Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted with the service. Waited weeks for them to fix internet at my new home with their delays and now to find out there’s now been an error on their part and order wasn’t even processed! I had to cancel and now they won’t waive their cancellation fee!!

@TalkTalk having awful trouble with my wifi keeps dropping out on my tv sound goes out on Netflix have to come out and reconnect to network! Happens everyday really annoying when I’m halfway through a movie 😡

Sorry rant coming..totally appalled by the service from @TalkTalk 1 month without a phone line and the engineer has failed to show again. Disgusting customer service for a small business that is just trying to get work done! Case 09335588 if anyone cares to look into this.😡

@TalkTalk I reported my parents landline not working this morning. They are in their 90s and my dad has dementia. They also have telecare service incase they have a fall which we need landline for. Was told 4 October for it to be looked at. Is this a joke talk talk?
