@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk I cancelled my subscription for your broadband prior to my renewal date 17th November 2022, I did this via your online chat service, so all I owe you is £40.93 , so please correct your files and stop adding monthly payments after this date

@TalkTalk Worst costumer service EVER !!! All I want to do is change my home address been on the phone for 3hrs, been discontented 3 times and spoken to 4 different departments, none who can help! I’ve got my Eero fitted just won’t work because the address is wrong on the system.

@TalkTalk Also just to add we have been waiting nearly a month for wifi due to our first order that was placed being cancelled. TalkTalk wouldn’t take responsibility for this as it was a system error not theirs. I have sent a lengthy complaint which conveniently hasn’t had a reply
