  @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

  @MartinSLewis hi, I am trying to get TALKTALK to turn on caller display for a 95 year old lady who receives numerous scam/unsolicited calls, 4 weeks and 5 phone calls later, still no caller display. Can we cancel the contract and move to another supplier? #talktalkwonttalk

  @TalkTalk absolutely disgusted in the customer service received. Promised that our issue was resolved, and has it!? Of course not. Constantly chasing to get it sorted would not recommend joining talktalk. I will definitely be leaving!! Causing nothing but unnecessary stress.

  @TalkTalk On the internet, but this issue is still continuing. Some days I am bed ridden and require this internet connection, but yet nothing. This problem has only started when the ‘phone lines went down, but still hasn’t been fixed. Desperate!

  @TalkTalk DM’d but seriously I haven’t had internet since 4:30pm today, having to work via my @giffgaff mobile phone data. Not cool. All week internet has been intermittent and so unreliable. Paying for a useless service 😡😡😡

  @TalkTalk are you sending people who call for customer support to some company called Just Answers? Family member has just realised they’ve been charged £120 over the last few months to this random company after calling your help line.

  @CarabinerIT @TalkTalk Sounds about right, thanks for that. Test from TT dashboard picks up a problem with "our" (TT) service. Asked for help yesterday (chat); assured (hmm...) that issue was under investigation. Now just nudging to get some tangible feedback, but suspect may have to resort to T&Cs...
