@TalkTalk They came out this morning and were unable to fix the problem. Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

I cannot stress how atrocious the service from @TalkTalk is...I am currently paying for a service that isn’t being delivered. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

@TalkTalk I’m not calling an 0345 number which has a cost attached to it. I’ll wait to hear from the scheduled call back I have tomorrow morning. If this doesn’t happen it will be a formal complaint. I’ve wasted enough time and energy on this now.

@Carly0112 @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve chased them. Apparently they are looking into this from outside the property. Unfortunately they didn’t communicate this and I’ve had no apology. 20 days into the new contract and no solution. No Netflix, can’t access @TalkTalk films and a connection that repeatedly fails.

@TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

And the @talktalk saga continues....yesterday engineer number 3 simply didn’t turn up, we waited in 5 hours. No communication from @TalkTalk at all until once again I chased them. Diabolical service. Never ever switch to @TalkTalk they are the worst.

@LiamDanGeorge @TalkTalk Regardless, every provider except virgin uses the Openreach network which means an openreach engineer will need to come out. For some orders they only need to go to the exchange, for others they’ll need to go into your property. Those are the ones openreach are rejecting

@TalkTalk IF YOU ARE A 35 FIBRE CUSTOMER DON'T BOTHER UPGRADING TO 500 FIBRE. I have been on 500 for 7 days. Yet my speed is still 40gb and I am listed as a 35 customer. 4 calls to customer service. Fobbed off and nothing is resolved! Avoid talktalk!

@TalkTalk been with you since September for my broadband, 1st week ok but ever since its been rubbish, never gets up above 4mpbs, can I cancel my contract and go elsewhere, goods not fit for purpose, just watching the match and as usual it keeps breaking up, utterly woeful!!
