I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

It didn’t. I’m have concluded the @TalkTalk chat is a poorly programmed AI designed to frustrate engagement with customers.

There was some open reach work to be done outside our house. That never happened and talk talk now keeps canceling the order with no right update. #Worst service

Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details don’t match. Call me cynical but it’s a quick way to resolve!

DHL have been sending me the same bill every month for 3 years. I paid it 3 years ago and sent screenshots of the bank payment. It’s harassment but they don’t give a Fck.
