    Now informed that I am to be transferred again. @TalkTalk’s lack of customer service is astonishing.

    @TalkTalk You need to talk to your technical staff dealing with Openreach. I have stopped being your customer since December. Just ask them why they are not responding to Openreach who are having to resubmit request every week.

    @TalkTalk engineer called, said that connection in house was fine, all problems are outside. In the past 5 minutes, I have received 2 texts from @TalkTalk, asking me to check home connection. I have done so (even though engineer said ok), but cannot reply to texts. SNAFU

    So far, I have been over an hour on the phone to @TalkTalk, and have been passed round to three people. This is the third time that I have called about cancelling my upgrade. Promised calls from manager that have not happened. That’s without the technical issues outstanding...
