    @LockedSoulXO @TalkTalk Yes.. all they want to know is how we pay the bill!… poor customer service that’s for sure…all we need to know is when internet will be restored..

    @PaJaBuzz I pay @TalkTalk for a service called Fibre 65 but the small print says they'll actually only guarantee the minimal service of 29 Mbps. That's all I've ever had and now they can't even manage that.

    @TalkTalk where do I put a complaint in? For 2 weeks I've been on a temporary line for my WiFi and I'm not getting near what I'm paying for! Absolutely awful! No news on when an engineer is going to fix the problem that is outside so out of my control!!
