@TalkTalk over a week without internet, and replacement router still to be sent out. I know tech support have to go through a troubleshooting checklist, but I've been trying to tell them the exact problem from the start. Not happy.

@TalkTalk I am absolutely disgusted at your customer service. We’ve been waiting for an engineer to come while on our FIFTH day of no wifi. No ones turned up, you’ve said it’s been fixed when it clearly hasn’t. And you hung up on my partner on the phone. Never using you again.
