@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk Was made redundant from work due to covid and being forced to move back home as can't afford rent anymore, but talktalk customer services are unwilling to help me out with contract termination/reduced cancellation fees. Very unsympathetic :(

@TalkTalk This morning at 8.40 I receive a call from Talktalk about my 'complaint' (???) She knew nothing about it or had any info about the 4 hours I was on FB and the phone to Talktalk trying to resolve it. Calls were with someone called Kirk/Manchester. Assured a call 12.00. Guess what

@TalkTalk Why don't you provide that facility on your talktalk portal so your customers can contact you easily. Make it easy for people to contact you when they have a problem. It will help them and it will help you.

Being called stupid and need to be educated by an advisor at @TalkTalk, and then being told get a life, if I am not happy with the service then we don't want you as a customer. Brilliant service by talk talk

@TalkTalk As I say, this has been sorted and the account names have been changed. But for the customer service agent to insist that it had to have been my father who upgraded his account three months after he died is preposterous.

Bloody talktalk block remote access to computers via their routers by default. What should have taken 25 minutes to achieve (was showing them other software too) took 90+ minutes on a call) Thank **** I had download the installer files already. The wifi connection was rubbish too
