    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    I plugged the new router in and 5 minutes later I am using it. It really was that simple. I confirmed that I would like them to send me one less than 24 hours ago. Now, how was the service last time you called BT, TalkTalk, PlusNet or any other about a connection problem?🧐🙃

    @TalkTalk I have Becky and everything is still NOT sorted. I’ve not been refunded for the loss in service and have been told many mixed things. It’s ridiculous

    @TalkTalk If you could just go ahead and sort out the shambolic service we've had in Nairn for the last couple weeks, that'd be great. Constant disconnects and very low speeds.
