I cannot stress how atrocious the service from @TalkTalk is...I am currently paying for a service that isn’t being delivered. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

@Carly0112 @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve chased them. Apparently they are looking into this from outside the property. Unfortunately they didn’t communicate this and I’ve had no apology. 20 days into the new contract and no solution. No Netflix, can’t access @TalkTalk films and a connection that repeatedly fails.

@TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

@TalkTalk I’m not calling an 0345 number which has a cost attached to it. I’ll wait to hear from the scheduled call back I have tomorrow morning. If this doesn’t happen it will be a formal complaint. I’ve wasted enough time and energy on this now.

@TalkTalk They came out this morning and were unable to fix the problem. Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

And the @talktalk saga continues....yesterday engineer number 3 simply didn’t turn up, we waited in 5 hours. No communication from @TalkTalk at all until once again I chased them. Diabolical service. Never ever switch to @TalkTalk they are the worst.

@TalkTalk I've tried to access my emails as normal via the app & it's stating my password is incorrect which is not the case as I haven't changed it since yesterday when I last accessed it. I can't even access the help centre as I can't login to my account as it states the same.

@TalkTalk Issues dropping internet connection. Had connected customer care 3 times via chat. they just says to restart the router and not taking any visit to check the issue. Issues is still there. After restarting router internet start but again drops.

An entire month of trying to get a problem with our landline sorted so been using mobiles but apparently we've racked up an £80 bill? And we've been cut off for going above our monthly allowance? Just what kind of a racket are you running here @TalkTalk? DMd you but no response.

@TalkTalk how long is too long to spend fixing my internet? So far been 6 hours today on the chat with a problem ongoing a year. Wages dont pay themselves when your self employed. You offering me a free couple of months to pay 6 hours wages?

@TalkTalk What would your response be if I had broken the contract (that has 6 months to run) by underpaying? Court action? Suspension of service? Affected credit rating? A little unfair to advertise fixed price contracts that can be changed on a whim because too many people have signed up
