    @TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

    So despite my internet's issues being an issue with Openreach, @TalkTalk have charged me £50 for an engineer visit. They told me id receive compensation for all my drop outs. Oh no, a 50 quid charge instead. #RobbingBastards

    yet another weekend of constantly bad internet, on off on off since thursday @TalkTalk are literally the worse providers ive ever been with, been telling them of this problem for nearly 2 years, and yet here we are still in the same spot ....thanks @TalkTalk #myinternetisajoke

    @TalkTalk can anyone help we have recently had fast fibre fitted and we were told it would be free for the first 3 months, I have just recieved a bill for £30 due on 10th Dec, why is this??

    @TalkTalk I have ran all the tests to determine whether or not the problem is at my end. My computer is the only thing I use broadband for and works ok on my sons hotspot, so is not broken. My router is permanently on a flashing red light(apart from 1 green hour Wednesday).Landline ok

    @TalkTalk slow line speed Min should be 59 now at 43. Fix it, ahhhhhhhhhhh

    @TalkTalk after 2 engineers visits and a second router still having problems with broadband. Has gotten worse as now we are constantly without internet in the evenings.

    @TalkTalk why cant i talk to a customer service operator?? 50 mins on the phone 3 weeks ago and still they cant get it right!

    @TalkTalk why is your internet so bad tonight? Never had this issue with other providers. Would not recommend Talk Talk at all
