@TalkTalk Intelligent way of “ not increasing “ the prices during contract. Make multiples contracts within a contract and train your staff to mislead customers into trusting you and when you ask to make a complaint you get blackmailed with higher charges. Well done Talk Talk

  • BraisbyI Ian Braisby (@BraisbyI) reported from Hastings, England

@dancludlow @TalkTalk I have requested that they fulfill the original complaint in the original 3 to 5 day timescale which would end tomorrow what they want to do is add another 5 days, I'm not impressed

  • ruarii23 Ruaridh Fisken (@ruarii23) reported

  • dellybib adele bibby (@dellybib) reported

@TalkTalk @ashturner1 Hi could you please check your DM from me, it's been hours since my last reply from you, a problem with my Internet has been detected as a problem from your end, was asked for contact details and heard nothing since. Thanks

  • WheatLowe DazVanWheaterlo (@WheatLowe) reported

@TalkTalk Great customer service that! Left virgin cos we were told you were cheaper&better!👀 You were but is this what it means by the saying -“you pay peanuts....?”

  • Stephen_Froome Stephen Froome (@Stephen_Froome) reported

.@TalkTalk is leaving me without internet for over a week, forcing me to commute to the office by train during a pandemic, treating the issue with a complete lack of urgency and refusing to cover any of the extra data costs I’m incurring. Definitely one to avoid.

  • dougiemiller6 dougie miller (@dougiemiller6) reported

So Virgin Media has once again 'updated' my package! Last time this happened I stopped getting WiFi upstairs. This time my v6 box is so incredibly slow. Its like being back with talktalk! What's going on?
