@TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

Everytime I contact #talktalk they cut the internet off so I can’t resolve the problem, my internet is now 3.6mbps download speed

@TalkTalk has bought my disabled SSE internet account but increased the direct debit for ancient modem and awful service by 3 times to £70 per month. I could get Sky or Virgin for that, this is fraud @PoliceScotland Their phone line 17 mins connected but on hold. #crooks

@TalkTalk I figured out a HUGE issue with your new Full Fibre broadband. You send everyone the Eero 6 router and it doesn’t work. My first overheated and died after just 1 week the 2nd loses connection sporadically. Can I have a router that works please?
