    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    @TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

    @TalkTalk We are having urgent issues with our contract and are unable to get this resolved via your call centre. Please can someone from the UK contact me immediately or I will have to take this though an independent body. I have neve experienced such poor level of service.

    @TalkTalk We haven’t had internet since Sunday in the SS1 area and apparently you cannot get an engineer out until 3rd March, is this common practice as thats a long time to have to wait when it’s not our error, please help
