    @TalkTalk I'd like details of the customer complaint procedure because it should not have taken 4 phone calls at a very distressing time with information changing every time we called up. Thanks Andy, know this isn't your fault.

    @AjWordsly @TalkTalk Been trying to cancel mine for 2 months. They leave me on the phone for over an hour at a time then cut me off. They won't cancel it.
