@TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

@TalkTalk I have been on the chat over an hour and people in my area are also no internet. We have a large group chat. I still do not have internet and a lot of them don’t too. You said it’s the box but how can all of us at the same time box have a problem? And now you trying to charge me.

@TalkTalk are just awful to deal with. I ve had no internet for 20 days and have taken 2 days off work to wait for their engineers who didn’t turn up. They ve had the hard neck to say that if I leave then they will charge me an early exit fee. Avoid at all costs
