Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

@TalkTalk My elderly mothers phone has just stopped working all of a sudden. She cannot ring out or receive calls. It’s her only means of contact during this pandemic. Please can you help ASAP
