@TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

@TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

@bt_uk why is my experience being just as bad as @TalkTalk? Engineer was a no-show and the line is still inactive. Is anyone actually capable of providing a bloody internet service?! A whole month, 2 companies and I'm STILL nowhere 😡🤬

@TalkTalk I have spoken to 5 people on chat tonight all of these have cut out. I still do not have an internet connection to despite spending the whole of my evening on chat trying to resolve this.

All they say is that the CEO team tried 2 contact me even if I've been telling them for the last 10 days that I've no trace of their calls & when I call back they do not answer. #Talktalk support doesn't see to care either about customers
