@TalkTalk customer service are absolutely appalling. Not only did it take two visits to get me satisfactorily connected, they’re still billing me for my old broadband I cancelled already. I think in addition to this level of service, I’ll also receive a stroke.

@TalkTalk had horrendous experience calling your support, for my aged and vulnerable parents. 3hours of my life lost and no progress. One laughing, another put me on permanent hold & all told me they can’t help. They just wanted to cancel a line that hasn’t been working for years

@TalkTalk Yet another set of lies from Talktalk, Tuesday 3 calls and 3 different stories Wednesday 2 calls and still no connection. Today 35 minutes on phone with tech support and I'll have to ring you back. Still waiting. Talktalk treat new customers like sh*t...

@TalkTalk after numerous phone calls to cancel my Internet, I've given up. Put thru from one person to another, your service is shocking! I moved out 15 October and am still being billed. I've cancelled DD now. Sort it out.

Even on twitter @TalkTalk doesn’t help… after I explained everything there is no help from their side ! Thanks God I keep all my personal records calls and emails, messages form the chat 🙏🏼 again this is the worst provider !
