    @TalkTalk tried to sort my mums TV service since Sunday no joy is there a number I can ring to actually talk to a person rather than always leaving a number and having an mail to say all good when its not ! she's shielding TVwifi her only contact thanks in advance .

    @TalkTalk hey we seem to be having issues with our WiFi where it just keeps cutting out meaning we have to restart the internet. Any idea why? Happens at least 4 times a day

    @wheeleyd05 @SkyUK Sometimes it depends on where you get your internet, like TalkTalk have an awesome signal in my area 24 7 but other companies that my friends told me they have don't always provide a good connection for streaming, I live in the middle of nowhere, Yorkshire lol

    @TalkTalk I live in Oxford and your service is its usual shite. 37.14 mbps yesterday & 38.56 today - when you guarantee 65 mbps in writing. My legal rep is looking at this for me because you are all mouth and I trust you not - 'AllTalk'.

    thank you to Amy @TalkTalk for dealing with my complaint appropriately; it's important to acknowledge good service as well as the bad. Shame that it had already got to the point of not feeling able to stay with the company, but I hope the feedback may be used to improve services.
