@TalkTalk I pay for service from talktalk. I rely on my internet, and if I need the help I go to people who taking my money. I don’t know who you subcontract to or what you resources are. All I know is My money are always pause monthly on the same da, and all I get in return is nothing.

@TalkTalk Good morning. I've been waiting for a resolution to a fault I raised on Wednesday. I have no internet connection. I was told on a chat that I could expect a call from the case manager yesterday. I have heard nothing. Please can someone call me.
