  @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

  @TalkTalkGroup absolute disgrace. Impossible to contact due to account number, log ins etc being forgotten (my 80 year old dad) and now we’ve cancelled and gone with Sky you won’t stop calling the poor man, causing him real upset. Scum bags #talktalk

  @talktalk hello - is there a service outage or other issues with your system in the W2 area of London? Getting "connected without internet" message again, this time at at 17:05 onward on 7 July 2926. Having to use my Mobile Data. Thank you.
