@TalkTalk Hopefully sorted now, we didn't want to cancel but transfer the account to new build but it's not on your system so the contract had to be ended, diff people said diff things but now done. Thanks.

**** @TalkTalk. Absolutely shambles trying to fix my wifi which they disconnected for no reason and won’t reconnect me unless I take out a new package. Avoid going with them at all costs. Customer service is diabolical 🥴

@TalkTalk Now have a great BB from Talktalk - very fast, but your service isnt woeful - the worst I have come across. Dont expect TT to help you, they just send you around an endless cycle of people when you have a complaint - my complaint hasnt been addressed. poor service

@TalkTalk More problems! Promised a call back before 15:00hrs, waiting (while working), hour & half, nothing! I call up again. Told "we tried to call you". So can you call me back now. Answer NO! excuse other people are waiting! I have problems with connectivity! why?

@inequals @TalkTalk What's as bad or worse is when they can't guarantee what day of the month they're going to charge you, so it could be any day in a five day window.

@TalkTalk is so trash! Installed last Friday, they gave us faulty router, new router arrived and still doesn't work! Now they've sent me a bill for services used and I haven't even had any internet connection!
