    Just had the most incredibly dismal experience of customer service with TalkTalk. This is not about the regurgitation of CS placatory comments that are expertly delivered by operatives with no ability to help with anything outside the prescribed script. More in the next tweet!

    @TalkTalk Hi Jo as you see in messages I’ve already ‘had someone looking into this’ - in fact 5 people during 3.25 hours of hanging asking for an unrequested disconnection to be stopped This didn’t happen Can you make it happen without me becoming a new customer? Lise

    The continuing saga of TalkTalk After 1 hour yesterday and 2.25 hours today still have no resolution! I received a letter from Talk Talk claiming I’d requested a change of provider however ‘it wasn’t too late to change my mind’! This claim is so NOT true! More to come!

    @Hoppo101 We had a terrible times as signal wouldn't hold. Reported it to Talktalk who fixed problem. No problems 2nd half.

    @marktewk Yes, never had a problem, but it took a hell of a effort to convince them the problem was elsewhere, eventually the problem was with openreach which effected Sky BT TalkTalk customers

    @TalkTalk I did not, but it is not just me, it's effecting all our phones not just lap top, there are dozens of other houses in the area who are either BT TalkTalk Sky, this I believe is a issue with open reach But no one wants to contact them

    No Internet for a week now with #talktalk probably spent 3 hours talking on phone many more hours online none can solve the problem as with 20 other houses nearby #sky #BT its obviously a#openreach problem but none of them work together to resolve the problem,

    ... and so no promised TalkTalk manager call. However I have a new customer welcome mail with mid-June connection Absolutely no help to a business owner reliant on internet connection Come on TalkTalk change outdated paralysing processes! Thanks to all who shared my frustration

    @saisieplums We had a issue in this area and it effected Sky BT and TalkTalk it was a openreach issue who they all depend on, but how talktalk delt with it was useless they would not believe me that was not just my property

    So no progress with Internet problems with #talktalk since Sunday just going around in circles 4 days now, it is clearly a #openreach problem it's effecting BT, Sky customers in this area If this is not sorted I'm going back to #Virgin clearlybroadband are as bad as our roads

    I’ve been a TalkTalk customer for many years and evidently the only way to resolve is start a new account! 5 operatives + 3.25 hours of calls later, several times ‘being on hold’ with the same mind numbing music and all managers in meetings or on calls I’m still disconnected!

    @Doddy__ @bt_uk swore I’d never go back there again after my last horrendous experience with them, but faced with the choice of them, TalkTalk or Vodafone I thought the best of a bed bunch (with the promise of £145 cash back & a Google Home!), we shall see!!

    @TalkTalk hi there, spent an hour with your help desk and they have no idea why we have no WiFi. They’re sending a new router while we also just received an email saying there were engineer works and everything is fixed (it isn’t). Please tell me what is going on? This is crazy!

    @TalkTalk My problem is far from resolved after several attempts. I have been on the live chat attempting to get a cheaper rate and been cut off to three advisers. Completely useless customer service. Very frustrated. It was a joke. I have spent over two hours and achieved nothing.

    @TalkTalk TT don’t help that’s the point - I called spoke to a really rude manager - who said it’s my fault that talk talk didn’t solve my issues as I should of made more of an effort when the pandemic happened but hard while being a nhs worker but talk talk dont care - @TalkTalk @JK1n1
