@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk Apparently not. 🙃 I’ve had two engineers and onto my third router so far and haven’t had the net at all yet. Also was told they won’t refund me because the net is live, even though it’s never worked. It’s your equipment, two engineers have said so, not my home.

@TalkTalk continued abysmal service from Talk Talk, promises of managers calling me back not kept, fraudulent goings on, no one taking responsibility or getting to grasp with numerous issues within the company. Avoid this company at all costs.
