    Nothing to do with teaching but if anyone is considering switching broadband providers, do not go with @TalkTalk . Their customer service has been absolutely shocking. Been without WiFi for a week now and yet to speak to a case manager.

    @TalkTalk My wife has been reduced to tears from your staff trying to cancel a subscription from a house we left 3 months ago. She's been on the phone for over an hour now and been transferred to 3 different departments.
