    @TalkTalk absolutely appalling customer service. Been without Internet since last Wednesday due to needing a new router. Was told it was sent multiple times. It still hadn't been ordered today let alone sent to us.

    @TalkTalk hi, just spent 10 mins on hold for the operative to put the phone down, maybe connection problems.. which is ironic as I'm trying to cancel my contract due to poor signal. can you pls help?

    @TalkTalk Still waiting for a senior manager @TalkTalk this retched company with the worst customer service to call me back. I have had poor service for months . They pretend here that they are helpful, far from it. Hopeless, save yourself future issues, go elsewhere

    @TalkTalk I know you can’t give exact times, but between 8am and 1pm is a five hour gap. The engineer must have a schedule of jobs in the day so to narrow the time down.

    @TalkTalk DO NOT USE TALK TALK. THE WORST PROVIDERS KNOWN TO MAN!!! 4 days setting up and account 4 hrs on hold Internet ment to be switched on today I have to wait another week. SHOCKING
