Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

@TalkTalk My internet is down. No help from both phone and web chat. They couldn’t even give me a timeframe. If it isn’t fixed within the hour I will be cancelling as @EE offered me something even better!

@TalkTalk the company for noone! Sends out engineers who lie about what the problem is and could have fixed it with new router but didn't. Instead he put it through as fixed! Well done! Good scam there, cause they'll still keep charging! 👍🤔

@TalkTalk please help me with this. How can it be that my 84 year old father in law informed you of his move in the first week of November. He moved on 27/11 and you’re telling him his number won’t transfer until 8/12. No internet for 11 days! Your call centre will not help!!!

@darth_na @TalkTalk It’s entirely different business silos in my experience. Cross-over in past have been interesting between small biz w/ maybe 4 employees and family w/ 2 children. Essentially the same service but one is enterprise contract while other is commercial.
