    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    @TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

    Glad I’m leaving @TalkTalk and getting a new contract with @BT, talktalk has had many issues for me at my place so it’s rubbish! Offering me £20 a month and a £20 Amazon voucher to stay with talktalk? NO THANKS!

    @TalkTalk Any particular reason? I was hoping to use an Openreach modem, linked to some Unfi router to connect via PPPoE - I know your UFO service does not require you to use your router

    All day again on the phone to @talktalk and still can’t find a fix for my problem. No one yet has once mentioned an engineers visit! @clotheshorse90 @newleasemusic

    @TalkTalk A complete and utter disaster attempting to cancel services with Talktalk. More than 4 hours of phone calls over the last fews days and now your awful service is preventing another provider taking over my line for another 5 days. What a bizarre experience.

    Probably worth avoiding @TalkTalk at all costs. I know I will in future as they offer you no support whatsoever.

    It turns out useless @TalkTalk disabled my eero hub and don’t support it but failed to give me a contact number for eero I had to Google it. Called and it was sorted in less than 30 seconds. Still not renewing contract customer services leaves a lot to be desired.

    @talktalk I tweeted regarding lack of Internet connection earlier, I then sent a DM and got told to ring. I rang, didn't speak to anyone, received a text saying everything was ok and click a link for further help... I still have no Internet connection so the link won't connect
