@TalkTalk We know how to make a complaint - it's getting @TalkTalk to then deal with it that's the problem. I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

@TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

@TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

@TalkTalk want to scream dealing with your company. Been customer for years and moving house. Made multiple calls, hung up on FOUR times by your staff. Given over 2 weeks' notice of move but told earliest date for connection is 13th. Not acceptable. Dreadful.

@TalkTalk I have been on a call for over 40mins regarding an open complaint that you have done nothing to resolve and wish to close. The currently handler is telling me she has 30 more days to fix the same complaint and then hung up on me! Your service is beyond disappointing

@Amrit65869653 @TalkTalk Strange, a CSR representative said that i would need an engineer appointment to have this fixed when the entire Ilford area is impacted. @TalkTalk , If OpenReach has an issue and is impacting the service that you provide, can you not put a statement out as to what is happening?

@TalkTalk My Internet is working but can't confirm if an Open reach engineer has fixed the problem as you sent me an email hour saying a engineer is required and will be at the exchange in 2 -3 days

@TalkTalk Hi Angie. We called that number just now. They put us through to the same team and the same thing happened. Can't quite believe how shocking this service is. We will be cancelling today and moving to Virgin.

@TalkTalk She has rung your customer service many times over the 6 months that she hasn't had any service from you as it was never supplied If after all that time all you've done is send it too a debt collector how is a DM going to be any better?
