@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@carlheaton @Plusnet @TalkTalk I had the opposite problem years ago - had a TalkTalk Business ADSL line to use as a backup and wanted to add a Plusnet FTTC line when leaving Virgin Media. Despite explicitly paying Plusnet to install a new line, they instead tried to take over the existing TalkTalk line!

@carlheaton @Plusnet @TalkTalk I ended up having to cancel the Plusnet order and went with Zen instead. Not that they were much better in the end as they weren’t able to do basic troubleshooting of congestion on their own network.

@TalkTalk after this tweet ..im no longer talking to anyone from talktalk.. i should never of been switch to you..and you refused bt to do the next day switch... i was slammed..an i will be filling out the form at ofcome once switched bk to bt on friday...your company is disgusting!!

Was a happy FTTC customer with @Plusnet , ordered FTTP as a new customer with @TalkTalk so I could test it out fully, no mention of transfer, just a different/new product. I can't say I'm massively surprised TalkTalk has disconnected Plusnet without my permission but WTF...
