    @TalkTalk absolutely appalling customer service from you today - supposed to be installing broadband after 3pm and your engineer arrived at 9.30am to an empty house. 4 chat conversations all lies and still no engineer. Call back on Thursday and it’s Tuesday! Unhappy new customer!

    So, unsurprisingly, it seems that the 5 weeks of poor to no service, lies and missed appointments from @talktalk didn’t deserve compensation or even a response from their complaints team. Can’t wait for this contract to be over so I can move to a professional supplier.
