@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@CathiHickford @TalkTalk Same thing happened to me! I had to call them to cancel it although still waiting for a call back which they said it would be 48 hours but now gone past that!! Shocking how they can just do this and wonder how many people don’t realise until it’s too late!

@TalkTalk I just got cut off from one of your agents, whilst trying to cancel my broadband. I was on hold for 20 minutes and hung up on, please can someone call me back urgently to finalise the cancellation.

@claudiekeenan @TalkTalk They've gone quiet now. Just like when I call, they just hang up if they don't know the answer. I going to choose a different provider, but still going to take this all the way to @Ofcom if they don't make right the problems they've caused me.

@WeAreOpenreach Thanks for the response. To clarify: I did go through service provider (Talktalk) who agreed that it was a legit complaint to file with Openreach. Gary refused to book it even after he confirmed that an engineer file an incomplete job as complete
