@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@luke100watt @TalkTalk @Ofcom Yes, I have, thanks. It’s just a toothless tiger.... I agree with you that it is wilfully misleading to call the package fixed-price (small print or not). Best thing to do was cancel my service and warn others away from TalkTalk.

@TalkTalk Internet has been constantly on/off for more than 3 weeks now in W1!! Having to use mobile data to do my business. And can't chill even in the evening as the TV keeps going down too
