    @TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

    @TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

    @TalkTalk Hey, I live in DH7 and it appears my wifi isn’t working. On the website it states no issues but online a lot of reports of outages? Can you confirm if something is going on? Thanks

    @OpenreachHelp I think we've got the full 0n fibre connection fttp 900mb but vodafone say they don't offer those speeds over openreachs network yet they seem to in some areas just selected 🤔 I can get full 900mb from bt ee talktalk but vodafone directly said they don't do openreach fttp

    @TalkTalk Seem like there are always issues with talk talk, instead off fixing it they say no issues reported. Price seems to go up but the service does not improve.

    Really let down by @TalkTalk. Due for a 7th Jan go live and now being told that due to a technical error behind the scenes that led to the engineer being cancelled I won’t be up and running until the 24th at the earliest. Poor show.

    @CityFibre That’s fine, I don’t need a date for my property - talktalk is on the live network now but wondering if you have any idea when voda will be online as an alternate provider - given they were made keystone partner in nov?
