    @OpenreachHelp Hi, talktalk say they just keep getting told to place a new order (which has been done several times now) which just keep getting cancelled. No one appears to be willing to resolve the issue from either side, leaving me with no internet and having to try and sort it myself

    @TalkTalk renewed my account. Was promised an Amazon Echo and Smart Plug. Have gone on live chat twice and was told I should receive an email 30-37 days after the account went live. Now 38 days, and nothing… Had a complaint handler call me but was useless. Help!!!

    @morris751 @TalkTalk The amount of Web chats, call backs and tweets yet nothing gets resolved with them. I struggle to find it acceptable how such a big company like TalkTalk fail massively with their customer service. Surely they wouldn't want a bad reputation? Bizarre really.

    @TalkTalk No, I don’t believe so. Fibre 65, should have been live on 22 Feb. Multiple differing stories on that day via the live chat. Said it would all happen remotely. It didn’t. That night I’m told I missed my appt. I’m furious and it’s been no better trying to fix it over the phone.

    @reggiesmum001 @TalkTalk It's amazingly frustrating my account was hacked, Appeal never work, l got no response from support, not until someone referred me to FIXXY_PRO on INSTAGRAM who assist me to recover my account you can reach out to them for help as well

    @talktalk your internet is awful asked to go back to my old deal they said no sick to death getting cut off and waiting till things load up RUBBISH.

    On hold for over an hour & a half, to be told by an automated system you're closed. This is the cherry on the cake @TalkTalk after nearly two months of no internet and appalling customer service, I'm on the verge of a breakdown. Worst company. I want to cancel my contract NOW!

    The saga: My INTERNET went on Tuesday, just as OH set off for New York. Diagnosed it as the router. HUGE HUGE problems with @talktalk coz they couldn't send a new one until OH had verified the account. New Router just arrived. Techie pensioner has fitted it. I HAVE INTERNET!!!

    Anyone who has TalkTalk WiFi and knows how to get their phones and kindles to connect to it? Feel embarrassed to ask but their support has been completely crap after 2 hour phone call and online support. It works fine on the laptops and gaming systems, but just not our phones...
