@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

so @TalkTalk are now saying it's taking "longer than usual" to cancel my contract because I haven't given them the email address linked to my account that being the email address the email cancelling my contract was sent from.

Can someone @TalkTalk explain to me why my internet has been randomly going down for 2-10 minutes at least 8 times a day. Sometimes it will go down, come back up for a few minutes and then go down again. While writing this tweet my internet went down for over half an hour

@ItsAStatLife @TalkTalk I wonder if it could just be a router problem. Has that been checked? IIRC Talk Talk are amongst the worst for customer service & reliability. I could certainly suggest a much more reliable ISP for broadband over land line, if you're interested.

Hey @BTCare (Catherine S is super helpful!) my elderly Dad has a landline through @TalkTalk & they are truly awful. Can I port his account/line & crucially his number to BT? He’s terminally ill and we cannot risk a number change as all family, hospitals & carers have it.

@virginmedia @ShmoogleOsukami question is how pose access service site when intrrnet down. you need make app notify when downtimes happens or something notify them, be same thing all isp like taltalk what im on too, even thaw i blocked talktalk twitter coz support over there sux and no help
