@TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

@TalkTalk We know how to make a complaint - it's getting @TalkTalk to then deal with it that's the problem. I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

@TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

@TalkTalk I tried that. Says it doesn’t work for my account so chat. Chatted for 20 minutes and they then said they can’t help with ultra so have me a number. That closes at 6pm. All a bit poor.All I want to know is if the issue 7 miles away can affect me and an update on likely downtime?!

@TalkTalk I dont understand how you can have ‘limited access’ to something you provide?! Ive been off for hours so nothing to monitor and if I’ve no internet I can’t work tomorrow. Why doesn’t anyone know if the outage 7 miles away might be the cause and a likely timeframe to sort?

@TalkTalk When you sign up customers please warn them to plan their diaries carefully, in case they die of frustration or old age. I wasted 190 minutes and got nowhere with customer service asking a question which would help me decide whether to risk £40 to book an engineer.

@TalkTalk can you explain why my WiFi hasn’t worked since Friday and now one of your reps on the phone has muted herself and unmuted herself saying hello can you hear me after she obviously ran to the end of the trouble shooting guide 🙃
