Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

@TalkTalk over the weekend I've had 20mbps, in the evenings it's gone back down to 11mbps. Tonight, it's 3mbps. Sure you're not doing some old fashioned speed throttling? Soon as you've confirmed that you can't supply the minimum speed for my broadband, I'm switching ASAP.

@TalkTalk my internet was cutting out every 20mins for 3days. Engineer is booked for tomorrow. Since phoning you and line test it's now been working without cutting out for about an hour. Do I cancel engineer or should they still come in case?

15 days without the internet @talktalk send out another engineer the engineer said the original fault still hasn't been fixed their end routing problems so there was no point him coming out And I'm still left with nothing ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH

@TalkTalk My fault has nothing to do with the storm no broadband since last Thursday all I'm being told 2-3 days for engineer no up date going onto 5 days. God help those whose fault is due to the storm !!
