@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

Imagine my @talktalk line NEVER went down, literally twice a year maximum. I’ve been with virgin media and honestly I’ve lost count the amount of hours I’ve been left offline while being charged full price each month. @virginmedia absolute dogs

@TalkTalk I've been getting random cut offs for months now, I spoke to you before and was sent a new router and keep having the same problem still. Random losses of connection having to wait 30-40 mins a time for it to come back multiple times a day I'm getting sick of it

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk had no internet since the 7th was supposed to be fixed on the 9th. not working yet, checked the tracker and no updates since the 9th and tried getting online chat working it's been 15 mins and no reply.

@TalkTalk Internet connectivity on full fibre (city fibre) Northampton is currently down (2022-06-14 01:05hrs) My ONT shows all LEDs are green, so not a problem with my equipment here. This happened before few months ago, connectivity returned after 20mins. So problem your end.

Hey @TalkTalk any chance of an update on when I might have internet back & what compensation I will get? 6 days with no service & only 1 vague text from you isn’t really good enough. I know the issue isn’t of your making but I’d expect to be kept updated by the company I pay
