    @TalkTalk We know how to make a complaint - it's getting @TalkTalk to then deal with it that's the problem. I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

    @TalkTalk Bethan Thank you for escalating my wife's complaint, but since it's already 2 weeks over your 30 day target, you'd wonder what was happening. She just rang, and was amused her records had my tweets saying 'Ring her!" without anyone ringing her.

    @TalkTalk Live Update Beth and friends. My wife got through to @TalkTalk. 6 weeks after complaint lodged, they said someone would ring her. She requested evening, but her mobile - not landline, she'll be out. SMS received - "We'll ring your landline between 12 & 2". Can't reply to the SMS.

    @TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

    @TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

    How on earth do I complain to @talktalk? My mother is having trouble with her broadband and the symptoms suggest a router issue but the idiots on the 'phone keep saying that nothing is wrong. She is vulnerable. Grrr.

    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying to cancel my service for the past 2 hours. You either transfer to an “unknown extension” or cut me off. Latest person “Sam” went silent after confirming she was going to record me for terms and conditions to cancel. Everything is unplugged, where do I send it?

    @Baasha666 @TalkTalk I’ve had the same. It’s like a sect. This must be illegal. I’ve spoken to 9 people, currently on a dead line after Arwen passed me to Sam who was recording and then went quiet. It’s disgusting and I hope no one takes their service. #talktalkscam #dontusetalktalk

    @TalkTalk I did, 3 times. Hung up on. Finally got a confirmation number. It’s taken over 2 hours of calling and chat attempts. (Chat while on the phone - multi-tasking your never ending scam). It’s frankly disgusting and I will now be moving my mother away from you as well.

    @ubernista @TalkTalk It does seem strange. It looks like they have suggested cancelling the contract and starting a new one to save sending an engineer/new wifi router out to fix straight away and push the problem 2weeks down the line
