    @TalkTalk There keeps being a ‘problem between us and the exchange’ and this is manifesting exactly the same. Clearly it’s not right for this to keep happening. How can we ensure it is properly fixed so we don’t get this again? It’s been very frequent the last few weeks

    Promised a call from @TalkTalk today, didn't get one of course and I have had no broadband for more than 48 hours. All I can do is use another system, but this is not good enough and is seriously impacting my work. Leaving is not a simple matter, moreover, I pay for this service.

    @TalkTalk There is no service that can offer 100% availability, what is frustrating is that your service status took 1h to acknowledge the issue, so I needed to spend time and resources in trying to understand if the issue was my cat eating the router cables or your network....

    @TalkTalk Hi, yet another broadband issue, pls can u help? 4th or 5th time in a few weeks, exactly same issue/pattern. Don’t want to spend another hour of my life on the phone going thru pointless checks that are obviously nothing to do with the problem. How can I report quickly?
