    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

They're expensive and their Sales team are fuckwits who sell products to customers even when those products aren't available to those customers, but their connection is reliable. 2 years working from home an zero issues. Just wish Fibre was available here! 😠

    @TalkTalk Hi, I placed an order for the fibre 65 package the other day but was told it had to be cancelled bc there was a problem with my phone line, & to ring back & reorder once the order's 'fully cancelled'. And they didn't know how long this would be. Is this normal?
