@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

@TalkTalk Having rung you today you have been singularly unhelpful. We are trying to cancel your service as we have sold a property. It’s not surprising that @Ofcom branded you the poorest provider re customer services in 2019 is it? We have now cancelled our direct debit. Please resolve!

Virgin Media have to be, hands down, the worse ISP I’ve ever been with. I regret leaving TalkTalk. They offered slow speed, but Lord knows, I’ve never called them as much as Virgin Media
