    @Real_BillDuncan @TalkTalk @virginmedia My virgin went to £58, after trying talk talk who totally let us down I cancelled within the 20 days cooling off period, rang virgin back and they offered a new deal of £35 so I took it.

    @TalkTalk i understand that. My issue is with the lack of information about when the engineer may or may not turn up, to fix this service which we have, y’know, paid for and all, and been without for almost a week

    @TalkTalk My account is up for renewal but when I press the excising customer offers nothing is loading, yet I had an email a few weeks ago offering me a rejoining monthly contract but accidentally deleted it!
