@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk After spending 2 hours on Friday going through 1st support checks for no Internet. It came online and the person who was just about to book an engineer after confirming a fault said now no need. Today after it being down again since 5pm yesterday. I've done it all
