    @TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

    @LadyHaywire @ConnemaraFarmer I had similar problem. Bought booster from Talktalk website, but it didn't say it would not work with business lines. I ended up rewiring and moving router into stairwell. That allowed signal through the building as walls avoided. So suggest check with provider first.

    @MccourtJanis @TalkTalk Still waiting since yesterday for reply from my DM to you! 3rd tweet to you, spoke twice on live chat, after promises from you to resolve issue still hasn't been. Now using mobile data as Internet is down AGAIN!

    @TalkTalk I honestly want nothing more to do with you. You're not delivering a service I have paid for (for 5 years like a mug) your service is absolute bs. This is the second time in mere weeks I've had no internet access and I work from home. Idiots.

    @tartantroos @Beate251 @RevRichardColes I think other providers should be able to do it, but I know Talktalk have a free service where only numbers you have approved can call you.
