    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    @TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

    @TalkTalk My internet isn’t working properly. It works for a bit then stops working and wee orange light on router flashes. Is there a problem? Iam in Coatbridge Scotland.

    @TalkTalk UB4 wifi has gone down too - i spend 1 hour on the phone with customer services and she said that someone will get back to me in 5 days !! - how am I meant to work from home

    @TalkTalk Dear TalkTalk I only want to let you know that the service for which my bill is ongoing, I am yet to use it. My router is still blinking orange light.I am preparing for exams and I am still waiting for you guys. I am writing this with absolute grief.

    so tonight internet playing up, talktalk service centre page not working, to test connection,couldnt pay council tax,councils website playing up, and twitter playing up so couldnt log in to complain, now all ok again.But tomorrow talk talk will have switched itself off again

    @TalkTalk Our email sent 16/8 has been ignored, no internet again for last 17+ hrs, had to lose my day's income. Don't want more DMs telling me to "turn it on and off" but want a phonecall to FIX this asap (on the mobile number for the account-can DM it). Terrible service so far.

    Recently switched to @TalkTalk with a good faith after many years and regretting already, online lag is painfully bad. Time to switch back to @Shell broadband. It's bloody awful.

    It’s the year of 2021 and I have no WiFi and my landline isn’t work @TalkTalk telling me it can take up to 5 days to fix… unacceptable!
