@TalkTalk terrible service. No wonder I was told to avoid this company. I have regular disconnections during my work meetings. Today we have no internet in Bedford MK42 area. Can you fix this Fault reference number REP-12048393 ASAP?

@TalkTalk, worst customer service experience ever experienced. Hugely regretting switching from @EE who had first class customer service. @TalkTalk customer services and tech support just don't appear to care, at least those whom I have dealt with. Brutal experience overall.

@TalkTalk After a fault ref CMP-338316 TT agreed to send us new router. Arrived yday & unpacked it to find a WiFi booster but no router. Plse help. Act 1008720363
