@virginmedia 2nd time this week your network has been down in Oxford. 9th time this year. Apparently your business customer care team doesn't work weekend. Appalling way to treat your customers. @TalkTalk you guys need to teach virgin how to look after their customers.

Can @TalkTalk sort their service out. Internet has dropped 4 times in the last 16 hours. I can’t hold a steady connection. I pay for a business line and I’m trying to stream but this is preventing me. Beyond frustrating.

@YvonneSWright @talktalk..we are a small local charity and can't afford other peoples phone bills. Lack of customer service is staggering!
