    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @TalkTalk Andy I have tried every day. I get fobbed off- a little bit like you are doing now- hence my need to tell the world of twitter that the service your company provides is shoddy and not helpful. You’ve had 6 days to sort it and let us know what’s going on and you’ve failed us.

    @MikeJon88061523 @TalkTalk Really poor totally agree with you . Will be looking to move elsewhere as totally fed up with them . Done 5 scripted line checks all don’t show any fault on the line apparently . Two years ago had the same issues and it took an engineer to fix . Seems they are now reluctant 💰

    Absolutely shocking service from @TalkTalk. No internet for over a week now, only 2 phone calls from CEO office to say someone “should fix it” and now being told I need an appointment slot? Get it sorted #talktalk @TalkTalkGroup

    @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk what does it actually take for someone to follow up a complaint? I’ve raised 3 now promised everytime it’s been raised and I would expect a call back 24-48hrs. STILL NOTHING?!

    @TalkTalk Interestingly enough I’ve spotted some engineers near my street from @CityFibre and have asked them if they were fixing a fault - they are! Now why can’t this be communicated to the customer! Communication!!! I’ll be switching provider ASAP!
