@TalkTalk @talktalk waiting for the call to address my official complaint about no internet for 7 days due to your mistake and guess what, no call because your systems are absolutely rubbish. You did take my direct debit though, no troubles there. No internet for 7 days.

@talktalk just when you think you couldn’t get worse, overcharged, no compensation for earlier prob, and now cut off mid chat by agent as it must have been too much trouble to fix. Disgrace. And don’t DM me telling me to waste another 90mins on your stupid call ‘system’

@SkyHelpTeam hi. Having constant network dropouts on main SkyQ box which affects mini boxes. On Full Fibre TalkTalk getting 520Mbps with an Eero Pro repeater right next to the main box so its not my broadband. Have tried everything online to sort including having sky booster.

I've spent a total of 2 hours and 16 minutes on the phone with TalkTalk just trying to find out if / when I'm getting internet service. I've been without internet since 30th of July. I'm a month behind moving into my new place because I need internet for everything.
