@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk I need to cancel my internet next month as I am moving, how do I do it? July 11th is my last full day in this home and haven’t got another lined up yet so if I’m not disconnected, I’ll just cancel the direct debit and you can try chasing me (good luck)

I spend far too much of my time trying to get TalkTalk to get their head out of their arse and sort my internet out. I'm no even a customer yet either, they just seem full on reluctant to get the equipment to me so I can be. Not ones for TalkTalking to each other it seems.
