I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

Ruth Pudney (@ruthpwasb) reported from Porthtowan, England@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

Nicko (@lillywobbles) reportedAbsolute nightmare trying to cancel a contract with @TalkTalk . Was told on the phone my contract had been transferred to 02 and to ring them . Couldn’t tell me exactly when. Eventually through ‘ chat’ managed to cancel. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details don’t match. Call me cynical but it’s a quick way to resolve!

Carla 🏠 (@fliickernh) reported@TalkTalk on the phone with an agent trying to fix my grandmothers phone line but was told an engineer can’t come until next week. She’s 90, lives alone and relies on a panic button so can’t be without her phone, is it possible for someone to come sooner?

Graeme M (@graeme_manley) reported@TalkTalk are by far the worst company in the UK at present, their customer service and prices are insanely bad. I hope this company does not exist in the next 12 months. There will be no job losses as I'm sure they employ zero staff
