@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Joined you earlier this year. Been left without phone & WiFi since Sunday. 6 x contacted your incoherent Customer Service teams. 3 x they failed to return calls despite assurances. Now on phone 7th time. Appalling service. Horrendous customer service.

@TalkTalk Have just tried to renew my contract, with you guys again [have been with TT for 18 years]. Decided just to have the basic packing. There is nothing for loyal customers. On your chat site for over an hour and 20 mins. It was an horrendous experience. Never Again

@TalkTalk I am on the phone to your customer service line again now. I will DM you my account number. I am having to explain for the 6th time that our wifi etc is down. Yet again your operators are oblivious! Just astoundingly bad!
