    Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

    @janekwrites @TalkTalk I can’t recall! The real issue for me has been speaking to people and being kept informed. Eg, today a guy came to my home - I had no warning and it was v lucky I was in.

    @TalkTalk I can’t believe you’ve Disconnected my BB early hours of last day before move instead of as late as possible leaving me with no way of emailing solicitors etc and kids going crazy you get 24 hours not providing a service paid for though 😡 common sense FGS

    @TalkTalk good morning! my internet is down. can someone have a look for me please? I've been on the service dashboard and done a line check. are there any other checks I/you can do or do I have to wait 2-3 days for an engineer? thanks!

    @TalkTalk how can I tell if my service is cancelled as requested? Account dashboard is saying my contract ends 18 sept but I cancelled it from 30 July.

    @TalkTalk Hi, every time I switch on my Xbox 360, my WiFi slows down, almost to a stop, preventing anything else from working, nothing else causes this, is there anything I can do to resolve this?

    @TalkTalk Isn't the point of doing this in the early hours to prevent service disruptions, as opposed to causing issues all week long like you have? I've spent my days off trying to fix my speed being at 500Kbps instead of the 78Mb we're paying for and been told there's no problem.

    @TalkTalk had no Internet for over a week, spent every single day on the phone to them, spent 3 hours on the phone and then get hung up on. First class service from them. Keep going @TalkTalk, doing an amazing job

    @TalkTalk is it possible to talk to a human being? I can’t find a phone number on your “Help” pages. I’m fed up with having my internet connection drop out. By restarting my router it comes back but why do I have to do that? 😡
