@TalkTalk Recently i’ve noticed that generally the internet browsing seems to be slower but nothing as significant as the Netflix problem.

@TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

So we are stuck in the house together with Covid, only way of seeing family over FaceTime & our Wifi has gone down and 4g hardly works here🙄 Merry Christmas to us!! @TalkTalk please sort it out 🤞🏼
