@TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

@TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

@eon_next I messaged you and called you a billion times, every time it's the same promise of it won't happen again. It's like TalkTalk customer service from 2008. Ask Jamie to pull up the logs, account number A-A8FCB94D. Won't be surprised if there's multiple hidden accounts.

So it turns out that @talktalk only lease the UFO network for my non working broadband from @CityFibre in York. So @CityFibre when can I expect to see an engineer? #poorservice #nobroadband

Despite the hassle of getting a new router, slow broadband supposedly fibre optic!! TalkTalk agent tells me they could notice a connection issue, caused by the router authentification Asked me to change the internet connectivity username and password !!
