@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk So one of your managers lied to me yesterday and said the restriction on my account would be lifted after 24hrs. Well its over 24hrs and STILL RESTRICTED!!!!! Is it just me your doing this too or do you treat all your customers like this??

@TalkTalk Wi-fi's down again. Was told on Tuesday that an engineer would visit the local exchange box within 3 days to rectify but either they've been and not sorted it or not been yet. Can we see where we're up to and get it rectified ASAP please?
