    @catrionamcadam @TalkTalk Same here and no further forward apart from them being unable to book an engineer because their system is down !

    @bap47 That may well be another problem. But this one specifically is the appalling level of customer service that I've experienced from @TalkTalk over the last week.

    I wrote to @TalkTalk to inform that, since my upgrade to high speed broadband, the reach throughout the house had diminished. Got a stock reply regarding walls and distance but no solution suggestions. It may be faster but that's of little use if it keeps switching to mobile.

    @TalkTalk Seriously? I must have spent close on six hours online with you via DM in the last few days. You all read from the same script and seem incapable of independent thought. Last guy just stopped talking. Worst customer service ever. I'm off to @bt_uk thank to this.

    @TalkTalk Hi could you tell me why my internet isn’t working properly? Even when on my 4g I’m unable to load the talk talk website to check it out but have no problems with any other sites. When connected to WiFi I’m not able to load or get notifications

    @TalkTalk Awesome. Perhaps someone can get in touch with us about our intermittent Wifi for the past couple weeks. All checks done, engineer has been out, and we are still WFH without the internet we pay for. We do not need to keep doing the same checks over and over with no resolution.

    @TalkTalk very patchy internet connection in M33 area which is making home working very difficult!! Are there any known issues logged for this area?

    @TalkTalk no broadband since this morning. using mobile data to 'check line' and it just keeps looping round (after saying it looks like I have a broadband problem) on the sevice status check latest version released yesterday. This is no help. I live in South Warwickshire.

    @TalkTalk please can you cancel my cancellation request, since 5th Dec I've been trying to upgrade with you and I'm stuck overpaying on my old contract. If not sorted I might actually have to cancel and I'd really rather not!!

    @TalkTalk Hi our Internet has been down since last night despot several attempts to reset it. Despite the service page on your site telling me the connection is fine. Its not.

    @TalkTalk hi there have there been any reports of outages in Hartlepool, I've had no internet since 4pm yesterday. Your service site says everything is fine. Any help would be great as I work remotely atm 😬
