@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

Always good when @TalkTalk cancel your Internet package with no email what so ever, no notice that an engineer wasn't coming yesterday as planned. Good start to the contract, don't you think?

@jonkalisch @TalkTalk @CharlotteA_PR Should try cancelling your package, been trying for months now. Either can’t get through or get told their systems are down and you can’t cancel when you do get through.
