    @bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    @TalkTalk @geteero still no signal happened to use the hotspot from the phone I'm paying for nothing I want my contract ended you can have your router back the second one and still no better no service

    @raecbw @TalkTalk Yeah, they installed 'fast fibre' at ours last year and we've had an unstable connection ever since. Trouble is, we're a bit isolated, and there's no other broadband provider in the area. They've got us over a barrel. Used to be with Virgin, no problems there.

    @TalkTalk absolutely disgraceful service. Full fibre with free Wi-Fi booster. Been on the phone for nearly 2 hours being told there is no free Wi-Fi booster. Why have you got your salesmen going to peoples doors offering lies?

    Funny how @TalkTalk have emailed with our broadband price increase, essentially blaming @WeAreOpenreach Yet they don't supply the network here it's @CityFibre - so what say you now TalkTalk?

    @TalkTalk Yes from my mobile I ended up paying £90 last time and you still cut me off have to waiting on hold twice I just want to close my account I've had nothing but trouble and I just want this over

    @TalkTalk Hi, why don’t you have a number I can call to cancel? Having to chat to 2 bots & 1 human then wait up to 48 hours for a call is ridiculous. Especially when there’s no possibility of changing my mind as my UFO contract has ended & Future Fibre isn’t available in my area.

    @eerosupport @TalkTalk @geteero Thank you for your reply I have do I'm due some of the problems are differently due to due to talk talk but there is router problems 2nd router still still problems
