@TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

@TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

@TalkTalk Bethan Thank you for escalating my wife's complaint, but since it's already 2 weeks over your 30 day target, you'd wonder what was happening. She just rang, and was amused her records had my tweets saying 'Ring her!" without anyone ringing her.

@TalkTalk We know how to make a complaint - it's getting @TalkTalk to then deal with it that's the problem. I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

@TalkTalk you are appalling. 2 key workers, through no fault of theirs, couldn’t get WiFi reception. They accommodated your engineers many times. No good. You kept them on the phone for hours. Turned out they weren’t even getting the package they paid for. You were no help!

@talktalk funny how my internet miraculously resolved itself when the OpenReach engineer came out to fix the neighbour's BT internet. I told you it wasn't my microfilter and told you everyone in the area had problems. Worst customer service, won't be renewing with you.

@TalkTalk your service is shite and so is your website and now you want extra money ? If I have two devices connected to my broadband box it has a melt down, was ok at the initial £17 price but it cuts out far too much. And now you want more, I’m off

@TalkTalk No phone service for over 2 weeks for my elderly vulnerable friend...been texting @TalkTalk all they seem to be doing is testing the lines and making appointments for which they do NOT turn up. Crappie service.

Never experienced such bad service from a so called communications company @talktalk . Vulnerable parents had major phone disruption twice in 2 months. Can’t speak to this company out of hours to register faults or try to get help. Last outage was four days. This time? Useless!
