    @TalkTalk Horrible service we should have a bill reduce since a lot customers including haven’t had any internet.

    @shilts9 @TalkTalk Oh and surprisingly don't count weekends for compensation. So what time is it best for them to b*gger up service?? A Friday! Call me cynical

    @TalkTalk Your customer service number still says technical assistance remains unavailable - we haven't had internet since Friday morning last week and require help with this.

    @TalkTalk everything your agents tell me turtns out not to be the case. I'm absolutely sick of having to sit on Live Chat time and time again. The latest is on Thursday I was promised that a credit would be on my account within 24 hours, and it's still not there. Can you help?
