    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    @bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

    @TalkTalk You can only help by cancelling my contract , talk talk is useless in our area , all you tell me is move my router, change the settings, I've done something to break it , I've heard it all years ago , an will not go through another load of stress an hassle listen to some idiot

    @TalkTalk @CityFibre have stated more than once it is up to the new service provider to contact them and refused to assist.

    @TalkTalk Ever since roadworks in my area the internet goes down every now and then. I'm trying to log in to the website to do a line test but I keep getting a "technical error" message every single time. What am I supposed to do? I need the internet for my job.

    @TalkTalk I’ve spent 4 hours on the phone to your team trying to cancel my contract. I’ve repeatedly been told I don’t have an account (untrue) and that a manager will call me (they never have). All I want to do is leave - this is abysmal service. When will someone fix this?
