@BBCWatchdog I'm wondering if broadband service providers are rolling out a new super fibre which there are unable to deliver. @WeAreOpenreach fitted an upgrade two weeks ago and still no service. @TalkTalk selling the product do not seem to be much help.

@CarolLa13282625 @TalkTalk @openreach I used to be an OR customer facing engineer. The care alarm company may do a 3G fallback enabled alarm, give them a call tomorrow and ask. As far as the phone line goes, has it been raised as a welfare case? Is anyone else effected?

@TalkTalk Repeatedly contacted u (over 6mths).scripted reply Apart from Francis who put the phone down!! Been trying 4 days 2 put a case 2gether (v diff with intermittent access).But finally sent breach of contract details 2day.thanks for your reply.

@TalkTalk biggest scammers going about my internet has been terrible getting worse month after month I’m told the networks fine and it’s my devices. Call again and told I need to do all the tests before a engineer can be seen so I do them again to then be told no engineer….

@TalkTalk excellent service today. I reported my broadband was down using your troubleshooting journey on website - very easy and clear to do. And now an engineer has fixed the fault at the exchange within a few hours. ✅

@TalkTalk I think your agents/bots need retraining or rewiring. They don't seem to read answers, ask the same questions then suddenly disappear. Still no fix!
