    Have been chasing a refund upon cancellation of my account. Told I could not be refunded to my bank so asked for a cheque but now told the refund cheque can’t be processed as the request was doubled up. Tired of @talktalk bad service! please DM me to resolve. @MoneyTelegraph

    @TalkTalk #complaint #badservice 8 months of hassle, Over 8 hours spent on the phone! Been told 4 times it was fixed! 3 complaints completely ignored and now having a default put on my credit file for not paying talk talk for broadband that I have with BT!

    @antpet6212 @TalkTalk yup. just charged me 79.95 for an engineer callout despite engineer telling me the fault was with the external BT box. Website down too so no way of contacting
