    @Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @TalkTalk so disappointed by the WiFi service provided. We are paying for fibre optic and not even receiving 1/3 of the speed we should be (less for upload speed). Engineer has been out and "fixed" the problem. Today we have not had solid WiFi for more than 30 mins at a time.

    @TalkTalk Our whole estate is having issues for 4 weeks now. Open reach are having to replace the battery’s manually in the green box 4 times a day. They are saying I need to raise complaints with you in order to be compensated for the amount of extra data I am having to purchase

    @TalkTalk what's going on with my broadband? I have not been getting my guaranteed speed for over 2 weeks, I've been told it's going to cost £158 to get out my contract even though I haven't been getting my guaranteed speed, I've tried contacting customer services via chat, shame

    the WiFi has stopped working on my @TalkTalk router and I can't speak to anyone on the phone to fix the problem. The router is approx 10 years old and needs replacing.

    The irony of not being able to talk to @TalkTalk : on hold for hours / days trying to arrange an engineer for a fault their system has already confirmed: intermittent signal for a week then no phone / broadband at all for four days and counting… #TalkTalk really?

    @TalkTalk flagship UFO a load of crap, customer support absolutely zero and they charge you for engineer visits, you are beyond worthless.

    Hay @TVP_Slough - @talktalk think it is okay for someone I don’t know to use my address (and have parcels delivered here). Clearly fraud they wont help. Please advise. I am careful with destroying address information etc.
