@CityFibre I've twice tried to order from Vodafone and twice I've seen the order cancelled by you because I have a connection to TalkTalk (doesn't work btw). I've cancelled the TT contract, why can't I order from another ISP?

@TalkTalk think there’s a problem with my router, keeps dropping out and losing internet connection, have reset it and it works for a little while, then drops out again, have reset it six times so far today. Problem has been going on for about a week.

@talktalk #shambles #cityfibre 5 weeks of no WiFi since being upgraded to full fibre in June. Had 4 routers and router has broken after about 9 weeks of use. #talktalk service is terrible. They don't care

@TalkTalk can someone please explain why I’m paying £30+ a month for my internet to not work? All the days put together of me having issues with this **** house of a network I would of been paying over £70 for nothing. Wanna bend me over the table and ******* anymore.

  • graeme_56 graeme wright DipWSET💙 (@graeme_56) reported from Fleetwood, England

@TalkTalk I joined in May of this year on a £30 pm contract for land-line and broadband. The £30 has been paid by direct debit every month without fail. Today I received a paper bill in the post for £32.75, the extra £2.75 being a/c charges (paper billing). Duly changed settings.

@BTGroup the Open Reach VoiP is the worse thing that has happed to us as we our using our own better router than the free one supplied by TALKTALK! We have no land line now as our Netgear does not support VoiP
