We can't reset because of the same email problem. Help!

Just ignored the major part !! Not a professional standard is it? Why does TalkTalk employ people for? Leaving customers frustrated is not good.

Carla 🏠 (@fliickernh) reported@TalkTalk on the phone with an agent trying to fix my grandmothers phone line but was told an engineer can’t come until next week. She’s 90, lives alone and relies on a panic button so can’t be without her phone, is it possible for someone to come sooner?
