@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk hello, had broadband issues for some time, completed a line test via your website and done speed tests. Getting download speeds of 5 when you promise up to 67! Can you help?

@TalkTalk Its not account specific its who ever is on your £26 a month contract and has had no Internet for all the days you posted that your Internet service was down deserve the same compensation. I deserve an answer in public on here.

@TalkTalk my account was terminated on 10th Dec 2020 due to a house move and you not supplying services at the new address. Why therefore have you taken a full months fee on the 18th Dec followed by another fee on 5th Jan? Customer service is totally unreachable even online chat!
