@SkyHelpTeam Do you guys still have the offer for the £100 cancellation credit if your current supplier charges you to leave? @TalkTalk seem to think 3Mb down and 0.05Mb up is "acceptable"

Please @TalkTalk will someone in your complaints department answer the phone? I have now spent a total of 93 minutes on the phone, most of that on hold, with no resolution to the issue. I have no internet.

@patanna @TalkTalk I will never go near them at all. They drove me mad and left me without internet for a month because every day I would speak with an incompetent advisor that would make me start from scratch every time .. I’d rather pay more and have a service
