  And the @talktalk saga continues....yesterday engineer number 3 simply didn’t turn up, we waited in 5 hours. No communication from @TalkTalk at all until once again I chased them. Diabolical service. Never ever switch to @TalkTalk they are the worst.

  @Carly0112 @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve chased them. Apparently they are looking into this from outside the property. Unfortunately they didn’t communicate this and I’ve had no apology. 20 days into the new contract and no solution. No Netflix, can’t access @TalkTalk films and a connection that repeatedly fails.

  @TalkTalk is the worse internet provider, avoid at any cost. I’ve never had to deal with a company who doesn’t taken ownership and has the worst customer service agents.

  @TalkTalk I’m not calling an 0345 number which has a cost attached to it. I’ll wait to hear from the scheduled call back I have tomorrow morning. If this doesn’t happen it will be a formal complaint. I’ve wasted enough time and energy on this now.

  @LiamDanGeorge @TalkTalk Regardless, every provider except virgin uses the Openreach network which means an openreach engineer will need to come out. For some orders they only need to go to the exchange, for others they’ll need to go into your property. Those are the ones openreach are rejecting

  @TalkTalk Oh yeah no, I've phoned them and spoken to the MULTIPLE times. They just don't give a ****. My account is STILL active after I moved out of a property 4 MONTHS ago. and they still haven't canceled the account and send a bill every single month. I feel like this will go on forever

  @TalkTalk please help. I need to know how much I am charged for calls to 0300 numbers from my talk talk landline. Some calls are less than 59 minutes but some are over 59 minutes. I have been on live chat for over half an hour and still haven’t had this simple question answered.

  @TalkTalk As this hasn't been sorted yet I have sent yet another dm. A text message was sent on the 15th saying they would contact her on the 15th, unfortunately it was a noreply address. There is a blocked cable, 3 different gangs of workmen have been out to it and told her the problem

  @joelymack @HelloFreshUK I can’t be doing with that we were with Talktalk and it took me about half a dozen phone calls to leave. If you want to leave a service you should just be able to leave you should not have to jump through a load of hoops.
