@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Just got off phone with @TalkTalk. Still in contract but paying above new customer prices. Got through to retentions who matched new customer prices and dropped fees. Stayed with them.

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow I simply asked the question of talktalk why as a very long standing customer my package was going up and the introductory offer was cheaper and they instantly gave me the introductory price.

Told them the price offered £27pm but on a 24mth contract, they agreed to do it for £22pm, 12 mth contract and first month free as a credit. I have done this before with TT - just call them
