@meamitshuklaa @ManCityHelp Amit, I dont know if you have ever dealt with @TalkTalk customer service but i'm sure we have been taken over by the Customer Service dept (I cancelled my BroadBand once and received a brand new Talk Talk TV box instead

@TalkTalk Hi would it be possible for someone to ring my in laws who are having lots of issues with their talktalk TV box losing signal, they’re elderly and can’t navigate around the phone automated system to talk to someone to sort it. I can dm details if required.

Customer Service at #talktalk is appalling. Raised a complaint 186569 & was due a call between 2pm & 4pm yesterday. No call. Complained again this morning - due a call at 10am today - nothing.

@TalkTalk I have spent half the day trying to notify you of my mothers death & what to do . I have been kept waiting, cut off and made slow progress with online chat & got a phone number that is. ‘Temporarily out of use’. This is a terrible time for us, please help

@kunsbannedhair @ManCityHelp @TalkTalk No idea Gazza but if ppl have to wait for hrs just to register a complaint it's an operation failure...need to change the process and make it more user friendly. Simple token system can do wonder.
