    @TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    @TalkTalk my internet is down again this happened a couple of months ago and it took nearly 2 months to put it right. Not good enough I was told I had fast broadband not true not in my area. I had to buy vouchers so the children could do their school work no compensation given.

    @luckysalt Sweet yeah im with vodafone and cause of the way voda, bt, sky, talktalk all run on the same line the Down/upload speeds are very meh so thought cause VM is on their own line to go for them for better speeds.

    @TalkTalk please help sent a DM having to go through the same numerous checks and no one is listening to me - I was asked by Nico last night to get access to a land phone so he could check for a crossed line - the phone is completely dead and no one is listening to me!

    @TalkTalk is there any way to escalate an open case? I've been wittily Internet for over 24 hours now whilst the "networks team" deal with the issue but I get the feeling that my case is just sitting in a queue somewhere.

    Online chat with @TalkTalk They have just offered me £4.72 compensation for a whole month of problems! That’s without any consideration of the time that I have wasted on the phone, online, and waiting in for engineers.

    Ever thought about being a @TalkTalk customer? Well don't! I'm trying to help a very vulnerable lady open an account and all they've done is pass her from pillar to post causing her great upset. If trying to become a customer is this bad imagine how bad being one must be!!
