Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

Steer well clear of @TalkTalk for Internet. Shambles doesn't even begin to describe it. I would say amateur hour but an hour to not resolve a problem would be an improvement on what we've been having to deal with

@OpenreachHelp Hi there do you lot have different types of telecom engineers. Talktalk sent an openreach engineer to solve a connection issue but the person said “sorry I can’t help because I am a copper engineer I don’t do fibre”. (1/2)
