    @TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    @STEcopywriting Don't know what it's like now, but when I used to work for BT, we had all kinds of problems as TalkTalk would half-arse installations and the whole phone line would have to be yanked out. PlusNet have been lovely. Ours isn't as fast as the Virgin, but customer service is ideal.

    @TalkTalk is there any reason that my parents havent had their internet running now for 5 days? Does it really take that long for someone to take the time to look at their issues? I expect that you will compensate them for for the disruption? This is absolutely disgusting

    @helan_bunker @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp There is damage to the cable according to the Sky account. Appears to be affecting East Yorkshire and some of North Yorkshire for over 24 hours now.
