@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@TalkTalk What exact timescale is asap? This is another example of atrocious customer care? At least say 1 hour or tomorrow for an example. This just causes complaints which again you will ignore or find this perfectly decent service #poorcustomerservice

@longwire1000 @TalkTalk Kept ringing and demanded a call back from the complaints team. Spoke to a lady called Melanie who read my notes and said "I can see why you're leaving as what you've experienced is awful". So guess you got to speak to the one diamond in the rough

@TalkTalk Really appreciate your response. I am Talktalk customer for c.14 years. Now no internet or phone for the past 3 days. Problem was stated to be outside home for which Openreach engineer appointment made on Monday. How can I reach you directly.
