    @TalkTalk Ever since we moved house in February this year we can no longer access My Account pages because the login email address (which we have always used) is now no longer recognised so doesn't match the password. We can't reset because of the same email problem. Help!

    Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

    @TalkTalk Your service is crap! My humans 82 year old father has been on the phone to you for over an hour and a quarter - your now tv link failed to work, you failed to resolve it & are now trying to charge him more! Totally disgusting & appalling way to treat a long standing customer

    @TalkTalk Are you guys going to help me with my query or not? I've spent more than 8 hours in the last 3 days to solve this and there is no progress. You cancelled my order without contacting me, made me create a new order and expect me to wait 3 more weeks.. This is ridiculous.

    @TalkTalk At last I went through to someone, my neighbour informed you on the 8 March 2022 and received a reply that the fibre service would end on 2 September. operator was adamant that they had to pay for 30 days notice.Iasked to speak to the complaints Deptand was cut off.

    @TalkTalk Hi Ian. Thanks for the reply. Issue was finally resolved however it was disappointing that it took a live chat agent almost 1 hour today just to renew an existing account/plan.

    I have tried 3 times to activate my @NOW membership through @TalkTalk and every time it doesn't work. Screw the discount I'm NOT calling again!

    @TalkTalk hi, spent all day on phone with you trying to get service reconnected after your engineers connected fibre this morning, and despite their assurances that our existing broadband would continue to work, you then cut us off 30 minutes later.

    @TalkTalk I’ve just had Future Fibre installed but the engineer didn’t have a router with him. I’ve spent 4 hours over the past 2 days trying to speak to someone who can get me one. How do I cancel ?
