@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

I'm not very tech minded I received a phone call from talktalk offering me a speedier network service for less monthly installment s, it raised a red flag I asked her if it was anything to do with 5g which she replied no but couldn't send me anything in writing , any thoughts?

@TalkTalk yes, with the same BS questions. I know what an internet outage is for christ's sake. I can talk to people who live around me and determine that they also have no internet.

@TalkTalk Just stop calling - and stop sending letters and emails to people who are leaving 1 email is acceptable to inform the customer but constant letters emails and phone call begging me to stay & the phone call saying I'm making a mistake is not acceptable

@TalkTalk Rico is a real credit to your customer service team. I wasn't the account holder but he still managed to guide me through the connection difficulties and called out a open reach engineer who fixed the issue today.

@TalkTalk I've already spent 2 hours talking to your live chat people and they just follow a script and don't listen to relevant information. Asking me stupid questions like "is the ADSL line plugged into the ADSL port" when I've already explained nothing has changed in my setup in a year
