@TalkTalk fix your internet. it’s been completely dead since early yesterday and was told it would be ‘fixed in 24 hours’. it’s been almost 36 hours with no update whatsoever. all we’ve been told is ‘our engineers are working on it’. absolutely appalling.

@TalkTalk Why bother with your Community Forum? The service status information there is equally fiction and no sign of any official communication from TalkTalk employees on there. Why every time you have a significant problem do all the TalkTalk staff vanish and "everything is fine" 😠
