@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk your huawei router is crap. Ever since we got one it's dropping internet. Yes we checked everything took the stupid plate off to test line all the other bullshit. Just send out D-Link router's.

Wow, @TalkTalk possibly the worst customer service experience ever. 3 hours and counting with 3 different live agents just to change a password. I'm considering invoicing you for my wasted time.

@TalkTalk after 7 weeks trying to transfer talktalk broadband to new house I've given up. Went with BT - sorted in 15 minutes. TalkTalk customer service entirely incompetent. Do yourself a favour and swerve these jokers.
