@Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

Absolutely mortified, was told I would receive a sum of money to resolve the issue with what I have had with @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk and I have just received an email saying it’s been rejected?! HOW? How can this be rejected when this was the resolve to my issue??? @BBCWatchdog

@TalkTalk You're about to lose a 5 year customer after moving house and having to deal with your laughable customer service. Can I speak to someone in the UK please, or at least someone who doesn't have a script. You have until tomorrow afternoon or I am switching.

Oh no guys it's all OK @TalkTalk have advised me someone will call me on the 22/11/2021 to discuss official complaint and lack of Internet since 10/11/2021. No mention of a fix between now and then though of course

And @BT now claiming data protection as the barrier to handover, and not having access to @Talktalk account details, when it was clearly no issue whilst the contract was sold! They communicate well when sales are involved, and leave the customer to sort the mess afterwards.
