@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@TalkTalk Morning! I still have no internet coming up to two weeks now. It was escalated and a team was supposed to call 3-5 days after I reported the problem, that was a week last Saturday. I’d like a response and an answer of when I will have internet back

@TalkTalk Hello. Is there a way to confirm dates of installs? Mine was in April but has now moved to February. I thought no installs were happening until April? I'm not complaining but need to cancel my current contract if I'll be connected for definate this month.

@TalkTalk Hi, we are in the B96 postcode and we just got a recorded phone call saying our internet was going to go down for 24 hrs. you are the provider - can you confirm? Thanks. (with homeschooling this is quite critical!)
