What a waste of time switching to @TalkTalk . Order placed on 14th July. They say issue is with line. @OpenreachHelp is looking. Utterly disappointed. It’s scary to think about the contract with these guys.

@TalkTalk Internet down in SP5. Spent over an hour trying to chat with your online support, who was useless. After 25 mins of holding, I’ve been on the phone to support for an hour - still no fixed, no idea what the problem is, and no engineer until Monday. Awful.
