She just rang, and was amused her records had my tweets saying 'Ring her!" without anyone ringing her.

Tony Jones (@aberfoodblog) reported from Llanychaiarn, Wales@TalkTalk Live Update Beth and friends. My wife got through to @TalkTalk. 6 weeks after complaint lodged, they said someone would ring her. She requested evening, but her mobile - not landline, she'll be out. SMS received - "We'll ring your landline between 12 & 2". Can't reply to the SMS.

I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

Tony Jones (@aberfoodblog) reported from Llanychaiarn, Wales@TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

Carla 🏠 (@fliickernh) reported@TalkTalk on the phone with an agent trying to fix my grandmothers phone line but was told an engineer can’t come until next week. She’s 90, lives alone and relies on a panic button so can’t be without her phone, is it possible for someone to come sooner?
