@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@TalkTalk they spoke to someone on the phone already they has advised them this could take 5-7 days to fix, and i think they going to complain as not happy it happened in the first place without no communication
