    @TalkTalk why oh why are your cusromer services, live chat and technical support so bad? Been trying to have you take over my line after Air Broadband got kicked off the contract and even though I have full fiber already youu staff won't believe me.....absolutely shocking #crap

    @TalkTalk I've spent 10 weeks trying to get you to take a block off my FTTP line without luck.I want to switch provider.The account is up to date. I have wasted countless hours on calls, chat box, emails, & contacting the ombudsman. This level of poor customer service is shocking

    @TalkTalk I already did today, was told to wait for a new router, but I don't think it's the router's fault, as it has a solid orange light, meaning it connects to the internet but not to talktalk network. So it would mean it's something on your end.

    I am so sick of @TalkTalk. Seriously. I’m on a rolling monthly contract. I want to cancel it. If you knew how difficult they make it. It’s absolutely disgraceful.

    @TalkTalk 0.5 Mbps upload speed for months on Fibre 65, I've contacted your agents 4 times, in the most recent call, after 40 minutes of unhelpful script reading she just hung up because she knew she wasn't going to provide any help. The customer service is a joke.

    Signed upto faster Full Fibre June last year. @TalkTalk couldn't upgrade the service but took monthly payments anyway. 9 months later @TalkTalk won't upgrade my service due to "system misalignment" but won't cancel my contract either. @Ofcom

    @TalkTalk I'll DM you but if you don't sort it out I'll be calling in your contract term which says I can cancel. BT never dropped below 58mbps so I'll go back to them if you can't sort it out
