    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    Ahh, again. So far over 3hrs with no Internet. Seriously @TalkTalk this has got to be compensation time as don't think we've had a 3 day run with no issues for over 3 weeks now. Utterly ridiculous.

    @TalkTalk attitude stinks! Seeing lots of complaints today. I'd like to add to that in saying you're customer service sucks and your broadband service isn't much better! I'd like to leave but I'm not paying £130 to leave early!

    @TalkTalk absolutely outraged to hear how you have treated my elderly grandparents!!! 85 years old and haven’t been able to watch tv for 6 weeks since their box arrived. Numerous calls to resolve and 2 “engineers” came out and didn’t resolve! Shocking want to cancel!!!

    @TalkTalk help. LOS on our full fibre box showing red light. Can't log into my talktalk account (through mobile data) to report fault, comes up with message, we are having technical issues please try later.

    @Riksmithuk @TalkTalk It’s never been great but today was unusable. I had to go out tonight but have set aside three hours tomorrow for them to explain how they’re going to put it right or give me an exit route from the contract.

    @jamesholmes74 @TalkTalk All my data is still down in Basingstoke RG22 area and cannot get through to the talktalk team through the chat. Do you have an estimate of how long it’ll take still for my internet to come online?
