    @kunsbannedhair @ManCityHelp @TalkTalk No idea Gazza but if ppl have to wait for hrs just to register a complaint it's an operation failure...need to change the process and make it more user friendly. Simple token system can do wonder.

    @TalkTalk @guylinkleter They promised me 6 times to ring and never did - I have given them ample opportunity to sort the problem but they do nothing so reporting them to OFCOM now

    @TalkTalk I have just spent an hour with your billing department to make one final payment on my account. It was a painful hour spent trying to hear each other speak. Communication should be your strong point. Very unsatisfactory service.
