    @TalkTalk after being told the engineer would fix the fault within 2-3 working days, I have now been told it won't be fixed until the 25th. That will be 9 days since I reported the fault. What is going on? How can it take this long to resolve the fault?

    @TalkTalk I can't get a tv signal this afternoon - no channels at all. I still have broadband. Could you check if your signals are working please. I have checked that everything is plugged in - in all the correct places.

    @TalkTalk What's the point? You always tell me its my fault and I'd have to pay to have it investigated further 🤷 stuck in a contract I can't get out of paying for a service I don't receive

    @TalkTalk So far 13 hours wasted waiting for engineers who don't turn up and 6 hours over 3 days for TalkTalk to contact me to discuss complaint as per their texts ! No response to two complaint letters sent recorded and my mum hasn't even joined TalkTalk yet !

    @TalkTalk I have DM’d. But why has it taken 40 minutes and still I cannot@get your staff to cancel my contract with you. This is unacceptable. I want to leave. And why do you have two types of cancellation? Is leaving not leaving

    Almost 3 weeks with no internet with @talktalk calls not returned, complaint not responded too, spent hours and hours on the phone and though DM to start from the beginning everytime 😭 #CISAS

    Has anyone had any problems with Cancelling TalkTalk ? They have been an absolute nightmare from April for my 85 year old Mother who has memory issues. We phoned TalkTalk to Cancel as she couldn’t remember her password they said they couldn’t get into her account but no advice!
