@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

If I had to describe @TalkTalk's customer service experience I would tell you to imagine dragging your ***** through a mile of glass and at the end of it all told sorry we can give you a lolly pop you may or may not receive for the inconvenience

Nearly 48 hours no broadband. Wasted time waiting at home for no engineer to arrive for their planned appt. Online chats ending without notice, same for telephone calls. Someone leaving me on hold then the service closing and not informing me. @TalkTalk this is awful service!!!!
