@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup abysmal service for over 3 months - pay for a speed 18-35 & get less than 8 .. verified by two engineers over 2 months ago .. tonight between 1.2-4.6 on your website … disgraceful … fed up of paying for engineers … you can solve this so why don’t you?!

Hi @TalkTalk any update please, no delivery of TV box from the contracting call on 21/7/22. Do we have 14days to cancel any new contract if we have not received the box or the service agreed to. We are not receiving the services being paid for.

@TalkTalk No thank you Ian. It's too late for that. I appreciate that none of it is your fault but I'm so scarred by the experience that I will never use TalkTalk. Perhaps that piece of intel could be passed up the chain of command?

@slightlydotty @TalkTalk They really are awful. We had our internet with them briefly but the service was so awful and the customer service was even worse. They really didn’t give a ****.

@TalkTalk after a whole day of trying to get chat or dms to you here to no avail I eventually get through to chat who tell me they can’t help as maintenance is happening I am beyond fuming 😡😡 I wouldn’t mind but I actually was planning on renewing my contract 😡😡
