Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

@Trishie_D @TalkTalk Ah you’re in brighton and with TalkTalk too? It has been terrible for us the last 10 days or so as well. I’ve been having to reset the router every other day to try and sort it but no joy. Must raise it with them this week.

@bigleftyben @TalkTalk Where in Brighton are you? I'm in Portslade. They said they'd be sending out an OpenReach engineer in 24-48 hours so if the problem isn't fixed by mid-day tomorrow I'm a) escalating a complaint and b) changing suppliers.

We have another inept/hollow regulator, OFCOM. 1. Inability to stop telephone/broadband service providers, namely BT, TalkTalk, Sky and Virgin imposing an average 13% inflationary price hike mid-contract. 2. This disables your right to switch suppliers mid-contract. 3. T&C’s!!
