    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @TalkTalk truly disgusted with your customer service. Issues with broadband connection since Thursday. Lies about engineer bookings and now…. We can’t see any issues and no help. Cutting conversations and closing the chats.

    @HelenH85406 @TalkTalk Unbelievably bad. Still not got a box, a week now. Every time I call it takes 45 mins to get through, then you get passed between departments taking another 30 minutes. Each one asking for security verifications. They cant even record the complaint right #talktalk @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk my internet has been down for nearly two weeks now. Customer service agents all talk (talk) and no action. I have to chase for updates, but never any successful outcomes. Now, you cant even process a contract renewal properly - chance to charge me for money? Terrible.

    @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk How dare you keep demanding money? Your home b/band service failed on 24/8. The problem was not resolved. A 7-day cancellation was agreed on 12/9 and ‘disconnection’ confirmed on 19/9. A REFUND to me of £40.50 is now VERY overdue. #TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk @JustMeagain24 The DM just tells me to ring the help line and bereavement team which I have now done on multiple occasions- there is no one using this account. Both my parents are dead.

    @TalkTalk @ClareEGabriel3 You are not doing all you can. The least you can do is telephone this Lady in order to terminate this contract. This is not thr way bereaved customers expect to be treated. Poor standards of service.

    @TalkTalk You cut me out of the complaint even though my father said he wanted me to deal with it you then blame my father you offer him £30 compensation when he's entitled to at least £140 for at least 14day without a line! 😡

    @ClareEGabriel3 @TalkTalk @Ofcom They sent me a link. I replied. Wrong tag. I would just ignore them. E mail them. Write to them. Recorded delivery, cancel DD and wait. They will ring you.
