@tristiaharrison I'm @TalkTalk broadband customer currently with no broadband dealing with crap customer service (your agents can't be bothered to read my messages so having to repeat). Just been told to open main socket (previously told never to touch this)?

@TalkTalk Internet has been down for about an hour now, SW16 area. Service status page doesn't have any outages listed but when I run a connection test it says that there's an outage. Anywhere I can track this?
