@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

@TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

@yell999 @TalkTalk Especially the inconvenience where the mail in this outage may be forever lost and worst still some sender's may never send to that email address ever again. This is what's preventing government emails now being delivered from a different outage a month ago.

@TalkTalk This company is terrible New, customer 3 days after start up date still no internet. .. No engineers available is the excuse Having to chat to a person in the Philippines Waiting on the phone for 4 hours for them to try and fix the problems is unacceptable
