@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk I’ve had 4 tv boxes, 2 engineer visits, 8 email complaints you said you’d not received (I’ve got the receipts) and no TV again. 2hrs on the phone, escalated twice will get to speak to someone in 7 days. Well done at being ****.

@TalkTalk I have been transferred to 3 departments who can't handle a basic cancellation request and have now been "put through" to customer service twice. Both times no one has answered. Stop telling me to use live chat it's not available!!!!!!!

@M0KPH @TalkTalk We have just bailed. The customer service is basically 'wait 48 hours' to what ever question you put to them. Still have to wait 2 weeks for a new provider to switch us on but its better than waiting indefinitely 👍

@TalkTalk I also feel like you guys don’t even care as you guys get complaints daily rarely any positive reviews and customer service is still poor. Changes need to be made if you’d like to keep customers.
