I have been a @virginmedia boardband customer for 22 years (paying £62 a month for 350Mbps). @Cityfibre installed fibre last month on my street. @talktalk offered me half a gigabit for £35 per month, free for 1st 6 months.

@TalkTalk Thank You I have had the details on how to return it, my issue is you charging my 86yr old mother £50 because she’s thrown it away and you only just informed her that it needs returning. The depths you go to to get money out of the elderly is frankly appalling

Yet again awful service from Talktalk how many times have I called and been cut off they check my number but never call back. Fed up with having to reset my internet every day all I want is to cancel my contract with no penalty

@talktalk can you clarify your policy on the retuning of a router following termination of a contract? My mother can’t return it, it’s weeks since changing to @BritishTelecom so why wait till now to threaten her with a £50 charge? You never mentioned it when asking her to stay🤔
