@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

There's no doubt about it @TalkTalk are the biggest bunch of ***-holes to ever pretend to be a phone company. Just gone into a new contract with them after our old one ended (loyalty!!!) and they increase the cost of their calls boost. **** the lot of you. #talktalk #consumer

@TalkTalk hi guys, shocker of a day- internet down since 8.15, keep being told there's no problem on the line and to turn my router off and on. Done that for 10 hours (definition of madness?!). Any other thoughts?
