@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk poor customer service and very disappointed. Been waiting since Monday for a phone call back to cancel my account and still waiting. Company make it impossible to cancel and keep getting transferred been on hold for over an hour. Will not use talktalk again.

@TalkTalk I'm not a current customer, just currently looking for the best available option, but as a streamer/content creator, I need a lot better than basic broadband. As the @Ofcom website shows, superfast broadband should be available where I currently am, yet no provider offers it.

Hi @TalkTalk I've been on the phone to you for 1:15 trying to cancel internet that was never switched (7 days ago) and no one can do it. PLEASE SORT IT OUT NOW!

Got a call from TalkTalk saying my computer was not working and offered to fix it remotely. Had to tell them 3 times to go away. Eventually I asked where they were calling from and they gave a city where there was no call centre!! After a angry mouthful they stopped ! #jeremyvine

Seeing as it's apparently not doing anything else at the moment do you think Dido Harding could use her past and current connections and see if her " *world beating "( *tm ) Track & Trace system could find @TalkTalk 's Customer Service Team which appears to have vanished ? 🙄

@OpenreachHelp Em. TalkTalk automated ‘AI’ support attendant is not able to pass relevant information to you. It could not take on board what I was attempting to ‘tell’ it.. There was no tick box set up to enable me to provide relevant information .. TalkTalk simply does not function..
