    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    @bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

    @TalkTalk Furthermore, the customer service has been diabolical, we've not been told one thing consistently, we've received no email, they haven't correctly listened to any names, it's Even reached a point where they've shouted over the top of questions we've asked

    @TalkTalk My wifi been down all day yesterday and it’s still down I’ve contacted talk talk support and they said it’s working fine on there end and it’s still not back on is there a outage in my area since the storm? This is seriously bad I’m deeply upset my service is down

    Tired of being let down by people who can’t do their jobs. I dunno when I’ll get to move into my flat at this rate. Waited a month for my carpet and the fitter didn’t show up, gotta reschedule. Onto my 3rd router with TalkTalk cause they can’t seem to make their own net work. 🫠

    @TalkTalk what a joke Internet down again 3 nights in a row 27 pound for 3 to 5 mbps while the rest of York get 1gig. Internet discrimination is the word

    had the absolute hands down worst experience with @TalkTalk tryna get new internet installed now they've just cancelled our order out of nowhere lol. can anyone recommend a wifi provider that's not useless

    @TalkTalk this is the worst customer service, talking to multiple departments, cancelling an account and expecting us to still pay for the internet that we have never received? Shocking
