@TalkTalk very disappointed with the service you are providing to my dad. After my mum died in December he's changed the account details over to his account but had the phone and broadband cut off now for over a week. No outstanding bills are due so why is his account blocked?

@talktalk appalling customer service!! 1.75hrs on chat last night. 3 hours tonight! It’s like Groundhog Day with your representatives!! Trying to get a fault sorted for 80yr old in-laws! I just want to speak to someone who can help - without repeating the same thing 100 times!

@TalkTalk You're not really they're to help, you're there passing customers to lines that aren't answered, to clueless call centres, Chat Lines that cant do anything but fob the customer off. More failed promises of call backs. 2 months and counting.

Is this what @TalkTalk usually do? Send an engineer round to set up your internet so it doesn't work and then have a customer service rep try to charge you to send another one out? Ridiculous company

@TalkTalk What should have been a straight forward service to leave Virgin & move to TalkTalk has took 5 weeks?! Hence paying another month now on a package we'd plan to cancel. Even that or no TV at all. Phone to ask for help only to be consistently put on hold.
