    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    @bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

    @TalkTalk time and time again over the last 2 team. My broadband speed has dropped to below 1mpb and I am now sick of it. Ever simple task of opening an email takes forever. When u contact the customer service team all you get is its looks OK from. This end. I am done

    “Thanks for being loyal Mr customer AND upgrading, here is an £80 credit to your account.” “Ooh, unexpected. That’s nice.” “As we have upgraded there is a £60 setup fee” “<blink>” Anyway. TalkTalk is a perfectly acceptable broadband provider in my experience.

    @TalkTalk Appalled with the service. I’ve had no internet for a week now. Passed from pillar to post on the phone. Upgraded to fibre as newly available in my area, order wasn’t put in properly. I want to cancel urgently. Had enough. Please advise.

    @TalkTalk Well I finally have my UFO connection its only been off since 22nd June after countless errors and a manager looking after my complaint I was promised a call between 12 and 2pm today guess what NO CALL still waiting now even after calling you after 2to find out what's happening

    @VodafoneUK I've been Vodafone customer almost 2years. A sales person called me with broadband and landline offer, I switched from the talktalk. To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

    @TalkTalk My broadband is down yet again. How on earth do I get somebody to action OpenReach to fix it? TalkTalk as usual are hopeless.

    @TalkTalk Any outages in the WR14 area? Sporadic connection every day for a fortnight including a total outage yesterday evening. Tonight not a single device in the house is connecting for longer than 30 seconds at a time. 0.6mbp download speed the one time we managed to test!
