    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    @TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

    Cheers @TalkTalk for having truly terrible service. Broadband is down and now have to wait 2-3 days for internet?? Absolutely a shambles this a week after you raised our monthly bill!

    @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph no internet since 17/9 - 2 weeks. 2 engineer visits. Several hours on phone and chat line. Nothing. We told you on Thursday that the fault is outside the house. Still you send an engineer to check inside. Worst provider. Switching to BT.

    @TalkTalk Shame you've not helped with my email account that I pay for I've spent 3 days on this passed from departments to departments £s on phone calls and still cant help just saying someone will be in touch in 5 days. absolutely appalling and spreading the word how dispacable it is
