@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@YoungsTeflon BT is good allrounder, i feel like they will fix any problems if u call them TalkTalk is ok, once every 3months the wifi would stop for like 3hours unexplained
