@andywills1999 @TalkTalk They knew what was going on when they took the direct debit out of my account yesterday. They'll not be taking any more out of it as I'll be blocking payments until the service paid for is received!!!!

@TalkTalk I’ve just moved and my service, which was turned on two days ago, is on and off. I’ve a new hub on the way, which I know I don’t need. Can you explain why I get two hours a day only of broadband. Not the best service for a journalist on deadline

mum changed our internet provider and now talktalk have just cut us off completely until the new one starts feel like i’m 15 doing everything on my phone, feel like pure shit just want my macbook back

@ClaireC11152715 @TalkTalk Just posted on Facebook myself to see if any others were having the same issue Claire. I've gone round in circles since friday morning - each of them doing something different that has supposedly fixed it! Not one has said there is a fault! I've asked for a phone call...

@TalkTalk our router keeps disconnecting and then a minute or two later it connects again, this has been happening for a couple of days. We’ve tried turning off the router , unplugging everything and it’s still happening. Ive done the talk talk strength test and it’s good, help!

@TalkTalk 31 days without broadband. 5 missed engineer visits, 9 hours on the phone. Numerous missed ‘manager calls’. No compensation offered. Issue still not been resolved. Get through to the retention teams and it cuts off every time. Appalling service,never touch this company.

@TalkTalk My WiFi has literally been down for 5 and a half days and you guys have done nothing for it? I have to survive off mobile data and I don't even have unlimited. The most surprising part is that you haven't even given me any compensation. I'm switching broadbands
