Diabolical ‘service’ from the inaptly named @TalkTalk. It’s impossible to communicate with them in any way shape or form. All we want is a phone and internet line putting in!

@TalkTalk Currently on the phone to your department. Traveled 3 hours today to honour our appointment and talk talk have let me down. Customer services are disgusting. No one is interested in helping. Disgraceful company!!

Hi @OpenreachHelp, our internet has been down for a couple of hours now, and @TalkTalk is not able to provide any more information apart from that there has been a major outage Openreach’s network. May I please ask for more details on this, and how long will it be down for?

@jamiemillington @TalkTalk It’s not just M34, but my area too. WV14. Spent a long time with @TalkTalk customer service and all I got was - Planned outage due to Openreach. It’s rubbish!

@TalkTalk Okay, in the last 2hrs the wi-fi connection has dropped 6 times. What is happening? I’m trying to work! Honestly. What am I paying for. I’ve had to use my data allowance on my mobile tariff because your service is so unreliable. Roll on @BoxBroadband in our area.

@TalkTalk talk talk the worst ever and irresponsible company I have dealt with , won’t recommend to any of my family and friends ,it will be better to be without WiFi rather thn with TalkTalk ,you will at least be stress free
