    @plusnethelp your wifi coverage is a joke. It was bad before the lockdown but now it's almost unbearable. I had @TalkTalk bog standard wifi before this and never had any issues. Switch to you guys and upgrade to fiber optic and it's atrocious! Can't even play a bleedin' podcast!!

    I'm sick of my broadband provider, TALKTALK,is the worse service I've ever had over the years, almost every day I have problems with wi-fi, no contact, can't connect, bloody sick of them .I'm stuck in a contract with them till next year .rubbish, utter rubbish.

    @TalkTalk my internet and phone have been down since 10pm Saturday night it was working fine up till then sent DMs. I have followed all guidelines on TalkTalk to try and get it working. It keeps flashing orange. Sort it out ASAP! Or I’ll cancel my payment.

    @TalkTalk I’ve been in touch since Sunday as my broadband and phone service has been down since Saturday 10pm. I’ve sent DM’s and was also told to call to get an engineer out. This is not a good service @TalkTalk I want it sorted ASAP!

    Hi, @TalkTalk starting Friday we have been seeing constantly low speeds of around 3megabit per second when we are on a plan that promises around about 60megabit per second, the WiFi has now been completely off today starting at some point during the night, can I get some help?

    @TalkTalk I assume I will get my call to explain to me why, after 5 hours of calls, 2 cancelled engineers, to tell me what on earth is going on when you keep offering me a new deal, I take it and then you cancel what is going on. 5 HOURS for nothing

    @TalkTalkBizCare How long does it take to respond to a customer complaint? Logged a complaint in March&email every week to chase up I have spent hours on hold to complaints, but nothing! Our charity is awaiting a refund of over £200 from TalkTalk! Shocking customer service!!
