@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk 01245 474627 is my foster mums no. you have installed call safe on the line. we have on many time tried to ask you to turn it of. can you pls call her asap to get it turned off, customer is Berol Coleman. This is NOT a good service, slow broadband and bad customer service.

@jesseb4me @virginmedia @TalkTalk If you can, enquire with BT to fibre to the house. It’s being rolled out at an exponential rate. I’ve gone from Plusnet 45mbps to BT 900mbps and I get very strong signal from the router all over the house. It’s yet to dip below 700

@muppetkeeper @virginmedia @TalkTalk Plus at almost double the speed. No idea why they need to make it so difficult to get a good deal. But for continuity of service, and not having another piece of obsolete hardware lying around, I’ve taken it.

@TalkTalk I’ve had no Internet in Cobham for the last 5 days, this is ridiculous. I would log in to cancel my contract but get an error that you can’t log me in due to technical issues. I can’t work without Internet + my phone line has never worked since I signed up with Talk Talk 1yr ago

@TalkTalk Ordered Full fibre to be fitted today, no contact via email/phone/SMS. I waited in all afternoon. Guess what? No one came 🙄🙁😡 Poor customer service.

@TalkTalk Nah rather not thanks, there is nothing more to discuss your customer service is the worse I have EVER dealt with! 6 hours on live chat, no resolution, so much repetition!, FIX WHAT WE PAY FOR! that simple really, THE ISSUE IS YOUR END NOT MY EQUIPMENT STOP PASSING BLAME!
