Sorted the new phones out yesterday asking with a new TalkTalk box that had a broken aerial of thru...cheap kak that's they supply. Put old box back!

    @lizardschwartz I moved house recently, and TalkTalk cut the internet off at our old house, a month before reconnecting at the new house. They were no help whatsoever - refused to reconnect old house, and couldnt/wouldnt bring forward connection date at new house. Will be switching provider ASAP

    @TalkTalk overcharging a vulnerable adult neither customers services or on line chat willing to help an elderly widow. Instead charge her more than double what offering new customers
