@TalkTalk Recently i’ve noticed that generally the internet browsing seems to be slower but nothing as significant as the Netflix problem.

@TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

I cannot stress how atrocious the service from @TalkTalk is...I am currently paying for a service that isn’t being delivered. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

@TalkTalk They came out this morning and were unable to fix the problem. Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

Once again @talktalk down. The problem is not my end. It is an outside connection problem. Was meant to be fixed, still playing up, and trying to talk to someone is proving to be annoying as they insist it's indoors when it's not. Can I cancel my contract please!!!!

@TalkTalk Hi. I'll be honest I closed down the conversation as it was going nowhere. It has now come back on again. If the service does not improve I will be looking into cancelling my contract though. For some it's a lifeline to outside.

@TalkTalk Just cancelled direct debit for this 93yr old vulnerable gentleman and bank chasing payment as no service received & equipment delivered to wrong address! @TalkTalk get it right treat customers with respect and compassion

@TalkTalk No Internet at all, my router light is flashing on and off, I go to the service stays page and it tells me to login, but I can't even frickin login as it just loops back What is going on 😡😡
