Anyone having issues with #skyglass today? Turned on and only shows sky cinema. Not even showing inputs to switch over to TalkTalk tv or aerial. Yet another issue in the long line of issues had with this piece of crap @SkyHelpTeam

@TalkTalk Been trying to sort this reoccurring problem for months, back in December I was left without any Internet for 10 days, my contract is almost up and as soon as it is im leaving to go to a provider thats more reliable

@TalkTalk So the man I just spoke to in the cancellations department put the phone down on me! This is not acceptable. I want to cancel my contract. It ends at the of Feb but am being told that I’ll have to pay to 3rd March as it’s 30 days notice. I had my renewal email only yesterday

@TalkTalk how about helping customers rather than just batting them around the system. Try solving issue rather than just tweeting about them. Your customer service is dreadful
