Hopefully @TalkTalk sort it. They have not replied to my live help.

You have sent me an email to say as Iโm no longer a TalkTalk broadband customer so no longer be able to use my email I have with you. Your helpline number is impossible to get anyone on - 18 in queue. Your live chat is not replying with a real person. If not sorted today, Ofcom complaint.
