    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    @TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

    So many systems don't work properly. @LloydsBank and @TalkTalk have been especially awful for me. Meantime, we are all increasingly isolated. It's really hard to talk to human beings, harder still to get things sorted out. The systems simply don't work as they should anymore.

    My @TalkTalk broadband is unstable, failing every few seconds. Impossible to contact them by phone too. Their systems don't want to engage with a human customer by voice conversation. #TerribleTalkTalk

    Just discovered @monzo's cash deposit limit (to prevent money laundering, I get it). Trouble is, some of my income is paid in cash, I've got bills due, and not enough money in my account. This could get interesting...! 🙃 (Sorry in advance to TalkTalk, the AA and Bulb)

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Some day a tech genius will develop a plugin which allows an irate customer to have a real verbal conversation with a real human, who will then take ownership of the problem and solve it. Until then we must struggle on with the tech we have. 😟 #Justbelieve

    WHAT'S WRONG WITH MODERN LIFE? Can't contact useless @TalkTalk by phone. SMS says engineer will come with 3 days. Meantime called @LloydsBank about my complaint. I was meant to get a call. Telephone agent said someone would be in contact (about the same complaint) within 8 weeks!

    @TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk
