    @TalkTalk Your decision to block Teamviewer by default is ludicrous, Teamviewer is a legitimate support tool and you have no idea how much trouble it causes not being able to help people remotely. I can only recommend our employees to avoid TalkTalk as a result of this

    @BolaAdebolauk @TalkTalk I would cancel and go with someone else. You will encounter many days with no service and very poor customer service. Save yourself from the stress this is going to cause you.

    Finally got my @TalkTalk router but took loads of chasing and I’ve still heard no word on the complaint I raised despite being promised calls three times. Seems like their customer service approach is to ignore it and hope it goes away...

    @TalkTalk £40 to have a professional looking at it. I’ve just paid my monthly fee yesterday. I’ve requested to cancel the services (as a contract runs both ways and you aren’t doing your bit), I’ve been accused of not giving you 30 days to fix the issue.
