@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk I’ve had my WiFi here for over a week now, and I’m still having issues with it, I have to work from home so this needs to be sorted, half the time I’m having to use my 4G and connect it to my laptop. I’m paying for WiFi I shouldn’t have to be using my phone data!!!!

@TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk Your website is not working - it’s saying session expired in so many seconds will log out but you can’t stay logged in - won’t let us past this annoying pop up !!!!
