    @TalkTalk Yes still down hasn't worked since they fitted it on 18th. Someone just rang and didn't want to deal with the complaint they only wanted to know if the Internet was working....A router was ordered on 28th and we have just been told this has not been ordered. So another lie.

    @TalkTalk I rang customer service today again not like they are arsed but day 3 with no WiFi they said it won’t be fitted till the 11th of March at the earliest that’s another week pure joke if you ask me

    @TalkTalk You are an utterly shambolic service provider, leaving vulnerable elderly clients with no service for days and cutting off calls to report it, shame on you as a company in the midst of a pandemic she can't call help
