They are all the same. ‘Sign up online, we can go live remotely on XX date with no engineer needed.’ XX date comes. Surprise, surprise. There’s an issue and an engineer needs to come. STOP LYING TO US. @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk after 3 different calls and a total of 6 hrs speaking to various departments (technical, loyalty, transfer, sales and customer care). I was finally told that transferring my broadband (already provided by TalkTalk) from one phone line to another would take 8 days to do.

@TalkTalk I’ve just upgraded to fibre35 but my internet speed is still only 10mbs..... can’t speak to anyone online and the pho line is closed! Help please
