@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

I urge the entire world to NOT go with @TalkTalk broadband. Appalling service and no wifi even 3 weeks later. Only to be told for the 5th time they are ‘working on it’. Horrific service, very unhelpful. FUCKKKKK YOU TALKTALK.

@TalkTalk well reported slow broadband speeds was instructed to make certain checks while the tech department made their checks eventually sent an engineer who changed the master socket and router, then had a decent speed but the day after back to slow speeds

@TalkTalk I'm nearly out of data so didn't look at Twitter until just now. Really rely on the broadband. What details do you need? (And don't ask for the TalkTalk landline number, I never use it so don't know it without looking online at my account.)

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk has to be the WORST company I have ever dealt with. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, SCANDALOUS UNJUSTIFIABLE and REPEATED CHARGES to my account and virtually IMPOSSIBLE TO HOLD TO ACCOUNT - EVEN BY WRITTEN LETTER OF COMPLAINT!!! AN UTTER DISGRACE!!!! /End.

@EE My internet hasn’t been working for nearly 4 days now, I’ve reset it the router, turnt it off and back on, still not working, I switched over from talktalk because I was told by one of your team member that this would be better, I regret the switch over now
