Well guys bit of bad news you internet providers have pissed me right off to the point I cancelled my internet so I've now no internet till the 15th. Never use talk talk @TalkTalk have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

Please contact me if anyone is interested in a class action lawsuit against @TalkTalk for intentional reluctance not to cancel contracts. Impossible to cancel anything with them. I have plenty evidence.

@TalkTalk Hi our WiFi has been down all day and we have been given no clear way to fix it. We’ve just been told signal is fine in our area and we can’t get hold of anyone working in customer service. Can you pass on a different number?

Probably the worst service ever. @TalkTalk — I’ve been paying this company for a TV service I didn’t sign up for for three years and asked for a refund no response.

On the adverts on television EE claim to be the best broadband provider. Not true, l am with TalkTalk and I’ve been with them a couple of years now, never any problems.

Hello @bt_uk. A couple of weeks ago, I received a letter from you saying that you would be making changes to my line today, and the service might be unavailable for about an hour. In fact, you have completely removed my talktalk Internet access… 1/2
