    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @TalkTalk any chance you can fix the abysmal Internet which i pay you for? Okay all day then 7pm hits and get continuous disconnecting every 20 minutes its an absolute joke and your call centre was absolutely useless

    Hey @TalkTalk if there are network issues why can't you simply put an update on your status page or text affected customers? You know, like update the customers with the service you're supposed to be offering us as an ISP?

    @ninthspace Apparently TalkTalk are also supplying on the new FTTP network and are cheaper they say! Cannot be sure of customer service though if stories are anything to go by.

    @BlakeyArron @TalkTalk Same here, spend more then hour and half, technical support team is asking me to check WiFi when there is no internet connection using the cable connected to laptop. Pathetic service, have being complaining for months now.

    @TalkTalk Not fixed, but the lovely engineer diagnosed the router had broken due to no fault of my own. Bit of a kick in the teeth it'll take 3-5 days for a new router when I work from home + the expense of buying more mobile data due to faulty #TalkTalk tech 😩
