    @petebeddard Yeah. You would need the line active for the new provider to take it over. Should have just contacted the new provider, wasnt any need to contact TalkTalk to cancel. #RookieMistake

    @TalkTalk Hi Ian, I will do tomorrow if what now have done doesn't work. Seems the problem could have been with openreach and talk talk not responding.

    @TalkTalk During a period my mother's line was broken. Between talking to a customer assistant and an engineer arriving at the house, someone used her account to make a 26 minute, £99.56 call to a 090 number. But her line was broken.
