    @TalkTalk your customer service is awful! Have been trying to get in contact to speak to a human being for last hour. I had an openreach engineer out to fix my broadband. He has told me it is a fault with the WiFi hub and i will need to ring yourselves to order a new one.

    @andywills1999 @TalkTalk They knew what was going on when they took the direct debit out of my account yesterday. They'll not be taking any more out of it as I'll be blocking payments until the service paid for is received!!!!

    mum changed our internet provider and now talktalk have just cut us off completely until the new one starts feel like i’m 15 doing everything on my phone, feel like pure shit just want my macbook back

I've gone round in circles since friday morning - each of them doing something different that has supposedly fixed it! Not one has said there is a fault! I've asked for a phone call...

    @TalkTalk I’ve just moved and my service, which was turned on two days ago, is on and off. I’ve a new hub on the way, which I know I don’t need. Can you explain why I get two hours a day only of broadband. Not the best service for a journalist on deadline

    @TalkTalk I've been trying to raise a complaint for over a year. I've never been provided with a complaint reference and your customer service is appalling. You've affected my credit file and you seem to not be bothered at all. Sort it out.

    Paying £30+ a month with @TalkTalk for it to be seriously slow. Going to have to try and find a new broadband provider unless somehow it speeds up again.

    @TalkTalk It would appear that because I was sent an offer that didn't cover my area, my acceptance never registered, so I never received the promised mail. I never received a response to my follow up either and according to your agent, the fact that I can prove I sent a follow up means 0

    @TalkTalk You keep telling me to DM or phone, but when I do, it’s impossible to speak to someone English. I just hear the same crap over and over again, clearly rehearsed lines, from someone who doesn’t even understand the simplest of words. I’m being ripped off by TalkTalk

    Contacted @TalkTalk 2 weeks ago about my download speeds being poor. They troubleshooted which led to my broadband being cut off and me not being able to do the last half of my shift. 2 weeks later they haven’t resolved my complaint. Avoid. Terrible customer service.

    @cynicalkind @TalkTalk Good luck waiting for them to sort one, TalkTalk don't have such a bad reputation for nothing. They thought the power adapters they sent me to put broadband through the ac circuits were fine eventhough Offcom issued a prohibition notice on them as non compliant with regs!
