@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk is anyone else internet down ?i was told by someone from talk talk it’s a technical issue from my end and could take 2-3 working days for someone to come out and fix it. Even told them that my line of work requires internet but got told the same 2-3 working days

@TalkTalk On behalf of my parents their broadband has gone down 1hr ago and not come back up. Router been reset etc. They don't have data allowance left to run a check online, are you aware of known issues now being reported?

@TalkTalk Many thanks for the response. Having read the number of problems people have had with 2.4ghz smart devices (light bulbs for example) and eero devices I think I may stick with my current package. It’s a big risk to take to save 20p over two years.

@TalkTalk What to be told the exact same thing I was told earlier? Saying it’s a technical issue from my side but there’s reports of people having no internet like me.
