@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

@_palvinder @TalkTalk I am in LS18 and the agent said "I can see here that this is related to the outage in your area... this has been raised to Openreach and we're expecting for them to get this job done within 72 hours/3working days". So is there a known local outage or not?

@MrProWestie @jbripley There has to be something specific to your situation for it to cost that much. My mum gets 76 down 10 up for £24 per month with TalkTalk, that's FTTC. We get 350 down 40 up for £40 including basic TV and a sim with Virgin which is FTTH.

@TalkTalk Wondering if i can get some help here? After 3 weeks, 15 hours of troubleshooting & 16 hours of waiting for engineers my 78yr old mother-in-laws internet is still down. I'd just like to feel someone is owning the resolution and actually cares.....doesn't feel like too much to ask
