@TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

@TalkTalk Recently i’ve noticed that generally the internet browsing seems to be slower but nothing as significant as the Netflix problem.

I cannot stress how atrocious the service from @TalkTalk is...I am currently paying for a service that isn’t being delivered. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

@TalkTalk They came out this morning and were unable to fix the problem. Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

@TalkTalk I’m referring to when a scammer calls I can block it using 14258 on my phone that you’ve removed, and replaced with CallSafe that stops people I know from getting through and goes to voicemail or they don’t bother. Bring back 14258 a far better service.

@TalkTalk absolutely disgusting customer service! My 95 year old Nan has no phone which means her lifeline also isn’t working. She can’t call and they won’t talk to anyone else!!! How long until her phone line is sorted???

@TalkTalk Issues yet again with internet service in Dunfermline area. Service been dropping in and out since Monday. Resetting router makes no difference. Others in the area with same issues. How do customers get assistance? Helpline is useless.

Day four of no internet, TalkTalk don't know what the problem is and have just said wait for an engineer next week sometime (oh and they might charge us for that) and I don't even have good mobile data thanks to @giffgaff. I am horrendously bored.

HOW CAN I CONTACT TALKTALK, I was cut off 3 times from their technical dept & I can't access their website. Openreach rang me to say there were SECURITY PROBLEMS with my network & with others & I want to confirm it was them before they ring back at the arranged time?
