    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    @TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I would like to raise this as a formal complaint as your advisors have been totally useless with resolving the issue. My broadband account has now been slammed due to your negligence!! I would like a full explanation on how this will be rectified!!!

    @TalkTalk had an email to update my email settings. Followed the instructions, used the correct password. Outgoing emails are ok but incoming won’t load and I get a message saying I’m not putting in a password. I AM!! Can’t you help please?
