    @TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    @TalkTalk No he's dead he's not coming back Andy. I would be impressed though if you could bring him back seen as you can't fix the broadband, revival from the dead would be seriously impressive.

    Why is it that apparently everyone is back at work BUT If you call a company call centre They almost all say WE HAVE A LIMITED TEAM ON AT THE MOMENT & you get put on hold until you put the phone down or Contact our chat service & nobody replies to that either @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk I closed an account with you in Feb. U confirmed it was closed. You continue to charge me & my account is still active. I've been waiting to get thru for 30mins - nothing. Chat agent: My account hasn't been closed & the guy can't help & he just closed the chat. Help!

    @TalkTalk down for over 12 hours here in Chislehurst, Bromley have reported it but is there a wider issue? Never had a full wipe out like this and need to work from home.

    @TalkTalk I was told there is no help I can get from you as promised. I am very disappointed leaving my service provider that I have used for 15 years and now losing my privileges. I never complained for paying a lot money for my services. Talk talk sold me false package and now says no
