    @TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

    @TalkTalk Bethan Thank you for escalating my wife's complaint, but since it's already 2 weeks over your 30 day target, you'd wonder what was happening. She just rang, and was amused her records had my tweets saying 'Ring her!" without anyone ringing her.

    @TalkTalk We know how to make a complaint - it's getting @TalkTalk to then deal with it that's the problem. I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

    @TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

    @TalkTalk For the 2nd day in a row, I have got a very poor internet service. Your Service Checker is also down, it tells me I have a fault so when I type in my mobile number and it starts the line check, I get an error. I am working from home and this isn't good enough

    I have spent over 12 hours trying to get someone at talktalk to fix this, it will be almost 6 weeks before they attempt to install the fibre connection for 2nd time. All I have from TalkTalk is there front line people telling me how sorry they are

    Placed an order with @TalkTalk today - took 2 minutes. Decided to cancel right away, but ofc it goes through their customer service. Been on hold for 1h57 minutes, last 45 mins it says i'm first in line. Yeah right. Best customer service ever!

    @TalkTalk Landline number is 02036457953, the account is in my wife’s name - Manjusha Chatterjee. She’s called and escalated the issue, but we’d appreciate a timeline for the fix. 72 hours for updates is rather vague. We are working from home and would need this issue resolved asap please

    Been on hold for over 3 hours to @TalkTalk to cancel my account - as it can only be done over the phone apparently - and now the customer service is closed. Is there a more appalling company to have to deal with?! Abysmal since day one. Avoid at all costs; utterly disgusting.
