I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

I’ll wait to hear from the scheduled call back I have tomorrow morning. If this doesn’t happen it will be a formal complaint. I’ve wasted enough time and energy on this now.

Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

No communication from @TalkTalk at all until once again I chased them. Diabolical service. Never ever switch to @TalkTalk they are the worst.

I’ve been with you for about 10 yrs with the same router which I’m constantly having issues with but you keep telling me it’s all fine. Even with boosters!

The current "free" hardware from TalkTalk does claim to avert the default channel problem, but it's not been around for long. Has it had a firmware upgrade? I know my router/modem has had several. Most don't. Out of the box it has active WPS.

Becs MG (@Becsybun) reported@TalkTalk - slow/dropping/no internet connection. @bt_uk landline is crackling too so may be part of the problem. Was told it was “fixed” so cancelled Openreach engineer visit as cannot take time off work unnecessarily but it’s gone again.

*sigh* (@oh_ka_zay) reported@TalkTalk hi, I'm having a lot of issues with my internet speed today, unable to stream anything without it sticking every few seconds. I have tried turning router on and off and resetting but that only sorts it for 10mins, postcode BT817PR. Any help?
