So far 30 mins online trying to sort out 90 year old mother's acct with @TalkTalk now been told to phone, huge queue so told to go online. Losing the will, going to cancel the bloody account.

@cononeilluk I'm still having trouble with my talktalk Internet connection, cut out 7 times already today and I have the fastest fibre deal, Dido could not sort out talktalk, why on earth did they hire her, lol.

@TalkTalk do you actually train your customer service staff. Am not even connected and already receiving a crap service. I live in England I speak English please explain why your call handler’s can’t speak a word of English. And hasn’t a clue what he was doing

@Chekufeh @TalkTalk @Ofcom I just want them to install a service for me on the day they said they would and at the time that was booked. They've managed to set up my direct debit of course! Every time the advisor tells me it's ok, it turns out not to be. Nobody home on their new date.

@TalkTalk I just find it interesting that my call was raised as ‘urgent’ several times, and I had been awaiting a call for days, yet yesterday when you called it was to sell me a new package, and not to deal with my complaint. Is your staff only trained for sales? FRAUDS @TristiaH
