    @TalkTalk I have now been waiting since Thursday for an update on BT open reach in repairing the cable. I was told the update would be today. It has now Thursday coming. Please help. Leslie

    @TalkTalk so this rolls on..... Message to say I would get a call between 4pm and 6pm. A call comes through at........1pm again when I can't take it. What is wrong with you lot? Absolute garbage.
