@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk But NOW I Got fired from my job because of how long my account was disconnected!!!!!!!!! WHAT IS THE SOLUTION!?!? ITS 2022 WHY CAN I NOT HAVE THE REGULAR INTERNET WITH BASIC SPEED!? IM NOT ASKING FOR ANYTHING EXTRA, JUST WHAT I PAY FOR!!!!

@bt_uk what’s the best way to cancel an engineer appointment tomorrow. IVR doesn’t allow any connection to talk to someone. No chat option found and the online system doesn’t work!! Maybe @TalkTalk customer service is better!
