Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

@dorisjaynelouis @TalkTalk I am doing the same, coming up to 3 months now. Tried DM them, absolutely no help. They confirm again and again that i do not have a contract with them, but still take money. Its horrendous.

@virginmedia Hi, we just switched to virgin following poor customer service at Talktalk. This was to be a new wifi router, however appears to be one of the used returns, that has been sent straight out to us from.another customer possibly. I or my partner would be free to do a web chat, 1pm

@MJ19992576 @TalkTalk Same situation for me. I have never had a service !!! Talk talk blamed city fibre city fibre blamed talk talk. No Internet connect ever and now l am receiving emails demanding payment.

@TalkTalk We have been trying to get a problem solved with you for 6 months or more, still no joy. You have the right name 'TalkTalk because that is all you do, your engineer put in a report and still we got nothing sorted. You dont deserve custom.
