So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@thekatwebb @TalkTalk No, you're not alone. Spent 12 odd hours either talking or messaging, no call back from manager and still a month on with no help and no internet... Frustrated doesn't come near to how I feel.

@TalkTalk No thanks. Spoken to several different agents today, bounced from department to department. Finally went to the loyalty team and got them to cancel my contract. I was happy to continue with you, until you turned my internet off for no reason. Fibre upgrade is a con - don't do it!
