@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk Why is it my parents have been waiting for the installation of fibre for over a month. At present their WiFi is restricted and the TalkTalk TV not working. I would love to know what they do now. Phoned numerous times but got nowhere.

@TalkTalk Engineer scheduled yesterday to install broadband and phone line for my elderly disabled mum, who didn’t turn up. Half a day on chats and phone calls and all I have is that I will be contacted in 7 days in response to my complaint. Not good enough TT.

@TalkTalk Hello, can I get your help please? Basically had no Internet, needed it for work, CS said not their issue, my issue, replaced all parts of my setup issue persisted. I then was forced to arranged £50 engineer but had to wait a week. Couldn't wait as need 4 work. 1/2

@TalkTalk you need to be inclusive & think of your customers & their needs & situations. My 84yr old mother trying to speak to someone about her issue...left hanging.. having to ring back repeatedly..given conflicting info..Just not good enough. Please try harder & do better.

@TalkTalk gone 2 days without WiFi now. customer service is a joke get same response every time. **** service!!! can’t wait to switch providers nothing but problems the last few days telling me it’ll be fixed but still down. pure joke now paying for nothing but ****
