    Worst internet provider you've ever been with? 🥱🤔 @TalkTalk has to be up there for me I wonder if they actually care about their customers.

    Few months went by and I started receiving bills from TalkTalk as if I was still their customer. So I called up and been told apparently I accepted new contract by clicking something in the email TalkTalk sent me. Called back to find out I have to pay £156 to close my contract.

    @TalkTalk Hello, do you have outage problems in Norwich? We’re in NR7 and our internet isn’t working - we’ve tried our old router too and that’s having the same problem. Thanks for your help.

    @Erudite4Unity @TalkTalk Definitely. But as they all use Openreach cables you may have the same problem. Unless you can use an alternative cable like Virgin?

    @TalkTalk Real bad services from #talktalk.Broadband issues to no end. Everytime I call to get this resolved they make me jump thru hoops for no reason when all they have to do split the channel to reduce congestion. On going now for over a month. Still waiting on callback.

    @ballywhooo @TalkTalk I'm sure it was an Openreach employee who attempted the installation but it's @TalkTalk's responsibility to restore the service. 3 days with no Internet is not good enough.

    @TalkTalk are the most unhelpful and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Wifi has been down over a week! All they’ve done is tell me everything is working their end. Have told me a manager was calling me the past few days.. hasn’t happened. Needs someone to actually fix

    @TalkTalk Seems like I’m not the only one with substandard service. The service is a joke. Virtually impossible to get hold of anyone with a totally unnavigable website that makes it so difficult to find the live chat. I don’t want to ask the ‘community’ I want to speak to an advisor.
