@TalkTalk Re A/C: 1009727829.Stop sending me final demands & threatening to do all sorts. I cancelled my contract with you over 3 months ago when I sold my property. I returned router, sent formal complaint letter to COE & owe you NOTHING. Stop hassling me. I’ve had enough.

Welp no call from a @talktalk supervisor. If their fibre line isn't open tomorrow then I'm going straight to complaints on Monday because this is the second manager who has failed to call me. Outstanding service from a company thats "always trying to get better" 👌

Never EVER use @TalkTalk. NEVER! The FOURTH time this year our internet has stopped working and each time it takes DAYS for an emergency engineer to come out. (They don't work weekends, excuse me!?!) This time I have been fobbed off even more being told I will have a phone call
