    @TalkTalk I’ve just moved and my service, which was turned on two days ago, is on and off. I’ve a new hub on the way, which I know I don’t need. Can you explain why I get two hours a day only of broadband. Not the best service for a journalist on deadline

    mum changed our internet provider and now talktalk have just cut us off completely until the new one starts feel like i’m 15 doing everything on my phone, feel like pure shit just want my macbook back

    @andywills1999 @TalkTalk They knew what was going on when they took the direct debit out of my account yesterday. They'll not be taking any more out of it as I'll be blocking payments until the service paid for is received!!!!

    @ClaireC11152715 @TalkTalk Just posted on Facebook myself to see if any others were having the same issue Claire. I've gone round in circles since friday morning - each of them doing something different that has supposedly fixed it! Not one has said there is a fault! I've asked for a phone call...

    @TalkTalk The last update was over six hours ago though. There must be something to report? What have Openreach said? Almost non existent service for 27 hours needs much more priority and better communication.

    @talktalk Called them to sort this out but the advisor didn't have answer to my complaint so said they will transfer me to a technician who apparently would be able to help but after holding the phone for over half an hour my patient was over. #Rubbish @ handling complaints

    @TalkTalk Any further news regarding Bingley? I've checked your service centre again but nothing helpful there. It's now 27 hours with hardly any connection. Please provide an update.

    @TalkTalk From Openreach: I've checked the Bingley Exchange but there are no reports of any major issues. The fault could be more localised than that, such as an issue with the cabinet or junction box. If the provider ran diagnostics and found an external fault ... 1/2

    @OpenreachHelp I'm a TalkTalk customer. Have experienced intermittent internet for over 24 hours. They're suggesting the issue is with the Openreach exchange in Bingley, BD16. Please advise what the issue is? Talktalk seem reluctant to offer any updates.
