@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@vikkio88 @TalkTalk My personal experience suggests that there are significant differences between them. One thing Zen does well is that if you have an issue you can call them and speak to someone knowledgeable.

@TalkTalk can someone let me know why my engineer didn’t arrive yesterday in the designated time window and didn’t even bother to call to let me know? We are without internet and TV and customer service on the phone told me it’d be £50 to get another booking in.

@samn_92 @TalkTalk Mine is down too in M14 😞 My neighbour’s too. Really hope there will ge a fix soon? The last update was a few hours ago. It’d be really good to know some kind of ETA as to when we will get service back.
