@andywills1999 @TalkTalk They knew what was going on when they took the direct debit out of my account yesterday. They'll not be taking any more out of it as I'll be blocking payments until the service paid for is received!!!!

@ClaireC11152715 @TalkTalk Just posted on Facebook myself to see if any others were having the same issue Claire. I've gone round in circles since friday morning - each of them doing something different that has supposedly fixed it! Not one has said there is a fault! I've asked for a phone call...

@TalkTalk how do I speak to somebody that can actually help me? Your chat feature is underwhelming, and your call centre sounds like it goes through to a room of sleeping teenagers. I’m paying for wifi that could be outmatched by AOL Dial-up.

Urgent @TalkTalk I need to speak with someone senior in customer services re a very complicated issue regarding elderly relative who’s account wasn’t cancelled by you 2yrs ago. Cannot get past your customer service operator as they don’t comprehend issue.
