@TalkTalk sort it out!!! can't log into service centre to report a fault and no one available to speak to, not much use when people have to work from home and reliant on your Broadband. Done usual tests, but know its not just me as half the villiage without internet

  • SnowboardsShe SheWhoSnowboards (@SnowboardsShe) reported

@TalkTalk why do you require 30 days to cancel a broadband service even when the reason is moving out of a property? This must surely be the worst contract terms out of all broadband providers?

  • fezbot303 Fez (@fezbot303) reported

@prestonkemp @TalkTalk Way back when, there was a great ISP called Lineone, they were brilliant and then Tiscali bought them and almost overnight the service tanked. Then TalkTalk got it and as Darren said, I'll never use them again. ISTR getting help from BT to get it cancelled. TalkTalk are ****.

@chinkjack @IanMartin55 That sounds high enough to make it worth changing if you can I was with the Post Office which has been taken over by Shell & pay £21.98 Est 35-40Mb My neighbour is with TalkTalk & gets a good service from them If £44 is the average some people must be paying really high bills

  • prestonkemp Preston Kemp 🇪🇺 (@prestonkemp) reported

If you write to @TalkTalk to cancel broadband, they won't tell you they don't accept written cancellations; they'll just let you carry on building up debt with them. I'm not sure if that's legal, but it certainly isn't ethical. What a vile company.
