Dr Mark Anderson (@markandersonrun) reported@TalkTalk to which talktalk has failed to get a grip of my situation & sort it out, all compounded by awful communication: stark contrast to my neighbours who are with @skyinternet & @bt_uk who have been so much better with them. They're all back online. I, a month on, am not. Appalling.
