    @TalkTalk worst customer service ever... Took us 2 hours to book an engineer (after you tried anything to avoid it). No one showed up and just got a text saying you will still charge us for it!!

    @TalkTalk I am ashamed to be a customer of yours. My father in law is moving in with us as he is fighting cancer and we need to support him through a difficult period. As a customer of yours he called up to see if he could cancel as obviously he won’t need your service.....

    @LoverSeani The planned maintenance you're referring to on our Service Status Dashboard, was for our websites such as My Account. Non-TalkTalk customers have no access to these. Jo
