Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

@TalkTalk Ever since we moved house in February this year we can no longer access My Account pages because the login email address (which we have always used) is now no longer recognised so doesn't match the password. We can't reset because of the same email problem. Help!

@TalkTalk No, will just wait til you either give up, contest me direct or try to get the money through legal means. I have all the calls etc from the amount of time I’ve tried to sort this out and all the messages. I’ve given up now as all you do is claim covid is the issue.

@virginmedia Please can you sort the absolutely awful internet and tv service out please, and I’m still waiting on a call back a week later to discuss the £30 credit we were promised for staying with you and not continuing our switch to @TalkTalk. Can’t get through on phone or chat!
