  @TalkTalk this so called service provider is just the worst. They won't even help a disabled customer by sending a new router. Shame on you for your lack of care. Anyone with a disability should be aware they are the worst in terms of customer care

  @RocketPulpHack I get that all the time. Whenever I have an engineer round - which is often, because TalkTalk is **** - he's baffled at the sight of a Cat 5e coming out the back of my router and heading for the PC.

  @TalkTalk Your services are an utter joke. I’m trying to call to cancel my account and it’s saying you’re closed, despite being 8:33 and your customer services being open from 8:00-20:00. Utterly ridiculous.
