    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    @bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

    @Donald_Owens @TalkTalk @geteero Make sure the modem is working and putting out internet.  Easiest way is to switch from modem->eero to modem->laptop (or other testing device that can plug in via ethernet and browse the internet), if it doesn't work, call the ISP

    @TalkTalk are without a doubt the worst company I have ever have to deal with. We are without internet and have been since Sunday morning - all they can recommend is that we power down for 20 minutes at a time. Trying to get through to their customer service is pulling teeth.

    @WeAreOpenreach any reason why you have slowed my whole streets broadband down. @TalkTalk wish to send an engineer but clearly even looking at alternative providers they aren’t offering the speeds received previously. Seems dubious

    @Humanistforindy Same with TalkTalk, I've had them accuse memories being the problem and ignore some of my more inconvenient questions. Absolutely ludicrous.

    @TalkTalk you have got to be the worst provider out there. Service is constantly going down but according to you, there is never a problem. Every bloody night it's the same. Paying good money every bloody month for an utterly useless service. You are crap!
