Wasted my money every month. Service very poor by @TalkTalk Technician already fix but the problem still same. I think i'm the only person work from home with 5mbps internet speed. U make my day so angry. Many meeting meeting has been cancelled due to this problem. #depression

talktalk are the worst company ever - the wifi is always going off and giving us grief and even when it’s on and working it’s not strong at all. the customer service is also one of the worst i’ve ever experienced, not helpful at all.

@TalkTalk I have been having issues in the last few days (and many more times in the last year). But today it's crazy, the Internet fails every 2 minutes. A lot of us we're paying @TalkTalk to have an internet service, but for you the customer doesn't matter.

@TalkTalk Any news of when UFO in York YO24 will be up and running after outage that started on Saturday. Neighbours report that helpline said if no internet by 0900 to call back but no one can get through :(
