@PaulUtd16 @TalkTalk Tech is great when it works. Trying to speak to a human these days to sort problems out is nigh on impossible! Hope your parents are sorted soon

Well. A bad experience with TalkTalk today - simply trying to get a refund on my mother in law’s closed account. £50 ish owing. I had previously been able to speak to a person, but a “new route” diverts me to chat. Currently 90 mins into chat… 1/x

@TalkTalk what a shameful company to send a disabled customer and email with DAGGERS as bullet points! I am trying to set up a payment plan to pay my final bill but refused as I'm no longer a customer I am struggling with debt I will be taking this to the papers!

TalkTalk really bad for anyone else over the past few days? Either really slow or just down completely for minutes at a time. @TalkTalk

Hey @TalkTalk what's going on? I've just found out that my landline isn't working. When I pick up the handset, the line is dead, and when I ring the # I get the engaged signal. Please get this sorted ASAP; I'm very ill & need to be able to contact my medical team at all times.

@TalkTalk Well hello, one for the Management Team to take on board, but a bit late now you've done the damage. There is a saying, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it", clearly one they have not recently thought about. 3:45

We are currently investigating an issue where @TalkTalk has shared customers information with @RiseFibre in direct breach of GDPR Legislation, In a recorded call Talk Talk state that Rise Fibre are NOT taking over services and admit that failings are visible but out of there control. The Information Comissioners Office have been contacted and a complete case file will be sent to them along with Solicitors for potential legal action.
