Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

@TalkTalk So to recap: My internet speeds have been up and down for over 6 months. I call to complain and get passed around operators for 30 mins. My call is cut. Repeat 2-3 times... Almost as if you know I am want to cancel my service and you are just hanging up...

I am thinking of leaving your service,and joining talktalk,as every month my bill varies between £70.00 and £80.00 and I do not use my landline to make telephone calls. If I DECIDE to remain a customer when do we get the new hubs

After 2+ years of diabolical service, both for broadband and customer, I'm finally giving up on #TalkTalk as my Internet provider. There just aren't enough hours in the day to spend on the phone to one of its 'computer say no' workers.
