    Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

    @TalkTalk Pls explain to me what your idea of help looks like? Does it look like being on the line for almost an hour going over the same procedures every time you call because you don’t believe your customers when they complain about a lack of service or over 3hrs to download 300mb ?

    @TalkTalk Have to restart router at least once sometimes more every single day, it's been like this now for months, been with talk talk for years with no problems at all until we had this (upgraded)router. Even after going through all the checks etc still knocks us off at least once a day

    @OpenreachHelp Hi, we had our wifi booked to be installed on the 3rd of August and it was cancelled without confirmation from us and now we had to rebook for the 9th, we never wanted it cancelled in the first place and talktalk told us you could no longer install it on the 3rd now

    @TalkTalk I've been having internet blackout (my router has gone MIA) for hours since 5:40pm - I did all the instructions, unplug main socket for 20 mins to restart and nothing. NOTHING. it's my 1st month w you and this happened. I wfh and how am I supposed to connect tomorrow?!
