    @TalkTalk A reply back to my message I sent 49 mins ago would be nice. As my mum is paying for the service which we are not getting. Its disgusting for a disabled person!

    @TalkTalk All sorted. Just been on the online chat. They've done tests. And the landline is working fine. They are sending out a super router to us. And if the problem still is an issue when we receive the super router to give another message. Thanks

    @TalkTalk Directly. I have a lot of emails on there that I need to keep and access. There are about 6 random old emails some dating back to 2016 but the rest have gone from yesterday back. Why don’t you just admit that TalkTalk have a problem because I never deleted them so where are they?

    @georgiebingham I love these threads where BT Retail customers say 'switched to X' ISP and much better and it's like TalkTalk retail, EE, O2, Plusnet (BT) etc... They're all the same script robot support unless you're paying £40-50 a month with a business only ISP

    Day 11 still no internet disgraceful customer service and refusing my request to talk to a manager @talktalk DO NOT sign up with this internet provider as they fail to provide internet 😡

    Anyone having problems with TalkTalk mail. All my old emails have been deleted and been on the Live Chat to them for an hour and they just keep you chatting but haven’t fixed it

    @TalkTalk Hi Mike, sorry for delay. Charles on your webchat was very helpful in progressing my parents loss of connection, not solved yet but progressing. However my issue is that for me, a blind person who uses a #screenreader finding a way to contact you was very very difficult 1/2

    @TalkTalk Neighbors having similar issues. I never got a refund or compensation for previous time either. I expect same again.
