We have had multiple openreach engineer visits to the house. They are telling us they CAN fix the issue, but need @TalkTalk to instruct them to do so. Currently we have no Internet service. We have had these outages since we moved in 6 months ago. We need this fixed ASAP pls.

@virginmedia Hi there, none of that works, I've been through that process numerous times and reset the hub numerous times. I never had to do that with TalkTalk here and my coverage was fine all over the house. I'll get a booster if needed, but the app says I don't need one!

@OpenreachHelp It is impossible for me to do this. We have been trying to resolve this with @TalkTalk since starting with them on the 12th of April. Surely you must have some way to help the consumer? What's the point of this 'help service' then?

CRQ000000090697 scheduled to replace a line card in Newcastle. 13+ exchanges, up to 22 miles away, all had downtime. Like, how?! Down the interfaces first? Migrate the traffic? Remove the [ports/card] from LAG? It's almost comical. #TalkTalk

. @TalkTalk you are by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with when it comes to cancelling a contract. I have had to advocate on behalf of one of your customers who lost his job (due to the pandemic) and subsequently the house that his account is for. (1)

@OpenreachHelp @TalkTalk are still insisting there is no problem. Yet a quick look at your records can show multiple engineer visits requested to the property in the last few weeks. Your engineers have consistently told us that the line needs upgrading to fibre optic. What can we do?
