    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @TalkTalk why, when I’m on you’re most fibre 65 package can your service still not handle two video calls at once? You’ve checked the line before so do I need a new router?

    @TalkTalk It's a business account. I've now managed to speak to someone and been told to turn my router off and on again in an hour and that should fix it. Apparently you've got a RADIUS fault.

    @TalkTalk YOU HORRIBLE NASTY EVIL BLOOD SUCKING COMPANY. CHARGING ME £62.50 FOR ME NOT SENDING THE HUB BACK EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NOT BEEN WITH YOUR HORRID COMPANY FOR 2 MONTHS! NICE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS, KEYWORKERS AND PARENTS YOU NASTY HORRID SCUM BAGS!

    @TalkTalk Thank, one problem though is the lines don't open until 8am and the LiveChat is continually showing as offline. That means it's not easy getting in touch to raise a call.

    @TalkTalk Your ServiceStatus says there are no Broadband problems but our office has been offline since 01:11 this morning and it's now 08:40. Your online chat is still offline too despite saying it opens at 08:00 @TalkTalk @TalkTalkBizCare

    @TalkTalk I can't log onto your support pages, it's 08:45 and still no internet at the office and no way of contacting TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk your "chat with an expert" service is shocking. I have had no broadband for 3 days carried out all the tests on your website before chatting with a so called expert. What does the expert do, spend 40 minutes to send me a "Super Mail" which has a link to the online tests
