    @TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

    @TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

    @TalkTalk Hey, I've been trying for months now to get the gift voucher promised when I signed up for Full Fibre broadband. Every customer advisor I've spoken to has said they'd sort it but still no sign. Can you please help? It's driving me insane

    @TalkTalk I’m am disgusted at the poor customer service my elderly parents have received from you. You have left them with out a landline for over 3 months, but still happily charging them for a service they are not receiving. No one is apparently able to resolve the issue!!

    @TalkTalk My new fibre has a loss of service light already and apparently no help is forthcoming until tomorrow because apparently your systems are not working. Sorry I ever upgraded and renewed.

    @RedRobinUK @TalkTalk Yep, two minuets after I hung up obviously very upset they sent me a text message, "the outcome of our investigation is that now you have been disconnected and we can no longer fix the fault." Absolute bullying

    @TalkTalk I've just tried and can't get onto ly account. Just returned from holiday and surprise surprise my WiFi is down again
