    @Lord_Arse I can't even get the BBC local channel in HD in North London. Actually, I can't get ANY HD channels since @TalkTalk TV upgraded my TV box and now I get copyright error and YVM607 errors. 🤬 My TV used to work fine in HD until the upgrade.

    @TalkTalk so my broadband has not been working for over 2 weeks, spending over 2 hours a day to the tech team, and they still being rude and unprofessional. Paying them monthly, robbing thugs. Who do I need to speak to to get it sorted.

    .@TalkTalk internet down. Follow the checkup procedures, still doesn’t work. Use the chat feature, tell them I’ve been through all the checkups and they need to send an engineer. They then make me do all the same checkups again. 45 mins later “We’ll need to send out an engineer”

    @TalkTalk why can't I view anything to do with my account, apparently an offer is coming to an end, bit odd to have a 8 month long offer??? But I can't check because it says there's a "technical problem"

    @TalkTalk you’re service has been so unstable I am truly ready to leave you! Have to wait 5 working days for someone to call me to figured out why isn’t my internet working! And I kept stressing to you that I work from home Kmt in the meantime what should I do? Had enough of you

    @virginmedia Well it's what you're consistently providing. Of course I've checked, how have you not gathered from a simple search that your service was out across the country last night? 😳 I moved to Virgin Media from TalkTalk and I've never experienced so many service problems in my life.
