  @TalkTalk Ever since we moved house in February this year we can no longer access My Account pages because the login email address (which we have always used) is now no longer recognised so doesn't match the password. We can't reset because of the same email problem. Help!

  Re your business account people: they are the most spectacularly useless script-reading nincompoops I’ve dealt with. I cannot access my own account because you’ve decided an email I have never used is the only acceptable proof I exist. I’ve provided every piece of ID except my inside-leg measurement.   @TalkTalk can't fault your service over the past however many years I've been with you but would be nice to tell me my contract is coming to an end so I can sort out a new deal instead of just doubling my bill and hope I wouldn't notice
