@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk you are the absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with. Now in the 75th minute of trying to have my broadband disconnected. I have been passed around 5 times to different "departments". Me and my 4 housemates will be leaving 1 star reviews on TrustPilot.

@TalkTalk Hence why I don't believe you could help. There apparently isn't anything you could do even if I did pass authentication. So I've given up asking for help. I'm now just going to publicly grumble until Openreach fix this.

We've also learnt that it's free to phone @TalkTalk's tech support team when your line is working (because calls from a TalkTalk landline are free), but you have to pay to call them when it isn't. Marvellous!

@TalkTalk the worst level of customer service I have had. Now trying to charge me for an engineer visit because your equipment doesn’t work, different levels of wrong. Pathetic.

@WillardFoxton @TalkTalk are the WORST! Cancelled writhing period billed. Called again tried to charge for the entire contract. Had to threaten legal action to speak to a supervisor. 5 hours to cancel a service they never provided me with haha

@TalkTalk I didn't say anything though Plus I have had "help" from talktalk many times and never resolved anything, it's just endless offers to "better" the service or offering and end to contract that you never oblige

@TalkTalk @Laura15849891 It's replies like this which really annoy your customers. We know where to look but you've decided it's not a problem any more while our experience is that it still very much is. We don't want to have a pointless DM conversation about it, just be honest with us. Awful people.

@TalkTalk Not your fault, I get it. But you could start by dropping the generic "how can we help?" message in response to tweets that only mention your brand by name and don't tag you in. If I needed you, I'd @ you or DM you. As it is, I'm bad-mouthing you behind your back.
