    @TalkTalk Yes and I couldn’t get the answers I needed. Your customer service is useless, you couldn’t even send me a email. There is no excuse for the way I have been dealt with. I suspect you can’t be bothered.

    @TalkTalk Talktalk Indian customer service team are terrible at helping UK customers. The experience with Talktalk has been down right disgusting customer. About the Indian customer service team sector not fit purpose. 30 years we have been with talktalk. Useless unprofessional team.

    @TalkTalk no internet since Tuesday 16.00. 2 BT openreach engineers who said the fault is not their issue.Many houses on street SW18 affected. Come on Talktalk, service should be better! Faults happen but need better communication. Houses with other providers constantly updated!

    @TalkTalk I think the world needs to know how talktalk treats there elderly customers CEO of talktalk Ms Harrison. Our experience has been terrible. We are very upset!! We all should to BT or sky. Especially the elderly.
