@TalkTalk We know how to make a complaint - it's getting @TalkTalk to then deal with it that's the problem. I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

@TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

@TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

OUR PHONE LINES HAVE BEEN DOWN FOR TWO DAYS YET EVERYTIME I TRY TO CONTACT TALK TALK TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE THEY STATE THEY CANNOT GET ME THROUGH THE SECURITY PROCESS, DESPITE THE FACT IM READY THE INFORMATION OF THE BILL I PAID LAST MONTH

@JacobTh92828929 @TalkTalk Same about the security thing! I’m trying to cancel and it’s so hard to do so! I’ve paid for a package which has been unusable and took its working fine on their end for the last year. Out of contract now and went to cancel and still can’t. I’ve taken it further now
