    @TalkTalk been trying to sort a problem with my sons internet since 16th December, been on the phone for an hour, asked to speak to a manager waiting for 20 minutes and you've just cut me off!!!! Brilliant customer service - i think not

    @bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

    @TalkTalk why is it that the moment we cancel our talktalk tv and entertainment booster our WiFi stops working and it’ll take 3 business days to get it fixed? This is the third issue we’ve had with talktalk in 3 months! @bt_uk or @EE want a new client?

    @TalkTalk I have sent a DM but I’d prefer to continue this way so everyone can see the responses as I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service I’ve experienced.

    @TalkTalk It’s not about cancellation date it’s about disconnecting the line so we don’t get charged for someone else who’s moved into the house using the line which a vulnerable elderly lady will have to pay for? Your service is absolutely shocking, your mistake put it right?

    @TalkTalk Wireless. It says it’s connected and all fine when I login to the router settings. I have reset the gateway and factory settings too. It works for a few minutes then cuts out again.

    @TalkTalk broadband not working again, 2nd time in a couple of weeks. Cut short viewing tonight! Funny this happens whenever contract renewal comes around & I should use faster reliable (pricier) option. Better work in the morning. 😡

    @TalkTalk When you say "upgrade" do you mean you're implementing the latest tech called Morse code. My internet goes down all the time and despite a dozen complaints it's not been resolved. I don't expect it to now so I'm investing in carrier pigeons.

    @TalkTalk Wi-Fi has been on and off for a couple of days. Today it’s been off for nearly 2 hours now “no problems on line” though
