@TalkTalk I’ve just spoken to someone in customer service who have informed me that what I was sold doesn’t exist on my package. So somebody in your sales team has lied to me to get me to buy directly through your company! How do I complain?

@TrooliFibre TN29, seemingly a recurring theme. I understand issues but come on. We switched off of TalkTalk because of this. DNS 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 PPP Server constantly cutting in and out. £120 a month service people.

@TalkTalk so having spent almost 4hrs talking to a cus serv person yesterday re my new router and intermittent drop out I just get left hanging with no resolution at 10pm cos you've closed down. No response to my message asking for a response this morning. Disappointing.

@ready4u2cXRP @TalkTalk The actual service for the decade we have been with them has actually been pretty good. It is just this specific issue in which you see just how broken their internal support systems are.

@TalkTalk I’m going to go mad in a minute, your website won’t load the tracking order and no one I call can seem to get hold of open reach. I WANT TO CANCEL THE ENGINEER. I’ve been trying to change the appointment time for days so **** it just cancel the whole thing.
