    @TalkTalk We know how to make a complaint - it's getting @TalkTalk to then deal with it that's the problem. I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

    @TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

    @TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

    Hi @TalkTalk my 81 year old Dad has had no landline since last Thursday and unfortunately your online advice for vulnerable customers is pretty poor... I contacted your CEO office yesterday but have had no response from them can I please have some help ASAP please

    @TalkTalk Your internet service is abysmal once again. Download speed of 0.09Mbps which is half the upload speed! Please review service to MK13 0PU ASAP

    @kelefc Really don't move to Talktalk. They're so bad I'd happily pay £51 just to get away from them.

    @TayTayz95 @TalkTalk Same over here, they are having issues with the MyAccount service so I assume something hasn't updated however they have been having the issue for like 12 hours been without internet all night

    No WiFi for weeks. Still no resolve. Engineer to attend 7-9am, me & my kid hanging about to the detriment of school & work for a no show. Terrible service. Will need to cancel direct debit as talk talk doing nothing to sort this and appealing customer service. Avoid @TalkTalk
