    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    Been trying to sort out an account issue with @TalkTalk since OCTOBER 2022. Run 3 accounts with them and I am at the end of my tether with their deplorable customer service. One promise after another that a manager will call..........never happens! #Disgusted
