Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

@TalkTalk my internet has not been working today and despite several calls to your customer line to get an engineer to look at the fault, the issue is unresolved. I’ve been told it could be three days before things are sorted. Not really very satisfactory at all.

@Athena58 @TalkTalk When I had TalkTalk I had problems with the line. They told me the line wasn't theirs, it was BT's, so they wouldn't fix it. BT (who should know) told me TalkTalk lease the line from them, and are responsible for its maintenence This went on for weeks, while TT charged me rental
