    @talktalk new bb service connected on 23/12 stopped working on the 30/12. Customer service team lovely but totally ineffective. I’d like to use the service Im paying you for. #tradingstandards #profitsoverpeople

    @TalkTalk there is absolutely no chance I am paying a late fee for an account that I'm already paying over the odds for a service that regularly needs reset. I'm out of contract ages ago and asked to be called about this but nothing

    @TalkTalk I suggest you get someone who can call to call me. I am a very vunerable person who needs to stay in touch with my crisis team. As I’ve used most of my phone credit being on hold to your ineffective customer care team trying to sort this. Not sorted.
