Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

@TalkTalk Ever since we moved house in February this year we can no longer access My Account pages because the login email address (which we have always used) is now no longer recognised so doesn't match the password. We can't reset because of the same email problem. Help!

@TalkTalk my 1 month old 500 Mbps internet becoming dial up!! absolutely useless. yet line test says otherwise. speed constantly slowing on both up and down. do you just wait for cancel period to end before throttaling?

@TalkTalk @talktalk your service is absolutely terrible! We have not had internet service for almost 7 days!! You sent us a faulty router. When the engineer came over to fix the problem, he found the issue was with the power supply. You sent us a new power supply- it’s still not working!

@TalkTalk why is it that I try to cancel a contract with you for bereavement you don’t and still expect a contract to last for 30 more days when no one is at the address and state it can only happen with the policy holder. Think about why I can’t do this?!

@CalCarrie @TalkTalk Wow - how on earth can they get away with this. For some people their landline is there lifeline. I had a lot issues with them.
