@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@Angie08522356 @TalkTalk I’m talking to support but they are treating it like an individual problem with my setup as always. This is clearly a wider issue, no amount of me rebooting and resetting my router will fix it. Frustrating.

@TalkTalk No, you are useless. I spent 50 minutes talking to one of your reps and all she did was interrupt me and go back to the beginning of her company spiel. All I wanted to do was pay my bill because you can't even get a direct debit right. Utter crap

I'm glad I left @TalkTalk their awful and now. chasing me down for £16, emails, calls, texts!.. The service they have provided me over the years, their lucking I'm even paying my last bills. The distress they have cause me for £16 is heartless!.. #CostOfLivingCrisis

I applied for @TalkTalk broadband since around December 5, 2022. @TalkTalkGroup has scheduled engineer to set up the broadband THREE different times and they have FAILED to keep to the appointments till now. This is absolutely a service failure. disgusting! #TalkTalk
