Today we were "slammed" by the arseholes @TalkTalk . Basically taking over our telephone and broadband without consent. The arseholes @bt_uk let it happen and currently no TV or broadband. Also, now can't work from home. Why is UK customer service so utterly abysmal?

Hi @TalkTalk can someone urgently help!? As it appears your phone lines are closed today. WiFi dropping, spoke to your technical team on Thursday who told me to monitor after 24hrs after making a few amendments still having issues. I work from and I need WiFi!! Help!

About to break contract with @TalkTalk. No internet for weeks. Same old DMs about doing checks but nothing ever comes of it and no replies. Take me to court over non-payments, I'll fight you and prove you broke contract first by not providing a service. #avoid #talktalk

@LeithMotive I strongly suspect this problem occurs at the ISP's servers (though I can only offer anecdotal evidence). I had to reboot router every few days over many years with @TalkTalk. Changed to @Plusnet and only had to reboot once or twice over ~3 years - same infrastructure.

@TalkTalk @kevfitzwhu Having the same issue in wickford past 3 days, average download speed between 1 and 4 mbps when used to get over 30mbps, definitely something going on.. any update talktalk???
