I cannot stress how atrocious the service from @TalkTalk is...I am currently paying for a service that isn’t being delivered. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

@TalkTalk I’m not calling an 0345 number which has a cost attached to it. I’ll wait to hear from the scheduled call back I have tomorrow morning. If this doesn’t happen it will be a formal complaint. I’ve wasted enough time and energy on this now.

@TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

@TalkTalk They came out this morning and were unable to fix the problem. Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

@TalkTalk Recently i’ve noticed that generally the internet browsing seems to be slower but nothing as significant as the Netflix problem.

@TalkTalk we have been consistently let down by you with regards to our wifi go live date. Three months after moving into our home, nothing. Failed promise after failed promise, and no update last week despite being assured it would go live on the 22nd... SORT IT OUT

@TalkTalk still without Wi-Fi. @YodelOnline say router was delivered last week to “mail room” even though one doesn’t exist. Now having to explain to work why I can’t work this week as I have no internet. Awful service. Please sort this out ASAP.
