    @TalkTalk disgusting customer service charging my elderly mother £175 to cancel a contract on the 15th day after being notified before the 14 day cooling off period for a product that did not work!

    @TalkTalk Bitterly disappointed that I can't continue with same kind of package after the end of my contract and will have to pay double the money to get the same (I acknowledge that Outreach plays a part in this in Salisbury). But feel betrayed as a longstanding customer.

    @TalkTalk a friend recommended talktalk to me so I joined i still have no Internet activation dates keep getting moved and I am receiving no help! Can someone please just tell me the truth I can't put my children on zoom calls I used all my mobile phone data allxi get is lies

    @TalkTalk How do I get my TalkTalk TV box delivered? We’ve had 2 failed engineer dates, I have tried the phone Line and it directs me to webchat, I tried webchat and no help, I emailed a complaint and no response
