    @TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

    @TalkTalk Recently i’ve noticed that generally the internet browsing seems to be slower but nothing as significant as the Netflix problem.

    @TalkTalk I’m not calling an 0345 number which has a cost attached to it. I’ll wait to hear from the scheduled call back I have tomorrow morning. If this doesn’t happen it will be a formal complaint. I’ve wasted enough time and energy on this now.

    I cannot stress how atrocious the service from @TalkTalk is...I am currently paying for a service that isn’t being delivered. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

    @TalkTalk The person I spoke to from your technical team essentially said it’s not your problem and couldn’t help me

    @TalkTalk They came out this morning and were unable to fix the problem. Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

    @SupercatScout @TalkTalk You got further than I did; I just got passed from pillar to post abd then eventually cut off. I’d figured out they didn’t know how the hell to deal with activation problems after 1st August. Hope you get sorted. I’ve given up on them. Gonna get my sport fix elsewhere.

    @TalkTalk I don’t think that’s going to do any good, Jessie. Apparently my copper broadband is still active, just not working. Faster Fibre Tech keep passing my to FTCC, who say they can’t help, then they pass me to Faster Fibre. I’ve had enough.

    @TalkTalk Hi Ian, after speaking to another person we were told the issue with now tv and @TalkTalk is an ongoing one & it has to go to the manager and then the back room who look into it for people, it’s so frustrating as switching from now tv to talktalk should have been simple .

    @TalkTalk. Out of shear frustration I decided to report the issues I had with Talk talk on Twitter…. The response ring the number who have failed to resolve the issue… you couldn’t make it up!!

    @TalkTalk After spending most of the day speaking to your various department and putting in a complaint I’ve been told you’ve turned of my service and I have to wait so you can start a new contract I don’t think so you can shove your appalling customer service

    Anyone else in the area with @TalkTalk account found themselves with no internet connection? Online customer service message says they’ll check it out in 2-3 days! That’s not acceptable @TalkTalkBizCare

    @TalkTalk I have replied. I cannot believe you have asked me for his account number again. This is the reason I tweeted in the first place. Why is a death certificate w/his name, address and date of death not enough for you to locate and cancel his account?
