I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

Customer care says my account was disconnected due to a TalkTalk technical glitch, and I’m now being treated as a new customer, meaning my contract is gone and I must place a new order. Can you confirm if this is correct?

Pratab Ali (@pratab_a) reported@DrMarianaClaire @TalkTalk I left talktalk in March 2025 best decision I made. Price increase £35 for 75M. Moved to Vodafone £25 for 150M. Talktalk worked over cityfibre and regularly had random outages their end. Vodafone also on cityfibre. No problems so far. There was one outage but that was explained.
