  @bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

  @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

  What a bunch of tw@ts @TalkTalk are, turning my email address off unless I pay £5 a month. Had that email c30 years. Giving no option to export address. Basically extorting money. Will let it go and never go near this business again.

  @TalkTalk Hi we have Internet but no dial tone at my parents house. We have tried getting through by phone and live chat but haven't had any joy at all. We've actually been cut off twice now and it's getting very frustrating as they are in their 80's and rely on the service.

  Hi @TalkTalk I've had issues with your customer service calling here again even though I made a complaint and was assured no one would call, and then another person said they removed my number for me but then I received another call the following day.

  @TalkTalk Your customer service is appalling. My elderly step mother has had no landline/broadband for several days now. You send texts and never call back. TALKING IS NOT WHAT YOU DO.

  @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.
