@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

Well @TalkTalk this 'valued' customer has ****** off and left. Canceling the engineer i had booked and then not having another appointment for another ten days was my final straw. **** you. **** your ****** broadband. **** your 0 customer service. 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕

@TalkTalk Been without Internet since Tues. No warning. Our area isn't covered by outages according to your list. Online chat hasn't resolved issues. Website will be down this weekend. What are we supposed to do please? At my wits end and thinking of going with EE or Sky tomorrow instead!
