AAAARGH just for anyone considering @TalkTalk DON’T!!! Been passed to 5 different people tonight: one I couldn’t hear due to her kids screaming. One guy hung up TWICE. One guy was in a BAR. One guy sounded ******. Now trying to cancel our order and they can’t even do that.

@BBCWatchdog I'm wondering if broadband service providers are rolling out a new super fibre which there are unable to deliver. @WeAreOpenreach fitted an upgrade two weeks ago and still no service. @TalkTalk selling the product do not seem to be much help.
