@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

@OpenreachHelp Hey OpenReach anyone answering messages today? Engineer came to install broadband on behalf of talktalk yesterday. Has made a complete mess of the job. Assured us that everything was working, it isn’t. Damage inside & outside of the property. Loose cabling. Please fix it.

@OpenreachHelp I had issues with BT with disconnections, I am now with @TalkTalk and every night I am getting drop outs around 20:00 I think this is an intermittent line issue ?

Well done @TalkTalk. Received an email at 9.47pm yesterday telling me you wanted to "do what we can to fix the issue" and "want to put things right". Just spent an hour on the phone to be told nothing can be done as there are no managers in on Saturday.

.@TalkTalk My service seems to keep dropping out. This only manifests itself during working hours and I am not sure if it is your fault or the fault of the VPN to work.
