    @TalkTalk My late mother who i informed @TalkTalk died in October 2025, Today I received a bill addressed in my late mother's name for payment in April 2026! Nobody is getting any phone service 😒

    @TalkTalk Your customer service is appalling. My elderly step mother has had no landline/broadband for several days now. You send texts and never call back. TALKING IS NOT WHAT YOU DO.

    @TalkTalk For me to be grieving and spend hours on social media but you are sitting down and paid for it. Stop gatekeeping access to your senior executives
