@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

Guess what @TalkTalk still not connected this morning. Great start to a new contract, thanks. Maybe I’ll just go elsewhere and cancel with immediate effect. Payments will be stopped until this is sorted and whilst I explore other providers.

@TalkTalk My elderly mother has an account with you. Phone line down but broadband working. We have no way of contacting you. Your website chat is ‘busy’ and there are no phone numbers or email addresses we can contact. Terrible.

@CarabinerIT @TalkTalk As in a WiFi extender. I’m thinking I’ll just have to get someone in to fix everything. Shouldn’t have to pay, but @TalkTalk don’t guarantee this. Even tried going via SmartTV, but kept bumping me off speed check
