I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

I was made perform a series of tasks when you needed to simply run a line test, so wasted 2 hrs of my time, crap customer service

richard brocklesby (@mantress666) reported@TalkTalkBiz I took fibre 65 after reading the boasts of guaranteed minimum of 44 Mbps. Best I’ve had is 21 dropping to 11 at times. When talktalk contacted they tried to say it’s ok and any problems are at my house/equipment. I only had an iPad connected.
