    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    I spent over 25 mins on the phone today trying to close my account with @TalkTalk this is after failing to get anywhere online. They even refuse to give an address to write to in order to cancel your contract, why does @ofcom let these companies get away with this. 🤔

    @TalkTalk had the shittiest customer service from talk talk when enquiries for a bill were made. Stay away and go with a better provider

    @jamiemillington @TalkTalk It’s not just M34, but my area too. WV14. Spent a long time with @TalkTalk customer service and all I got was - Planned outage due to Openreach. It’s rubbish!

    @TalkTalk BT wire is broken which is why my TalkTalk wifi box keeps flashing red. Wire exposed and broken. Reducing connection. Please send engineer out - DM you!

    @TalkTalk Im in the PR9 area and have no wifi. Router is on and working but cannot use the tv as it is cobstantly buffering and wont load. Please help

    @TalkTalk Currently on the phone to your department. Traveled 3 hours today to honour our appointment and talk talk have let me down. Customer services are disgusting. No one is interested in helping. Dispacable company!!

    In the end I failed to get a proper response from @talktalk employee and hung up. They try to make it as easy as possible to sign up and as awkward as legally possible to stop you leaving. I will never use them ever again.

    @TalkTalk 10 days without internet and not one call back from your technical team, constant chasing and being left on hold for 45 minutes tonight has really taken the biscuit… appalling service!!
