    @TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    @TalkTalk can you explain to me why your staff are rude, incompetent and totally clueless with respect to dealing with no internet access. Your staff have lied about the timescales and still cannot confirm when access will be up and running again. Your service is pathetic.

    @TalkTalk Absolute waste of time and effort, no response from your DM team, managed to get through to the business orders team. My order is “Stuck” in their system, no idea what that means? No communication whatsoever, Absolutely appalling service in critical times.
