  Ironic that talktalk is called talktalk given that you can never get a hold of them and when you do get an adviser it’s like speaking to a goldfish.

  @enjoytilludie @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Have you checked on your account for any tracked faults? I had to have a 2 hr dm convo lastnight to get this far. Theyve now said its a problem their end and have escalated my case higher up to their network team who should be calling me in 72 hrs!

  Isn't it funny when you've got a problem with your broadband order and you dial sales instead of "order update" you get through IMMEDIATELY. All other departments 30-60 minute wait ... As per usual they're keen to take your £ but getting someone to help ... oh no @TalkTalk

  @TalkTalk evening. For the past week or so, my internet goes on and off for several seconds around 10 times or more per hour. I'm just wondering if there is anything i can do for this issue. I have unplugged the router. Many thanks
