@TalkTalk We know how to make a complaint - it's getting @TalkTalk to then deal with it that's the problem. I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

@TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

@TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

@TalkTalk Bethan Thank you for escalating my wife's complaint, but since it's already 2 weeks over your 30 day target, you'd wonder what was happening. She just rang, and was amused her records had my tweets saying 'Ring her!" without anyone ringing her.

Talk Talk is an utter utter disgrace, brain dead agents hang up every time because my question isn't addressed in their answer manual. Sort it out @TalkTalk totally dreadful company and service (plus the wifi itself is abysmal)

@TalkTalk wow absolutely appalling customer care from Talktalk. No broadband since 29th September. There is an open case now, booked to have telephone call with case manager Peter for 11th October between 8-10, rescheduled my morning only to receive no follow up from him!

Having a horrendous time with Talktalk... I don't have an account with them anymore. They really are horrid. Anyone else had probs with them? (I know most utility companies are a pain) but I left them 2 months ago & they're harassing me. Have had to take action against them.
