I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

As I believed it is an outage, I asked what to do if it came on, told to call in the morning to cancel appt. Internet came on, rang, told being charged £30 wtf

ldndon (@donbreach) reported@TalkTalk internet has gone down this morning around 9:30am & no matter what I do (disconnecting all cables, reconnecting, restarting router etc.) it is now stuck on the red solid light. Plus when I go 2 log in 2 ur website it says u r having technical issues - can u help please.

We just want to leave and don’t see why we should pay to leave.

2pass Website (@2passcouk) reportedI’ve a fixed price contract with TalkTalk until Jan 2022. They sent a message to say they are adding £2 from next month. I did not think they where allowed to do that. I rang to cancel but they are giving me a £2 monthly credit until end of contract #MartinLewis
