  @TalkTalk your customer service and trouble shooting is shocking. Been on the phone numerous times due to WiFi issues and I either get hung up on or told you have some IT issue and can't help. Terrible and I cannot wait to move!

  @TalkTalk For me it went back on exactly at 2:30am, so there was no internet from 7pm-2:30am, next time it would be better to just mention on Twitter that you have issues and are working on it instead of asking everyone to dm you, would have saved a lot of people's stress!
