. This was first on the long list and has left me absolutely scunnered and disillusioned. Thanks for your support - and to everyone else - though. It really helps.

  @LiamM70 @TalkTalk My mother has dementia. I cancelled the contract when she moved to sheltered housing. They sent a letter confirming it but continue to bill her. When I called to sort this out, they refused to discuss it with me because I didn't pass security! What ********?!
