@TalkTalk I’m not calling an 0345 number which has a cost attached to it. I’ll wait to hear from the scheduled call back I have tomorrow morning. If this doesn’t happen it will be a formal complaint. I’ve wasted enough time and energy on this now.

@TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

@TalkTalk Recently i’ve noticed that generally the internet browsing seems to be slower but nothing as significant as the Netflix problem.

@TalkTalk They came out this morning and were unable to fix the problem. Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

I cannot stress how atrocious the service from @TalkTalk is...I am currently paying for a service that isn’t being delivered. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

@TalkTalk can u at least give us some kind of update or reason or just any communication as to when then internet will be back working in Bedfordshire area and any other areas currently affected by this outage that has been going on for over an hour now!!!

@TalkTalk everytime the weather gets awful our broadband fails. I have run diagnosistic and line test and everything you suggest but the only time it's ever fixed is when an engineer comes out.

@TalkTalk why does my internet go off, I've had engineers visit try and sort it but nothing, on the phone says there's a issue but then engineer comes and nothing.. like tonight the first night in weeks my internet plays up while I'm in a work zoom call.. thanks
