    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @Polymate3D @TalkTalk So you gave them 30 days notice and they want another 30 days? I'd cancel the DD and write them a letter to inform. I had a similar issue with gym membership, my bank told me to make a DD 'charge back' which gets a refund and apparently puts a black mark on their account.

    @virginmedia Ridiculous, we switched from TalkTalk to Virgin Media only to be disappointed, second time the wifi has gone down; I have college work due and I can’t complete anything because of the service, I tried calling only to be told no one is available.

    @sjwarsap @TalkTalk We have had a lot of trouble with signal over last few months all due to roadworks All fine was affecting TV/Phone and Internet thankfully fine .Never get signal on our phone we have to go outside to use it. Virgin the dearest not the best for phone signal.

    @TalkTalk possibly worst customer service ever. 10 days without internet, £275 spent on hotspot, 7 hrs on phone and still no new router. 🤔 #talktalk

    @talktalk i have been trying to terminate an account. After 4 phone calls and disconnected on-line chat calls, it seems to be impossible. Please help me leave; what do I have to do?
