    No internet. Contact @TalkTalk They do everything online now. Which requires internet. No internet... I would say "utterly foreseeable problem", which is maybe why I don't work for them.

    @status_is_down My BB is working but my Landline is down, I have no tone and when i call my landline from my mobile it now says Invalid number, In live chat with talktalk had no replies, no help!

    @TalkTalk you're absolutely cheeky, sending me an email this morning saying my WiFi is increasing by 3 quid, considering it was down all yesterday morning with no communication! The cheek and nerve 😡😡😡

    @TalkTalk I’ve spent all evening trying to sort my elderly Nan’s landline. She cannot receive or make calls on her landline, and she’s on the priority register as she has an alarm dependent on the landline. I was spoken to awfully by CS, who cut me off and shouted at me. Pls help
