@Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

@KellyHatfieldx Don’t listen to anyone who says Virgin Kelly. They’re horseshit. I had PlusNet previously who were brilliant and had no complaints. Only had to switch due to contract ending and going elsewhere for cheaper. TalkTalk I’m with now and had no issues.

@TalkTalk I’ve had an engineer out appointment between 7-9am as I need the broadband on ASAP. He tried a different router but same problem still flashing orange. I’m now told I will have to have a BT engineer which will take 5 days? This isn’t good enough.

@TalkTalk Yes. Wi-fi symbol appear on both devices but can’t access apps, web, private and work emails. TV not connected either. That’s since approximately 10am yesterday. Poor show.
