@TalkTalk What's more annoying is, no one crossed checked my details for my FTTP line as all your "support agents" who are not based in the UK read off a script and if there are any problems that take your agents off script they don't know what to do. @Ofcom

Why is nothing ever easy? Moving broadband to @TalkTalk and welcome pack arrived with new land line number. 7 departments later and 45 minutes I was told to cancel order and reorder. But can’t reorder until 48 hours time. I thought talktalk was better than this……..

Talk talk bag of arse internet, on Monday my mums router went all weird started going Orange instead of white. She rang them up gotta wait all this week without internet till Monday when the engineer comes out, ridiculous. #talktalk sucks.
