@TalkTalk OK so I've DM'd and then no one wants to help. Just so you know, no-one is answering the telephone. I've tried. Several times. Sending me the same number isn't helpful. I'm not looking for a lot, just need to know when an engineer will be with me.

@TalkTalk Hi. My tiscali email service has stopped working. I tried logging into my account but it won't recognise my tiscali email address. It last updated at 2.10 am. No joy since then. Tested my line and no problems indicated. Any thoughts?

@TalkTalk Ian, since you replied 2 hours ago I have been trying to speak to the right people. After waiting online for an hour I’ve tried calling Full fibre or complaints. The guy put me through to a service which says it’s not customer facing and that I should hang up! This is too much!
