@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

I’m looking to change my broadband provider as my contract runs out in 3 weeks. I’m looking at TalkTalk fibre 67Mbs anyone know how good it is. Or any other suggestions lm on Plusnet at the moment and lve been with them 4 years but it’s been poor for about 18mths.

Hey @TalkTalk, your service checker tells me everything is fine but I can barely load twitter through my home connection. I've reset everything multiple times, something ain't right with my Edinburgh-based connection

Piss poor service from @TalkTalk No surprise there. Trying to sort out my appalling broadband, have been cut off from chat four or five times. They must be one of the worst companies around.
