Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

@TalkTalk currently on hold 40 mins deep. No internet for 10 days. Trying cancel contract. Cancellations team put me through to billing. Billing are on hold to the cancellations team, internal team been on hold for 15 mins, mind blowing. Breaching your contract cancel my contract

@KeithSNewman @TalkTalk I had exactly the same email and turns out it was genuine! I had to call them to cancel, although still waiting for a call back which they said it would be 48 hours but now gone past that!Shocking how they can just do this and wonder how many people don’t realise until too late!

@TalkTalk Lots of people are still down without internet access, because an incident with a car and BT swtichbox being damaged in Sheffield. Surely you know what's the problem?? And how long will this continue, because I am using my own phone data. Costing me a fortune here!!

@TalkTalk what am absolutely dreadful "service" you have provided there. Far from happy. I will be in touch about cancelling my service. 1 & a half hours on the phone last week to get an engineer sent around to repair a non existent fault. No talk and no listen either. Shambles
