    Today make another report. And make appointment with their technician to fix the problem. This is not first time. Unfortunately just around 1 hour ago, i have symptom fever and suggested by GP to take Covid test tomorrow. And i informed @TalkTalk operator.

    Wasted my money every month. Service very poor by @TalkTalk Technician already fix but the problem still same. I think i'm the only person work from home with 5mbps internet speed. U make my day so angry. Many meeting has been cancelled due to this problem. #depression #wfhlife

    Pay Internet service @TalkTalk for faster fibre product. Unfortunately you get peanut from this worst provider. Where is consumer rights????? Seriously very angry. @scotgov @NicolaSturgeon

    Feeling angry and depressed with Internet Connection provided by @TalkTalk i don't know what happened with your service lately. Due to bad connection and always disconnected my research activities and online meeting has been interrupted. 😡 #challengeworkfromhome @UniStrathclyde

    Dear all, Please be careful when you subscribe with @TalkTalk This is not first time i make enquiries and report about poor service by them. For instance, i subscribed Fiber 65. Unfortunately i just get below 5mbps connection. How much money the got from customer? Unprofessional

    @TalkTalk My Talk Talk broadband is is getting worse by the day .If I step into the garden with my tablet I loose the connection ,when I turn on my Sky I can't connect to the internet and I have to go through a whole procedure to connect . Then most time it says router won't issue IP addre

    @TalkTalk I was on DM earlier and my problem wasn't resolved , The person dealing with my issue just left me without completing our compensation, ,just not good enough

    Dear @TalkTalk UK. Since lockdown in Scotland I have faced problem with your Internet services. The internet is VERY SLOW and it ALWAYS gets disconnected. Where is your professional service? I'm really upset.

    @BenKentish Putting her TalkTalk business acumen to good use and throttling excess demand for bandwidth. Someone with a medical or public health background would simply be unable to come up with this solution.

    @TalkTalk TQ for your immediate reply. I'm so tired to talk with you because this is not my first time happened. More than 2 or 3 times i faced this problem. But the problem still same. Seriously i said, wasted my money. I lost my important meeting today. @NicolaSturgeon #wfhproblem

    @TalkTalk train your staff better. I'm currently in meltdown because one of your agents would not cancel my service. He kept saying I can get it you cheeper. I just wanted to cancel and kept telling him this. It's only when asked for the manager that he finally cancelled.

    @TalkTalk Hi Andy, we’re an hour and a half into a phone call and we’ve spoken to 4 different agents so far. If there’s anything you can do re cancelling without paying the breakage fee for services we have not been receiving then please feel free to help because nobody else is!

    Anybody else struggling to get their full fibre gift voucher from #talktalk? Seems like a deliberate policy to have unhelpful customer service so you get sick of chasing for the voucher to be sent.

    It's never ending. TalkTalk trying to sneak an extra 3 days onto my final bill. Don't these companies EVER have enough profit? I'd nag them today but I've already had enough **** off SSE/OVO. Tomorrow is another day... #ShakeUpTheWorld

    @TalkTalk I can't believe your company is still harassing my elderly mother to pay bills and charges she doesn't even owe. She left you in February of this year and yet you still won't cancel her contract and demand payment. Shame on you.. Your behaviour is appalling.

    @Shandazar @bt_uk I would gladly ditch BT, but most alternative providers just use the BT network, so when there is a fault (regularly here!) it is harder to get it fixed (one blames the other). Still getting emails from @TalkTalk offering us full fibre too! Mobile coverage very poor here as well

    @TalkTalk Hello. The service in Windsor has been terrible the past couple of days, web access cutting off regularly. Are there issues in SL4? If so, grateful if this could be sorted out ASAP, as we need this connection to be functioning in order to work. Thank you.

    @TalkTalk what a shambles of a company! Promising me a speed that they can’t provide, numerous engineer call outs, engineers not showing up, hours on end on the phone to customer service carrying out the same line checks over and over again, being on hold 40mins to be cut off
