    @TalkTalk my internet and phone have been down since 10pm Saturday night it was working fine up till then sent DMs. I have followed all guidelines on TalkTalk to try and get it working. It keeps flashing orange. Sort it out ASAP! Or I’ll cancel my payment.

    @TalkTalk I’ve been in touch since Sunday as my broadband and phone service has been down since Saturday 10pm. I’ve sent DM’s and was also told to call to get an engineer out. This is not a good service @TalkTalk I want it sorted ASAP!

    Another round with a less than stellar Talktalk customer service. Every time you speak,Dm or chat they take you back to the start, why do they do that? Why don't they use a case number system? Why hasn't my problem been solved a month down the line.
