    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    @bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

    @TalkTalk 5 weeks now if no broadband or reduced bandwidth. Another no show from an engineer after taking a days holiday from work, horrendous service from talktalk

    @TalkTalk Sky and Bt are now offering full fibre at my address, checking for an upgrade with talktalk but there's none available. Now that the technology is available is there any reason why you're not offering it yet. Any help would be appreciated.

    @talktalk to say you are trying lure new customers to talk talk Future Fibre. A Communications provider that doesn’t seem to communicate with its self. To be told I have to report your problem to talk talk’s provider. There’s a morning I won’t get back🤬 #verypoorcustomerservice

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup literally the worst. Been attempting to complain for over a month. Promised callback after callback but just ignored. Even have texts saying they will call and they don’t. Worst. Company. Ever. Online chat even worse.

    @TalkTalk Ps you's also promised my phone number would be changed as it had been also given to a nail bar in westfields so I was sent mad with falls night and day for appointments but you's have yet again failed a customer to do what you's promised to do tie me into a 2yr contract.
