@TalkTalk Ever since we moved house in February this year we can no longer access My Account pages because the login email address (which we have always used) is now no longer recognised so doesn't match the password. We can't reset because of the same email problem. Help!

@TalkTalk having a nightmare with talk talk broadband installation. Work wasn't completed first time, second engineer never arrived, and your phone line just hangs up on me so I can't talk to anyone. thinking of cancelling before I'm stuck with this poor service for 18 months.

@TalkTalk Hello Talk Talk, we have a problem I’m afraid. My 84 year old grandma cannot get through (major bill issue) by phoning 0800 5427341 … the call was on hold 23 mins - finally when call centre answered the line was un-audible, and then went dead! Can you please advise?

@TalkTalk I’m going around in a loop. My internet keeps dropping out. Your automated checks say the line is fine. It isn’t. Your customer service advisor said they can’t send out an engineer because the line is fine. It really isnt. I’ve done that for a week. It keeps dropping out. Help!
