@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk your customer service is shocking isn’t it. Since my service went down, I’ve been fobbed off, pushed from pillar to post and lied to multiple times. Not to mention the time I’ve wasted trying to contact you, or waiting for the complaints manager to contact me.

@talktalk so we had no landline for 5 weeks seen the problem was rectified by @BTSopenreach we have had the worst internet speed trying to sort with @talktalk gets you no where looking for new provider #poorcustomerservice #talktalk

@TalkTalk been on the phone tonite for 2 hours just to stop our line and change address. Spoke to multiple people. Multiple bouncing .Promised call backs. Nothing Worst service we have ever encountered. Disgusting.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup disappointed with the service provided.I was on call for over an hour 2 claim my refund of £50 bck which was supposed 2 automatically return 2 my account upon talktalk receiving their equipment.However,as always,we are having to chase up.I want my refund!

@TalkTalk We have cancelled our contract .. seems certain debts don't work on a Sunday. Your company is the worst I have ever dealt with and I've dealt with some bad ones. You wouldn't even let me cancel our line today. Try Monday. Jeez. Got there in the end.
