She just rang, and was amused her records had my tweets saying 'Ring her!" without anyone ringing her.

When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

Tony Jones (@aberfoodblog) reported from Llanychaiarn, Wales@TalkTalk Live Update Beth and friends. My wife got through to @TalkTalk. 6 weeks after complaint lodged, they said someone would ring her. She requested evening, but her mobile - not landline, she'll be out. SMS received - "We'll ring your landline between 12 & 2". Can't reply to the SMS.

Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

A Dorset Bloke (@DorsetHarry) reported@TalkTalk This was a nationwide issue. Your website was down. When I eventually got in it said my connection was fine. Two things. 1. Your diagnostic tools aren't working properly. 2. Why did it take so long for you to post a SM message saying there were issue.
