    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    @TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

    @TalkTalk Funny how your billing service is still up and running but customer's cannot get the service they pay for! Your tech support is not running and I have had to take a day off of work because you cannot supply services. Expecting a full refund as you have cost me money

    @TalkTalk Constant internet dropouts, 2nd engineer booked, never turned up and got no acknowledgement if it was booked in correctly by you lot. Only 10 days left before i can come out of contract (30 day rule). 3 days trying to contact you. Piss poor since i renewed

    @TalkTalk I’ve been without internet for nearly a week, there is supposed to be an engineer coming to me this afternoon 3 of us in the house nobody turned up yet ! I am paying a fortune to my mobile data to keep working, very poor
