@TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

@TalkTalk We know how to make a complaint - it's getting @TalkTalk to then deal with it that's the problem. I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

@TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

@TalkTalk I’ve been trying to contact customer service for hours last night and again this morning. Your website says your open 8am-8pm but at 6:15pm yesterday you claimed you were closed and again after 8am this morning it’s saying the same. Ridiculous service as usual

@vibeavape @TalkTalk I've been with them for 15yrs never had a problem at anytime, have had up to 6 people on WiFi and never had problems, but have Fibre Broadband installed. Only problem lately has been upgrading on line recently due to works. 👍

@Maguiad98 @TalkTalk Omg I have had the same issues. And they haven’t even put my new tariff on my account so I got billed for a month of internet with no tariff and no help. Passed about and hung up on twice. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk still trying to get my issue resolved…being chased for £50 for supposed non return of Livebox at end of contract after 10 years. Did return but TT claim they never received it. Why would I want to keep it? Now threatening debt collectors.

@kriskiwim @vibeavape @TalkTalk 2nd this, my room with my ps4 is in the furthest point in the house from the router, never any problems, downloads could be a bit faster but I do live in a rural area so can't complain too much!
