@TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

@TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

@TalkTalk Live Update Beth and friends. My wife got through to @TalkTalk. 6 weeks after complaint lodged, they said someone would ring her. She requested evening, but her mobile - not landline, she'll be out. SMS received - "We'll ring your landline between 12 & 2". Can't reply to the SMS.

@TalkTalk Bethan Thank you for escalating my wife's complaint, but since it's already 2 weeks over your 30 day target, you'd wonder what was happening. She just rang, and was amused her records had my tweets saying 'Ring her!" without anyone ringing her.

@TalkTalk We know how to make a complaint - it's getting @TalkTalk to then deal with it that's the problem. I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

@TalkTalk I've never had any details or reference to the delivery just a text each day telling me I'm on drop number , but nobody turns up, today they tried but no evidence on CCTV . Talktalk must take action on why they use Yodel.

@talktalk 4 hours on the phone to several people and various departments and still no one can help, my options are to create a new account with a service lower than I had yesterday! & 14 days to setup. Absolute shambles!

@TalkTalk if anyone’s reading this and thinking of switching to TalkTalk then don’t. Absolute shambles. They never sent out our router, the openreach install happened as planned two days ago, the router arrived today so we connected it up, our internet is worse than before, crap.

Hey @TalkTalk it is despicable how repeated calls to home move and order management, end either in a spiral of being handed back to the other or in being cut off. What's the point in promising 3 months free internet as an apology, if you still fail to provide any services?

Just a warning to never use TalkTalk. First they charged me for an extra month after the end of my contract, now they have charged me £50 for "not returning" my router despite Royal Mail confirming they received it.
