    @TalkTalk I got through to one team who I clearly told my issue, who the passed me to another team... and so on and so on, 7 times in the end... to eventually get the issue sorted. Really poor that it takes that much effort.

    @TalkTalk I have responded. It would be best to just cancel joining altogether now really. I cannot run an internet business on "maybe you'll have internet next week, who knows"

    @TalkTalk Think I have been transferred 6 times now chasing a refund for a tv boost that hasn’t been provided the last couple months, the service is appalling. Nobody knows what they are doing let alone understand the system. Wherever in the world the call center is. #hopeless #talktalk

    @TalkTalk 4 or 5 years never had an issue til past 2 days, customer service guy absolutely clueless and proceeded to ignore me 6pm. Top Notch

    Reported @TalkTalk to @Ofcom for their refusing to fix mums internet. Hope they get them in a lot of trouble! Anyone else had bad dealings with TalkTalk?
