    The company talktalk are holding customers to ransom. They want agreement to charges before booking engineer to fix faulty connection! What a sad situation to long standing customers!

    @TalkTalk 3rd time in a month for OX3. Your test said it was a problem with my home set-up but I've gone through all the troubleshooting (plus it was fine all morning then randomly went down). Now I find there is indeed a problem in the area.

    @TalkTalk More downtime again, what is going on with talktalk. 2nd time in 3 days, utter crap. Don't tell me ' we are not experiencing any issues'.

    @TalkTalk down in Northumberland... Diabolical WiFi now not working at all. TV also down as the internet powers it. Please sort it out @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk My internet had gone down in the Stratford upon Avon area. Any reasons why? Seeing a lot of people with the same problem.
