    @TalkTalk The person I spoke to from your technical team essentially said it’s not your problem and couldn’t help me

    @TalkTalk They came out this morning and were unable to fix the problem. Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

    @TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

    And the @talktalk saga continues....yesterday engineer number 3 simply didn’t turn up, we waited in 5 hours. No communication from @TalkTalk at all until once again I chased them. Diabolical service. Never ever switch to @TalkTalk they are the worst.

    @TalkTalk I’m not calling an 0345 number which has a cost attached to it. I’ll wait to hear from the scheduled call back I have tomorrow morning. If this doesn’t happen it will be a formal complaint. I’ve wasted enough time and energy on this now.

    @TalkTalk Recently i’ve noticed that generally the internet browsing seems to be slower but nothing as significant as the Netflix problem.

    I cannot stress how atrocious the service from @TalkTalk is...I am currently paying for a service that isn’t being delivered. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

    @TalkTalk Just the TV box, my husband watched a full programme on his mobile phone yesterday with no problem

    @Carly0112 @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve chased them. Apparently they are looking into this from outside the property. Unfortunately they didn’t communicate this and I’ve had no apology. 20 days into the new contract and no solution. No Netflix, can’t access @TalkTalk films and a connection that repeatedly fails.

    @abchloeg @TalkTalk I’m a first time customer and had my auntie sit in the house for the engineer coming out, for the engineer to do work outside my home and not tell my auntie that he had completed the work outside. Then i found out there is two types of engineers..🤔

    @TalkTalk I've sent a complaint by a post. I cancelled a contract that I had just signed but my account doesn't change. Talk talk is a disaster.

    @TalkTalk Please find a way to help, as I am transferred from one department to another. I am told that a manager will call me and to keep the line open - nothing! What is wrong with TalkTalk?

    @TalkTalk As of Monday 18th July, (my go live date) I have had no internet whatsoever. I’m a new customer, and the customer service team that i have been on the phone too have been really unhelpful. I have been without internet and need it to work.

    @neiltaffy @TalkTalk I'm so sorry to hear that. they are a truly abysmal company with regard to customer records. it's like they write any change of circumstances on a post it note and stick it on the fridge in the vague hope someone else finds it some day

    @BRYN_BORANGA @TalkTalk to get the payment (which she had already paid). All co-ordinated by their Bereavement Team who wished her “have a nice day” initially. I’d forgotten half of this but they phoned her this week to ask how she was enjoying their service and put them right there and then
