I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

Will need to cancel direct debit as talk talk doing nothing to sort this and appealing customer service. Avoid @TalkTalk
