@TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

@TalkTalk my elderly mother is having issues with her TalkTalk freeview box which she has had for approximately 5 years. How do we get it replaced for a newer version? Please help as she relies on tv. Symptoms are when changing the channel screen goes blank and box needs a reboot

@TalkTalk We tried that already. You’re saying you need POA before you will let me cancel whilst you continue to take £56 from my mother’s account. Who is your CEO?

@Vanessa_L_Adams @TalkTalk Hi Vanessa, I'm very sorry for the outage here - any updates about an outage we'll be passing to your provider to update their customers with, which they'll be able to do after taking you through security. If they need further clarity, they can contact our fault team for help.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk 132 days fumbling my refund, this must be costing you a fortune? What a bad way to do business, cause direct economic pain to yourself and p off your customers #legends

@HughSykes @TalkTalk I had my own long-running issues with TalkTalk recently. Shame really, because the first few years were perfect. As an organisation, they're in transition; some customers are being transferred "seamlessly" to Utility Warehouse. Reorganisations always cause disruption.

@TalkTalk why is it that I can never access my account online or via the app? When I have issues with my account it is impossible to check in to confirm or progress and issues by logging in to my account.

@TalkTalk how is it that it has taken you two days to book an engineer to repair phone and internet service. You have to be the worst service provider in history. For two days I have reported an issue, and now I have been told no engineer has been booked to attend yet.

Incredible the lack of management and responsibility of @TalkTalk in @Aberdeen. No in-house engineers to solve problems, lack of will and knowledge of attendees and no reliable system to manage the service. In the end of 2 weeks without internet, they just said "apologies" 👏👏
