@TalkTalk after being told the engineer would fix the fault within 2-3 working days, I have now been told it won't be fixed until the 25th. That will be 9 days since I reported the fault. What is going on? How can it take this long to resolve the fault?

@TalkTalk We're having internet issues and the Service Status page says it needs my mobile number while the line test is run, but it won't let me give it, or progress past this so we can't report the fault officially. It's been dropping off for days now.

@TalkTalk So far 13 hours wasted waiting for engineers who don't turn up and 6 hours over 3 days for TalkTalk to contact me to discuss complaint as per their texts ! No response to two complaint letters sent recorded and my mum hasn't even joined TalkTalk yet !
