@TalkTalk My recent experience with talktalk has been awful, with poor or no internet since February since the line was ‘upgraded’. An engineer then told us the line should not have been changed. After 2 hours on chat yesterday i was told chat is now closed, call back tomorrow.

@channel5_tv 0h dear - youview playback error yts-2010 on the talktalk Huawei STB - I think you guys are way out of your tech depth and not bothered to fix this problem on a fast dying platform. I wonder if @Ofcom can force you to try harder?

Suppose that’s another 10 days with no internet, tv or owt till I can cancel coz they never phone back and if they do it’s a number that goes to the same people who can’t help, then you wait for a call that doesn’t ring to phone a number that doesn’t help. Stellar. .@talktalk

Having encountered the by the worst customer services that I have ever been experienced I am absolutely astonished that @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup are still in business. Had problems with my broadband months and told no issues . Then told fault found (3 times)
