@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

Great service from @TalkTalk. Upgraded to “super fast broadband” but getting nowhere near the promised speeds. @BTOpenreach1 tell me the problem is the TalkTalk hardware, talk talk say different. @TalkTalk need to take responsibility and fix the problem.

@TalkTalk I've been a customer for 3 years, and I have 5 months of my current contract remaining. IF you can provide IPv6 connectivity then I'll stay with you, even pay more for the Fibre 300 upgrade to my current 150. Otherwise I'm gone. It's 2021!!!!

@TalkTalk what absolutely poor poor service. Left a small business without a phone line for a week at their busiest time of the year. £1000s lost in business and excuse after excuse given. No redirect service offered though requested and no compensation.

@TalkTalk Oh I dont need help anymore ty, I cancelled with TalkTalk almost 2 weeks ago and since then general quality of life has went up by at least 40%. It feels good to not be overcharged for a service I'm not getting in the first place :)

@TalkTalk And it's working again now, but you still tried to get me to dm so you can start gaslighting me, the only service down detector that says it's fine is yours! The rest have your customers saying it's down. Yet you claim there was no issue? We are not idiots you know.
