    @TalkTalk Thank you for reply. I’m afraid that even you have a lovely attitude here you can not do anything. @TalkTalk systems are not working correctly. I have quit two weeks ago but I’m still being charged and I need to call @TalkTalk and waste my time 😡

    @TalkTalk Horrific. Ongoing complaint since 26/08/21. 10 call backs promised/0 delivered. Exec complaints are 6 of those 10/yet to receive 1. Manager put me on mute, after 3 mins unmuted and quickly hung up. Gdpr breach on my call is the reason for speaking with this manager 2day

    @TalkTalk I’d love to believe you but 17 months after taking money for services I was told were cancelled, I’m still waiting for my money. TWO hours online today and I got the typical poor customer service response of it was my fault. And apparently a manager will get back to me🙄

    @TalkTalk This is not the issue.. they never turned up today!! I'm absolutely shocked with the level of service from your company! I will not be recommending anyone to go with talktalk

    @TalkTalk Hi, it does say that it’s available. I’m just surprised because my street was never dug up and the other network that you would provide internet on is dramatically worse. I’m just surprised more than anything.

    I had a call from @TalkTalk related to upgrading my internet a week ago and I turned them down… is it just a coincidence that I’ve had trouble and outages my internet ever since?
