Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

@charlesarthur @alexhern Oh dear. We've just ditched TalkTalk (or “T-lk-a-k” if you factor in the amount of intermittent dropouts we experienced) for a return to BT, so here's hoping service is better in this part of the world!

Hey @talktalk I sent y’all a dm. Why is my internet still cutting in and out? The maintenance ended at 8am, yet it is almost 3, and I cannot get my work done for this internet constantly not working.

@EVPuzzle @TalkTalk My last issue was after loads of thunder & lightning took out the built in micro filter in all the phone sockets in the neighborhood.The smallest of things.Logging into talktalk account and running automatic diagnostics found the problem.

@TalkTalk No you ******* won't, you haven't any other time clearly. Had to call you about 6 times this year because of the WiFi going out, every time get the same run around, never changes. Need a bloody change in your company culture. Clearly incapable in every area you bunch of tits.
