TalkTalk Outage in Oakley, Buckinghamshire, England

Hi @TalkTalk is there an issue with broadband in HP20? My internet has gone down for 2-3 mins at roughly 5-10 minute intervals for the last hour and a half. Extremely annoying when I’m trying to work online 😒

@zhangyaoyao3848 @TalkTalk I’m the same. I was go live 31/3 now 10/6 after engineer stopped mid instillation. No comms from #TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp washed their hands of problem.

@TalkTalk still waiting on reply to the DMs sent over the last 3 days. Such poor customer service.

Warning to all should you be considering changing your internet provider. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach having walked away mid installation last Tuesday, have offered 10th June to return. No Wi-fi for 10 weeks and @TalkTalk offering no help. #Angry #Fuming #PoorCustomerService

@TalkTalk Already 67 comments of no communication so looks like I’m No.68. Still no engineer appointment and now paying for a service that has not been installed. Avoid #TalkTalk folks if you’re looking to change provider.

@TalkTalk You’re customer service centre is sodding awful! Trying to get my 84 year old Nan’s phone fixed. She is without a phone because of you. Can I have a UK based phone number to make an official complaint!

@TalkTalk are the most incompetent morons I’ve ever had to deal with! Fault reported last Thursday and the awful customer service at your call centre really is the cherry on the cake. Will be leaving your awful organisation ASAP! #talktalk

@TalkTalk hopeless home move service. Appears that you have switched it back to old address despite it working at new address for the last 10 days! Advertised 24/7 chat support not available.

@amycerys @Philippah05 @TalkTalk Same happened to me, they said it was an exceptional case, said small print says they won't reimburse loss of earnings. I was without internet for 11 days. 7 hours wasted trying to get hold of someone to complain properly. Only offered £60 for my troubles. Terrible company

@TalkTalk Hi Jona - the internet went off Saturday and Sunday. There is an engineer coming today - Tuesday. I was on the phone with customer services for over an hour on Friday - so distressing! You have no idea how upsetting the whole business is!

@Philippah05 @TalkTalk I did home move yesterday lunch time. Used talk talk for couple of years now no problem and I’m still not connected. I work from home and have 3 homeschooling children at the moment, considering leaving as it’s ridiculous other networks would of connected us by now 🤬

@TalkTalk Need a new Internet provider as no Internet again from you two days after you said it was fixed and this is now a monthly problem worst service and now your stealing my money as I'm not getting the service I'm paying for

@TalkTalk I called customer services but not sure if it got resolved as the problem was and is with the fibre tp link modem given by open reach..the power adapters failed. Lucky I had a similar output adapter which belongs to my soundboard so I've resolv the issue but need a new modem

Come on @TalkTalk , the engineer did his business hours ago. It’s now the next day. Don’t let me down.

@TalkTalk Still haven't been able to get hold of anyone to sort out my Internet!! The link sent doesn't work. How do I make a complaint& discuss the option of ending my contract due to this consistent failure to provide a good enough service? It's impossible to actually speak to someone 😡
