  @TalkTalk Hope everyone knows that if you don't allow a line transfer then a customer cannot change their broadband provider. Bit of a con in my book.

  @TalkTalk Awful. More off than on. I received a text message from @talktalk closing their case because the blame had been pushed to open reach. The case is not closed and I am not satisfied. This is pathetic
