@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk No Sabelo, answer the question. Being referred to technical support that done answer the phone, and the service centre which is down does not answer my question. What is the problem and what are Talk Talk doing to rectify it. I am paying for a service I am again not receiving.

Anyone with @TalkTalk fibre issues in MK, plug your router into the traditional BT line if you still have it - it’s works! So doesn’t seem to be a network issue…

@TalkTalk I am not going dark on DM. I told you. We do not have Talk talk services because for some reason you could not provide them at our address. We have See The Light who did provide them. You are crooks. Ofcom even say you are worst ISP. Sort the problem. Or I keep this up.

@TalkTalk i got through to talktalk at 8am and they said large areas across UK have issues, they are trying to resolve the issues but can talk up to 72 hours!

@TalkTalk No Fez. Anything you have to say can be said on an open forum. Customer service should be your priority right now,transparency is key and we are being told nothing! We know its down, we know we can't work from home without eating into our data, we want to know what you're doing!

There's little more frustrating than an automated phone line (I'm looking at you, TalkTalk) that makes you say keywords for problems and "is this correct? yes or no" -- but doesn't understand Scottish accents whatsoever 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
