@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@MartinSLewis @WhichMoney Despite request in writing and via phone 3 months ago @TalkTalk ignoring closing an account and sending monthly charges. No contract. Complaint now with CEO after reply asking to again request closure of account. Word SCAM does not describe it. Avoid!!

@TalkTalk I’ve spent over an hour on the phone, 3 people, cut off twice from your end to cancel my now out of contract account. Why is it so difficult? Sort it out.

@atonybarber @TalkTalk It's ridiculous. Live chat no better. It was 80 mins before I got a reply and over 2hrs before call ended with no actual resolution. I've still no WiFi.

@TalkTalk It seems TalkTalk never supplied a Digital Voice Adapter but it’s taken hours of calls atleast 5 times since October 2022 to realise this !
