Tony Jones (@aberfoodblog) reported from Llanychaiarn, Wales@TalkTalk We know how to make a complaint - it's getting @TalkTalk to then deal with it that's the problem. I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

Tony Jones (@aberfoodblog) reported from Llanychaiarn, Wales@TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

Tony Jones (@aberfoodblog) reported from Llanychaiarn, Wales@TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

Tony Jones (@aberfoodblog) reported from Llanychaiarn, Wales@TalkTalk Bethan Thank you for escalating my wife's complaint, but since it's already 2 weeks over your 30 day target, you'd wonder what was happening. She just rang, and was amused her records had my tweets saying 'Ring her!" without anyone ringing her.

Tony Jones (@aberfoodblog) reported from Llanychaiarn, Wales@TalkTalk Live Update Beth and friends. My wife got through to @TalkTalk. 6 weeks after complaint lodged, they said someone would ring her. She requested evening, but her mobile - not landline, she'll be out. SMS received - "We'll ring your landline between 12 & 2". Can't reply to the SMS.

Russ (@RussTaylor83) reported@TalkTalk Hi. Is there a service outage on broadband in YO22 post code?
-
Susan 💜🤍💚 (@HoneybourneFarm) reported@theospreyuk @Shiv_who_burns It's such a pain! Finally managed to speak to an "expert" at Talktalk. They said only way is to cancel current broadband only contract, and give me a new broadband only contract, which sounds wrong. At this rate I shall probably cancel both landline and broadband and use mobile!

West Midlands Case Management LTD (@WMCMltd) reportedWe are currently investigating an issue where @TalkTalk has shared customers information with @RiseFibre in direct breach of GDPR Legislation, In a recorded call Talk Talk state that Rise Fibre are NOT taking over services and admit that failings are visible but out of there control. angela pring (@homegoal) reported@TalkTalk Customer service is absolutely shocking , I’ve been without my broadband for 7days and counting. Keep being told to be patient and it will be fixed tomorrow which it then isn’t

CyborgCybernat (@RabMcPhoto) reportedHey @TalkTalk what's going on? I've just found out that my landline isn't working. When I pick up the handset, the line is dead, and when I ring the # I get the engaged signal. Please get this sorted ASAP; I'm very ill & need to be able to contact my medical team at all times.

Tony Notman (@TonyNotman49593) reported@devilscustard @TalkTalk Typical behaviour of companies when you do not pay for the service they failed to provide. Better to ignore them. They will eventually go away. BT, Vodafone, and virgin have tried this with me.
