@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk your company is utter crap, we’ve lost our landline 3 times the first for 6 weeks, 2nd time 5 weeks & the 3rd time 3 weeks. Engineer came round in the morning says they’ll fix it on there end and still broken so now we’re leaving had enough 😡😡😡

Talktalk.if not getting the service u r paying for .don't put up with it.consumers.08082231133.a new contract u have 14 days to cancel.if they continue with contract after u have said dont want to renew .u have to receive pre contract information.if not breach of contract .

@TalkTalk @LiamSimps0n Why dont you assist the rest of your 1000s of customers who have been tweeting you all day stating the exact same issue?? When are you going to put out a statement explaining what has caused this NATIONAL OUTAGE?? And tell us when it will be sorted as its impacting our lives!!!

Talktalk u have sent me a new contract i rung up to make sire. I have a new provider. I chatted today i wamt everything of yours out of my house i have screen shot he sending bag. He said contract ended 31st dec 22.but service on. No i unplugged i have a new provider.
