@TalkTalk We know how to make a complaint - it's getting @TalkTalk to then deal with it that's the problem. I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

@TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

@TalkTalk Live Update Beth and friends. My wife got through to @TalkTalk. 6 weeks after complaint lodged, they said someone would ring her. She requested evening, but her mobile - not landline, she'll be out. SMS received - "We'll ring your landline between 12 & 2". Can't reply to the SMS.

@TalkTalk Bethan Thank you for escalating my wife's complaint, but since it's already 2 weeks over your 30 day target, you'd wonder what was happening. She just rang, and was amused her records had my tweets saying 'Ring her!" without anyone ringing her.

@TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

@emmalindadavies @TalkTalk Cant believe end of contract with talktalk and all this crap. An ex member of staff commented in whats it like to work for talktalk commented how they treat customers and their low standards.

@kibrookss @TalkTalk Record any talk. Like they may do. Sreen shot any messages u date it. Letters recorded. Ringing sit down with a drink it could b a long wait when u get though if u do phone udualy goes down in middle of it. Better 2 b wArNeD

@TalkTalk And do we get a refund for the time we cannot use our service or any of the other services (Netflix etc) that we cannot access due to our internet being off with no notice.

@DDariaDee @TalkTalk I cancelled my direct debit with talktalk as people had money took out bank of months after cancelling contract. They wont get a penny not bothered about credit history i am 60. A cost of living crisis.. Get them shut down

@Christo_p_her @UswitchUK @TalkTalk I had a horrific time with them it’s interesting but they was great till there was an issue, around the time of the upgrade and the customer service was awful. Heavily missold things however for the price they wasn’t bad on ground level sales and customer service less so.

@TalkTalk No. I’m not well. I had an awful experience with you lot yesterday and it took hours out of my day. And no Wi-Fi until next Friday. Contradictions and unable to understand your staff. Shocking for this from a comms company.
