@Talktalk disappointed with Talktalk service I’ve called 020 3441 5550 spoke with an agent who said No you can’t have FTTP on Friday your agent said not a problem he was cancelling my Fibre install from BT 7the July 🤔 Ps can you reinstate my BT order

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk day 9 still no service for my elderly vulnerable parents and now @TalkTalk are ignoring inbox messages this type of service is totally unacceptable perhaps @Ofcom can help .

@TalkTalk Total loss of internet service here in Aylesbury AGAIN. How many times am I to keep contacting before before something is sorted? I talk to chat and it comes back on. Hours later it’s off again. Just this morning it was off again. FIVE times since Sunday night and now again.

@TalkTalk On Monday, TT technician tried to verify the ongoing issue (about 4 wks) with my broadband. The problem was not resolved,due to system discrepancy and he asked the central team to follow up. Can you please provide an update? Broadband unstable,terrible service !

We ha e had crap internet for two years now, no matter what they do we still have crap internet, they changed everything in the house, including the cable from house to pole, we went fibre with them and still crap #talktalk

@TalkTalk totally fed up with Talk Talk now had speed issues for pretty much all of my contract. Had 3 engineers a 4th was being arranged over 4 weeks ago still waiting meanwhile I’m paying £34 per month as not on a deal while this is sorted I want a refund then I want to leave
