@TalkTalk Ever since we moved house in February this year we can no longer access My Account pages because the login email address (which we have always used) is now no longer recognised so doesn't match the password. We can't reset because of the same email problem. Help!

@TalkTalk Hi Ian - we have now spent over 2 hours with customer service eventually it transpired that someone marked this as ‘not eligible’ despite no service having been provided. Then were put on hold again for 30 minutes with no result

2/2 Just spent over 1 hour on the phone to “customer service” barely understand what people are saying, 7 different people, constantly on hold, NO help. No record apparently of the many calls we had with them at the time. TalkTalk not signed up to ombudsman scheme I wonder why.
