    @TalkTalk So even though advised my parents service which has been out for 8 days would be fixed today still not working leaving 2 venerable over 80's without contact in this difficult time absolutely disgusting service .no update inboxes sent no replies today #sortitout

    @virginmedia Thanks - not a lot of help though. A large area of the town I live in is “out” so I doubt if your engineers are working 24/7 - as it says - to fix the fault. Goodbye Virgin, hello BT / TalkTalk
