@TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

@TalkTalk I’m not calling an 0345 number which has a cost attached to it. I’ll wait to hear from the scheduled call back I have tomorrow morning. If this doesn’t happen it will be a formal complaint. I’ve wasted enough time and energy on this now.

@Carly0112 @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve chased them. Apparently they are looking into this from outside the property. Unfortunately they didn’t communicate this and I’ve had no apology. 20 days into the new contract and no solution. No Netflix, can’t access @TalkTalk films and a connection that repeatedly fails.

And the @talktalk saga continues....yesterday engineer number 3 simply didn’t turn up, we waited in 5 hours. No communication from @TalkTalk at all until once again I chased them. Diabolical service. Never ever switch to @TalkTalk they are the worst.

I cannot stress how atrocious the service from @TalkTalk is...I am currently paying for a service that isn’t being delivered. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

@TalkTalk They came out this morning and were unable to fix the problem. Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

I wrote to @TalkTalk to inform that, since my upgrade to high speed broadband, the reach throughout the house had diminished. Got a stock reply regarding walls and distance but no solution suggestions. It may be faster but that's of little use if it keeps switching to mobile.

@TalkTalk Hi could you tell me why my internet isn’t working properly? Even when on my 4g I’m unable to load the talk talk website to check it out but have no problems with any other sites. When connected to WiFi I’m not able to load or get notifications

@TalkTalk Awesome. Perhaps someone can get in touch with us about our intermittent Wifi for the past couple weeks. All checks done, engineer has been out, and we are still WFH without the internet we pay for. We do not need to keep doing the same checks over and over with no resolution.

@TalkTalk no broadband since this morning. using mobile data to 'check line' and it just keeps looping round (after saying it looks like I have a broadband problem) on the sevice status check latest version released yesterday. This is no help. I live in South Warwickshire.
