    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    @TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

    @OpenreachHelp I know. I know. I ****** know. Just wanted to give you a heads up; this is @TalkTalk we are talking about, and they near enough promise that they won’t tell you the fault is an intermittent rain fault, this whilst threatening to charge the customer..

    @talktalk bad service. Cut off internet day before switch planned now wanting another full month bill paid before you give me my final bill and refund me the month later. Online chat doesn't work. Call center useless. Never again 👎

    @TalkTalk I live in Ilminster, Somerset and I've lost internet since early afternoon yesterday, tried turning off router for a few hours but still no joy, is it a area problem or a router problem?

    @TalkTalk Well after many years I have decided to leave TalkTalk mainly due to poor quality Wi-fi, but also down to poor quality customer service and any excuse to charge more for their service. I am leaving 9 days early.. guess what.. they are charging me! #madetherightdecision
