    @TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Communication is dire. Second major outage I've had since May. never happened once with talktalk in 5 years. The service status page tells me basically nothing! Not good enough

    I’m very pleased with @TalkTalk today. We have a problem on our broadband where using a VPN stops everything else from working. I posted on the Community and less than 0.5hr later I’m being sent a replacement router. Praise where it is due!
