@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Kelzebob @TalkTalk Someone from my work who has Zen as their ISP said that they were doing a (presuming openreach) network migration which has caused this issue. They've given an ETA of midnight. Let's see if talktalk give us the same response soon!

@TalkTalk please can someone contact me to return your router. It's packed up, waiting for the return label. I don't want to keep it and assure you that leaving #talktalk is by far the best decision I have ever made. Never in the history of ISP has there been a worse company

@TalkTalk There is no service that can offer 100% availability, what is frustrating is that your service status took 1h to acknowledge the issue, so I needed to spend time and resources in trying to understand if the issue was my cat eating the router cables or your network....

So Talktalk can't reconnect us until next tuesday. Dad is so "happy" with this, that he kicked the nearest box and started jumping on all the packing air bags from his parcel, and I've had to cancel 3 events. Great to be punished for something that isn't our fault! Sarcasm 😕
