@TalkTalk They came out this morning and were unable to fix the problem. Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

@TalkTalk I’m not calling an 0345 number which has a cost attached to it. I’ll wait to hear from the scheduled call back I have tomorrow morning. If this doesn’t happen it will be a formal complaint. I’ve wasted enough time and energy on this now.

I cannot stress how atrocious the service from @TalkTalk is...I am currently paying for a service that isn’t being delivered. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

@TalkTalk Recently i’ve noticed that generally the internet browsing seems to be slower but nothing as significant as the Netflix problem.

@TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

@TalkTalk my elderly parents have been without a phone (landline) since mid December. You are happy to accept their direct deposit of >£60 per month for a service they cannot use. Your lack of care & willingness to assist is outstanding. How do we resolve NOW?

@fishiwan Oh cool, they're a third of the price of our current supplier, TalkTalk, who we've had terrible customer service with. I think I'll make the switch to Three :)

@traceymsimkins @TalkTalk One guy over 30 advisors i think 37 for for trying to end a contract i think issue was so if that takes each person 37 members of staff to sort one issue out good god. A big scam chargeing when people trying to end contracts. It has to stop long phone queues
