@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk fuming with them. Was on hold for 2 hours, when I get through to someone, they put me on hold to look at a closed account, said a few minutes but was on hold for 45 minutes, agent hung up. Poor poor service. Trying to bill me for something that not there

@TalkTalk Why is my internet and phone not working? I have been on the phone for 6 hours. And I have had 4 openreach engineers, who can’t fix the problem. What is wrong with talk talk. 6 weeks without internet and phone. Please explain this

@CorrieDrew @TalkTalk I've got talktalk too and they spend the whole time telling me how fast it is too, unfortunately it's they same whoever you go to because it's not their phone lines which is where the problem lies
