@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

Day three no internet service again from @TalkTalk by now I’m at this point of crossing over to a more reliable network, because it’s actually staring to get ridiculous now

@TalkTalk Ive just had to set up a payment plan for your abysmal service from 2018 I left sky broadband to try you ..,, guess what no broadband no service used all my 4G and now I’ve got to £500 for the privilege been with sky 20 years never missed a payment
