    @TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    @samsamasundara @TalkTalk Thats two weeks and im still waiting for a call back. Totally given up with them. Cancelled my DD as not wasting anymore time wiv them. Spread the word #talktalk is garbage!

    hello. Whilst I am not one to be easily angered, I find that I am now effervescent with rage at the incompetentance that is @talktalk. I've been trying to cancel my contract since March and STILL you send me bills and want money 😠

    @skoosh1 @TalkTalk Gio, my advice to dealing with your issues is to cancel direct debit and write to them by registered mail. Utter rubbish company!

    @MichaelDally10 #talktalk is utter garbage. Spread the word of your unhappyness with them to friends and family. Unmarket them!

    @TalkTalk Are you saying that the only means of contact that you provide for cancellations is via your call centre? The phone line that I have been paying you for has not worked for over a year and mobile coverage is poor at my property. Please provide me with an alternative channel
