@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

@TalkTalk We expected our service to be cut at COB today NOT first thing this morning. Not sure what you can do now AND we have to wait till 27th to be reconnected! at our new address. We work from home so this is a serious issue for us - would better if this could be done on/before Monday

@FreedomFibre Morning! Could you tell me what the situation is regarding connections in Weaverham please? Talktalk just say there’s a ticket raised with you and you’re working on it. I’m on Green Park and now the third day with no signal, and a red LOS light on the fibre box!
