@TalkTalk Just cancelled my service due to change of address and your agent was appallingly rude. I was very polite and said upfront I know there is fees for early cancellation. Honestly if you ever wanted me back as a customer your retention agent has screwed that up

TalkTalk #Scam. Ended contract and TalkTalk failed to send a returns bag for router. Specifically asked for it too. Now billed for not being returned. Apparently they don't want it taking to head office! CEO complaint time.

Over a month of waiting and still no order confirmation. Phoned 7/8 times to be told different excuses and promises every time. Still nothing. It baffles me you have customers if this is what you have to deal with switching to your service @TalkTalk

@virginmedia @PinkInsect I have been trying to get access back for over a year. You say it's TalkTalk, TalkTalk say it is your responsibility. How can you treat long standing like this with no consideration?
