@TalkTalk I did not, but it is not just me, it's effecting all our phones not just lap top, there are dozens of other houses in the area who are either BT TalkTalk Sky, this I believe is a issue with open reach But no one wants to contact them

The continuing saga of TalkTalk After 1 hour yesterday and 2.25 hours today still have no resolution! I received a letter from Talk Talk claiming I’d requested a change of provider however ‘it wasn’t too late to change my mind’! This claim is so NOT true! More to come!

@saisieplums We had a issue in this area and it effected Sky BT and TalkTalk it was a openreach issue who they all depend on, but how talktalk delt with it was useless they would not believe me that was not just my property

@marktewk Yes, never had a problem, but it took a hell of a effort to convince them the problem was elsewhere, eventually the problem was with openreach which effected Sky BT TalkTalk customers

No Internet for a week now with #talktalk probably spent 3 hours talking on phone many more hours online none can solve the problem as with 20 other houses nearby #sky #BT its obviously a#openreach problem but none of them work together to resolve the problem,

I’ve been a TalkTalk customer for many years and evidently the only way to resolve is start a new account! 5 operatives + 3.25 hours of calls later, several times ‘being on hold’ with the same mind numbing music and all managers in meetings or on calls I’m still disconnected!

Just had the most incredibly dismal experience of customer service with TalkTalk. This is not about the regurgitation of CS placatory comments that are expertly delivered by operatives with no ability to help with anything outside the prescribed script. More in the next tweet!

@handylibrarian @TalkTalk I feel your pain 100% - last time this happened to us someone knocked out a cable on a nearby street and it took them several days to find the problem. Hard to believe that reliable internet access is still so primitive. When we rely on it so much for so many things.

@TalkTalk I have been trying for 3 days to get some help getting my Wi-Fi to be mended!!!! Talk talk is fine whilst it is working but if it’s not and you need help then that is when you realise you have made a huge mistake going with a company that does not even try to help.
