@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@TalkTalk TalkTalk allured me to an Automatic Move from Copper to Fibre and forced an unconsented 18 months Contract. Called Loyalty Team as I have been with TalkTalk for 15 years but no HELP at all!!

I spent over 25 mins on the phone today trying to close my account with @TalkTalk this is after failing to get anywhere online. They even refuse to give an address to write to in order to cancel your contract, why does @ofcom let these companies get away with this. 🤔

@TalkTalk Currently on the phone to your department. Traveled 3 hours today to honour our appointment and talk talk have let me down. Customer services are disgusting. No one is interested in helping. Dispacable company!!
