    @bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    @TalkTalk Firstly provide better service for customer support was on the phone for 6 hours straight trying to sort out leaving ended up with an engineer that did nothing basically, secondly the amount of times your Wi-Fi crashes is ridiculous no other provider goes down as much as you guys

    @TalkTalk would be good to hear back from you. 8 days without internet (after only just joining) and problems fixed on the openreach side. No replacement router sent out, no engineer has come out to investigate and currently rinsing our data to hotspot while WFH #Shambles

    @soapachu Failed CEO of TalkTalk who knew *nothing* of how her customer data was stored or handled (badly as it turns out) what a ******* surprise she knows nothing now. Either stupid or lazy / arrogant or likely both. #ToryCorruption

    @TalkTalk - "We can't see any issues with your speeds, we can see that the line is connected above the minimum guaranteed speed". Apparently because it's all fine now, means that it's been fine during other times during the past 3/4 days. 🥴 #talktalkbingo

    @TalkTalk appalling service to get my elderly mums phone line fixed. She relies on a call bell system linked to the phone & not one person at talk@talk can give me an answer on fixing this. Terrible service.

    Talktalk are trash, how can a NEtwOrK company be impossible to contact? What does the manual say? Go online. They don't even provide a number... in their set up box. 🙃
