@TalkTalk I’ve been in touch since Sunday as my broadband and phone service has been down since Saturday 10pm. I’ve sent DM’s and was also told to call to get an engineer out. This is not a good service @TalkTalk I want it sorted ASAP!

@TalkTalk my internet and phone have been down since 10pm Saturday night it was working fine up till then sent DMs. I have followed all guidelines on TalkTalk to try and get it working. It keeps flashing orange. Sort it out ASAP! Or I’ll cancel my payment.

I'm sick of my broadband provider, TALKTALK,is the worse service I've ever had over the years, almost every day I have problems with wi-fi, no contact, can't connect, bloody sick of them .I'm stuck in a contract with them till next year .rubbish, utter rubbish.

@plusnethelp your wifi coverage is a joke. It was bad before the lockdown but now it's almost unbearable. I had @TalkTalk bog standard wifi before this and never had any issues. Switch to you guys and upgrade to fiber optic and it's atrocious! Can't even play a bleedin' podcast!!

@TalkTalk the best yet after upgrading twice since end April and over 5 hours of calls and numerous texts from them just been told the service they offered and I signed up to at end April doesn’t match my address so I can have it - am reduced to tears

Was just looking through my broadband contract as it’s up in August, TALKTALK is my supplier, never a problem and great speeds however, the wanted to increase my payments by inflation plus 3.7% every April , that coii you ld be a 15% increase , sod that never again talktalk

10 days without internet after moving to fiber from copper with @TalkTalk after 6 hours of calling. 4 BT engineer appointments no updates. STILL no internet. So many promised returned calls and updates that never appear. No answers and no solutions. Do not recommend.

Day 20 of trying to cancel my @TalkTalk broadband. I am not even on a contract. Never get TalkTalk broadband, it's a trap that they will not even let you cancel. I've tried everything and honestly it's a disgrace.
