I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

Virtually impossible to get hold of anyone with a totally unnavigable website that makes it so difficult to find the live chat. I don’t want to ask the ‘community’ I want to speak to an advisor.
