@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

Hi @TalkTalk, would be interested to know why (after days of having 0.02 MBPs upload speed) my live chat with your help services had the 3-5 minute speed test extended to 17 minutes. Just as it approached 6pm: your closing time! Weird coincidence that.

@TalkTalk There's no information on your website, and no way to speak to technical support. The link on this tweet gives no further information on areas affected whatsoever. How long is this outage expected to continue?
