    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    @TalkTalk why does my broadband dropout every evening after approx 1700hrs is this normal is it because it’s “peak hours” it slows down?

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup are absolutely horrendous to deal with. Internet off since Wednesday just because of rain. No help whatsoever. All they want is my phone number for the line which I don’t have as it’s 2022 and no ****** uses them.

    @TalkTalk Don’t bother contacting them at all, they can’t help you anyway even with a simple request. You just get handed around several members of staff that leave you on hold

    @TalkTalk incredibly disappointed and angry with the service received. 6 days to be without internet access is unacceptable, lack of any communication, an engineer who did show up, absolutely appalled.

    Trying to find someone who can help me set up my new talktalk broadband modem as for some reason I can't do it not a problem I've had before. Can't find a talktalk shop in Birmingham now looking for an independent tech to help. All very frustrating 😑
