There was some open reach work to be done outside our house. That never happened and talk talk now keeps canceling the order with no right update. #Worst service

Calls on 10/07, 14/07 and again today to cancel service. On my third person (so far) on today’s call. Send help and chocolate before I lose the will to live.

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.
