    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk …telling me! I wasted a morning! And it turns out we’re not connected, so we did need the engineer which you only told me I didn’t when I called you. Spoke to their reps who were so unhelpful. So no phone, no broadband, no text/phone call. Woeful service 🤬

    @TalkTalk My Broadband is not working. Cannot get hold of a human being at your company. Your website runs a test and says there is a fault. At the same you email and say there is no fault. Live chat doesn't answer. How do I get clear communication from TalkTalk?

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk I arranged with your customer service team yesterday for you to call me today at 11:30 but nobody has called. Still no sign of the router and have used all my mobile phone data.

    @TalkTalk How do I communicate with an actual human being at your company to log the issue that my broadband is not working? Impossible to deal with you. Third loss of broadband in a month.

    The customer service at @TalkTalk is god awful. Being passed around from pillar to post for an hour. I’m trying to shift my wifi from one house to another. Why is it so hard. Why does no one want to help. It’s utterly useless

    @TalkTalk my internet appears to be down - and whenever I try to log into your site to check why, it says you don’t recognise my email - even though it’s the address you send my bill to. What is going on, please?
