    @TalkTalk Our Netflix app isn’t working through our television. This has happened before and the person I spoke to previously kindly sent us a new talktalk box. This seemed to remedy the situation - however it’s now not working again

    @TalkTalk They came out this morning and were unable to fix the problem. Although I’m paying for a faster fibre service - this was never connected as per the new contract. He said it isn’t possible to connect to faster fibre at the moment but was unable to say when this will be resolved!

    @TalkTalk Just the TV box, my husband watched a full programme on his mobile phone yesterday with no problem

    @TalkTalk is the worse internet provider, avoid at any cost. I’ve never had to deal with a company who doesn’t taken ownership and has the worst customer service agents.

    I cannot stress how atrocious the service from @TalkTalk is...I am currently paying for a service that isn’t being delivered. I would never recommend this provider to anyone. I have wasted hours over the last 2 weeks trying to resolve broadband/netflix problems 😡

    @TalkTalk The person I spoke to from your technical team essentially said it’s not your problem and couldn’t help me

    @TalkTalk He is in Sheffield I've seen a couple of others saying problems in Sheffield tonight might be the same issue

    @LiamDanGeorge @TalkTalk Regardless, every provider except virgin uses the Openreach network which means an openreach engineer will need to come out. For some orders they only need to go to the exchange, for others they’ll need to go into your property. Those are the ones openreach are rejecting

    @Carly0112 @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve chased them. Apparently they are looking into this from outside the property. Unfortunately they didn’t communicate this and I’ve had no apology. 20 days into the new contract and no solution. No Netflix, can’t access @TalkTalk films and a connection that repeatedly fails.

    And the @talktalk saga continues....yesterday engineer number 3 simply didn’t turn up, we waited in 5 hours. No communication from @TalkTalk at all until once again I chased them. Diabolical service. Never ever switch to @TalkTalk they are the worst.

    @TalkTalk I’ve reported it to your customer advisors and they’ve confirmed there’s a problem, I’m just annoyed that I’m using data on my phone when It should be from the WiFi

    @TalkTalk Recently i’ve noticed that generally the internet browsing seems to be slower but nothing as significant as the Netflix problem.

    @TalkTalk I’m not calling an 0345 number which has a cost attached to it. I’ll wait to hear from the scheduled call back I have tomorrow morning. If this doesn’t happen it will be a formal complaint. I’ve wasted enough time and energy on this now.

    @TalkTalk WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Despite trying since OCTOBER to cancel my contract, finally managed to do it in December. Have had numerous conversations having to repeat everything EACH TIME. Finally paid my FINAL BILL yesterday only to just receive yet ANOTHER email!

    @TalkTalk STILL having problems with Internet in Whalley Range, Manchester. Says everything is connected yet nothing is working, at a time when we're stuck at home, Internet shouldn't be one of our worries, especially if we're paying for it. Getting quite annoying now.

    @TalkTalk hi, I'm switching to talktalk 150mb from BT. Due to lockdown, doesn't look like my engineer visit date of the 12th will go ahead. Will my BT service continue to work? Or will I be left with no broadband, will BT cut me off on the scheduled move date?

    @TalkTalk Yeah been charged for some correction work that wasn’t our fault the line initially installed was faulty said the man who replaced it bad batch and now we’re being charged when told wouldn’t be

    @itvMLshow @MartinSLewis I’ve been attempting to switch providers from @TalkTalk they have made it impossible for us to switch. Providers can’t find the line so they can’t place the order. I have been round in circles and have now threatened Ombudsman Services. Help?!

    @misswright_geog Talktalk are good, speed is better than what we pay for and they're really easy to cancel even if you're still in contract. I cancelled an 18m contract after 9 and they didn't charge much

    Well today @TalkTalk and @EE bith brought me close to breaking point, 3 hours on the phone to TT still rubbish internet, still investigating now and absolutely shocking customer service, im sure they will be straight on the phone to me once i dont pay my bill 🤔
