    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @Jaymz_1976 @TalkTalk My speed has been dropping all night down to 5mbps now. Same poor performance as yesterday. Please check for issues at Hereford exchange Talktalk. My line is absolutely fine. Same stats I've always had Downstream attenuation is 3.8db

    @TalkTalk been on hold for over an hour, you have again but me back in the queue, I’m now caller number 19 for the 3rd time!!! Your customer service is beyond disgusting!

    Day 3 of having no internet after 8. Why is it so hard to have contact with ISP to remedy a problem. Need to start looking for a better one then @TalkTalk any recommendations?

    @TalkTalk Nott for everyone!!!...Terrible service..called up after receiving a flyer for discount then called to be put only hold for 10mins...only to be advised they are only offering these prices for new customers..terrible service...not treating all customers fairly
