    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    Why is moving broadband to a new address always so ******* ****?! Rang TalkTalk last week to rearrange, was told a date that worked perfectly but they never actually updated it on the system. Always so useless no matter which company I've used.

    @TalkTalk can't believe the poor service we've had since trying to get Internet through your company. Today marks the 2nd missed engineer appointment to only be told there is no record of us again. Think twice before switching to talktalk people!

    @TalkTalk I'm so over your service. After a ridiculous customer service experience last month my issue was apparently resolved, but now back to square one. So I have to go through the whole process again. Genuinely can't wait to leave. Not your fault, I realise.
