@talktalk waiting for the call to address my official complaint about no internet for 7 days due to your mistake and guess what, no call because your systems are absolutely rubbish. You did take my direct debit though, no troubles there.

Well anyone having horrendous customer service issues with #TalkTalk we sympathise with you. Their staff are untrained to deal with broadband issues. Having tried for 5 days now been left on hold for hours. Pathetically disgusting a complete waste of time. 😡😡😡😡

This company @TalkTalk owes me well over £200 and I’m running out of patience. In the midst of a cost of living crisis, I have 3 children to feed and am barely managing to make ends meet this month. I can’t believe this is how you treat your customers. What will my children eat?!

In a cost of living crisis @TalkTalk this is how you treat people? I can’t afford to feed my 3 children this month because you’re taking money from me yet not providing me with any broadband service. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Horrible people.

@TalkTalk @LightcomesLeeds I have the same issue! I spoke to someone in Jan, they confirmed my account will be closed from 2nd March when my contract end and found out 2 days ago that nothing has been done and my account & billing is very much still active! Tried for 2 days to get this sorted now!

@TalkTalk I've never dealt with a worse company in my life, Facebook, Twitter, Live chat, Emails, Phone calls. Everyone on the other end is a literal monkey on a typewriter pushing prepopulated answers that don't answer any question you're asking. Its 30 phone calls, 4h live chat 20+ 1/2
