I've gone round in circles since friday morning - each of them doing something different that has supposedly fixed it! Not one has said there is a fault! I've asked for a phone call...

    Why is @TalkTalk so **** - upgraded to full fibre on the 5th July - since then no internet or landline. Their “technical team” hasn’t a clue

    So I come on here to try help my father who lives 100 miles away and all @talktalk can do is ask me for his security details which I don not have access - utter madness

    @TalkTalk It's on/off for weeks even ethernet doesn't help,was good until we went to fibre 150 awful service every constantly in touch just wasn't the high price I'm paying for!! I deserve compensation for this awful service

    @TalkTalk As I've mentioned it's on and off all day everyday never stays on,I shouldn't have to use an ethernet cable ethernet when uim paying for for for fibre
