@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@TtVc90 @TalkTalk I hate to say it but it probably says somewhere in their Ts&Cs that that's acceptable... There are other providers who give you a backup 'dongle' which can kick in if there's a wiring problem - and they're available on next day postage!

Guess what @TalkTalk still not connected this morning. Great start to a new contract, thanks. Maybe I’ll just go elsewhere and cancel with immediate effect. Payments will be stopped until this is sorted and whilst I explore other providers.

@CarabinerIT @TalkTalk I might try a different filter if the so called fix today doesn't hold after 72hrs (and it's already at half speed). Can these things break down by themselves? Mine's in the master socket and all hidden away so has never been touched (i.e. no physical "abuse" lol).

@Stateofnecrosis @TalkTalk There are two routes to go down with respect to the Code of Conduct above, depending on the date you signed up or renewed with them. Either way, have a read and let them know that you now know what they should have let you know from the outset!
