So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@TalkTalkGroup PSN not connecting and WhatsApp video calls wont go through. Support says its not talktalk but everything works fine through a mobile hotspot. Are you blocking them?

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup when I first **** on talk talk WiFi it seems great. Now it's awful. SLOW, constantly having to log off and log on. The tv is always buffering. Called customer service - waste of time! They are taking my money every month and not providing me the service!

@TalkTalk is the absolute ******* worst pile of dogshite company for customer service. Crackly phone lines, passed around from department to department and nobody knows who is able to fix anything, put on hold mid sentence and then having to start over. 🤬🤬🤬
