@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@hurricane_ros At the very least, they did say what was going on in the subject line of the email, whereas other providers (looking at you, talktalk) have just been like "An update about your service!" - cowards

@TalkTalk I knew you would reply ;) I need to speak to someone at customer service. I’ve tried about 3 times and it only lets me talk/chat to a robot and they don’t understand my issue.
