@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@TalkTalk My family has had issues with your broadband for months and have asked you to fix it for months. The customer service has been dire. On several occasions we have had you say you will phone us and you haven't. Anyone who sees this tweet do not use TalkTalk.

@TalkTalk Absolute diabolical service every week internet cuts out as far as im concerned contract has been forfeited and you cant provide the service im paying for reply to me if you can be bothered you have not in the past

Do not go with @TalkTalk for@your internet providers the customer service is absolutely shocking. They have cut our internet after we upgraded with them. Now they say we have cancelled????

@TalkTalk I’ve been without internet for coming up to 12 hrs. Told will take upto 3 working days to fix and if not done by then call back!? So at least next Monday?! Tried to make a complaint but told not allowed to. Disgraceful service.

@TalkTalk - my favourite excuse for my internet not working was that my microwave could be the issue. Or my neighbours Wi-Fi. Didn’t realise I’d have to create a schedule with my neighbours to take turns to use the internet.

@TalkTalk We have a problem with our Internet which seems clear to me in linked to the router. We have just been told that despite being tagged as High Priority the first engineer visit is the 20th December !!!! I work from home and am having to purchase extra data to keep going.
