    @bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    @TalkTalk @486timetable @_CarinaWh I personally have found TalkTalk to be very responsive. I had problems last year & they replaced my router with no fuss.

    @TalkTalk Well if after 2h and 30 min in a chat (stopped by your agent) and over the phone you have not been able to sort out and you give a credit as a compensation in an account I will not use... Not sure how you can help.

    Hi @TalkTalk your broadband had been incredibly slow and regularly cutting out in Hove (BN3 5FB) over the last week or so. Are you aware of this and is there a reason why?
