@TalkTalk I repeat, I’m no longer a customer. I have no more time for the #TalkTalk farcical maze of ‘chat’ style customer service. If you look at the images I sent, they include my old account number. This poor practice business needs to be a concern for @TalkTalkGroup

@TalkTalk truly disgusted with your customer service. Issues with broadband connection since Thursday. Lies about engineer bookings and now…. We can’t see any issues and no help. Cutting conversations and closing the chats.

@TalkTalk i cannot wait to end my contract with TalkTalk. Just an absolute rubbish company. I got a internet outage and they cannot be bothered to help. Calling them they don't help and online they don't help. Rubbish, Rubbish Rubbish.

@HelenH85406 @TalkTalk Unbelievably bad. Still not got a box, a week now. Every time I call it takes 45 mins to get through, then you get passed between departments taking another 30 minutes. Each one asking for security verifications. They cant even record the complaint right #talktalk @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk found mums account but can’t discuss it with me … she’s almost 88 for goodness sake! they’ve given 24 hours for the bill to be paid but have an issue with their system so can’t take a card payment!!! Absolutely ridiculous Livid 😠

@TalkTalk #TalkTalk is invoicing (now plus an ‘admin’ charge) an ex customer. My b/band service failed on 24/8. A replacement router did not solve the issue. My account was out of contract (since Feb 2025). A 7-day cancellation was agreed on 12/9. Our divorce was on 19/9.

@TalkTalk the fact that it has taken 3 days to open a ticket for Openreach for fix the problem then be told it can take up to 3 days to fix is just chaos. That is all you get from talktalk.

@TalkTalk The agent never mentioned any charge. I was also told I would receive a survey, installation instructions and a tracking number by email, none of which I have received. Why?
