    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    @bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

    Third engineer appointment today to fit master socket for new broadband and still no one capable of installing @TalkTalk I am at the end of my tether and no one on phone can help!! This service couldn’t be worse, the level of incompetence is mind ridiculous. #talktalk #useless

    @TalkTalk hi I’m having a weird problem with your wifi. For the 2nd time it’s stopped showing up on the device already connected to it. Like it’s literally erased and not to be found..?

    @TalkTalk is the worst provider ever. Avoid them! Had 5 new routers and engineer out multiple times and still can’t seem to get good internet service 🤯 goes down constantly
