@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

@TalkTalk What's the point! 3 weeks of going round in circles. No one is sorting the issue. Don't you think 3 weeks is long enough to move a customer from 150mb to 500mb!? You guys don't get it! Customer support is 0.

@TalkTalk The issue is that I have reported this issue to you several times over the last three months and you promised me it would be sorted and then you have disconnected me because you made a mistake setting up the contract in the first place.

@_contechs @LouiCM_ @virginmedia its wierd like because im on 900-110 full fibre before i got this internet i was on talktalk getting like 175 down 20 up but my speed test was always 7 ping

@TalkTalk Could you explain to me why my elderly parents can not get an engineer out to help with there internet and phone line. It’s disgusting they have not had a phone for 5 days now and trying to contact you is a joke my parents are not very tech savvy so need someone to come out.

Hi @VodafoneUK I have transferred from @TalkTalk to Vodafone and today is my activation day! I appreciate I may be doing something wrong but I can't contact anyone at Vodafone (other than a bot) for help! Why am I still without Internet at 8.30pm? Not off to a good start! 😕
