@TalkTalk Recently i’ve noticed that generally the internet browsing seems to be slower but nothing as significant as the Netflix problem.

@TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

@TalkTalk have the worst online customer experience. Purposely hiding their contact info and online chat to force you to go to the community answer where they answers ain’t there. Time for a new provider I think.

@chrisdsteward @TalkTalk That's terrible Chris. To be fair, Ive had good service until now but Ive been left feeling as though I was tricked into a renewal at higher cost with no way to contact them to discuss it afterwards. Feels like a cheap and grubby to make money.

@TalkTalk Is THE worst broadband provider in the UK. It's more than 2-3 weeks that I have no network, support is terrible & meanwhile I paid around £60 for data to be able to work from home... and I'm still paying TalkTalk bills for no ******* internet.

@TalkTalk Fibre 150 is worse than standard broadband. Always dropping out, slow speeds. It’s bad enough I’m working on a Sunday - I don’t need this. AND IT’S NOT THE GODDAMN ROUTER.
