@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@talktalk customer service is disgusting I run a business from home currently and have phoned twice today now due to the fact that my internet has been turned off and when I get through they say it will be turns back on in two hours it’s not don’t go with them at all

@SkyHelpTeam hi you are coming to install broadband and tv next mon/tue,we’ve always had an issue where the internet cuts off when the landline is in use, talktalk never did anything about this, shall I mention this issue to openreach on Monday when my sky broadband goes active?

@TalkTalk my internet has been going down 5 times a day for ten plus minutes at a time since christmas. At the moment, it's been down for 2 hours and I cannot complete my university work nor can I submit because of you.

@TalkTalk We have had poor service through our box for about 6 months now , can’t get any itv channels at all but not yet managed to get a positive response from Talk Talk to help get this resolved

@TalkTalk You’ve made me wait over 2 MONTHS for WiFi, 3 engineer visits cancelled, 1 phone call I was supposed to receive which I never did. Still haven’t received a refund (other than £5 which recently came through?) which is a joke. Moved to sky and it took them two weeks...

@TalkTalk the worst customer service ever! Took over the wrong line and now I’m being billed by 3 different providers! Getting this resolved is impossible! What joke this company are! #angry #frustrated
