    Off to read me book and try to sleep. Tomorrow is a new day and I hope @TalkTalk can update me on when I can expect to have broadband back. 1 week without it so far and no one has even attempted to fix the cabinet at the bottom of the road. It’s costing me loads for data! Night x

    @dickndom @virginmedia @SkyUK We've had problems with TalkTalk today - internet, tv & phone ( so we couldn't talk to family) Methinks it's nationwide, maybe a govt cover up to hide BJ's party blunders 🤔

    @TalkTalk Why? Honestly, please. In my experience, it's a dozen messages until you believe I'm a customer, a dozen more before you believe there's a problem. We all just wanted to know what was going on. Please handle wide area service issues in the open. It saves everyone a lot of time.

    @Briansmyth99 In my experience with both BY and TalkTalk they tell you it's not possible then contact you offering the new customer deals when you'll already signed up with another provider

    @TalkTalk I’ve had my internet keep going down intermittently like 6 times over the last month. You upgrade me recently and I’ve had nothing but problems. Getting annoying now
