@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

@TalkTalk I'm doing this through my Mobile Data as my Internet is off again.... I sust it out, It's Not Fidre TalkTalk gave me.... It's like Bog Standard 8 Down and 0.Nothing Up It is the Worst Broadband I have Ever Had, And I'm Not Joking.... It Really is BAD 👎

@TalkTalk They are a disgrace they hv left my cousin a vulnerable black woman without internet and phone for 3 wks. She can not even order her vital medication. Overseas call handlers useless. Only sent router after 2 wks. Unacceptable. Still not working!! BBC will be told!

@TalkTalk Hope everyone knows that if you don't allow a line transfer then a customer cannot change their broadband provider. Bit of a con in my book.

@TalkTalk what a joke. WiFi down in my city (@wrexham ) and your website checker confirms this but when I try to talk to someone to get info on a fix you are closed and cannot support me. What am I paying for??
