@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

@virginmedia @zotric Yes you can fix your service so that it does not keep breaking. At 1:30 today it is down and it went down yesterday at the same time when I was on an important call. Thank heavens for the TalkTalk landline backup.

@virginmedia @zotric Afternoon outages still happen regularly. At 1:30 today it is down and it went down yesterday at the same time when I was on an important call. Thank heavens for the TalkTalk landline backup. A friend has exactly the same issue miles away. But his often breaks around 3am.
