Wasted my money every month. Service very poor by @TalkTalk Technician already fix but the problem still same. I think i'm the only person work from home with 5mbps internet speed. U make my day so angry. Many meeting meeting has been cancelled due to this problem. #depression

Gave notice yesterday to cancel my @TalkTalk account and move to another provider. Today the internet has cut out 3 times already (3:15pm) requiring router to be reset to reconnect. I’m sure it’s just a coincidence though. Or “the weather”……

I had Internet for a glorious 27 hours this week. @TalkTalk you're service is truly disgraceful - ongoing internet issues since 13th January and 27 hours after the engineer 'fixed' the problem, it's off AGAIN!

@Real_BillDuncan @TalkTalk @virginmedia I would strongly advise not to go to talk talk, I'm having huge problems, same as yourself virgin put my bill up, I've ended up going back to virgin, who halfed my bill, talk talk are cheap deals but difficult to talk to on phone and engineers didn't turn up..twice!!
