    @TalkTalk It's fine. I finally got everything sorted. It was more the numerous times your staff either cut me off or said they would call back and didn't which was the issue

    @1977_terri Oooft, that's a stinging endorsement. My worst, back in the day, was TalkTalk Business, but I have to admit that they have improved dramatically in the last few years.

    @TalkTalk was considering changing broadband once my BT contract ends. Mate has had no broadband service from TalkTalk for almost a week and hasn’t been able to get it sorted. Still a crap service i see from the worlds worst internet provider.

    @virginmedia Even my awful TalkTalk internet didn't go down this regularly. What is it with Virgin? Seems so unreliable. It's especially galling as the introductory price was over & they've been hitting me with huge bills before I noticed and you cannot get the introductory price again.

    21 days & someone will be out to connect up my internet that I have subscribed to. It’s been nearly a month and no one. I called in stayed on the phone for 8 mins then got cut off. I havent even got internet yet and the service is bordering on @TalkTalk service @UKAirband

    @TalkTalk Why can't I provide my 30 days notice that I don't want to renew, before the 30 day deadline has been reached? Wasted 15 minutes on the phone to have your rep hang up on me 👍

    Hey @TalkTalk can you help - broadband too intermittent to produce a result on your test service. No live chat avail today. Phone ringing randomly all night due to line fault so we are NOT IN THE MOOD.Paying for BT wifi to tweet you. How can we resolve this?

    @TalkTalk The several chat agents that promised me my fibre would go online, who sent me identical routers over and over when my fibre just wasn't switched on, who promised me a refund, all said they would help, every single one lied
