@TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

@TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

@TalkTalk We know how to make a complaint - it's getting @TalkTalk to then deal with it that's the problem. I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

@TalkTalk No internet for nearly a week. Book engineer as advised, doesn’t turn up. Call to be hung up on once and second time told they cannot help me and to call back tomorrow. Eventually get someone on chat who tells me that no engineer was ever going to be coming to my house ever 1/3

@TalkTalk @LClarkdashian Nah we have gone way past the DM’s stage! I will be calling you’re company are liars and your customers service is terrible hanging up on a customer one minute after your call centre shut! Terrible customer service And I’m reporting it to the ombudsman!

@TalkTalk I emailed several times over two months to concerns@talktalk still no reply. There must be an option for customers to cancel via sending an email!! Come on talktalk! Sort this out! You can’t be telling people you have limited resources to help via twitter or FB to cancel!

That's right. It said to complain give them a ring, or use the live chat. It really shouldn't be this hard to cancel in a cooling off period. Anyway, tl;dr version of this. Don't use @TalkTalk. They don't actually like to deal with you. And they're rubbish at customer care.
