    @geckobike @TalkTalk Oh dear! I hope TalkTalk can fix this. Trying to explain issues past Master Socket to Call Centre droid in South Asia brought us no joy. Would seriously suggest DIY if at all possible, sadly.

    @TalkTalk .. can I just say as a talk talk customer your internet is an absolute diabolical Shambles.. I was promise a good service when I renew my 18 month contact and since renewing it’s never been right..it’s slower than a sloth.. and cuts out multiple times(SERIOUSLY)

    It took me until this week to realise the @TalkTalk radio advert isn't a notification tone interrupting the lady, but a jingle/ID which the ad producer wants to play over her. Almost as bad as the studio talkback ads radio folks love to hate!

    Absolutely appalling service @TalkTalk . Totally unwilling to help can never get through to speak to anyone . Chat go through same old script. To cap it all Broadband drops several times a day and want me to pay for engineer! #customerservice #customerexperience #talktalk

    @geckobike @TalkTalk Did a BT 'engineer' do this installing broadband? We had this. No joy trying to get BT to fix this. Partner eventually did the job.

    @TalkTalk we’ve been on chat with Portia for ages, the last contact she mentioned booking an engineer for appalling internet being painfully slow and dropping. She hadn’t responded since 20:55, has Portia just decided to log off because it was going on 9pm? Shocking service.
