@Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

I’m wondering why @TalkTalk have slowed my internet down a 20 min video used to upload in 20 mins now it’s taking 2-3 hours I’m a customer that picks a company and stays with them but this is making me question should I move to another company that doesn’t rank your internet

@TalkTalk It came back on at lunchtime. Just for some feedback. Your website advises customer services are only available three days a week? Also your live chat feature doesn’t work.
