    @TalkTalk I’m not calling an 0345 number which has a cost attached to it. I’ll wait to hear from the scheduled call back I have tomorrow morning. If this doesn’t happen it will be a formal complaint. I’ve wasted enough time and energy on this now.

    @TalkTalk Recently i’ve noticed that generally the internet browsing seems to be slower but nothing as significant as the Netflix problem.

    @TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

    I cannot stress how atrocious the service from @TalkTalk is...I am currently paying for a service that isn’t being delivered. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

    @TalkTalk They came out this morning and were unable to fix the problem. Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

    @TalkTalk Just the TV box, my husband watched a full programme on his mobile phone yesterday with no problem

    @TalkTalk tried to sort my mums TV service since Sunday no joy is there a number I can ring to actually talk to a person rather than always leaving a number and having an mail to say all good when its not ! she's shielding TVwifi her only contact thanks in advance .

    @TalkTalk Internet problems since June 2020..!!! Reported countless times. Internet cuts out every time it rains. Please advise when this will be sorted?!

    @TalkTalk UK is by far the worst network provider on the universe. I really hope the UK government will shut them down as soon as possible. DO NOT EVER SIGN UP TO TALK TALK.

    Just had a call with customer service at @TalkTalk . It was like two monologues in search of a conversation. I wondered if it was a robot I was speaking to but I realised the service centre operator was on a script that he would not deviate from even if didn’t fix my problem!

    @TalkTalk We don't have any broadband service atm. Which is why I've been shopping around.
