@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk My internet is currently down, plus I've been having loads of issues with distance and speeds in the house, then you sent me a booster that did nothing and wouldn't connect to my router when over 7 meters. 150 fibre which I get when hugging the router and ~30 Mbps everywhere else

@TalkTalk I am having so much trouble to get my account closed and I have been on the phone to yourselves a number of times and I am at my wits end. My service was taken over by BT on the 10th March 22, yet you still have charged me for services I haven't used from the 11th March

@TalkTalk internet stopped randomly? Router won’t even turn on anymore after I tried to reset it. Online dashboard claims I need an update. The amount of issues I’ve had with you guys over the time we’ve been with you is horrific

@GNetworkComms @lbhf @hammersmithandy why have h&f given permission for yet more fibre works we just had vigin fitted the entire rd yet only 1 customer-who has requested more disturbances to our street and why??? We have a right to know when we already have TalkTalk sky and virgin already???

@TalkTalk no wifi for over a month, no one seems to be interested or they can’t figure out how to fix it & still being charged for it, even though I was told I wouldn’t be billed. Shocking
