    @Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

    @TalkTalk please help regarding our internet outage. This has been out of action for over a week now and needs to be used for working from home from Monday. Everything is plugged in correctly and connects to the network but the internet icon on the router just flashes when lit.

    I have had more problems with @KCOMhome in 2 years than I had in 15 years with @TalkTalk and I pay twice as much for the privilege! New router plugged in and instead of slow internet, I have none! Back to the old router we go #furious #FastestInternetMyArse

    @TalkTalk Very poor show! Having to use our mobile data even though we have paid. The internet is regularly stuck at a speed of 18!!!!!!!

    @Rox1517 @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’m regretting joining then after only 2 mont has internet always dropping off and trying to charge £12.50 for dd failure when the bill was paid on time by card. Harassing bereaved women for £12.50 classy. Their customer service is proving to be awful

    @TalkTalk No internet access for over an hour, tried logging in to my account to run a service check and couldn’t due to a “technical issue”. What is going on? The internet service has been extremely poor and intermittent for the last month.

    @TalkTalk have had no internet service for over a week now, all mobile data has been used up and more has had to be paid for. On the live chat one assistant said it was a router fault, another informed that the problem was with BT in our area. Can anyone help please?
