    @TalkTalk Live Update Beth and friends. My wife got through to @TalkTalk. 6 weeks after complaint lodged, they said someone would ring her. She requested evening, but her mobile - not landline, she'll be out. SMS received - "We'll ring your landline between 12 & 2". Can't reply to the SMS.

  • aberfoodblog Tony Jones (@aberfoodblog) reported from Llanychaiarn, Wales

    @TalkTalk We know how to make a complaint - it's getting @TalkTalk to then deal with it that's the problem. I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

  • aberfoodblog Tony Jones (@aberfoodblog) reported from Llanychaiarn, Wales

    @TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

  • aberfoodblog Tony Jones (@aberfoodblog) reported from Llanychaiarn, Wales

    @TalkTalk Bethan Thank you for escalating my wife's complaint, but since it's already 2 weeks over your 30 day target, you'd wonder what was happening. She just rang, and was amused her records had my tweets saying 'Ring her!" without anyone ringing her.

  • aberfoodblog Tony Jones (@aberfoodblog) reported from Llanychaiarn, Wales

    @TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

    @fdevlin990 @TalkTalk The “UK” and “call centre” both sound far more very appealing than TalkTalk’s “**** off and leave us alone” approach to customer service.

  • Cruickshank8 Thomas Cruickshank (@Cruickshank8) reported

    @TalkTalk After multiple messages and a 15 minute phone call, you still want myself to keep paying for a service for 7 days after a bereavement. Awful company, awful service. AVOID AVOID AVOID

  • blairrob26 Mymilliejan07 (@blairrob26) reported

    @UranusHasRings @TalkTalk I’m with 3 no issues £23 a month .

  • Cruickshank8 Thomas Cruickshank (@Cruickshank8) reported

    @TalkTalk why is it that I try to cancel a contract with you for bereavement you don’t and still expect a contract to last for 30 more days when no one is at the address and state it can only happen with the policy holder. Think about why I can’t do this?!

  • MintSauceSarnie MintSauceSarnie 🥪🇬🇧 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@MintSauceSarnie) reported
