    Broadband has been underperforming for a while, sub 40mb when it should be 75. Reported it yesterday to @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach came out today!! Shout out to Engineer, David Jenkin for fixing the broken line up the pole. I’m gobsmacked by the quality & speed of service 10/10

    @TalkTalk good morning. Typical morning for me. Struggling to stream Netflix due to your god awful broadband. The ridiculous cancellation fee is getting closer to £100 which I’m prepared to pay to be released from this hell

    @TalkTalk once again - slow speeds and dropping out. Your tests and resetting of routers has failed. I've used more mobile data since joining you guys, due to WiFi dropping during video calls, in the last 7 months, than in the last 10 years. Can I leave you guys yet?

    @TalkTalk Right Gerard pal, maintenance was suppose to be compete at 6am this morning in my area so why am now now on day 3 wae nae internet connection. No accepting take some details crap, just FIX MA CONNECTION

    @TalkTalk Thanks for a wonderful service, upgraded to your new amazing superfast Fibre 500 yesterday and not had Internet access since and been told not to expect it until Monday - total crap!!!

    @TalkTalk Are there outage problems in the Nottingham area!? My mum has had no Internet for 2 days now! I DM'd you last night to sort this issue only for it too work for about half an hour and then go off again!!! Shocking service! May even consider an alternate supplier for her!
