Van Toeka Af (@Pontsho92529967) reportedThere’s a well-known South African male actor who has been part of some of the biggest shows in the country. The other day, I joined his live on "TalkTalk" App, and I was interacting with viewers responding to comments, liking gifts, and engaging with people. Out of nowhere, he started swearing at me for no valid reason and even blocked me from the comments. It was honestly disappointing because I was just trying to show support and kindness, especially knowing how tough the industry in Mzansi can be. It’s sad to see such behavior, especially from someone who once lived a more comfortable lifestyle and now seems to be going through a different phase. Perhaps that also explains why his live sessions don’t attract many viewers anymore.

Kareny (@Karenyonholiday) reported@TalkTalk you have called me to make a new offer of service as am near end of contract. I ask that the offer be put in an email foe me yet, your team tell me they only do outbound. Your in the communication area, how is that you cannot send me an email of the offer I'd like.

Marley (@John_the_hawk) reported@TalkTalk Customer service is unmatched. When your broadband dies, you cannot speak to anyone. They text a link so you can report the fault…using the broadband that isn’t working. So, if you’ve no mobile data, it’s perfect: you need the internet to tell them you don’t have the internet.🙄
-
Marley (@John_the_hawk) reported@TalkTalk That wasn't the point. Obviously at the point of sending that post I HAD regained access to the internet. The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!

TalkTalk (@TalkTalk) reported@DeborahNeedham Hi Debzzz, sorry for the worry! If you’re an active TalkTalk customer and emails linked, you shouldn’t be asked to pay for your email service. This message may have been sent in error. -Mandisa
