1/2 Terrible service yet again from @TalkTalk . I lodged a complaint against them 2 weeks ago. Rang them back and rather than putting me through to complains I had a tech support person telling me there is nothing to complain about. Useless company

@TalkTalk Problem with internet on my phone since yesterday. I know it not my phone as I can access internet services elsewhere. For some reason it keeps kicking me out saying my password is wrong???? I have checked over and over again. It is the right password. Any ideas???

Hello @BBCXRay. I signed up to a new broadband contract with @TalkTalk where they guaranteed me 56MBps speed but they are now telling me I can only have 42Mbps. I believe this is breach of contract. Would you be happy to help me with this case?

@Heatherinmycap @TalkTalk Same issue in PL1. I bet you they say there is no issue their end, but yet their entire Twitter feed is people telling them they have no internet!

I have never experienced worst customer service than I have from @TalkTalk and all they ever do is blame their computer systems.
