  • grannyluvsdub grannyluvsdub (@grannyluvsdub) reported from Porthtowan, England

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@talktalk once again you reply to my tweets like lightening but behind the scenes, you fail to deliver. You are taking a vulnerable and disabled customer's money yet leaving her with no broadband. You promise engineer visits and no one turns up. Are you ok with this?

  • NewNayNay Nay Nay (@NewNayNay) reported

@TalkTalk That requires me moving the bed with a baby in my arms to look at the socket after you had me up and down the house 10x already today to turn my router on and off. I doubt this is a problem my end, it was a problem your end last time you fixed it by morning somehow

  • BeckyNerd Becky (@BeckyNerd) reported

@TalkTalk beyond useless all month waiting on an outreach engineer and you send out a house engineer. I've had no wifi since October 1rst terrible customer service you don't care

  • B_Free2000s Frankie (@B_Free2000s) reported

In fairness, #talktalk's response has been pretty good (albeit when prompted). I had an engineer next day here to fix issue. Fingers crossed it's plain sailing now.
