@TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

@TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

@Memz_D @TalkTalk @Ofcom All i can say is WOW, im so happy im finally leaving. So Talktalk internet will get a further £35 from me for being out of contract & leaving! They increased my month subscription from £24 to £35.36 (punishment for leaving there network OUT OF CONTRACT!) AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

@SilvermanCarol @BBCBreakfast It runs over the BT Openreach network (like TalkTalk, Plusnet, etc.) so you'd only ever get as fast as you could with BT.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup why are y’all turning me around? Please come fix my internet that was disrupted abruptly since thursday last week.. Stop giving me ****** service on my money!! I need my internet back rn! Customer service and reliability is poor!!

@TalkTalk haha yeh no, the issue is pretty obvious isn't it? Ppl try to access webmail on your website...and this happens. Phishing your customers isn't a good move, fyi.

@TalkTalk how’s it right that you charge £2.75p/m for paper billing, during a cost of living crisis?! You’re completely penalising the older generations/those who are computer illiterate, who don’t have support to set up an email address of their own! Please rethink this asap!

Three network- You pay peanuts, you die in a terrible incident. Seriously though - I've worked on mobile phone networks for over 20 years and would never touch Three, no matter how cheap (same goes for TalkTalk landlines too)
