@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@TalkTalk Absolute disgrace of a company! Today is the 4th day without broadband! This is having a detrimental impact on my professional and personal life right now, how do you except remote workers to rely on your appalling service? I will be reporting you to ombudsman soon!

@TalkTalk been 6 days and my wifi isn't fixed! Rather than sending engineers out just to replace batteries every 8 hours (what I've been told by one of your engineers) Maybe just fix the problem! Nearly a whole week. I will be cancelling my contact and going with someone else!

So far in my attempt to reach @TalkTalk customer services I’ve been: - Cut off 2 minutes into the 1st call - Left in silence for 8 minutes on the 2nd call, only to have my call somehow merged with a distinctly abusive customer, who starts abusing me. And this is a phone company

I thought @TalkTalk were supposed to have the best customer service.. appalling and non existent. Avoid at all costs
