I cannot stress how atrocious the service from @TalkTalk is...I am currently paying for a service that isn’t being delivered. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

@Carly0112 @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve chased them. Apparently they are looking into this from outside the property. Unfortunately they didn’t communicate this and I’ve had no apology. 20 days into the new contract and no solution. No Netflix, can’t access @TalkTalk films and a connection that repeatedly fails.

@TalkTalk I’m not calling an 0345 number which has a cost attached to it. I’ll wait to hear from the scheduled call back I have tomorrow morning. If this doesn’t happen it will be a formal complaint. I’ve wasted enough time and energy on this now.

@TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

@TalkTalk Recently i’ve noticed that generally the internet browsing seems to be slower but nothing as significant as the Netflix problem.

@TalkTalk They came out this morning and were unable to fix the problem. Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

And the @talktalk saga continues....yesterday engineer number 3 simply didn’t turn up, we waited in 5 hours. No communication from @TalkTalk at all until once again I chased them. Diabolical service. Never ever switch to @TalkTalk they are the worst.

@TalkTalk hi, trying to help my elderly Mum with her talk talk tv box. None of the apps work (error code YVM105). I’ve tried a factory reset & checked that the software is all up to date. The broadband connection is wired & no obvious issues. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

@TalkTalk it says on the internet that your customer services is open 365 days a year. Having called today I’m told that you are closed today?? I’d like to talk to a human being to sort out my mums account. How and when can I do that?

@TalkTalk Sick and tired of "We've fixed it" and then losing internet two days later. We lost connection for a week and now have intermittent ping spikes after upgrading router and package. Please resolve the issue well and truly before claiming to have done so.

@SkyUK service for fibre is awful. Since rejoining sky in September had consistent problems, 3 open reach visits, 1 sky engineer who despite her being lovely couldn’t enter the house, numerous phone calls and now internet for a week. Glad to be leaving and going to @TalkTalk 1/2

@TalkTalk it’s now Sunday morning - still no internet! My husband and I are both vurnable and shielding! We depend on our internet! Disgusting service! What are you going to do about it! It’s bad enough being in a lockdown and then bad service from TalkTalk!

@TalkTalk Wow an hour chatting to an “expert” online to sort out issues with a security package I bought from you, only to be sent a brochure and told to go through it myself or call tech support tomorrow. Didn’t want a chat, I wanted solutions as cant access any sites or docs.
