    @TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

    @TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

    @TalkTalk We know how to make a complaint - it's getting @TalkTalk to then deal with it that's the problem. I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

    @TalkTalk Hi Mike, I'd be happy to discuss the issues with our internet services via DM. However, the bigger issue here is why these underhanded business practices are being employed in the first place, of which I'm sure others would be interested in hearing the answer to.

    @TalkTalk Nothing about the Lies told when selling your service? NO price increase during your contract guaranteed 😡 now told I can leave but if still in contract will have to pay 😡 so NOT guaranteed at all, just suck it up buttercup, all as bad as each other 😡😡😡😡

    @TalkTalk Morning! I got this SMS from you yesterday at 1551h...is it fixed now as connectivity was lumpy/ jittery/ patchy: “TalkTalk update: We found a problem between the exchange and your home, and booked an Openreach engineer to fix the fault within the next 2-3 working days...etc.”

    @TalkTalk I can't access the Internet I'm paying for from TalkTalk, the tv package I pay for from TalkTalk, Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, BT Sport and Disney + Will I be getting a refund of you for all these services I pay for but can't access as you still haven't sorted the issue out yet?

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I am leaving you and exercising my legal right to cancel due to your breach of contract. I will be instructing my bank to cancel the direct debit and reporting you to Ofcom if you attempt any early exit fees. I will also warn others to avoid you.

    Trying to work from home without Internet again today - how is it so hard for @TalkTalk to cancel an Internet order and for @bt_uk to set up a 4G connection? 🤯 Dreadful customer service from both too 🙄
