    Ironic that talktalk is called talktalk given that you can never get a hold of them and when you do get an adviser it’s like speaking to a goldfish.

    @TalkTalk network outage since 7am this morning and not a beep about it in this account. Have had no Internet nor phone line for 9 hours now!! Get it together!! 😡😡

    @TalkTalk I have had no service since Nov 19th I have had a new socket installed 4/12 and the main cable renewed 8/12 just need to know when the 2 will be connected frustrating

    @TalkTalk your costumer service is ****! How can you send a bill saying in arrears yet when I’ve called up and spoken to someone they have no details on them,can’t access the online account as the phone number they have had donkeys years doesn’t exist oh and nor does the account!

    @TalkTalk I've had constant issues for over 2 years being on the fastest fiber then was told because I was in a flat and lines tested etc to go down to fibre 35. Still slow, everything is lagging and can't even access catch up at all now...

    You see @TalkTalk, they’re genuinely diabolical. No Wi-Fi in the household for 36 hours plus and they’ve made it impossible to contact them. We’re close to 2022, this shouldn’t be happening. Awful business.
