    @TalkTalk I can't log in to my account! Also, I've been with you guys for almost 10 years and since you had those cowboys at city fibre put this stupid box in, my internet has been so much worse! The wires don't even go to my router and they blew my electrics! I'm not happy.

    @TalkTalk got a new FO connection after having a lot of trouble with their normal line. I retreat so much, as no difference in speed and service is even more worst. I have no internet and your offices are closed.

    1/2 @TalkTalk I’ve never had so many issues with customer service. My mum did a home move a year ago and kept her number that she’s had 35 years, We called two months sgo for her final home move and have had so many problems and you’ve not transferred the number!! The only reason

    @TalkTalk You have all the details in your pm already. You can investigate the issue by the tweet time. This is not the first time. I made a small talk via dm here, but no use. You are probably resetting the ip or routers but you are doing it wrong

    Talktalk are great Unless you have a problem, then they're completely useless
