@TalkTalk Been on the phone 50 minutes, hoping to change the address of our policy. Been passed around at least 6 people, all telling me contradicting information, with no idea how to help me with a simple request. Then phone line went dead. Shocking customer service.

@TalkTalk Yes and according to your costumer service agent I have spoken to @ 12:23 ( second call I made today) apparently there was some problem that the engineer is not coming anymore but NOBODY informed me until I called second time as it is getting near 1300H.

@EvelyneT @virginmedia I would happily switch to two tin cans and a length of string but I'm still in contract -- thanks for the rec though. I never had a problem with @talktalk but my head was turned by the fibre... more the fool me
