@TalkTalk my broadband connection drops out multiple times per day for between 1 and 5 minutes each time. Tech support tell me all is fine when they check. I'll need to close account if can't be sorted as it is very disruptive for work. Please advise - thanks.

You know what's a joke? @TalkTalk have not provided me with Internet for a month so I've switched providers, yet talktalk want me to pay another month they aren't providing me Internet for just to refund it? Can't wait till I'm officially done with them. Worst customer service!😡

@TalkTalk IS A SCAM!!!! Run from this company… useless support. Spent the entire holiday repeating the same tests. They are useless… no internet connection for one week now. They still want to keep me doing tests and donot send engineer #talktalkdisaster Shame on you @TalkTalk

I would advise anyone living in the U.K. to NEVER sign up to @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup or anything #TalkTalk related. The worst and most inept customer service I have EVER experienced and still not resolved nearly 8 months later.

@TalkTalk internet stopped randomly? Router won’t even turn on anymore after I tried to reset it. Online dashboard claims I need an update. The amount of issues I’ve had with you guys over the time we’ve been with you is horrific
