@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@TalkTalk On Friday Talk Talk issued a message stating that they were working on an upgrade over the weekend and that normal service would resume on Monday at 8 am ,unfortunately they did not say in which year. I note that the message has been taken down.

@TalkTalk No one has been in touch, no reply to my DM nor my tweet. I cannot even login into my online account despite not changing my password. I understand things can go wrong but to be totally left in the dark with no communication is unacceptable. Now on day 4, still no phone lines.

@TalkTalk My internet is awful iv won 1 ombudsman case but it’s still bad. I also told you about the social tarrif and you Havnt applied it to my account still???
