Hi @TalkTalk, I’ve had an open reach repairman out today and my internet connection has massively improved. However the WiFi signal is still very weak and cannot be connected to in my daughters room which has not been a problem in the past

@TalkTalk Whats the point? I have been 3 times talking to you, all you want is 200 security questions and then do nothing, sorry you never forget to charge in full so one department is working fine
