They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

Angus (@Angus_02) reported@TalkTalk awful service. My 89 & 91yo grandparents (one with Parkinson’s) tried to upgrade their internet & are now left with no working phone line. The engineer admitted he wasn't "very familiar with phones." Now told it's 3 working days just to get a case manager. 👏

Trying to charge me. Multiple transfers btw teams, full diagnostics completed, photos provided, still no resolution. Absolute Joke. @TalkTalk
