Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

@TalkTalk Is there a number I can call when I am back at home as I have had to leave the house to head into my office I can tell you the hub is flashing orange and clear for 5 mins then just goes orange this isn't the first time I have had issues your service isn't consistent

The award for #clueless #CustomerService goes to @TalkTalk. So far I’ve had to make 4 phone calls, talk to 8 people, was cut off 3x and still nobody was able to cancel my Ultra Fibre service.

@OpenreachHelp Sky/UW/BT/TalkTalk - all the ISPs have raised it with you and escalated. Only update we have back is that it will take another 3 days for someone "to attend" not "fix". I am raising it with you directly as ALL ISPs affected and none of them is getting any useful information back.

Cancelled @TalkTalk. Anyone trying to get @CityFibre, I’d strongly recommend you do it by another provider. What a bitterly disappointing experience this has been. Luckily I cancelled before committing to an 18 month contract! Shocking service!
