    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    @TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

    @TalkTalk Internet has been down since at least 1pm when I noticed, ran a live test and it says that there's an issue with your network. I'm in B69 area, any chance of an update on when I'll have my Internet back please? Thank you!

    @Noodle2010 @TalkTalk There are no customer services. I have emailed the CEO also put up a review on Trustpilot. The chat line is null and void. Frustration does not come into it!! Good luck.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup @Ofcom It continues. We tell them we’ve cancelled on Friday. All of a sudden contact this morning, an engineer can come tomorrow(or will s/he!). Too late. You should have down this after the first failed call! Interestingly this is the only call where 1 of 2

    Talk Talk! What an absolute joke of a service provider! Unable to keep landline number after 40 years transferring to them so now waiting in another queue to cancel contract on set up. 90 mins holding to speak to advisor so far! No call back facility! #talktalk
