@saintssara @g_gulvin @TalkTalk A contractor was messing with wires at 11.30am near my house. Broadband has been off since 9.15am. Without it I have very poor phone signal to send this.

@sighingcorvid @TalkTalk Because the complaint has gone on for so long, we’ve received a letter referring us to a dispute resolution centre. I didn’t realise Ofcomm was optional.

Cannot understand how #TalkTalk keep any customers in the way they treat people just because they leave ,due to a bad broadband service & bill you after you leave when you have left wks later ;

@daniel_switzer Thank you. I’ve always said: the best customer service is the one you never have to call in the first place. TalkTalk and BT are the only times I’ve wanted to destroy the companies so they can’t hurt anyone else…

@TalkTalk That not my problem . Funny how talktalk have been taking money out of that account for over a year? So the error 😕. I cart help it if your computer isn't right . Can I? Cos I'm sure as hell my card is still working . Ive all ready said I can give full banks statements .

Why does Twitter think I am always logging in from a different device & a different location miles away & think that the time I logged in was 8 hours before it was. The chromebook has been showing I was connected by WiFi direct instead of TalkTalk & showing my network name twice?
