@TalkTalk @JK1n1 Absolutely livid.I was told by your chief exec’s office my complaint had been sorted and I would be credited £50 for loss of service and my hours of wasted time. Instead, I’ve been charged £30 for the engineer you sent to my house to resolve a non-existent fault.

@TalkTalk You already said you couldn’t help me mark! And as I couldn’t get through to anyone last week talktalk cannot reimburse the difference on the previous bill even though the new one was generated today! I’m on hold to disconnections. I would have stayed but there you go!
