    @TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

    @TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

    @Infosys @Dena_tahmasebi @TalkTalk Since launch of new IT portal, Taxpayer and consultant are not able to do login and by way of this the work can not be get done, even after one month of new Portal many forms are not available on IT portal.

    @TalkTalk Just the normal outage round midnight last night. What do you do regularly in the nowich area round midnight that you could put off to 3 am? No I didn't power off the box off and on again as we know it's a talk talk thing and it recovers of its own accord.

    @TalkTalk Thanks Andy. Problem is some websites do not load properly or load but action buttons do not work. Problem exists with all browsers but disappears if I use VPN

    @TalkTalk is talk talk down? Getting a "your router seems to be disconnected from the Internet" message and to check wires but all if connected and fine?

    @TalkTalk It wasn't quite like that. Before investigating the line,I was told an engineer MIGHT need access, and I did not agree immediately because I wanted someone to check the lines as my neighbour ALSO had problems. I was told 3 times a problem had been discovered and would be fixed!

    @TalkTalk who get you to pay for an openreach engineer to "diagnose the problem' - which is that #TalkTalk never switched the fecking internet over in the first place. No internet since Thursday- regretting choice of provider already...

    @TalkTalk Day 4. Yes day 4 of my Internet constantly cutting off without any reason. It will come back and then boom down within minutes
