@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk How the hell do @TalkTalk win ANY awards with the terrible customer service they give to customers? I strongly advise you NEVER to use them - paid my arrears, disconnected me, now calling me EVERY day to try and get me to join them and on top of that they are chasing £ again!

@TalkTalk Customer service is awful, one of your representatives hung up my parents this morning when they were trying to close the account and change address. They have no resolution but to cancel there direct debit, I will need to get a phone line soon but will be avoiding you

@TalkTalk On the phone to customer service. Wow this is SHOCKING service. Being told to stay on the line whilst listening to your whole contact centre’s conversations. Is this a joke!!!!!!

@TalkTalk Be aware that your service is poor across the board and apologise to everyone, you guys are insanely bad. You're pretty much existing on charitable donations at this point - maybe less time, money and energy on social media damage control and more time improving your service?
