So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@TalkTalk .@TalkTalk case no. MEC91359 internet worked for 1/2 the day and stopped again at 2100 this evening. It’s a BT OpenReach problem again as all neighbours (multiple providers) having the same issue!!!!

Five days with broken internet from @TalkTalkBizCare - which, aside from the usual difficulties, also means no phone line into our business and we can’t print anything. Come on TalkTalk, sort it out. This is ridiculous.

I've been without broadband for seven days, had engineer appointments cancelled for no reason and your customer service agent just hung up on me and has made no attempt to contact me to reconnect the call. This is how you do things, .@talktalk?

@TalkTalk worst service ever. the online assistant is useless, waited over a hour to talk to a "expert"online and gave up. Meanwhile my vunerable 83 year old father has no phone and i cant get a engineer booked to fix the issue.

@Bankersbonus1 I’m currently fighting with @TalkTalk who won’t let me cancel an engineer visit because I have missed the cut off point for cancellation which was actually 4 hours before I made the fecking appointment
