    .@TalkTalk trying to get order update please. Customer support phone line for days has said "we're running with reduced staff today, consider going online" and eventually rings through to ... nothing. There's no online facility unless you're existing customer?

    @TalkTalk Don't bother asking for help bythen broadband keeps restarting and my landline crackles so badly I cannot hear anything on it properly. Spent nearly a hour on the chat only to be accused of damaging the line inside my house and hem to demanding a £50 charge before any gets done

    Anyone had any luck getting the hell out of a @TalkTalk broadband contract early because their customer service is utterly terrible and we've had nothing but problems, slow speeds and intermittent connections since we joined them? Asking for a friend. The friend is me.

    @OpenreachHelp We’re day 5 now. I’m losing income and clients through not being able to work. My wife is unable to teach her students. My elderly mother is not able to contact us so my sister is having to travel over 100miles to support. Openreach + TalkTalk are still just saying ‘in progress’
