  @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

  @TalkTalk "Happy Friday"?!? I am a loyal customer. I helped a friend (also Talk Talk customer) to resolve an issue yesterday. I agreed to pay an amount of money on his behalf and was told the internet would be on in 24 hours. Nothing. Bad service.

  @TalkTalk are you updating aything else cause I've got broadband speeds from 1991, phone service unavailable, website unavailable, hell of a service I must say, Friday evening, after work, when I would love to relax, maybe stream something, play on X-Box...

  @TalkTalk Rose, there isn't enough characters to type what we've had to put up with from talktalk in the last month! We did subscribe to talktalk several weeks ago and have yet, to this day, to have anything installed at our home. Yet, we are getting bills for a service we do not have.
