    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    Can someone explain to me TalkTalk’s logic that to fix the fact I can’t connect to the internet, I need to be connected to the internet ???? I could have screamed down the ******* phone 😡

    @OpenreachHelp Hello, Talktalk mentioned that Openreach is down in our area. Do you know when this will be back up and running? We are all working from home and can’t access the internet at all.

    @TalkTalk are the single hardest company to deal with. We took over a line and the previous owner did not inform them, now we have to pay and can't get bills, access anything! And no help at all from talktalk. Wow. Utter brick wall

    @TalkTalk I’ll try yet again but really, you should have a go with an old expired phone number as reference and customer service representatives who bump you back to the automated nonsense as soon as it gets complicated. I’d appreciate a call to establish what this bill is for. DM me.

    @talktalk Day 86 and still unable to return router. It's now a week since I requested a deadlock letter so that I can escalate my complaint to the ombudsman. Still waiting....
