    @TalkTalk technical issue in WR3 7* , Worcester ? YouTube app and BBC IPlayer have been buffering for last 3 days , Internet WiFi connection ‘lost’. Hub off/on has ‘fixed it’ once already.

    @TalkTalk How can I believe this after being continually lied to about engineers looking/fixing the fault? Was told I was connected Friday but wasn't. No promised call yesterday then tried to call and your closed! Like I've said it's just appalling service worst experience of my life!

    @TalkTalk I have been cut off on your ChatBot twice, repeatedly hung up on and have been trying to resolve my issue for a week, with 2h15 on the chat already today. No internet and your engineer just refused to help! Please can you help me as I need urgent assistance. So poor!

    @TalkTalk And how can my issue be sorted by just providing me with a date and time slot? It's not sorted obviously! It would not surprise me that after the engineer visit I still won't be connected like thousands of other customers! Why are talk talk not listening to customers?

    @TalkTalk No!! You do nothing but waste my time, you never fix anything , it’s about time you sorted the terrible service you provide out, charging £22 a month for atrocious internet , you should be ashamed ,

    @ComplainingCow @TalkTalk @BBCRadio4 Dear Helen any other suggestionTalk Talk, I wrote to CEO got a slow reply with no help whatsoever just ot ring the CService which is Customer Serv:aka scripted S Africa or worse Philippines. The Letter did not address any of the issues CS worse than useless &Loyalty. ?Cisas? Tks
