  @jenbren1976 Oh really? That’s pants. I haven’t tried TalkTalk but I did have Virgin for a while and that was just as bad. The router would just randomly turn off-on when it felt like it.

  @TalkTalk Can you explain to me if the customer service said they will refund £45 (which has been robbed by you) and today I got £40 ,where is another £5 again? I got £50 "apology credit" is gone too ...

  just found out today that I can't move to another provider as you need to wait until 5 days for talktalk to cancel the porting of the landline! So now I don't have Internet access at home for the family. Thanks for nothing talktalk, kids can't study and I can't work!!!!

  @geckobike @TalkTalk Did a BT 'engineer' do this installing broadband? We had this. No joy trying to get BT to fix this. Partner eventually did the job.

  @TalkTalk Not a problem any more direct debit cancelled you have been charging him for Internet, phone & tv even though he has been with virgin more than a year. Talktalk has effectively hidden the telephone number and made it near impossible for him to contact you. As I said DD cancelled

  @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk what is the process for leaving you when you are unable to provide the service you quoted? After two hours on your online chat your advisor said the internet is fine when providing 20 mbs less than promised with disconnection issues. Your advisor then 1/2
