Wasted my money every month. Service very poor by @TalkTalk Technician already fix but the problem still same. I think i'm the only person work from home with 5mbps internet speed. U make my day so angry. Many meeting meeting has been cancelled due to this problem. #depression

Today make another report. And make appointment with their technician to fix the problem. This is not first time. Unfortunately just around 1 hour ago, i have symptom fever and suggested by GP to take Covid test tomorrow. And i informed @TalkTalk operator.

Have been waiting for a call from @TalkTalk complaints department since 17th March, been rescheduled twice, contacted them again today and was told I'd receive a callback today. Still nothing! Shocking service, so frustrating!
