Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

Talktalk send an engineer, doesn’t come into my house because the fault isn’t there. 20 minutes after he leaves talktalk tell me I need an engineer... now I have no access to the internet at all and their service centre won’t let me speak to anyone!? @TalkTalk #stressed

@TalkTalk very disappointed with your service. My father passed away and solicitor wrote to say we wanted to maintain service in my name. You ignored the letter & disconnected & now say you can’t reconnect till 7 April but we need it next week. Tough time just made harder by you.

@bmgBlackpool @Trustpilot You likely realise that TalkTalk is highly automated; almost all customer contact involves computer bots.. chatbots (they use fake delay when “agent is typing” .. no human is involved) and telephone answering. Community.. I’d guess most of that is also automated, ie #useless

@TalkTalk Yes, why has our £24 TalkTalk package increased to £70 without any reason or prior notification. If this is not amended immediately, we will cancel our direct debit & go elsewhere. In such challenging financial times & struggle this is shockingly wrong!!!
