  @HeatherAddo @KazuhiraMilla @TalkTalk The worst thing was being told again on Saturday that it would definitely be switched on that night - only to be told by Openreach that they hadn't even been in touch with TalkTalk since Friday. The social media team just want you to stop bothering them and will tell you anything

  @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup absolutely DISGUSTING customer service!! My elderly grandmother needed help with a broadband problem, was told 3 times a new router would be sent but this was utter lies, a fake tracking number was given and they are now ignoring her! #avoid #talktalk

  @flossybball @virginmedia Covid services, and the weekend does not help, i am with TalkTalk, when i asked for help the last time they would not do a thing because i forgot the answer to one of my personal info questions, ******* will want a retina and urine sample one day i swear it
