@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

Wow, amazing service from someone claiming to be from @TalkTalk. As soon as I pointed out that I could not confirm that he was from TalkTalk so I wasn't prepared to pass over personal details, I was called "clueless". Another reason I'm happy to be leaving.

@fionagrierson @TalkTalk Bloody hell! I'm starting to feel lied to here. Starting to look around for another ISP, contract not up till next year, but they aren't providing the agreed service and we are losing income because of this.

@TalkTalk Recently upgraded to full fibre. Fibre 150 is my package, it’s supposed to have been active for a couple of months now. Will I actually get the package I’m paying for? I’ve tried to ring with no help. Currently getting 20mbps not the minimum 75-150 im paying for. Poor.

@TalkTalk we've had no internet for almost 24hrs now. Could you look into this please? Location: Basingstoke, UK. Tried your 'test broadband' option on your website and it came back as 'cant find any problems' which is BS. Please advise.
