    Has anyone else got through to @talktalk ? as I found it so hard to Talktalk with them that after 3 hours I just gave up - and I have been a customer for 4 years or more โ€ฆ.and I tried every which way, believe me !

    Re your business account people: they are the most spectacularly useless script-reading nincompoops Iโ€™ve dealt with. I cannot access my own account because youโ€™ve decided an email I have never used is the only acceptable proof I exist. Iโ€™ve provided every piece of ID except my inside-leg measurement.     God talktalk support is genuinely one of the most frustrating support lines I've ever dealt with. All I want is help with fixing ky Internet, why is it taking 20 mins to just to confirm who's account it is

    @DeathlyAcorn Had such bad experiences with Virgin and Sky. TalkTalk were okay but then they started jacking their price up. I went with Hyperoptic this year and it's been ******* brilliant

    @TalkTalk Sindy, why do you think that would help? Who would you refer me to, other than the customer service department that is ignoring me? #Talktalk lie by email. And then lie about the lies. They have no idea how the billing system works. If they phone you, they just talk over you.

    @TalkTalk I refuse to pay the cancellation fee or call this number. I need an express guarantee that I will not be charged an exorbitant cancellation fee for a service I have not used yet. This is the only action I want from TalkTalk..

    Spent 2 hrs 20 mins trying to resolve an issue with @TalkTalk. Received a router that was clearly faulty, damaged and previously used. Trying to charge me. Multiple transfers btw teams, full diagnostics completed, photos provided, still no resolution. @TalkTalk
