    @bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    @TalkTalk I have tried for 5 days now to try & get some help regarding my vulnerable 92 year old Grandad's phone line. My Grandma died so we switched the account ownership to him & his line has still not been reactivated. I have spoken to your agents everyday & it's still not on.

    @YardleyShooting Mike, there are no reasons you cannot move, that would be illegal. If TalkTalk are holding you hostage over something technical, tell us, we will help. You previously mentioned an "archive". Is this the issue?

    @TalkTalk I’ve sent a DM across to you. I’m hoping the internet is down in the area, otherwise it looks like the router may have packed up as the light is on but it is not connecting to anything - even when I’m sitting next to it.

    @TalkTalk Whilst our @TalkTalk router is crap meaning the internet is more unreliable thank usual which may lead to me looking at alternative providers, the customer service staff at @talktalk are always very helpful. Thank you.

    @TalkTalk hello talktalk, My contract with you is finishing on the 9th this month and I was wondering if I have to cancel the subscription on order to switch. Or is that all done while switching? Thank you
