@TalkTalk Funny how now it’s public you get back to me within 10 mins yet I’m still on the phone to your company after 1 hour and 51 minutes & was left on hold for over 30 minutes. Spoken to half you company in the last week, 5 calls and 8 different humans yet problem still not solved!!

Hey @TalkTalk - you have left my 90 year old mother without her landline working for 11 days in PR9 postcode. Your last communication said it was an Openworld issue that would be sorted in 24 hours - that was 6 days ago. Shame on you...
