@TalkTalk why do you make it so difficult to disconnect? “Go to live chat” can’t cancel here. Call us. Half an hour wait - then magically get cut off in the final stages. I’ve tried half a dozen times since January and your service sucks

@Hyperion_PSN @TalkTalk It is the same with most companies these days! They just can't be bothered with the customer service bit of the deal that you agree to. Happily take your money and demand more whenever they like but if you have a problem they cannot help.

@BRYN_BORANGA @TalkTalk to get the payment (which she had already paid). All co-ordinated by their Bereavement Team who wished her “have a nice day” initially. I’d forgotten half of this but they phoned her this week to ask how she was enjoying their service and put them right there and then

@TalkTalk Please find a way to help, as I am transferred from one department to another. I am told that a manager will call me and to keep the line open - nothing! What is wrong with TalkTalk?
