Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

@TalkTalk can anyone help, we had fast fibre fitted yesterday with an eero box and the Internet is not working we've tried resetting etc but we suspect it hasn't been activated at your end.

@TalkTalk your apparent amazing super fast fibre broadband is tosh, can’t handle 2 game consoles and a mobile phone on what should be 45dl speed and handle multiple devices. Beyond fed up of your awful services now.
