@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@WilliamNaughto3 @Plusnet Wrong, BT own Plusnet but Plusnet have their own separate infrastructure and customer service. This is not the same as Sky or TalkTalk who use LLU to interconnect into the BT network.

In fairness, #talktalk's response has been pretty good (albeit when prompted). I had an engineer next day here to fix issue. Fingers crossed it's plain sailing now.

Anyone know if I can do this? So my mum is on talktalk WiFi and the WiFi is **** in my bedroom so if I paid for say a sky broadband would it work okay?

@TalkTalk I tried to do business behind closed doors by using your live chat concerning some matters previously. I’m very dissatisfied by TalkTalk and the customer service. The live chat is inadequate, please give me proper contact details to complain.
