    Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

    @OpenreachHelp No internet since 2pm GMT. My internet provider @TalkTalk has raised a ticket with you to get the issue resolved. Why are we not kept updated? What is going on and when will we get internet back in my area? No one is answering you contact line.

    @TalkTalk Can you help? Open Reach website says fibre is available in our area but your website (and quite a few other providers) say it isn't. Open Reach have told me that you need to contact them to get it sorted? What do I do?
