@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk They didn't fix it, I had to Google it myself and use a separate ISP's instructions as the information on DNS errors you've shared there didn't come up with I searched community and the phone tech didn't know about it. I'm giving them credit for being thorough and polite...

@virginmedia hi. How can you justify charging £240 to cancel a wifi contract when you don’t offer a service where we’re moving to whereas @TalkTalk will cancel the contract penalty free?!
