Just a friendly reminder @TalkTalk are unequivocally the WORST broadband provider out there. Horrific customer service and straight up liars!! Do yourself a favour and switch to BT,Sky,Virgin..ANYONE but Talktalk

@TalkTalk Seriously unhelpful responses being offered here. After many years of using Talk Talk because I had no alternative, there are now options in my area. Poor service like this just reminds me of why I should change supplier next month when my contract expires.

@TalkTalk customer service is absolutely shocking. Hung up on 3 times trying to cancel a broadband subscription because the engineer came out to fit our broadband and realised there was no openreach outlet in our home. Absolutely no fault of our own yet we are treated like this

@andrewmaw1 @TalkTalk Who did it say is having industrial action? My Internet is off too I'm with utility warehouse who I'm told use #talktalk for their services. Can't get hold of #UtilityWarehouse today customer service closed on a Sunday. Its brilliant!
