    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @TalkTalk a disgrace of a company who do not recognise customer service .400 minutes spent over 3 days trying to resolve an issue of their doing . I contacted the CEO ,Tristia Harrison ,via LinkedIn and email -no response of course ! The culture from the top !Arrogance .

    @OpenreachHelp Just spent 2hr 35mins onto Talktalk, who I don't believe have asked for a welfare case to be raised for my 93 year old father, who has not had a working landline for 3 weeks. Talktalk manager due to call, but they have 'technical issues'. Help please.

    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted with the service I’m receiving. I have been barred for non-payment but it’s a recurring card payment and YOU failed to even attempt to take the payment! You blame The Queen’s funeral!! Payment is up to date and I’m still barred. Not happy, I’m losing business

    @TalkTalk Your customer service agents are shocking. Trying to get them to acknowledge a postcode of my recently deceased father is torture. Employ local staff whose first language in English

    @onlyapound @TalkTalk I've actually had some very good customer service and engineers come out from EE over the last couple of years if you're looking for alternatives

    @TalkTalk so they mis-sell me a product and now are refusing to reply to my complaint emails and refund my money. Bunch of thieves who rob from customers. Should be ashamed of yourselves.
