@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@richsheff @TalkTalk Talktalk say they are upgrading the app. Was told that it would be up and running by today but subsequently told it would be the 29th! Why they can't advise on their website beats me. Poor for a communications company!

@TalkTalk I'm being sent a new modem,,if that doesn't work I'm going to another provider,,currently my download speed is 3Mbps over WiFi,,that is disgusting,,and it seems it's been that for a while (been using ethernet cable) was sent all around last night

@TalkTalk so every Sun night/Mon morning 00.00 to 01.00 we have no internet this happens every WEEK without FAIL. (I say Sun night bcos I haven’t actually went to bed yet but technically it’s Mon morning) I now have 2 go 2 bed bcos my smart tvs rely on WiFi that u deny! U suck!
