I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

She hasn’t had broadband since the 25th March. Your customer care lines are closed & she can’t remember the details to get on to online account.

I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.
