@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

@TalkTalk hi there. A TalkTalk engineer visited my mother this morning as she has no dial tone on her phone. He said it was an Open Reach issue, however she has just received an automated text saying to check her equipment. Her phone has been out of order since last Tuesday.

@TalkTalk why is your service so, so poor? We had Xmas without internet. Had a spell of over a week internetless. It’s constantly in and out. It’s awful. Costing us money in stopping our online tutoring.

@TalkTalk I spoke to customer service and they said I would be disconnected at the end of my contracted date of 18 months with no extra charge. 2 months later still connected even though I'm now on virgin. The equipment is disconnected ready to return.

@TalkTalk absolutely ridiculous service. After a decade of being a loyal customer, we had no other choice but to change service provider after receiving poor quality & services. Even after switching, TalkTalk still had the audacity to take more money out of our account!!
