They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

I was told my current issue would be fixed by an engineer today.. Apparently are relaying all fibre in the area and didn’t think to notify anyone about it. Shocking

Marcus (@Marcus70672192) reportedAll telecom companies are brutally awful these days. Been saying it for a while. I have talktalk internet. And for tv services I just use Amazon Prime and sub to sports things as necessary. Don't want to be locked into any contracts with these feral animals.

I have TalkTalk been with them for yonks, and rarely do I have problems with them, and they are super cheap even with super fast fibre. Yeah exactly haha!! I can’t play rd2 I am terrible at it I killed my horse by accident I haven’t been back

Angela (@angelajazz2) reported@TalkTalk They tell me they are too busy & it will be a long time before they can get to me! Told me to check online to track a fault. Nothing has been updated and it has been logged so many times. I tried phoning & they just pass you to the website. What is going on? Abysmal service!
