    @TalkTalk Once, on a live chat the agent just closed the chat after telling me that he couldn’t help me and w/out waiting for me to reply whether I have any questions. My request for filling a complaint has been repeatedly ignored.

    @SaffronKim @TheDrstand @TalkTalk I’m not being callous. I receive abuse over the phone every day because of this. I’m sure this tweeter can tweet this, have it retweeted causing a PR nightmare and have some minimum wage worker in trouble or possibly let go for disappointing a customer. That’s callous too.

    @TheDrstand @SaffronKim @TalkTalk Unfortunately although TC companies have the ability to stop you calling premium rate numbers, the scammers are now wise to this and purchase numbers that don’t seem like PR ones which gets around the detection. It’s absolutely vile and horrible what these people do

    @TalkTalk We’ve already exchanged messages. I also exchanged messages with your live chat colleagues. In both cases you waste around an hour of my time just to conclude that you can’t help me and I need to contact the cal centre. So what would you be able to do if we msg each other?

    Have people seen much improvement with the fibre optic Broadband? I have not seen much improvement with TalkTalk being often slow and actually the range of connection around my house has dropped.

    @TalkTalk But ill send you a DM youll tell me to file a complaint online which I’ve done so 4 times and still nothing. I’ve played the game for 4 weeks and still my issue isn’t resolved

    @TheDrstand @SaffronKim @TalkTalk TalkTalk are not the scammer’s providers, there is little they can do. I want to be clear I think it’s awful what’s happened to your parents. And yea I believe companies should be more compassionate in general.

    @clarinette02 I have always replaced the provided hardware with my own as never found a provider router delivered what they promised. Though in your case would feel a bit like letting talktalk off the hook I guess

    @BoldGerg @TheDrstand @TalkTalk I know you’re not the company, but the way you’re expressing yourself on this issue comes over, certainly to me, as callous. Having spent a long time this year having to sort out various accounts following the death of my partner, I met a lot of this. Very upsetting & frustrating
