@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@TalkTalk your technical support is a joke. I spent 90mins with your technical fault dept to report that my elderly mum (who has Alzheimer’s) phone and internet lines aren’t working and all you did is run a check on the line and tell me I had to go to the house to call you!
