    @TalkTalk My wife has been reduced to tears from your staff trying to cancel a subscription from a house we left 3 months ago. She's been on the phone for over an hour now and been transferred to 3 different departments.

    @TalkTalk what kind incompetent service provider turns off the existing broadband service BEFORE the engineer turns up to start the new one. Spoiler alert, the answer is Talk Talk.
