Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

@TalkTalk Is there any point, I'm 500 m from the telephone junction box, I don't have fibre, previous attempts to fix the problem have only ever been temporary. I have the option of genuine fibre from Virgin, that's the decision I need to make, can't even send this because broadband's gone

@TalkTalk Dynamic line management keeps slowing my line from 12mb to 2mb after about 2 months goes back up then gets cut down again , 3 times last year 1 time so far this year

@TalkTalk This is shocking!! Customer service is terrible! I work from home and am reliant on the WIFI however anyone I get in touch with repeatedly mentions it being the back of the router yet several people in the area are reporting the same thing. Can you please send someone out?
