@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@bt_uk Hi, we are thinking of joining BT Fibre once our terrible connection with @TalkTalk is over and done with. Is there a live chat option anywhere I can chat with an advisor about our options and whether the service is definitely guaranteed here as wasn’t when we first moved.

@TalkTalk I’ve not had internet for 2 days now and TalkTalk are still non the wiser when the technical issue will be resolved. Just a recorded message saying they are aware there’s a problem when you call them directly.

@TalkTalk I am trying to get a text chat session or fb session about a mobile phone bill - no luck. Perhaps you can help me here. My wife, the account holder, received a shocking surcharge of £30+ for a single call on 28 Jan 2021. She is upset that this could have happened without warning.
