@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

@talktalk Holy cow!! My "faster fibre" line is not working, and a new router is in the post, alledgely. So I'm using my phone as a mobile hot-spot, and it is actually faster than your so-called faster fibre!!! Now I'm asking why I need faster fibre at all?

Hi @TalkTalk are you aware that people cold calling in BR5 today saying they are from #MoneyExpert because of problems in the area with broadband and when pressed seem to be trying to sell Talk Talk packages. They were unprofessional and on first visit there were 3 of them!

@TalkTalk You for sure do NOT mean this. Your support centre is totally useless. I've got an issue that could and should be a really simple fix, but pretty much was told "too bad". You're now actively blocking a local rugby club from having a web presence through simple neglect.

@TalkTalk Update. @TalkTalk got him to sign in to webmail and washed their hands of it - all sorted as far as they're concerned. Might as well use IMAP, which is what providers want but isn't best for all their customers. To reiterate, he's changed no settings but POP3 won't receive.

@TalkTalk I have a problem with my account. I need assistance please. I have tried calling the phone number on the letter but on two occasions now the phone has been answered only for someone to be talking in another language with someone next to them and hanging up when I speak.
