    Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

    If talktalk broadband worked consistently for a month I would faint in shock..every week there is a problem with this network...so fed up with them...no discount is keeping me as a customer...

    @TalkTalk Can you tell my why my internet has disconnected at least 8 times within the past 24 hours and has had a problem for a while and our connection speed has been much below average within the past 2 months or so. Practically paying for nothing right now.

    How do I talk to an actual person @TalkTalk? No point in the automated help if it won’t allow more than yes or no answers and they want to reply by text which I won’t get as no mobile reception at home! Phone keeps disconnecting from WiFi & access websites on laptop either!

    @TalkTalk Yes, we have reset and everything you would recommend us trying. No we haven't called for you to magically fix the problem that must clearly be something you do on your end. Contemplating changing to get more for cheaper.

    @TalkTalk It is now my 9th consecutive day of poor / intermittent broadband service from you and my patience is totally exhausted. When EXACTLY is this problem going to be fixed - and please, try hard not to overwhelm me with your indifference for once.
