@ClaireC11152715 @TalkTalk Just posted on Facebook myself to see if any others were having the same issue Claire. I've gone round in circles since friday morning - each of them doing something different that has supposedly fixed it! Not one has said there is a fault! I've asked for a phone call...

@andywills1999 @TalkTalk They knew what was going on when they took the direct debit out of my account yesterday. They'll not be taking any more out of it as I'll be blocking payments until the service paid for is received!!!!

@TalkTalk I’ve just moved and my service, which was turned on two days ago, is on and off. I’ve a new hub on the way, which I know I don’t need. Can you explain why I get two hours a day only of broadband. Not the best service for a journalist on deadline

mum changed our internet provider and now talktalk have just cut us off completely until the new one starts feel like i’m 15 doing everything on my phone, feel like pure shit just want my macbook back

@TalkTalk There’s no wifi in my house today after poor connection for weeks. Support said there’s service line engineer work in the area - would’ve been nice to be notified about this planned maintenance before a busy week of working from home! Fed up of this awful service 😠
