@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

An update on my upgrade to @TalkTalk fibre 150. I now have no internet connection whatsoever. I wish I had stayed on the slower connection. At least I had a connection & I didn’t have the hassle I’m currently experiencing with @TalkTalk customer service to sort this problem. 🤦🏻

@JujuliaGrace She rode as an amateur jockey. She ran TalkTalk into the ground because of their loss of customer personal data. I wouldn't trust her to empty a bedpan on a ward without spilling some of the contents. To put her in charge of the NHS would be negligent

@YvonneBurdett3 We are still being spammed from her failure at talktalk where our details were stupidly leaked to spammers! I will never forgive this woman (in charge) where at its peak we were getting 10plus talktalk spam calls a day, sometimes as early as 6 am!!
