@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk How can I speak with someone I've got a fault on my landline but when I try to report it youre only checking my broadband which is fine, You're automated line is pretty poor tbh.

Much like that TalkTalk qt the C/S agent is really nice and helpful and apologetic. Always makes me feel bad for people taking the flak for inadequate systems, and makes me think about how the system I work on could make our C/S team's lives easier.

@nataliewood @TalkTalk Exactly the same thing I faced and when I tried contacting support for almost two months and all I got was automated robot replies, and no answers I resulted to Unitask_assist on Instagram and they got everything to work in few mins
