    @TalkTalk my wifi has been terrible over the last 3 days and I’ve just tried to login to my account to check the connection and I can’t login because of ‘suspicious’ login attempts. But it’s just me on my work computer. Any help giving me access?

    @virginmedia I have had to cancel with my previous provider, as I've set up a 18 month contract with you. I spoke to one of your call agents today, he said the best you can do, is offer £20 good will payment. Even though he admitted that it was Virgin who 'forgot' to contact TalkTalk!

    @TalkTalk Hi. I can't get into my tinyworld email. It says "There is a problem signing into my account.Enter my password again". I've been doing this since 23rd February. What's the problem?
