I had @TalkTalk bog standard wifi before this and never had any issues. Switch to you guys and upgrade to fiber optic and it's atrocious! Can't even play a bleedin' podcast!!

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.
