@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup are absolutely horrendous to deal with. Internet off since Wednesday just because of rain. No help whatsoever. All they want is my phone number for the line which I don’t have as it’s 2022 and no ****** uses them.

@TalkTalk I wouldn't use #TalkTalk again if you were the last provider of internet & it was free. Some time ago we struggled with your intermittent level of service for months. You never fixed the issue & things only finally & mysteriously resolved when we went to another provider.

@TalkTalk once again, my internet service is down. That’s every day now for almost two weeks. You keep stating that @OpenreachHelp have fixed it, but this keeps happening. Who do I complain to about this completely unacceptable service?

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Best thing to do is find the Director/Head of Customer Care person on LinkedIn and send them a complaint. They have a person appointed to specifically deal with complaints sent to senior level employees and it will be sorted out for you almost immediately.

@TalkTalk Your customer service is beyond appalling. Nearly 48 hours without Internet and I'm still no closer to getting the issue resolved. Absolute shambles.

@TalkTalk I have reported a fault on my telephone line. I have broadband and no phone line. It is not acceptable to tell me to check in a few days! The problem is over a day old. Please confirm when it will be resolved

@TalkTalk I'm very disappointed with your customer service. I was persuaded to stay with you in June when you offered me £100 in vouchers. I've spoken several times to you and you promised to send it. I'm still waiting. Shockingly bad service or lies?
