Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

@TalkTalk in hold for 45 minutes, spoken rudely to, refund promised 6 weeks ago still not actioned and just had someone hang up on me! Amazing customer service

@TalkTalk No Internet for practically a month. Bill up 13 pounds or so. Engineer can't fix it so you want to charge me for a 2nd visit. Within 30 seconds it's miraculously free for the visit because I'm leaving. Shysters, Charlatans and Crooks Ta-ra anyway.

@RickSacrop @virginmedia Unfortunately, the only alternative for me is Sky, which is much more expensive than what I pay Virgin. Tried TalkTalk, but that was awful, in my area.

@TalkTalk worse company in the world. I cancelled my contract, 18th of May last due, had a email saying I'm due a refund, can't refund it back to my card as all my details have been removed, have to wait upto 10 days for a cheque. A seriously rank bad company.

why am i being charged 3 months in a row for a service i'm not using (future fibre home move), calling weekly to get it cancelled and compensated to be gas-lighted and told different things each time i speak with someone? @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup shambolic customer service.
