    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @TalkTalk I am fed up of the lies and deceit by your so called customer care team. Was promised free intnl calls max boost for 18 mnths back in July’21,had to call this July to add it for rest 6 mnths.Still no one adding it.Agent Lindo said will raise a complaint but didn’t!Liars

    @TalkTalk You said you'd install broadband so I could watch tv You didnt. You said engineer would be there 23/9/22 He wasnt. I thought 9 hours on the phone to you might help It didnt. You were going to send me a prepaid bag to return your router etc You havent. Abysmal service

    @eiecampaign OR are the most inept company I've ever known. 3 households including myself all had 2 cancel new broadband connections due to their inability to connect our houses through various organisational failures. Talktalk took all the blame but in truth the problem in each case was OR
