    @TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

    @TalkTalk They came out this morning and were unable to fix the problem. Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

    @TalkTalk The person I spoke to from your technical team essentially said it’s not your problem and couldn’t help me

    And the @talktalk saga continues....yesterday engineer number 3 simply didn’t turn up, we waited in 5 hours. No communication from @TalkTalk at all until once again I chased them. Diabolical service. Never ever switch to @TalkTalk they are the worst.

    @TalkTalk I’m not calling an 0345 number which has a cost attached to it. I’ll wait to hear from the scheduled call back I have tomorrow morning. If this doesn’t happen it will be a formal complaint. I’ve wasted enough time and energy on this now.

    @TalkTalk Just the TV box, my husband watched a full programme on his mobile phone yesterday with no problem

    @TalkTalk Recently i’ve noticed that generally the internet browsing seems to be slower but nothing as significant as the Netflix problem.

    I cannot stress how atrocious the service from @TalkTalk is...I am currently paying for a service that isn’t being delivered. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

    @TalkTalk you've deleted all of our business emails twice in a week. After last Thursday's incident we spent all weekend contacting clients and suppliers to resend requests, and now you've deleted everything again. Why? And why is nobody talktalking to us?

    @TalkTalk Funny talktalk cancel policy. My broadband contract ending 12th March, I got an email on 19th Feb says it's near end. When I tell customer service I want to stop auto renew contract, he says I need to give 30 days notice. I only got 3weeks from you btw

    @TalkTalk My 88 year old Nana just had a cold call from 'Money Expert working in Partnership with TalkTalk'. This was written on their badge. Luckily I answered the door. He was rude and called me a liar. Are you really working with these scammers?

    I’ve been online for over 20 minutes with @TalkTalk customer services just to order a replacement remote control. The amount & style of security questions are unbelievable for such a simple thing.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk has the worst customer service experience EVER! Trying to make a payment over the phone was by far the most painful experience I have ever had. I spoke to 3 different people in the Philippines and the connection was awful. This took 50 mins!!! #notconnected

    @TalkTalk I want to let everyone know how exasperated I am with TalkTalk. My husband called them last week to let them know we are moving mid-March and to arrange for our broadband service to be relocated to the new property.
