@ClaireC11152715 @TalkTalk Just posted on Facebook myself to see if any others were having the same issue Claire. I've gone round in circles since friday morning - each of them doing something different that has supposedly fixed it! Not one has said there is a fault! I've asked for a phone call...

  • Joanne_Knox Joanne Wills (@Joanne_Knox) reported from The Diamond, Northern Ireland

@TalkTalk Not impressed with the service I am paying for, yet not receiving! So far, your online chat help has been far from helpful! Tweeting you using mobile data as, yet again, my wireless connection has been lost on all devices! #talktalk

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • SamBlakeway Sam Blakeway (@SamBlakeway) reported

@TalkTalk Out of contract, renewal offers overpriced and nothing like for new customers...my bills have shot up in price... would like to cancel but struggling to find a way to contact

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@bromleyj @TalkTalk Question is: how to effectively interact with TalkTalk automated ‘AI’ support bots? How to communicate the lack of correct termination / nte5 Master Socket.. ? It took me an hour of ‘interaction’ with the bot to get across the line -I live in hope- with OpenReach booked..

  • bromleyj Jonathan Bromley (@bromleyj) reported

@Oxfordite @TalkTalk Clearly there's no point in even trying to diagnose or fix this until the line is properly terminated and filtered. How on earth was the installation ever allowed to happen like that? How has it ever worked properly? Maybe it hasn't...

  • ProfTomkins Adam Tomkins (@ProfTomkins) reported

@AndyEMorrison @TalkTalk To be fair, I’ve been home working for 12 months and today was my first broadband failure. It’s back on now. All the folk I know who’ve had persistent broadband problems have been with other suppliers.

  • ScottAndWandaYT Scott & Wanda’s World (@ScottAndWandaYT) reported

@TalkTalk pathetic service. Long term customer. Being ripped off. On 35meg broadband costing now £34 a month. Yet a new customer can have it for £23. At least **** Turpin wore a mask. New customers can get 65 meg for £26. Let’s make a YouTube vid.

  • allythrush78 Alastair Thrush (@allythrush78) reported

Thanks for cutting me off again @TalkTalk (3rd time in 2 weeks 😡) after being on hold for an hour this evening, trying to sort out getting my mum’s service up and running. Please tell me why she still hasn’t got her TV package after 3 weeks. It’s not hard! #poorcustomerservice

  • SamBlakeway Sam Blakeway (@SamBlakeway) reported

@TalkTalk Customer for about 10yrs now and very disappointed that new customers get better deals!

  • lpgriffiths Lee Griffiths (@lpgriffiths) reported

Hey @TalkTalk. You accidentally sent me a few emails for a new customer (again, not me) containing name, bank details, direct debit info and link to add password - of course all emails are no reply. Worrying lack of care, privacy and security on your part - please sort. #GDPR

  • AndyEMorrison Andy Morrison (@AndyEMorrison) reported

@ProfTomkins @TalkTalk I had an outage with XLN (business wing of TalkTalk I believe) on the Langside exchange at the same time. 9 lost chargeable hours 😱

  • El_Gibso Calum Gibson (@El_Gibso) reported

@TalkTalk And down again. Please, just one single month where it doesn't stop working? That's all I'm asking for? Its not too much to expect a broadband provider to provide broadband is it?
