@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk at the risk of sounding like an old fogey, it seems ridiculous 'in this day and age' to wait 2 to 3 days for an engineer to fix the broadband when everything, including my heating and security doorbell are attached to it. 😬

@TalkTalk You clearly have no education. I told you no DM. No phone calls you only need the account number to see you are threatening us and we are not your customer. I am not wasting hours on the phone on hold. It needs to be public so others see how useless you are.

@TalkTalk the world needs to know what a dreadful company to deal with you are. I have been without broadband since 17 Nov with no fix until 6 Dec 🤬 can't work, kids can't do homework and you don't care.

@TalkTalk Wolverhampton is still down, having been down since Tuesday. No indication from them as to when the internet will be reinstated. Yesterday it took me over an hour to be told that it was a widespread issue, their callcentre staff knew less then I did (no fault of theirs)

@TalkTalk Step by step. 1. Check account number. 2 Check if we provide internet. 3 Check why we are demanding money from someone we do not supply. 4. Refund deposit for service we did not reply. 5 send letter of apology and Compensation for inconvenience our incompetence caused. 6 close.
