@TalkTalk My brother who is disabled and is completely deaf and also has epilepsy do has care on call which uses the phone line. Also has fire detectors , my sister called they were not any help at all . He is having to stay at my Fathers house who is 80 please reply asap

So @TalkTalk couldn’t email their customers to say the broadband connection is down in my area! This provider stays disappointing. Can anyone recommend a better broadband provider?

@TalkTalk @talktalkgroup lols you’ve sent me a text arranging engineer 4 the 15th?! No call or email to check thats ok as discussed with exec team yesterday ?! Im a key worker. I think Ill just cancel my contract. Terrible service

Have contacted @TalkTalk so many times to help sort out internet speeds. The speeds we get are 0.7mb down. They will not meet the minimum speeds they promise and you should seriously consider a different internet provider if looking to sign up.
