    @Talktalk I have now received some nonsense DM from ‘Eunice’ asking me to contact TalkTalk again once the rogue charge has been added to my bill. SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH. This is the most appalling customer service - please contact me pronto to resolve this to my satisfaction.

    @TalkTalk Problem is it takes hours to get to that point as you have a policy of making it hard to cancel! I got cut off twice after more than an hour! Your service is appalling

    @JK1n1 @talktalk Jonathan, please see my current complaint via TalkTalk Twitter account. Truly disgraceful customer service. Hours of time & work wasted over non-existent fault & I’m being charges for the privilege. Unforgivable comms breakdown & huge waste of your staff’s time.
