    @Doctor_Cupcakes If I tell you, they will surely ask me to slide into their DMs to see if we can sort the issue. It's TalkTalk. Now, to be fair to them, it's OpenReach who've specifically ****** this. But TalkTalk have been useless in communicating, in helping in any meaningful way.

    Why is @TalkTalk allowing a fake Samsung TV to be connected to our broadband network when we do not have a TV package nor watch TV online? Is it to cover up for the criminality of the previous providers? @bt_uk and the rest of them

    @thatkirstylang @RoyalMail From Co-op today: ‘ Criminals are calling customers posing as telecom broadband providers such as BT, TalkTalk etc. Be vigilant to any calls and never agree to download something on to your device that allows somebody to access it remotely.’

    @TalkTalk appalling service from you, my contract ended and I did NOT wish to renew due to circumstances. I received an email from you saying thanks for staying- I called to tell you this was incorrect and I was Passed around and after 30mins on hold the call was cancelled

    @OpenreachHelp Had appointment to install fibre broadband 21/4, you couldn't finish job. Contacted my provider TalkTalk who said would be done by today but no show. Now given date of 17/05 to finish work which isn't acceptable, only contact is via Twitter, great customer service!
