@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk absolutely appalling service. On the phone for over three hours after the upgrade has turned our WiFi to s**t only for them to hang up at 7pm for the second day running!! Absolutely fuming and no resolution in sight. Not good enough @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk Been in further contact with this cowboy outfit. They won’t let you cancel if you move and go into rental where you get WiFi included without charging you extortionate ‘breakage’ figures. Outrageous and scandalous. @telegraphmoney

@TalkTalk so you’re telling me your customer service is open until 10pm, tried ringing several times, cannot get through. Now it says it’s closed. Can’t even access the online live chat as it won’t load. We now have no broadband even though the tests say there’s nothing wrong????

@TalkTalk Anyone else having slow speed issues in the midlands? Spoken to TT but they are so tied to a script and suggesting things that, if they were to have any affect, would have created slow speeds 10 years ago, not just from 9.40 this morning! I haven't suddenly moved things
