    @TalkTalk Ever since we moved house in February this year we can no longer access My Account pages because the login email address (which we have always used) is now no longer recognised so doesn't match the password. We can't reset because of the same email problem. Help!

    Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

    @TalkTalk I don’t think that’s going to do any good, Jessie. Apparently my copper broadband is still active, just not working. Faster Fibre Tech keep passing my to FTCC, who say they can’t help, then they pass me to Faster Fibre. I’ve had enough.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup how long does it take to reply to a tweet or answer calls? It is outrageous that we have to wait long to get the service we want.

    Worst thing I done was change my broadband from sky to @TalkTalk have had nothing but problems. Currently they have found a fault on my line and need to send an engineer which I will have to take a full day off work for, and they might decide to charge me £65 for the privilege 🤬

    @TalkTalk I have replied. I cannot believe you have asked me for his account number again. This is the reason I tweeted in the first place. Why is a death certificate w/his name, address and date of death not enough for you to locate and cancel his account?

    @SupercatScout @TalkTalk You got further than I did; I just got passed from pillar to post abd then eventually cut off. I’d figured out they didn’t know how the hell to deal with activation problems after 1st August. Hope you get sorted. I’ve given up on them. Gonna get my sport fix elsewhere.

    Me to wife yesterday: "Not a bad week. Sorted new internet provider. Got the wills and POA sent off. Sorted out the printer and bought new paper. Got refund from @TalkTalk agreed. Hung new blinds in bedroom. Looking good." Wife: "Don't count your chickens"

    @SalfordCityFC It looks terrible... I dont understand talktalk supporting the NHS. They don't doing anything to support them. Maybe rip them of by charging millions putting Internet in hospitals but that's not supporting them.
