@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk Beware if you sign up to talktalk they will take money from you when you have tried to cancel. They make you go round in circles ringing a number which nobody seems prepared to help on. They have taken 2 months off me since I cancelled. Direct debit stopped

@TalkTalk I tried to cancel my account on several occasions and finally got through to someone who said they had done it. I have been charged twice since then and my account is not cancelled. Stop stealing money from me.

@TalkTalk we have now been without wifi for 10+ days. When called on Tuesday you told us an engineer was ‘around the corner’ which was clearly untrue, as we haven’t heard anything since. Paid our bill on the 16th for no service; no end date for a fix. What are we supposed to do?

@TalkTalk #talktalk #badservice Reported a fault with our Internet connection today to be told they would run tests. Got text to say they had found a fault and would open a support call and believe this or not call them back in a few days! Tried calling them but they are closed

@Diamondtrees11 @sainsburys I feel for you but also know that nobody behind the scenes cares. We had serious issues with @TalkTalk , ironically nobody wanted to talk. On hold for OVER 2 hrs to try and cancel contract. Called the same number to be a NEW customer it was answered immediately.
