@talktalk Hello, our broadband has problems. We ordered a new package & were given live date of 18th June. Now changed to 23rd June. The only reason we stayed with Talktalk was because you offered earlier date than other providers. Pls can you reinstate 18th June live date?

@TalkTalk You staff agreed a refund so it ends here, but disgusting they wouldn't apologise for the error. That was after been passed cold between 3 teams, having to re-explain and pass security each time. You need to up your customer service game

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk the worst service ever. AVOID!! months of ignoring my faulty broadband, lying about sending engineer, after my complaint mid of May I was told I can terminate my contract without fee. But you forgot to do it and now you want to charge me for another month, disgusting!!

@TalkTalk I don't have account details on me so will when I do, but after an hour on the phone speaking to 3 different people in not sure how it can be resolved. I just want people to know if they want a decent internet connection and customer service not to use Talktalk.

@TalkTalk In short they are asking me to pay for a service I cancelled and haven't had because I didn't notify them the service had stopped.
