    @TalkTalk The person I spoke to from your technical team essentially said it’s not your problem and couldn’t help me

    @TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

    1. #talktalk @TalkTalk ive been speaking to talktalk since last monday asking them to send me a new power adapter for a broken one on the open reach modem(i have fibre). They are a total waste of time and every one of them just continues to ask me if its still I still need help!

    @TalkTalk Not sure what glitch was but service has now been resumed maybe it was a local outage but not recognised at time.

    @TalkTalk my hard of hearing 81 year old mother has been put on an account she does not want. All ‘sold’ by telephone phone. Calling customer service to cancel they put her on hold! Sorry affair taking advantage of that elderly!

    @TalkTalk Because of a data protection breach by your company.... you have given my details to a random person and it’s on there credit file... pretty bad actually and I have my solicitor on it and we are making a statement to the relevant authorises on Wednesday ... that good enough?

    It is not surprising that @TalkTalk have such a bad reputation. The lady I spoke to today was lovely but their systems are so rigid and unfriendly. Their compliance is completely OTT and is costing them customers.

    Never had a contract with #talktalk internet, yet despite 7-8 hours of separate conversations, live chat and emails trying to explain, I’ve been billed for the last 5 months so fah!!!!

    @TalkTalk i'm just getting sick of asking for a replacement modem, i'm sick of repeating the problem and asking again and again for the same thing. ive even sent an image of the modem. I WFH i need my internet. I also love me sound bar and havent used it since the modems adapter broke.

    @TalkTalk Absolute nonsense. Just tried getting through to your ironically named 'customer service' & was just going round in circles. Never call your company 'talk talk' when it's actually the one thing your company refuses to do with customers. Completely useless!
