    @TalkTalk The service is unbelievable bad , and the customer service even worse , and if they are not giving you what they promised you in contract and you want to cancel , they will try to force you to pay 💰 for leave. Disgusting 🤮

    @TalkTalk I’ve had no internet connection since Monday, was promised an engineer would come out on Tuesday between 8-1, customer services have not been able to advise on a solution. Absolute disgrace of a service - As I work from home it has meant that I have not been able to work all week

    @TalkTalk Exactly, I was trapped for this company as well in Switzerland 🇨🇭 I move to the Czech Republic 🇨🇿 and the 5gb abroad I never manage to use and they do tests and say connection is great. And they keep sending me bills without have the service. Disgusting .

    @TalkTalk I’ve had a text saying my fibre installation has been now cancelled, my internet doesn’t seem to be working and I’ve had nothing but issues for the past few weeks trying to get the fibre sorted as I’m in a rental property and had non stop calls and letters🥴

    @TalkTalk Hi Sabelo…I upgraded to fibre 65 over 18months ago and am regularly without internet Since then. I pay £31 per month. I feel sure that you can offer a better service or cheaper price.

    @TalkTalk love the way you treat people! Your website is shite! Your live chat is Shute & doesn’t work! I’ve spent 2hrs getting ******* nowhere! In the meantime my 85/88 year old parents have not tv from you not even the terrestrial channels! You’re a joke of a company!!!!!
