    @TalkTalk Ever since we moved house in February this year we can no longer access My Account pages because the login email address (which we have always used) is now no longer recognised so doesn't match the password. We can't reset because of the same email problem. Help!

    @TalkTalk Hi. Telegraph pole was knocked down a week ago. No landline or Internet for about 12 houses. Costing money to add bolt ons. Reported to both TT and Openreach. Any idea when this will be sorted as now fed up?

    @alexbloor Often find this happens while pulling content from Netflix's own CDN (small/indie ISPs). Using big ISP's local caches have never been a problem, and in particular, TalkTalk's is rock solid.

    @TalkTalk Hi my fibre 150 is not even close to running at 110 which is the guarantee. When first installed it was 147-160 now it’s 83-90. Fix it and I will be asking for compensation by the day. This has been like this for at least a month now. Fix it
