    Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

    @TalkTalk Bit slow to respond there (nearly 24 hours?). But good spot ... and no, no issues (not a consumer of yours). More of a general observation/query: Why are there different "packages" for business vs home for 1) Telephone 2) Broadband ?

    @TalkTalk I’m noticing a real pattern with your internet going down 12-1am every single Sunday?? Any reason? I mean if you’re doing works each week then whatever but shouldn’t your customers be in the loop? Or is there further issues? I don’t pay for this!!!

    @TalkTalk I pay actual money for your internet, you say I’m getting my guaranteed speeds yet my connection always seems terrible and now my internet is showing as on, yet when connected to the Wi-Fi I have no service
