  @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

  @TalkTalk I now have an email account with every mail after you moved the service across. Their system is not working again, can’t log in and their chat box service and customer response team is hopeless. Need a UK address to send them a complaint. Have you got a contact point?

  @TalkTalk What needs to happen Mandy is this issue should have been sorted months ago. I reported it twice only to be told my internet will be better if I UPGRADE. The call centre's you use are dire, totally useful and stick to a scripts and do nothing to help customers. Kindly DM me

  Had @talktalk full fibre for 9 days now. Not impressed as it has never worked. They have set up their end incorrectly, and seem in no hurry to fix it. Their engineer not coming until Tuesday pm Not sure why they insist on an engineer to my house as the problem isn't here

  @TalkTalk customer service is ridiculous, I have made a data access requests under GDPR on a number of occassions with the person or AI bot who is supposedly dealing with my complaint, and it has yet to be achknowledged let alone actioned. I have asked to cancel my service

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   @TalkTalk 100% DOGSHIT. Worse internet provider in the UK. Charge you more for guaranteed all round the house internet and it cuts off. Reddit threads about it and they still do nothing. Worse company I have ever given money too. Useless customer service.

  @Utilitywaremal still waiting in a call more than 2 week later on a dispute on pricing since you took over TalkTalk, absolutely abysmal service, overpriced & clearly don’t care about customers, was with aol/talktalk for 24 years with rarely an issue!

  @TalkTalk No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!
