@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@VodafoneUK Let's just say, the connection request at our new house which we ended up discussing with you over three or four weeks, culminating in a 4 hour webchat which you then decided you couldn't provide the FFTP service for, was done in 10 minutes with TalkTalk.

@TalkTalk have disconnected my internet in error. Call them to tell them, get put on hold then automated message states "incorrect extension". Wasting more of my time and taking my money for no service. Avoid @TalkTalk

The saga with trying to re-contract to @TalkTalk continues. It’s taken about 3 weeks of calls to escalate the matter. I know it’s a proper first world problem, but what a poor way to run a company. Apparently I can expect a call back within 24-48 hours. We’ll see…
