    @Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

    @TalkTalk I've never set it up, simply because I generally deal with e-mails on my desktop. This morning, webmail won't load on my phone either, using Chrome.

    @TalkTalk Not yet - there's been an additional login screen for some time now, but the full upgrade hasn't yet been installed.

    @TalkTalk are the worst broadband provider around... been without internet for 6 weeks now and still nothing being done to sort it! Constantly laughing at the situation when we call up to try and sort it, appalling service!

    @TalkTalk Your call center in Mumbai or wherever is also down and unable to help with tech support problems. The guy i spoke to was so bad at English i put the phone down.

    @TalkTalk Oh and when we complained about being made to wait 3 weeks the lady we spoke to on the phone was going to get in touch with openreach and get in contact with us the the next day. We gave her 3 days but she never got back in touch

    @TalkTalk (cont) so we eventually got fed up and decided to go back to Virgin (who are getting us set up in 2 days) and now trying to cancel our order. And every time we try we get hung up on even by the manager that we were speaking to

    @TalkTalk Oh *** don’t even get me started. From the day we signed up the service was crap, engineers didn’t show up because our account got cancelled without us being consulted. When we got that sorted they wanted us to wait 3 weeks with no internet while they sorted a new engineer (cont)

    @TalkTalk trying to cancel our account. Your contact centre has now hung up on us 3 times, including one time when we were speaking to a manager. Absolutely disgraceful customer service

    @larymary60 They buy a portion of BT's line but when demand is high BT customers come first, so what you get can be restricted or unreliable, I have a similar problem with @TalkTalk
