@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@rickynow Mobile devices using WiFi will always be much lower than a wired connection. I have TalkTalk Fibre 150 and on mobile devices only see 32 down and 18 up.

Anyone got recommendations for WiFi modem routers - the TalkTalk provided one is **** and unreliable.

@TalkTalk Internet connection is fine. It’s the router failing on the network side and resetting itself to factory settings.

@virginmedia Cant advise anything apart from theres an issue in the area and it may be fixed by the 6th. And like clock work, it's all stopped working at 5.50pm again. I've been with TalkTalk, Sky and BT, and none have ever been this bad!
