@andywills1999 @TalkTalk They knew what was going on when they took the direct debit out of my account yesterday. They'll not be taking any more out of it as I'll be blocking payments until the service paid for is received!!!!

@ClaireC11152715 @TalkTalk Just posted on Facebook myself to see if any others were having the same issue Claire. I've gone round in circles since friday morning - each of them doing something different that has supposedly fixed it! Not one has said there is a fault! I've asked for a phone call...

trying to leave @talktalk and the guy on chat when I asked for the link to leave said "There is not available link as the only we we can help you is by trasnferrign your directly to our Retention" then he cut me off. Classy, they actually wont let you leave, its like Misery.

@TalkTalk Just received a bill for £190 to leave our contract that we haven't even started as you cancelled our account as you couldn't provide the service that you advertised.

Few months went by and I started receiving bills from TalkTalk as if I was still their customer. So I called up and been told apparently I accepted new contract by clicking something in the email TalkTalk sent me. Called back to find out I have to pay £156 to close my contract.

TalkTalk has the absolute worst customer service. Spent over 3 hours being passed around, being promised solutions without result. Avoid them!!
