    These Broadband Only deals are complete and utter ****! I was expecting them to maybe be around £15 per month....they are closer to £30. Im paying that as it is, with Landline rental. #BT #TalkTalk and the rest

    @TalkTalk Again, I’m not referring to my specific account. After long periods on hold yesterday and today I have spoken with your advisers-who do not know what the issue is and they are sending out an engineer. I’m talking about the wider issue of the midlands that is at the beginning

    @TalkTalk 31 days without broadband. 5 missed engineer visits, 9 hours on the phone. Numerous missed ‘manager calls’. No compensation offered. Issue still not been resolved. Get through to the retention teams and it cuts off every time. Appalling service,never touch this company.
