They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

DHL have been sending me the same bill every month for 3 years. I paid it 3 years ago and sent screenshots of the bank payment. It’s harassment but they don’t give a Fck.

And then lie about the lies. They have no idea how the billing system works. If they phone you, they just talk over you.

I cant get email and i have rung 8 times spoken to technicians bots and been on the phone hours. They all say it will get sorted but it never does im exhausted with it and my job depends on emails. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts it’s best
