    @TalkTalk Recently i’ve noticed that generally the internet browsing seems to be slower but nothing as significant as the Netflix problem.

    @TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

    @TalkTalk Hi talktalk iv been having some problems over the past couple weeks with our wifi connection iv been experiancing lack of connection for example every couple hours or so my wifi just stops working and we need to turn the box of and on again for it to work please let us know

    @TalkTalk Not that im aware off. Its just this issue is quite a pain for me when i have so much work to process and i would get half way theough my work and my internet just cuts out and stops and i need to reset my router every maybe hours or minutes or whenver it just hapoens randomly.

    @TalkTalk @ofcom @MoneySavingExp You certainly didn't on our call otherwise it wouldn't have been a surprise. You should have the call recorded anyway so you can check. You've now made this situation worse by calling us liars. Your customer service is appalling.

    @TalkTalk that’s over the 48 hour deadline for a manager to call about my complaint- another process failure? I was told 24 to 48 hours on Monday?

    Internet seems to be down in Preston. Nightmare! Working from home @TalkTalk - they managed to take their payment though 😡
