@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

Btw @TalkTalk have the worst customer service . All of their agents are from across the world and barely none of them could understand me . Spent nearly 3hrs on the phone 🥵. I’m exhausted .

@1_LadyJayne @TalkTalk My elderly mother has been waiting since the 1st! She’s rang everyday since- last Monday was 2 hours on the phone explaining the problem & she was being past to several colleagues. Promised it would be on by end of day & still waiting! Promised a callback and still waiting! 😩🙈

@TerenceMunroe @Glasgow_Watch @TalkTalk Oh I'm definitely moving once my contract is up. Always stops working after midnight. So much for superfast fibre broadband, just the same as speed and issues I was paying for before. Thank goodness for my mobile data, I managed to watch the rest of the match.

@Kallum_Of_York @TalkTalk @YorkDigitalCity Hi Kallum, we have it. I don’t like the TV set up as much as the virgin one we had previously, but it is less than half the cost and no issues with the broadband. Recommend talking to the UFO team direct as even the rest of talktalk don’t seem aware of it!
