  @TalkTalk your service is appalling. Your staff do not listen and all I've had from you is a router I can't use, lies and threats. Now you say I owe you over £100 - for what? You've done **** all. Router has never even been plugged in. Nowhere to plug it in to, you didn't turn up

  @TalkTalk Phone down last week, on/off intermittently. Worked today now off again. Reported and told it national issue with outreach and nothing can be done. No managers on a Sunday- what kind of nonsense is this?

  @yoursse @talktalk one sold, one bought @SSEenergy customers for broadband. You withdrew WhatsApp and customer services. Nothing from the other provider. A complaint is forthcoming.

  @TalkTalk after calling to close my account three times, paying over a month’s fees on hold as well as a month internet at an address I no longer live at due to you delaying I have been told today that an engineer will go (to my previous address) to install broadband. Terrible
