@TalkTalk keep ringing and emailing my ladywife saying she needs to contact them for an update on her complaint (weeks without broadband). When she does, they can't tell her anything. So a customer complaint about bad customer service is treated with bad customer service.

@TalkTalk Bethan Thank you for escalating my wife's complaint, but since it's already 2 weeks over your 30 day target, you'd wonder what was happening. She just rang, and was amused her records had my tweets saying 'Ring her!" without anyone ringing her.

@TalkTalk Broadband problem logged. 1. New router sent, pointlessly. 2. Engineer sent out. Wrongly told we had to be in. Didn't fix it 3. Trying to find out what's going on, your system says another engineer will be sent out Your inefficiency must cost you a fortune @MarianJebb

@TalkTalk We know how to make a complaint - it's getting @TalkTalk to then deal with it that's the problem. I doubt anyone on here works for TalkTalk - you're just paid to talk nice to the angry customers their indifferent attitude creates.

@TalkTalk 'helping you stay connected', when a huge amount of their customers up and down country don't even have their Internet or landlines working, and haven't for days/weeks. Good one! Utter incompetence. Will be advising friends and family to avoid them at all costs.

@TalkTalk We logged a complaint via email on 16th dec, had an engineer come around, booked an external open reach engineer to come around (they did not) and we still can’t WFH sufficiently with download speed as low as 0.6MBPS on/off. As reported by your engineer too. Awful company

@TalkTalk Peak times you throttle my speeds. Awful. Speeds are piss poor as it is, but come evenings using my phone as a hotspot is faster. Woeful.

So as well as having no heating, no hot water and not being able to go outside, my internet just went down and @talktalk have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’m in a huge funk. 😡
