    @bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    @TalkTalk I am so fed up with our poor intermittent internet connection. It doesn’t matter how many times @TalkTalk tell me to check my cables it’s the junction box outside! The number of engineers working on and the frequency attests to that. SORT IT

    @TalkTalk What's with the funny tweet what The issue ? 1 that's not a way to reply two someone or talk two someone 2. A lady that's got a son that's got disability and you are not answering her tweets and just blanking her 3. If that's your response two tweets then you should give it up

    @TalkTalk Hi Jo as you see in messages I’ve already ‘had someone looking into this’ - in fact 5 people during 3.25 hours of hanging asking for an unrequested disconnection to be stopped This didn’t happen Can you make it happen without me becoming a new customer? Lise

    @TalkTalk how bad is talktalk at replying two peoples tweets you get angle that's so rude it's unbelievable and it's shocking the way they treat you and make you click on links two make there jobs more easier..
