    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    @TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

    @TalkTalk why do you think it is okay to charge a customer for a service they didn't receive? She signed up for broadband with your company then you never sent her a router but still charged her, when it was impossible for her to have the service as she didn't have the equipment!

    @TalkTalk Kaye you have just told me that @openreach have been contacted on the 7th July we contacted you on the 2nd of July we have no internet and no phone line SHOCKING and you still won’t send an engineer today 2-3days this is so BAD @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk I have spoken to numerous customer care staff & every time being told it will get sorted. I am now at the point to make a formal complaint so please can you send me a contact number to do so. I’ve also discovered my landline is still active at the previous address. Not good 😡

    @chloeturner0406 @TalkTalk They lie saying they have attempted to deliver the router when it shows on cctv its a blatant lie! Awful company! Go with ee instead save yourself getting ripped off!

    @TalkTalk when my broadband contract ended I got an email giving me the option to go with your fibre offer that was £25 a month. I've had no acknowledgement of this yet and it doesn't seem my account has updated. Any help?
