@TalkTalk Gave up trying to report network issue on your website. Postcode WS9, WiFi hub shows steady white light, can obtain IP Address from TalkTalk but no internet to any device wired or wireless. Possibly infrastructure issue!

@EE Am on phone to customer service when they answer holding for a while now but feel a bit robbed all these problems an u still want 40 quid bill this week @TalkTalk dm me best deal u can do on fibre pls 40 a month too much for me when it costs me 80 quid with drop outs play poker

@TalkTalk I will also be contacting other company directors on this matter too. TalkTalk has forced my hand for far too long. I have never spoken to a customer agent who showed any empathy whatsoever. Do they treat all customers with chronic illness in this fashion ?

@TalkTalk I have got no further with my query because no one can tell me what the issue is on my account! I have tried calling and this and no one can tell me the problem and when my services will be back. I keep getting told it has been escalated. How do I speak to someone with authority?

@StuAuld @TalkTalk Hi, no. They were utterly useless so I just cancelled everything and had a new line installed to circumvent them blocking the line up. The level of incompetence in their customer service is mind blowing.
