@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk when are you going to fix my broadband in OX3? Nothing since 12.30 on 6 December, you've failed to resolve the issue in 2-3 working days, on the whole your customer service team in S. Africa is useless. I'm a teacher, I work from home. GET THIS FIXED, NO EXCUSES

I’m cross for my daughter who has had terrible service from @WeAreOpenreach. Lost internet 13 days ago (Storm Arwen), has been told it will be fixed 23 Dec. Not as bad as having no power tho. @TalkTalk have bn brill, but need OpenReach to fix. OR seem to be accountable to no one.

@richie_rich77 @virginmedia @bt_uk Have a look around. I was with BT and the service was terrible. I ended up being refunded a years worth of broadband bills because the service was so bad. Their superfast 76mbps gave me 4mbps. Sky and talktalk were both faster on the same line.
