    @TalkTalk my husband has been trying to sort out a problem with you for a whole hour so far. He's been passed from one person to another. I think he is talking to a sixth person now & is being passed back to customer services. He has been told different information by everyone.

    @RosieisaHolt God help us if she is successful! We are still suffering as a result of her stint at TalkTalk which was while we were customers there and had our details hacked

    @peterainbow @twisteddoodles @TalkTalk They are dreadful! There was something about them on Money Box (radio4) this week regarding speeds and contacting them for help. Not a good advert for them.

    Can't believe we have yet another fault with @TalkTalk broadband service. especially after signing up again.(still didn't receive the echo dot offer on signing) Engineer from @OpenreachHelp is due to track fault from exchange back with an update to follow in 24-72 working hrs.

    Same woman to answer & tell him the deal doesnt exist and he's to call back in 3 months the hung up. Absolute joke of a company. Poorest customer service ive heard in a long time. Have videos of this conversation that will be posted soon enough. AVOID TALKTALK BROADBAND
