@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

  • ruthpwasb Ruth Pudney (@ruthpwasb) reported from Porthtowan, England

@TalkTalk 2/2 The service should be better, no matter where I live.

  • ruthpwasb Ruth Pudney (@ruthpwasb) reported from Porthtowan, England

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

  • grannyluvsdub grannyluvsdub (@grannyluvsdub) reported from Porthtowan, England

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

  • toofewkatz Xero (@toofewkatz) reported

Maybe DM me, @TalkTalk I would still be interested in your service IF you figure your **** out and do more than say “contact your old ISP” when in fact YOU were the ones who needed to talk to CityFibre (call them, not just use their Orderdesk). @GiganetUK sorted me out SAME DAY.

  • Altern8Super8 SUPER8ALTERN8 (@Altern8Super8) reported

@TalkTalk internet is out in Stirling, I had 2 weeks outage not long ago in may with over 10hours spent being lied to by customer service. Please God help me.

  • zoe_olivia___ Zoe (@zoe_olivia___) reported

@TalkTalk no wifi since Saturday! Can’t do anything without it, signal is terrible at my home!! I called today spent 30 minutes on the phone to it not being resolved and just left on the phone and no reply?! Ridiculous, terrible broadband and customer service

  • BobPrydderch Bob Prydderch (@BobPrydderch) reported

@TalkTalk Talktalk use eero routers on FTTP, on these routers the two Wi-Fi signals ( 2.4ghz and 5ghz) cannot be split as with the vast majority or routers. Anyone with IP CCTV cameras will lose the connection as they need a 2.4 signal. You should inform the customer about that.

  • Fokmisterutd Alan Mörris (@Fokmisterutd) reported

@TalkTalk Did the DM thing and got nowhere so going to leave, bad treatment for 6 years loyal custom.

  • toofewkatz Xero (@toofewkatz) reported

@TalkTalk you lost a potential customer because of your failings. On CityFibre, told you got RSF3 error. Turns out you COULD have fixed things by calling CityFibre as I suggested. Instead you said you couldn’t do anything. BULLSHIT. Now with @GiganetUK #lazy #failure
