@TalkTalk It's a business account. I've now managed to speak to someone and been told to turn my router off and on again in an hour and that should fix it. Apparently you've got a RADIUS fault.

@TalkTalk Thank, one problem though is the lines don't open until 8am and the LiveChat is continually showing as offline. That means it's not easy getting in touch to raise a call.

@TalkTalk Your ServiceStatus says there are no Broadband problems but our office has been offline since 01:11 this morning and it's now 08:40. Your online chat is still offline too despite saying it opens at 08:00 @TalkTalk @TalkTalkBizCare

@TalkTalk your "chat with an expert" service is shocking. I have had no broadband for 3 days carried out all the tests on your website before chatting with a so called expert. What does the expert do, spend 40 minutes to send me a "Super Mail" which has a link to the online tests
