    @bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    @Po03827738Emily @TalkTalk I ended up claiming against them through ofcom for failing to deliver the promised contract. Terrible company, was accused of lying by one of their staff members, took 7 months to get a stable Internet connection then last two days it's been on the blink again

    @TalkTalk I called on Tues 20/12/22 twice to cancel my service. Both times put on hold for over 15mins & then call disconnected. Tried to cancel over web chat but was told it’s not possible. I have moved to different provider starting in Jan. You must cancel my service.

    @matt_harris95 @TalkTalk I spent 7 months trying to get them to sort my line out, ended up making a claim through ofcom, miraculously following this legal claim my line was fixed but the last two days it's been disconnecting again. Terrible company, terrible service, utterly unhelpful
