@OpenreachHelp Its impossible to get to speak to one of your staff as even your DM system is just FAQ. I urgently need to know when your engineer will fix my broadband which has been out since Sunday. We are on high risk list for medical needs & TalkTalk told us on Tuesday no more than 24hrs

Sky has put in a request to cancel my @TalkTalk account and talk talk hasn’t responded. Leaving me a massive bill. Which is exactly why I was leaving talk talk anyway. Point proven
