@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

Totally disgusted with @TalkTalk and their services - or lack thereof. False advertising, on website which “needs to be updated” - quoting their customer service person. Then attempted to charge £235 early cancellation fee - when cancelling during cooling off period! 😡 #ripoff

@TalkTalk Just cancelled my service due to change of address and your agent was appallingly rude. I was very polite and said upfront I know there is fees for early cancellation. Honestly if you ever wanted me back as a customer your retention agent has screwed that up

Over a month of waiting and still no order confirmation. Phoned 7/8 times to be told different excuses and promises every time. Still nothing. It baffles me you have customers if this is what you have to deal with switching to your service @TalkTalk
