@TalkTalk Recently i’ve noticed that generally the internet browsing seems to be slower but nothing as significant as the Netflix problem.

I cannot stress how atrocious the service from @TalkTalk is...I am currently paying for a service that isn’t being delivered. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

@TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

@TalkTalk They came out this morning and were unable to fix the problem. Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

@mattaburns @TalkTalk I think I’m “lucky” that my outage only lasted 24hrs, 22 hrs more than my neighbours. 🧐 Good luck with yours. Didn’t get the “notification text”, I’ve just been checking every 39 mins. Their service fails on all fronts and I’ll be switching ASAP.

@OpenreachHelp I did during the first outage on Thursday a.m, but they couldn't see anything wrong. Then I discovered that locally people on NowTV, Sky, BT, Vodafone, PlusNet and TalkTalk were all complaining of a simultaneous outage - and Openreach is obviously the common denominator. W7 area

@TalkTalk Yes we have ... getting nowhere and it’s beyond a joke that you sent the engineer forward BEFORE we could access the property and now saying we won’t have internet til the 23rd !! We are v unimpressed with this service now. Please give me a number of a UK based customer service.

@bt_uk @SkyUK @TalkTalk When are you going to offer some real competition to Virgin Media in terms of very high speed broadband in the NG24 area, please? I’m unhappy with their customer service but none of you offer decent alternatives at the moment.

@TalkTalk my business broadband has gone down. Adsl light on router but no internet light. I’ve done the usual tests and restarted multiple times. Openreach were working outside for most of yesterday
