    So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

    @TalkTalk disgusted by the treatment my pensioner parents are experiencing at the hands of your so called broadband help desk! They’ve had no internet since the 26th of October after you “installed” Full Fibre at their retirement property and have been given the run around since.

    OK @TalkTalk you foul disgusting customer service is about to be hit by another ton of bricks. After more than a month my 90 year old dad is in severe distress that you have not adequately solved his connection problems

    Day 2 of trying to get hold of @TalkTalk Had an installation yesterday and router is faulty. No response on chat and no one answers phone. Help?

    @TalkTalk And now you can't help because it's a business account. I strongly suggest anyone thinking of using Talk Talk as a business provider of Internet and or phone lines to re consider. Nearly 4 working days without phone or Internet is absolutely disgraceful I will cancel ASAP.

    @TalkTalk hi I’ve had no internet from 1.50pm this afternoon, saw an open reach engineer working outside on the box at 4pm, came home and still no internet. Can’t access my account either. Please help
