    @TalkTalk UK - Worst customer experience ever. Team can't resolve connection dropping problem since last 2 months. Calling them daily & listening to the same line 'You'll be contacted by manager within 24hr' but nothing happens. Regrets opting for it -now stuck in contract

    @TalkTalk hi I'm currently waiting on the phone yet again. 3 times I've tried to sort out the problem that you have caused. You have caused me to have 2 fiber packages running at the same time and after you tried cancelling one I now have no internet since Thursday!

    @TalkTalk They made a bill of £214 up that they said I owed as they said I extended my contract .. but I never did and I’ve been fighting for it to be taken off. They have now finally admitted to their mistake however getting a date for the bill to be credited is another matter STAY AWAY

    @TalkTalk TalkTalk customer service is appalling, I submitted a complaint 34 days ago, still no response even after following this up a number of times, CMP 258608, if you can be bothered to look into it, shocking customer service.
