@TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

@TalkTalk Bethan Thank you for escalating my wife's complaint, but since it's already 2 weeks over your 30 day target, you'd wonder what was happening. She just rang, and was amused her records had my tweets saying 'Ring her!" without anyone ringing her.

@TalkTalk We know how to make a complaint - it's getting @TalkTalk to then deal with it that's the problem. I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

@TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

Now that we've exited the EU have we lost our customer's rights? @TalkTalk's internet renewal site pushes the most expensive option, once I navigated past it the bill included a £60 set up fee not mentioned previously, then they charged me for a £20 security I never wanted😡😡

@TalkTalk my mum has been battling with yourselves for also two months now to try and fix her poor line. Taking two hours to speak to someone on the phone is not good enough! When she can finally get through she will be cancelling her contract with you!
