@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Live date MARCH 1st. Still no internet. Cannot work- ILLEGAL to go elsewhere. Call every day on hold for HOURS, you don’t call on booked complaint callbacks. You book engineer slots and they don’t show. Escalated CEO office on 3/3 no response. HELP ME!

I urge the entire world to NOT go with @TalkTalk broadband. Appalling service and no wifi even 3 weeks later. Only to be told for the 5th time they are ‘working on it’. Horrific service, very unhelpful. FUCKKKKK YOU TALKTALK.

@TalkTalk What a bunch of tossers !You won’t mend mums broken phone line until she talks to you ffs!! She is 89 immobile and her lifeline, her falls line isn’t working because of you. We incurred an extra hours care so mum could use carers mobile. 4 hours it’s taken to talk !!!

@TalkTalk well reported slow broadband speeds was instructed to make certain checks while the tech department made their checks eventually sent an engineer who changed the master socket and router, then had a decent speed but the day after back to slow speeds

@TalkTalk my 75yo Mum has had a terrible experience. Three times she's had to fill in a change of ownership form following my Dad's death and twice she's had her internet and phone cut off. The bereavement team have not been helpful. Please can someone contact me asap.
