mum changed our internet provider and now talktalk have just cut us off completely until the new one starts feel like i’m 15 doing everything on my phone, feel like pure shit just want my macbook back

@TalkTalk I’ve just moved and my service, which was turned on two days ago, is on and off. I’ve a new hub on the way, which I know I don’t need. Can you explain why I get two hours a day only of broadband. Not the best service for a journalist on deadline

@andywills1999 @TalkTalk They knew what was going on when they took the direct debit out of my account yesterday. They'll not be taking any more out of it as I'll be blocking payments until the service paid for is received!!!!

@TalkTalk rubbish service. V hard to get through to a human voice. Even harder to battle through checks & delays...We told you we thought it was the router - but still had to pay an engineer callout fee and wait for days to get the new router sorted.

@TalkTalk Abysmal customer service, I have been without internet since Friday, I was told a complaints manager will call Saturday evening, no call. I was then told by the end of the day Sunday, no call. It has now been 4 days that you have not been providing a service!! A joke!!

@talktalk I am utterly exasperated. I've had a substandard broadband connection for FIVE months. 2 engineers have been. The ones from Friday have left me with NO internet at all. I cannot work, I have no thermostat, no printer, no TV. Please respond asap. #badservice #complaint
