    @TalkTalk our Briadband has gone down in the G66 area???? Went down for 10 mins yesterday and now came back in and itโ€™s down again and has been for hours????

    @TalkTalk Since the problem has been 'fixed' our connection has been much slower and making streaming services unwatchable. Is there an ongoing issue with local line speeds?

    @plusnethelp your wifi coverage is a joke. It was bad before the lockdown but now it's almost unbearable. I had @TalkTalk bog standard wifi before this and never had any issues. Switch to you guys and upgrade to fiber optic and it's atrocious! Can't even play a bleedin' podcast!!

    I wasted an hour of my Sunday trying to โ€œchatโ€ online on 4 attempts with @TalkTalk customer service. My broadband is very slow and drops out frequently. Woeful customer service from a communications company. I will cancel my contract if I ever get to โ€œspeakโ€ to someone!

    @TalkTalk Iโ€™m trying to register for a new account, talktalk made an error with my first account, now I have to use a different email from the first one. But it is not being processed! Iโ€™m demented pleas help! So far not impressed.

    TalkTalk is literally the worst internet provider Iโ€™ve ever encountered. Quality of connection is routinely absolute garbage. Am I just unlucky, or is this just what theyโ€™re like?

    Cannot believe how horrific @TalkTalk customer service is. Honestly my one piece of advice is to avoid them at all costs!!

    @TalkTalk I was on DM earlier and my problem wasn't resolved , The person dealing with my issue just left me without completing our compensation, ,just not good enough

    @TalkTalk I reported of internet issue last month, still every month I get bill inspite of zero service from talk talk. Today morning tried to reach your support by phone and chat still on wait list after 90 minutes. I would have drove to your office in person by now #poorservice

    3 days @TalkTalk internet problem. Disconnected and dropped. Always asked the same question. Today Engineer @OpenreachHelp came. He cannot access the telco pole because located at private neighbour garden. The asked me to get phone number and name my neighbour. This is not right.

    @TalkTalk but this person is sayings I never called yesterday and no engineers were scheduled but they have just been in my house ๐Ÿ˜‚...on the line to a manager as this is rediculous

    @TalkTalk for this to be done. We spoke with Chantelle who was the line manager, the complaints manager and the overall manager and we are extremely unhappy with this service when this should have been sorted via telephone as per city fibre when the installation has been done!!

    Dear @TalkTalk UK. Since lockdown in Scotland I have faced problem with your Internet services. The internet is VERY SLOW and it ALWAYS gets disconnected. Where is your professional service? I'm really upset.

    @TalkTalk over the last couple of months Ive tried to log in to renew my contract rather than pay the out of contract price. Thought there was a mobile issue logging in. Today I remembered to try laptop at work and still cant log in. Guess you want the higher price from me eh?

    @llqdave @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup They did that to me as well until I sent them a blunt response. And no, talking to customer service on here doesn't help much at all. They have less access than those on webchat and email etc.

    @TalkTalk Customer service is absolutely shocking , Iโ€™ve been without my broadband for 7days and counting. Keep being told to be patient and it will be fixed tomorrow which it then isnโ€™t

    @entrustTMF @virginmedia Only way to get good service is to use BT/Open Reach as provider; but you will pay! I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.

    @TalkTalk Without doubt the worst customer experience Iโ€™ve ever had. One and a half hours in โ€˜chatsโ€™ trying to cancel a contract only to be then told to email help@talkmobile . Almost certainly not UK based as well. Useless

    @alex_weel @TalkTalk I went 2 weeks over Christmas with no wifi and no 4g - nothing. I was never reimbursed by @talktalk for this. I was told my current issue would be fixed by an engineer today.. Apparently are relaying all fibre in the area and didnโ€™t think to notify anyone about it. Shocking
