    @TalkTalk Oh no you haven’t. I’ve just wasted an hour trying to get through to you! No engineer turned up today to fix our broadband and as I can’t get through in time today no doubt they won’t turn up tomorrow either so it will be Monday at the earliest if we’re lucky.

    @TalkTalk My wife has been seeking support for over 2 weeks now regarding the poor strength of our new router. I am currently sitting in our small garden just 8ft from the house but am not getting full signal. She is receiving very poor service in trying to resolve this situation

    @TalkTalk No thanks. Being pressured by sales team to move to Fibre to Property, as soon as I can cope with any disruption by moving provider, I'm moving provider. Your service when things go wrong has been sadly lacking.

    @TalkTalk are there any broadband issues in the CB6 postcode area? My router is flashing amber and I can't connect. I've followed the troubleshooting steps provided in the service centre but still can't connect.

    @TalkTalk Any issues in the Witney/Burford area at the moment? Had no internet all day and can't get a hold of anyone about it. Apparently, I have a fault open, but I wasn't aware I had one logged. Of course, there's no detail as to what that fault is, or what's being done...
