    @TalkTalk @talktalk waiting for the call to address my official complaint about no internet for 7 days due to your mistake and guess what, no call because your systems are absolutely rubbish. You did take my direct debit though, no troubles there. No internet for 7 days.

    @TalkTalk Tori said she would pass me through to the technical team & then hung up. She said she would send me a gmail so that I can send the screenshots, but I haven't received one. She confirmed my TELEPHONE password, (which isn't case sensitive) is correct, so why did it fail twice?

    @TalkTalk Someone called Tory just rang me up. She clearly does not understand the issues. I need an email address for TalkTalk so that I can send the 3 screenshots which prove that I keep being connected to my TalkTalk network name via WiFi direct by a Proxy. I shouldn't have a Proxy.

    @TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.
