@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@TalkTalk I need help. Our phone line is out BUT broadband is still working. I've run a test but it comes back connection is working. YES for broadband, NO for phone. The stupid website does not allow me to notify about my problem. How can I get help!

@TalkTalk Waiting on @VodafoneUK through openreach but somebody messed up my service availability so it doesn't show to me as available hopefully soon but then bet there £30 offer is cityfibre exclusive too so wrong why lower prices on a better network :/

I’ve been paying 10.99 separately month for my Netflix and it’s only now I’ve noticed I could have just added it to my broadband package for £4 extra. Guess what idiot is phoning TalkTalk in the morning.
