@TalkTalk Thankyou. Coincidentally your Chat service came back on line today and the contract error at your end was sorted amicably. But you really have to sort your website - it’s full of big promises but contact circularities/dead-ends. Incredibly frustrating.

@TalkTalk I have just been on the phone for an hour with tech support, very polite but not that helpful or technical. Have to wait 24/48hrs for monitoring before an engineer will respond.
