    @bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    Talktalk more like silent silent getting them to fix the phone of a 90 year old vulnerable person. Been without phone or alarm for nearly a week. Any ideas how to get them to do something.

    @TalkTalk I’ve had no broadband service for 45 minutes (Prestwich, Manchester) - I cannot check my status online as I’m on fibre & can’t get through on the phone. Can you confirm issues?

    @TalkTalk My broadband engineer was supposed to be here yesterday but never turned up, my fibre 150 still hasn't been setup. Ive rang you multiple times, Openreach havent provided you any deadline yet. I'm literally a new customer in limbo!! #Shocking

    @TalkTalk had no Internet for over a week, spent every single day on the phone to them, spent 3 hours on the phone and then get hung up on. First class service from them. Keep going @TalkTalk, doing an amazing job
