    @TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

    @TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

    @acali94 Not totally, I think every provider is good at something, with SKY it’s their TV packages, BT is good for BT sports, and virgin obviously the internet speed. I think talktalk is the worst though, my god. The only thing they’re good at is cheap international calls.

    Whereas today a @TalkTalk staff who has obviously been trained correctly found out that the problem was actually on their end within 2 mins. If I was elderly or lacked mental capacity this would be so much stress

    If you ever want a company that can make Mount Everest out of a mole hill, step forward @TalkTalk. A status report says they can't identify our router and we may be using non-TalkTalk equipment - THEY SENT IT! They suggest talking to a member of the team. Never again.

    @TalkTalk trying to become a new broadband customer of yours was quite difficult just now as when you need to choose engineer date then confirm it, it then stops and doesn't go further. I tried 3 times and nothing. So... I had to look elsewhere and opted with @skytv @TalkTalk 😔

    @TalkTalk Scam company! Contract ends, cancel DD, no way of cancelling in account, call up, doesn’t log call, continues billing, call again, charges for 7 days of a disconnected service, ask for a call, passed bill to debt collection 👍🏻 @TalkTalk is a joke
