@TalkTalk hello I am wondering why my wifi connection is at 5mbps and I’m on fibre? And also sometimes randomly my internet goes down at night and we try to reset it but it just stays orange until the morning the last time it happened was about the 1st but it’s does happen thanks

About, slagging off engineers who are pulling ridiculously long shifts to get the network up and running again. "I'm on talktalk and mines still off, I'm on BT and mines still off.." etc. 1) its nothing to do with your provider. 2) be patient, there are people working hard..

@TalkTalk Hi TalkTalk don't send the new Fibre 35 Router i have got my nearly new Dsl 3782 Router Modem Working again. the problem was with my Phone Landline i have just had This Checked out and Tested. i have an older o/s Windows Vista that is Great Thank you from jeremy

Wouldn't recommend @TalkTalk service ..internet switch on Tuesday and the BT guy just left us without any line at all knowing I am working for NHS from home ..still waiting to for you to resolve today because I can't see you solving it over Xmas ? Don't change to @TalkTalk !!

@N16Breda Virgin Media are the worst. I just got an almost £400 payout from them after months of hassle and distress and taking them through adjudication. Switching to TalkTalk.

@TalkTalk bunch of thieving tossers!!!! Pays a bill Tuesday, then they 'Accidentally' take a second payment today, and conveniently cant reimburse me until new year! Absolute **** show! Never had these sort of problems with @skytv
