@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk Just switched to you and I'm on day 4 of no internet as you have failed to deliver a new router. Self employed and losing money every day. Was told I would get an update yesterday but still nothing. Late contender for worst customer service of the decade. 👏👏👏
@TalkTalk Yes I Have and I got through to someone who promised me yet again that she had cancelled my service / contract. Well i guess she lied.

@TalkTalk To be honest, it's been going on for a very long time and I am really fed up and don't have any confidence in your company is be happy to talk to someone who is properly trained but again it's a terrible service you provide and I've already spent over 8hrs on the phone with TT

Mr dealing with TalkTalk 'our router is the problem, please can you send a new one' 3 hours later, test after test (engineer was out yesterday), more tests, & a 'can you check you've plugged in the grey cable' (this convo is online) TalkTalk - we've determined it's your router
@TalkTalk Not at the moment as I can not afford the threats from your company, and I've taken this up with Ofcom and I am getting advice to escalate to ombudsman and citizens advice. Your customer service should be shut down it's appalling
