    @TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    @talktalk can someone tell me why my WiFi just doesn't work anymore? The connection is shocking and has been for a while. Everything is fine with the router, but even one phone connected is so slow!

    @TalkTalk No landline for elderly mother that lives alone. Rang several times and just says your shut - even though you state troubleshooting is 24/7. Terrible lack of service.

    @TalkTalk Hi I'm having trouble with mine also and I have rang many times in regards to this please do sort this asap or I to will be leaving again this is not ok and very bad customer service

    As if having no internet for the last 7 hours and counting wasn’t bad enough without having to waste hours trying to get it sorted. On chat since 3.05pm and still going round the same questions and no closer to it all being resolved. Great way to waste an afternoon @talktalk

    @TalkTalk absolutely disgusted with your so called service. Wasted 5 hours of my time last week speaking to talktalk trying to resolve an issue. Your agent refused for over 1 hour to put me through to complaints! Finally told a callback would be today yet no call at arranged time

    @TalkTalk I got through to your chat function on Friday. Advised you would send an update to me. Nothing. Speed test again today shows less than 2Mb. Your chat function says open 24/7, 365 days a Yr. But currently CLOSED. what's the solution?
