    @Carly0112 @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve chased them. Apparently they are looking into this from outside the property. Unfortunately they didn’t communicate this and I’ve had no apology. 20 days into the new contract and no solution. No Netflix, can’t access @TalkTalk films and a connection that repeatedly fails.

    @TalkTalk Recently i’ve noticed that generally the internet browsing seems to be slower but nothing as significant as the Netflix problem.

    @TalkTalk They came out this morning and were unable to fix the problem. Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

    @TalkTalk I’m not calling an 0345 number which has a cost attached to it. I’ll wait to hear from the scheduled call back I have tomorrow morning. If this doesn’t happen it will be a formal complaint. I’ve wasted enough time and energy on this now.

    And the @talktalk saga continues....yesterday engineer number 3 simply didn’t turn up, we waited in 5 hours. No communication from @TalkTalk at all until once again I chased them. Diabolical service. Never ever switch to @TalkTalk they are the worst.

    I cannot stress how atrocious the service from @TalkTalk is...I am currently paying for a service that isn’t being delivered. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

    @TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

    @TalkTalk Yes, we have reset and everything you would recommend us trying. No we haven't called for you to magically fix the problem that must clearly be something you do on your end. Contemplating changing to get more for cheaper.

    @virginmedia my children have done nothing but complain since I switched to VirginMedia. The wifi signal in their bedrooms is now rubbish. This wasn't a problem with TalkTalk. Was their router better? Suggestions for improvement please before they mutiny and I'm forced to switch.
