    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    @TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

    @laurenceamason @TalkTalk Hi Laurence, TalkTalk blocked us recently for both highlighting how poor their service is and trying to help their stranded customers. That search result shouldn't be coming up - it's half IP address half text... have TT replied with anything helpful?

    @TalkTalk This has no relevance to the tweet you put up but why can’t you guarantee fast and reliable wifi if that’s what the customer pays for. Then rather say you will do a 10 day diagnostic test for absolutely nothing to happen..? Seems like you rip customers off and you think it’s ok..

    One hour talking to @TalkTalk to cancel my broadband account even though I'm out of contract. 6 times they've said "thank you for your patience" Really, I am now very impatient!

    @CarabinerIT @FrankEHaschka @TalkTalk They offered to fix the Internet but I was due to have my new provider install tomorrow so I told them to stuff it But they've now delayed me so I've got to put up with this till the 9th
