@TalkTalk They came out this morning and were unable to fix the problem. Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

@TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

I cannot stress how atrocious the service from @TalkTalk is...I am currently paying for a service that isn’t being delivered. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

@itvMLshow I asked Martin to look into why my broadband switch from Talktalk to Shell kept getting rejected and he put Billy on the case. SEVENTEEN attempts later I am no further forward and MSE Twitter ignore me and still recommend Shell. This is an MSE DISMAL FAIL and needs

@TalkTalk Internet down. I’m in East London. It would be great to get a email or text next time in advance of planned works If this is an issue related to the works would be good to get an email or text in future so we know if it’s a talk talk problem or an issue on our side
