    @TalkTalk Ever since we moved house in February this year we can no longer access My Account pages because the login email address (which we have always used) is now no longer recognised so doesn't match the password. We can't reset because of the same email problem. Help!

    Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

    @thetafferboy @TalkTalkGroup TalkTalk are a diabolically bad company to deal with in sooooo many ways - I hope they realise how 💩 they're being here and waive the charge 🤞(although I won't hold my breath)

    @TalkTalk Has anyone given notice to cancel their contract and been told a confirmation email would be sent and you never received? Is this some kind of scam to say you didn't give enough notice for talk talk to incur extra charges?

    If @TalkTalk offer you a £100 voucher to stay with them, I implore you not to accept the offer. You won't get the £100 voucher, you will get stress, lied to, hours spent on hold, incompetent managers, rude 'customer service' staff, and end up leaving anyway. #TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk why would you change me onto paper billing without my permission? You have charged me for a paper bill that I didn't request and you have not deducted a payment I made on my account. I'm sick to death of your help advisers messing up my account. Where do I complain?

    @TalkTalk in hold for 45 minutes, spoken rudely to, refund promised 6 weeks ago still not actioned and just had someone hang up on me! Amazing customer service
