    @TalkTalk Just the TV box, my husband watched a full programme on his mobile phone yesterday with no problem

    @TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

    I cannot stress how atrocious the service from @TalkTalk is...I am currently paying for a service that isn’t being delivered. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

    @TalkTalk They came out this morning and were unable to fix the problem. Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

    @TalkTalk Recently i’ve noticed that generally the internet browsing seems to be slower but nothing as significant as the Netflix problem.

    @TalkTalk I’m not calling an 0345 number which has a cost attached to it. I’ll wait to hear from the scheduled call back I have tomorrow morning. If this doesn’t happen it will be a formal complaint. I’ve wasted enough time and energy on this now.

    @TalkTalk Hi Talk Talk person. Why is it so hard to talk (talk) to you? There’s no online chat or telephone number to call. We’ve had a new telly box and network connector kit yet it keeps saying there’s no router connection. The internet is fine, the telly is fine.

    @TalkTalk When is the broadband going to be fixed in Harrow? No timescales for resolution given. No internet for over 6 hours now - bit of a joke when you’re trying to work from home during a pandemic. Don’t you agree? Perhaps time to switch to a new provider...

    @TalkTalk Worst service. Haven’t had internet in ages. Call centre is rubbish. Engineers fail to show. Trying to work from home is a nightmare. Move to another provider!

    Has anybody else who is with @talktalk had no internet all day today? The internet has been off since 9:30am and there is still no connection. I’ve had problems with them before but this is too much... the WHOLE DAY?!

    @TalkTalk Not a great start to your service. Engineer booked for Tuesday 2nd failed to turn up. Your agent arranged for an engineer to come on Friday 5th so I arrange to be available. Now you mail to tell me you’ve changed the date to the 9th. Not a good start at all.
