    @TalkTalk My 88 Yr old neighbour has been struggling to get talktalk support for 2 weeks for her non working landline. I spent 3 hours on chat & phone with your tech support l, no help. Either I am put on endless hold till call ends or I get repeated message on chat asking me to send a DM!

    Has anyone had issue after having Fibre Broadband installed ? We had this done on 7th March, it broke a week or so later. Waited s few days to get it fixed and broke again soon after. Have been left with no Internet by TalkTalk for almost 3 weeks.

    @TalkTalk are right up the creek. We’ve had no Telly since they so called connected us on 3rd April. When I phoned tonight their system is not working either. Asked me to ring back tomorrow. I’m supposed to receive a new box but this hasn’t turned up either.

    @TalkTalk I’d just like to say that the customer service I received this morning over the phone was atrocious! It took me over 2 hours of being passed around and cut off to cancel an order I made yesterday morning. Seriously considering not making a new order at all now!! 😡😡

    Man TalkTalk's social media team has really changed for the worst, I originally went with them due to a bit of back and forth I had with a member of their team here. Someone with a bit of personality. Now they seem like lifeless, apologist robots who don't answer questions.

    @YourSSE can anyone help please? I have no Internet. There is no one to contact. I know SSE were takennover by Talk Talk, but Origin are the ones who supply the broadband. No one seems to be answering any of my messages @TalkTalk @OriginBroadband

    @TalkTalk imagine being cold transferred and then the phone being put down on me when being transferred to tech support (useless btw) deffo leaving. Thanks for nothing 🙄
