@TalkTalk Yes. But my wife is on the phone with TalkTalk for the last hour. I've told her to ask for the cancellation department. We will cancel and then take it to the small claims court to try and get our money back. At the end of the day we know the speeds.

@TalkTalk Hi, my family and I have been without internet for 48 hours now, and were told we might be waiting until Monday evening before it gets sorted. Find it incredibly disappointing, and the service we've received to try and fix it has not been great.

@TalkTalk I have- the PM team have sorted it out quickly... No idea why the people I spoke to in the am were so horrible, about a totally reasonable request. Especially one woman who said I must be a horrible person, or something. Unbelievably wild.
