@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@TalkTalk Is there a problem with broadband? As my connection is normally bad, but today it is more than useless! I’ve tried going on live chat & asking question, getting no reply & then chat ends! When I try to reconnect just says chat busy.

I have NEVER known an ISP more difficult to leave than @TalkTalk ! The social media chap is doing his best to help, but there is no guidance on the website, the live chat is constantly busy and the phone ringback isn't working.

@TalkTalk fault advised 18/12 and many times after, 2 failed open reach visits, cancelled on 18/1 told no fees, latest bill- early termination charge, on webchat 90mins, they cut me off / please provide a contact number for a complaint

@TalkTalk My wi-fi constantly drops, was on a live chat to a member of staff earlier who said there was a problem with my wi-fi after running checks and was going to see if they could fix it, I waited over 45 minutes then was cut off ?!?!?!

Hi @TalkTalk is there an issue with broadband in HP20? My internet has gone down for 2-3 mins at roughly 5-10 minute intervals for the last hour and a half. Extremely annoying when I’m trying to work online 😒
