@TalkTalk It’s been 8 days since I cancelled my contract (cooling off period) and I’ve still no communication to confirm this. How can a communications company fail to have the ability to communicate? Are you guys in a race with BT to see who can offer the most appalling service?

@oldscousema @TalkTalk I was just saying to someone today how I never change anything because it stresses me out. I’ve been caught out so many times with unforeseen complications, and the time and stress to fix it are worse to me than the money I think. They’ve got us coming and going.

@TalkTalk My Internet has been down since last Friday, apparently it's in the hands of Open Reach. An engineer came on Saturday morning and said he found a problem at the local exchange. Called TT they said it would be Wednesday or Thursday. To date no call to let me know what's going on

@TalkTalk 6 weeks later and still nobody can speak to me that is not from a script/system says “no”. Disgusted and would not want another potential customer to suffer like this. All you did is swap a hub from another provider. Hub and/or change over problem.

@TalkTalk are we having an outage fellas? my DHCP lease just got pulled and I now have no gateways. Down Detector is showing some possible issues with a few ISP's on BT's infrastructure.
