Just like to offer my sincerest apologies to @bt_uk for leaving you for talktalk please take me back?? Leaving you was the biggest technical mistake iv ever made please ill bring me back. Ill never complain again. Talktalk have eaten my sole and spat it out all within 2 months

@TalkTalk Hi, our broadband has gone down around 3 hours ago, I’ve tried the automated service and the check has said everything is fine however it is still not working, can you help out with this issue?
