@TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

@TalkTalk We know how to make a complaint - it's getting @TalkTalk to then deal with it that's the problem. I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

@TalkTalk There is a flashing orange light on the front of my router. As was explained nearly two days ago, the issue appears to be beyond the house and so therefore I would like to be told what the situation is and what the estimated repair time might be, please.

@TalkTalk my 94 year old neighbour is having problems with his modem and can’t get through to talk to a human - the automated chat is completely inappropriate for him. Can you please call him to send an engineer? I can DM you his details.
