I’ve been trying to fix this since August. Check your DMs. I know why and how you do this, because you think most people won’t notice, or you rely on vulnerable people. There’s a household of people here who will never use TalkTalk again. You’ve lost potentially thousands of £.

@TalkTalk I'm getting annoyed your Internet connection keeps going down in the b70 area near Birmingham, understandable if it's maintenance at night. I've restarted my pc, router and also reset my router. Your service is getting worse. It's definitely not my equipment.

@dae_1989 My mum is having the same issue with @TalkTalk . She has proof that she paid her final bill 4 yrs ago. TT acknowledged this and still passed it over to a company to chase payment 😡

@TalkTalk why is it when my mother tries to call up because she is having trouble with her internet connectionfor the past 2 weeks, she gets laughed at down the phone by your technical support which is not very professional, so for that @virginmedia any new customer deals please

@TalkTalk Internet keeps cutting out and slow. Its awful. Sometimes get 20mbs download speed which is awful when minimum is 36mbs. Please call me to discuss. British advisor too please, not south african as they are very rude anf not helpful.
