    @TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    @TalkTalk I've always been with Sky but have just moved to @TalkTalk. What a mistake that was. Never had a problem with Sky but setting up with @TalkTalk has been an absolutely nightmare and still no broadband!!! How am I supposed to work from home?!

    @davidsilkstone @superbantam123 @TalkTalk Thanks for the suggestion David. To be honest, my mobile network connection is very poor, so not sure this helps. Besides which, TalkTalk need to sort themselves out! This is the third major outage this year!

    @TalkTalk @bellawilliiams Why do you need yet another DM, when numerous customers have already reported this issue during the last 24 hours. We need to know what's happening and when it will be resolved? We need much better communication!

    @onemichaelrossi @TalkTalk Yesterday I told talktalk that many others were experiencing the same problem, for them to then tell me that openreach had "just" informed them of an issue at the Bingley exchange, only for openreach to tell me this morning they are not aware of any issue at the exchange. 😠😩😵

    @TalkTalk Internet service in BD16 is still intermittent. It appears to be a continuation of yesterday's issue. Your service centre doesn't offer any more news and I've already sent a number of DMs. Please can we have an update on the exchange issue? Do you have a major outage?

    @TalkTalk @Witsmcgee_007 Would be better TalkTalk, if we had a general update on what is happening, rather than you just dealing with individual customers and DMs. This issue has been ongoing for nearly 24 hours and we all deserve better communication.

    @TalkTalk I'm in the affected area. Please can we have regular updates on what's happening, preferably hourly. The service has been intermittent for nearly 24 hours and is the third major outage this year.
