@TalkTalk Tv, (primarily internet provided TV) has been lousy all day in Ayr and lost service at around 6pm for a short time. Picture pixelated and distorted sound.

@TalkTalk really happy I've cancelled this appalling service. No internet consistently since we joined and no help to resolve. Engineers not showing up and service down for days on end. Good riddance to a terrible service.

Talktalk broadband and tv package is absolutely crap.. it freezes when u rewind a programme it dont let u pause what u want to watch without it freezing its a load of crap @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk please help, We have 2 people at home vitally needing internet but our router is just flashing green. 1 accountant needing to do payroll and 1 student doing online assessment. There’s no help/solution online that we can see

@OpenreachHelp TalkTalk is blaming you for me not having any broadband for 3 days and that should have been fixed today. They are terrible without a doubt, but the one thing they are good at is pushing the blame your way. Can you contact me about an issue at my local exchange

@TalkTalk are literally the worst internet company ever! We’ve been without broadband for 3 days and after a service call for an intermittent issue killed it stone dead. Call centre said it was an exchange issue that would be fixed today. Still no service!
