    @TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

    @TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

    @TalkTalk Mine has been like this for months, reported it multiple times and not fixed. Can't make or receive call and asked for a call divert to be set up to my mobile and the agents wouldn't do it. So paying for a service that's useless

    @TalkTalk Reported my issue through the chat function. Agent was helpful but it was really hard to get my issue across as I had a live ticket with open reach regarding my ultra fibre installation but my issue was with my existing internet line. Hopefully I now get both fixed

    The terrible customer service from @TalkTalk continues. I advise not to use this provider. They make a lot of false promises and communication is appalling.

    @talktalk tell me they migrated my account to high speed #fibre …. I don’t recommend it as #internet connection is a lot slower. Been having boring conversations with the worst #customerservices on the planet and they still don’t understand the problems …

    @TrooliFibre Don’t do it! Every 10mins it drops and goes to buffering status. Worst service I’ve had since talktalk! Customer service just fob you off saying no fault with their systems. Yet hardwired into router. Router ip conflicts constantly, very unreliable! Have requested disconnection.
