    @TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    @TalkTalk atrocious service guys. I have no internet since a couple days and you sent me a text to book an engineer via automated phone line. Booked for this PM, no one came, when called your support they had no record of it, and your website tells me my broadband is ok- it ISN'T

    @TalkTalk You have put a ‘cease’ on my contract , which I have finally managed to cancel after weeks of not being able to contact you (by phone, Chat, twitter etc)Please remove this with immediate effect. It stops me from getting a new provider for 30 days

    @TalkTalk worst customer service i have ever experienced. 45 mins on hold to be cut off, 1 hour and 30 mins on chat to numerous advisors and being refused a call by a manager. Haven't provided a proper service for months and now want to charge me £90 to cancel. 😡😡😡😡😡

    @TalkTalk reported no internet. Agreed an engineer needed. Stated it was medical end of life emergency. Appointment given for 4/12. Shame on you!!

    @TalkTalk Can you tell me why DNS propagation takes that much longer with you as the ISP than others? It's so much slower than other providers and even 4G connections. Has to be a caching issue with your network settings surely and it's frustrating. #DNS #slowpropagation #ISP

    @TalkTalk Talktalk customer for 2 weeks now, no broadband for 8 days of those including today. 4 Engineer visits, 3 emails telling me 'Your Broadband is Active' when it's not, stopping me working from home & you billed me today for it. Is Dido back in charge? #talktalk
