@TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

@TalkTalk Good morning, my Mum has been trying to phone you for the last couple of days. Yesterday she spent 1.75 hours trying to get through and when finally someone picked up, they just hung up again. She has had an issue with her future fibre connection for the last couple of weeks.

@TalkTalk Interestingly enough I’ve spotted some engineers near my street from @CityFibre and have asked them if they were fixing a fault - they are! Now why can’t this be communicated to the customer! Communication!!! I’ll be switching provider ASAP!

@TalkTalk They have basically said they have logged the fault - no correspondence to confirm the fault has been logged and no indication to the time scale it will take to send out an engineer. I run my business from home and it’s been down since Thursday last week!

@TalkTalk You customer service is truly awful Spent over an hour on the phone trying to raise an issue with a paid bill from last year. Trying to make a complaint about the way your advisors deal with bereavements. Passed to many people who have no clue. Shoddy

@TalkTalk Your service goes from bad to worse you are now chasing me for payment on an account which has been cancelled … it’s never ending. I can understand why people are so stressed to take their own lives when having to deal with services like this
