@TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

@TalkTalk Bethan Thank you for escalating my wife's complaint, but since it's already 2 weeks over your 30 day target, you'd wonder what was happening. She just rang, and was amused her records had my tweets saying 'Ring her!" without anyone ringing her.

@TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

@TalkTalk We know how to make a complaint - it's getting @TalkTalk to then deal with it that's the problem. I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

@Jackie00371087 @TalkTalk Some talktalk customers r so angry. Frustrated upset. being threatened with debt collectors. Being charged for not ending contracts when they tried too. Money coming out of accounts when they rung to cancel. They could b charged if overdrawn.costofliving

One guy said it took over 30 staff think 37 to end his contract with talk customer service. When i chat vodafone issue enquiry sorted quickly they move on 2 next person all on chat. What a waste of staff time. Useless talktalk. Wasteing peoples time if it takes over 30 staff

@TalkTalk are ****. No Wi-Fi for over a month. Engineer was useless. The problem is still there. No help, no efficient service, no understanding to compensate for us. ****. Changing broadbands.

@filipino_chino @TalkTalk My speed for first 10 days were all over the place but tbh other than brief times where it goes down once or twice every couple of months for 30 mins or so, it's been fantastic. Anyway hopefully your speed will average out after a few days 👍

Talktalk customer service. Waste of time. One issue going through all dif staff and still not resolved. Lots trying too. More queues on phone. Rediculous. One issue should b sorted then closed. Vodaphone sort it out. One person. Done. Talktalk. Dont seem 2 solve anything.hassle

If i was talktalk customer service i would b ashamed of myself. All the complaints on trustpilot. Sitejabber. Facebook. Broadband. Co. Uk. Not cancelling contracts when people asking. Getting extra money by deceite. Not confirming. Putting phone down in middle of trying 2 end c
