    @TalkTalkGroup I hope nobody has a technical problem with TalkTalk, their customer support and service is appalling. I was warned about this from a friend who had the same experience but chose to ignore it to my cost. I will not renew the contract with them.

    @TalkTalk So when will it be fixed? The website message originally said it will be down until 8am. I have no Internet and am having to use my hotspot to work from home. I have sent a dm already and you just tell me you cannot help at the moment

    @TalkTalk Good morning. That’s not very helpful for me. You diagnosed a fault on Friday (on street) - my internet totally down. Engineer supposed to deal with it on Saturday but nothing happened. 2 people here WFH. What can we do???
