She just rang, and was amused her records had my tweets saying 'Ring her!" without anyone ringing her.

When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

Tony Jones (@aberfoodblog) reported from Llanychaiarn, Wales@TalkTalk Live Update Beth and friends. My wife got through to @TalkTalk. 6 weeks after complaint lodged, they said someone would ring her. She requested evening, but her mobile - not landline, she'll be out. SMS received - "We'll ring your landline between 12 & 2". Can't reply to the SMS.

Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about. Most of my videos are uploaded on the side of the road! TalkTalk know our problems, did nothing and kept taking the cash!
