Bloody knew I shouldn’t moved to @talktalk - switched mid January and I’ve still no date for installation. And Sky has ended their service. Only internet I have is via my phone. 🤬

@TalkTalk Still no call from the complaints manager having complained over 3 weeks ago about being misled over the phone and sold a contract which i should never have been! Looks like talktalk are avoiding the issue!!!

@MartinSLewis @WhichMoney Despite request in writing and via phone 3 months ago @TalkTalk ignoring closing an account and sending monthly charges. No contract. Complaint now with CEO after reply asking to again request closure of account. Word SCAM does not describe it. Avoid!!

@TalkTalk is there a reason that your internet service is down? PPPoE is not connecting. It went down about 20 minutes ago. When will it be restored? I am seeing the outage in NG19

@TalkTalk I’ve tried really hard to contact you to cancel my broadband. I don’t have a contract with you so it’s a straight cancel. I was on hold for an eternity on 3 separate occasions when I rang. I can’t email, can’t use web chat and there’s no option to cancel from the app.

@TalkTalk Hello, We have been without our internet for 19 days, and still no one will help us. I called last week, and they promised to send an engineer. Still no sign of an engineer. I have made a formal complaint, but have still not received a meaningful response.
