    @TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

    @TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

    Wasted my money every month. Service very poor by @TalkTalk Technician already fix but the problem still same. I think i'm the only person work from home with 5mbps internet speed. U make my day so angry. Many meeting has been cancelled due to this problem. #depression #wfhlife

    @TalkTalk I’m so unimpressed with the service since joining. I am currently dming you and also on the phone. I have been asking since Saturday, when cooling off period ends. Have been told right now that it ended yesterday - deliberately not informed and ignored

    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying to resolve the issue with my internet since last week now. I am not getting any messages back anymore! I also want to know when cooling off period ends and have asked for over a week! No response!!?

    @TalkTalk your customer service is appalling!!! I have been trying to get in touch with you and actually speak to someone virtually via online chat or on the telephone since 2nd September to resolve an issue and still no luck?!?! Please can I have a phone number I can call.....

    @TalkTalk you are the only company who cuts off services over a £11 dispute after the bill has been paid🙄 in this pandemic mind you some people are not working. I am really disappointed😡

    @TalkTalk tired of your pathetic service. You said our internet would be connected on 23rd December. Called back every day since on phone for hours at a time. Every day you say the internet will be live tomorrow. EVERY DAY. Do you know how frustrating this **** is
