@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk TWO weeks of having internet interruptions... TWO WEEKS! and I am currently on a live chat with your customer service and they are the absolute WORST. I have spent nearly 2 hours with 2 agents giving asking me the same questions over and over!

@TalkTalk a month rolls on and still here. Promises of resolutions, case managers, Compensation. Asked for a deadlock letter which is being ignored. Get through to customer service and the line mysteriously cuts out or puts you back to the automated choose option 1 for.. joke!

@TalkTalk What on earth is going on with your service? The interruptions are ridiculously out of control where I am spending more time without internet that with internet!! The service keeps cutting off literally every few minute sand stays offline for longer than it does online!

Personal tweet but @TalkTalk customer service is the worst thing I have ever experienced would not recommend. How has it been 5 weeks without wifi, 3 engineers and phone calls nearly every day for the problem to not be sorted..😵💫 🆘

The bold @TalkTalk, who I left after one of their salesmen doorstepped my mother and lied to her about upgrades, have handled closing my account with such rank incompetence that the debt agency they bizarrely employed are having telling them to **** off on my behalf.

So frustrated by @TalkTalk internet issues and going through the 20 minute conversation where they ask exactly the same questions about my socket set up etc. that they have asked over and over - why isn’t this information kept on file! I just want my internet to work!
