    @oliver_shergold Cheapest combined packages are usually TalkTalk, but I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. I get TV (inc. Sky), broadband and mobile from BT. Don't know what current offers are, but been reliable/fair customer service. Switched from Sky for a deal, but no problems with them.

    @TalkTalk 3rd day now of intermittent broadband/WiFi, problem being monitored since Wednesday but no resolution, had enough now, will be looking to get out of contract from you. Disgraceful service

    @HOSTSalford Apalling customer service from Talk Talk. 10 to 12 weeks ago they removed my 81 yr old mum's copper wire (homephone) so she can no longer make or receive phone calls. They fitted Fast fibre without telling her that she would lose her landline. Dangerous @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk I have just asked to speak to a manager a total of 29 times. The service agent Summer has denied my request at every turn. She states that I do not need to speak to one and my problem ‘will be fixed when it’s fixed.’

    @Dinieka89 @virginmedia I've phoned them twice trying to cancel my order, but all I get is bots and pop music. I'm glad I canceled as they're fkin useless. I need the account closed because talktalk still think the order is pending. I wish I'd never heard of virgin.
