I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

Her emergency responder lanyard doesn’t function because it relies on the landline. Totally unacceptable and appalling customer service. 😡

Some of the charges relate to calls apparently made in the middle of the night (100 in an hour!) and when she hasn’t even been at home! The customer services team are no help and have cut her off!!

Trying to cancel my home broadband with one week of line going live becuse I am not getting any connection and they try to charge me for cancellation!

Colin Presland (@cpresland74) reported@TalkTalk Hi this afternoon my Internet has gone off at least three times, I have turned it off and turn it on again then went off again. It’s currently restarted is there a problem in my area I’ve checked on the dashboard don’t seem to be a problem.
