    @TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

    @TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

    @TalkTalk my Grandma has spent a distressing 2 HOURS trying to get a billing fault sorted after you WRONGLY charged her for a missed call out. She was stressed and upset failing to get it sorted on your website chat bar. She is 87 - Is there an easier solution?

    @TalkTalk Please see all the tweets that @sucooke has made over the last two weeks. The problem is hers, not mine. You keep promising to fix it, then not doing what you say. Completely unacceptable.

    @TalkTalk Hi Gerard, yes we do have a big problem (which we've emailed & phoned about numerous times over the years) & in fact were just discussing over lunch, to ditch TalkTalk TV as we're so fed up with it occurring. We have an intermittent problem with service dropping out inexplicably.

    @TalkTalk why have I not rec’d a reply from yourselves. My broadband speed in Rotherham is atrocious I am on faster fibre & I have done everything I possibly can. Is there a problem?
