@TalkTalk I did want fibre 150, I joined on Friday but one of you amazing customer service member decided he couldn’t be bothered doing his job and acted like he was taking my details and doing a credit check, in reality he did nothing and gave me a fake order number..great service

@plusnethelp Hey. I need some help. I am a customer - but my contract ends May 7th. Yesterday i signed up to talktalk. Got an email from you saying sorry im going. Few hours later an email pleased im staying. Talktalk said i should contact you as they didnt cancel my order?

@TalkTalk been on the phone for over an hour trying to cancel my account? Spoken with 4 different staff members with the last one hanging up. Why is there no cancellation option on the online account? I've honoured my 24 month contract with you. Extremely poor customer service

@talktalk Exchange: Eston Grange. Not the payer but Net keeps cutting off for like 5 mins weekly consistently, worst ones were tonight went off TWICE for like 40 minutes, maintenance areas are miles away, Shouldn't be happening the works are nowhere near us.
