    So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

    @TalkTalk my advice to AVOID talk talk. I am talk talk customer - poor Internet service l. Called them so many times but all in vain. Internet connection drops several times a day. They do not have any clue.

    @TalkTalk why has my service been so poor for over a month now, in streatham/south london? Its regularly hits less than 2mb,i was guaranteed 60, i barely ever get 60, at most recently ive been getting 40.. But very often its like 1.5mb...

    @TalkTalk Hi Joey, thanks. The WiFi keeps disconnecting throughout the day whether it be me trying to work or trying to watch a show. We’ve called and were advised it would fix itself by today but I’m still unable to work efficiently!

    @TalkTalk Is this a parody account, I asked to complain via live chat as you have a problem your end which you won't even investigate for a week and the agent disconnected the chat!!! Cancelling on the grounds of goods not provided and not 1 more pence will leave my account to you!!!
