Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

Why does someone who fails so abysmally at talktalk with normal peoples private information, losing millions, then gets a job at track and trace as a privileged 'life' peer, costing billions still not have accountability? I wish I could fail so well!!

@TalkTalk Having rung you today you have been singularly unhelpful. We are trying to cancel your service as we have sold a property. It’s not surprising that @Ofcom branded you the poorest provider re customer services in 2019 is it? We have now cancelled our direct debit. Please resolve!

@TalkTalk are you able to assist I have been without WiFi or Broadband since 2pm and have been on the helpline for over 1hour still no closer to a fix, I work from home as part of a crisis team so need to get back on ASAP. Help greatly appreciated
