    So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

    @TalkTalk broadband is literally a joke! The lag is ridiculous! You speak to them about it and all they say is that there is nothing wrong with it! Why would I make up a issue with it? Avoid at all cost! I’m going to be changing this week!

    No one ever go with @TalkTalk they are the shittest broadband who like just to scam money out of you and the actual talk talk team are just rude!

    @TalkTalk I've never had as many issues with an ISP as I have with TT over the last 12 months, and there's only two ways you could help me. Something tells me you wouldn't like either.

    Start stream. Internet goes down within 2 minutes. @TalkTalk is absolutely **** and I can't wait for this piece of **** contract to run out.

    @TalkTalk My Mum who is elderly has said her house phone can’t receive or get calls but was working earlier. Any known issues on G64 area?

    @TalkTalk really poor customer service from you today. You rang to upgrade our WiFi to fibre a few weeks ago and we said yes to an increase in price because we both WFH full time and rely on our businesses for income. You said there would be no loss of our service.
