@TalkTalk Recently i’ve noticed that generally the internet browsing seems to be slower but nothing as significant as the Netflix problem.

@TalkTalk They came out this morning and were unable to fix the problem. Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

And the @talktalk saga continues....yesterday engineer number 3 simply didn’t turn up, we waited in 5 hours. No communication from @TalkTalk at all until once again I chased them. Diabolical service. Never ever switch to @TalkTalk they are the worst.

@TalkTalk I’m not calling an 0345 number which has a cost attached to it. I’ll wait to hear from the scheduled call back I have tomorrow morning. If this doesn’t happen it will be a formal complaint. I’ve wasted enough time and energy on this now.

@TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

I cannot stress how atrocious the service from @TalkTalk is...I am currently paying for a service that isn’t being delivered. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

@TalkTalk paid my bill yesterday morn, double what it should be. Still no internet. Been told so many different excuses now i dont believe any of them. Phone line works fine so my account isnt still barred. Passed from one dept to another & now being ignored. Disgusting service

@TalkTalk has bought my disabled SSE internet account but increased the direct debit for ancient modem and awful service by 3 times to £70 per month. I could get Sky or Virgin for that, this is fraud @PoliceScotland Their phone line 17 mins connected but on hold. #crooks

Stay away from @TalkTalk - Internet up and down, they try to convince you it's your fault, you complain and it's ignored and they want you to spend half and hour doing line tests. Sort it out.
