    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    Is there actually a way to get to speak to @TalkTalk support right now? The live chat and phone number seem to be totally missing from their website and the only option is to speak to community members!

    @TalkTalk Yep and everytime you do this, it goes down early (like now) can you not do this on the weekend when people aren't working?

    My WiFi has been down for the past 2 days and now @TalkTalk is telling me it will take another week for outreach team to come out like dpmo I have uni deadline next week omyyyy 😡😡😡

    @BraisbyI @TalkTalk Sounds like a brick wall. Hardly Customer Service is it. Like the Train delayed for "Technical Issues" or Inability to do something because "it's Policy". Non excuses aren't they. Good luck with it, must be very frustrating as is making contact these days, in a queue, waiting.

    @dancludlow @TalkTalk After 21 hours of no internet @TalkTalk have at least now agreed to use only 1 excuse, "there is a fault at the exchange and they are working on it". When asked for an estimate on a fix, not a chance, hours, days, no one will say, just wait for the fix

    @TalkTalk why do you always commit to calling back but never actually do?! Working at home for the NHS during a global pandemic is challenging enough without the added challenge of no internet because you can’t get your act together! It’s been over 2 weeks 😤😤😤
