@TalkTalk I’ve just moved and my service, which was turned on two days ago, is on and off. I’ve a new hub on the way, which I know I don’t need. Can you explain why I get two hours a day only of broadband. Not the best service for a journalist on deadline

@andywills1999 @TalkTalk They knew what was going on when they took the direct debit out of my account yesterday. They'll not be taking any more out of it as I'll be blocking payments until the service paid for is received!!!!

mum changed our internet provider and now talktalk have just cut us off completely until the new one starts feel like i’m 15 doing everything on my phone, feel like pure shit just want my macbook back

On Tuesday of this week I woke up and the internet was down. I contacted @TalkTalk and they said it was a problem at the exchange, they’d send an engineer. I made them aware of the additional complications, no phone signal, heart failure, wfh etc

@TalkTalk my internet has been down all day yesterday and still down now …. Devices are connecting to router but then not connecting to internet…. Was on the phone 4 times yesterday for over an hour each time …… the last person I spoke to said all my devices must be faulty!!!

absolutely rubbish service, still charging my elderly parents for broadband which they cancelled several months ago. Why send them a new router, they have never asked for it. Free calls still charged. RIP off TalkTalk

If your @TalkTalk router dies & flashes orange with no fault on the line. Don't wait a week waiting for an engineer..buy a cheap router from argos, connect it, if it works - change provider to get a better service & router, return cheap router or keep as spare...you're welcome!
