@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

If anyone's thinking of going with @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup for their broadband then don't. They're support is not 24/7. No Internet since Sunday. 6 hours in chat and phone calls with them and finally they agreed to send new router, arriving in 2 to 3 days time. Rubbish.

@TalkTalk Around 20 hours spent on the phone. No call back when promised and now no engineer showing up when time off work had to be taken. HOW DO I CANCEL MY CONTRACT
