@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk Yes but you have a fixed price contract with me, you can’t just put it up when you feel like it! A fixed contract is a fixed contract. You promised the price would never go up for the term of the contract, ofcom will be informed and Martin Lewis will also be informed.

@TalkTalk I think the wording you are using doesn't help theb unfortunately. 'No reported incidents in your area' in your responses seems like you're saying noone else has reported it and "it's just you" which we are all seeing isn't the case.

@jackpady @sasturdee @chrisibenegbu any luck with your talktalk broadband in Trowbridge yet? I'm being asked to factory reset my router, but can't see how that's going to help if we all lost connection at the same time. Can't be a coincidence.
