@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

Appalling service from @TalkTalk. My 75yo Mum has tried to change acct ownership three times following my Dad's death. Twice she's had her phone and internet cut off and still no nearer to sorting. Teams on phone rude and unhelpful too!

UK #ISP #Competition — Does anyone know of a worse ISP than @TalkTalk? One with worse customer service levels? One with less motivated staff? One whose staff appear to make every effort to misunderstand every question you ask of them, always creating delay and dissatisfaction.. ?

@TalkTalk Not scam calls. When I get a call it is your customers who have been transferred from one department at talk talk to customer services and then end up being transferred to my mobile. I only have broadband with you. They leave names, addresses, phone numbers on my answer phone.

@TalkTalk Absolutely theceorst experience if a new broadband provider ever. Unstable internet for 1 week, 6 restarts today!! Told it's fixed but it clearly isn't. Appalling.
