@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk Thanks Thabiso, it's taking a while for @SkyUK to reply, either that or they are ignoring the problem. We still have our talk talk box so I'd imagine it would be fairly easy to swap back. You dealt with my wife before and were really patient and understanding with her.

@TalkTalk I have already spoken to customer service (bills) and the cancelling department which last two hours and no resolution, I have cancer and this is stressing me out so much.

Just had the single worst @TalkTalk customer service experience EVER!!! This is a RANT so be warned lmao!! So last week, on the 29th, I saw an engineer finish installing Fiber to my flat. I was over the moon so upgraded my #TalkTalk package to Fiber65 through my account online

@MrMiNiKi Been with TalkTalk for our UFO since 2019 and genuinely - no problems at all. This is in stark contrast to our previous provider (Virgin) which gave us issue after issue and charged us the earth for it!

Mum in law had letter from @TalkTalk asking her to update her contract up,a customer for years but only a £42 a month broadband & calls is available. Over 2 hours trying to sort, been cut off several times but finally guy said even he didn’t understand. We’ve gone back to BT!
