Can't believe it's 2022 and I spent over an hour waiting for an answer from TALKTALK Only for them to have no answer at all for their actions. Never missed a payment in 6yrs and cut off for no reason. I have emails assuring me my account was fine.Shamefull.

@TalkTalk Bloody useless. Never had the upload speed I was promised 18 months later nothing resolved. Asked for copy of file first was told 10 to 15 days now 30. So much for doing more for disabled customers. And NO I’m not going to DM you GOING TO CISAS to report you

@TalkTalk Intermittent service again in Bexhill? What is happening I’m a new customer and I haven’t had a constant flow of good service and signal yet it’s such a shame is the maintenance going on in this area? Please advise

@Tonysmini @TalkTalk Yes tried all the ports and reset. I think they haven't activated the service through BT or Openreach. They said yesterday I had to wait 72 hours. To me that sounds as though waiting for activation. I had a later installation date initially and I bet they cancelled the wrong one.

@Edinburghgurl @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp New installs do take a bit of time to settle down & find an optimum speed but if the engineer has left it should be up and running by now. I'd do three things, check to see if you can see the router on your WiFi on your phone - if so it may be you just need to reconnect ur phone
