    Talktalk need to go on a few customer service courses oh and by the way I demand to speak to the complaints person tommorw morning as well from an update on my complaint

    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    Well, it turns out that @TalkTalk and @TalkTalkBizCare's systems don't talk to each other. So thanks to @TalkTalk for trying to help. The fix is more effort than I'm prepared to make.

    @TalkTalk this time they put the phone down after asking why my complaint was about. For a communications business your communication is rubbish.

    @TalkTalk It is impossible to sort out a billing problem, either via chat or by phone? I (stupidly) renewed my contract, but you then go and charge me a randomly much higher amount than agreed, then make it damn near impossible to speak sensibly to someone to get it sorted!!!

    @TalkTalk My recent experience with talktalk has been awful, with poor or no internet since February since the line was ‘upgraded’. An engineer then told us the line should not have been changed. After 2 hours on chat yesterday i was told chat is now closed, call back tomorrow.

    Do @TalkTalk do compensation? Do @TalkTalk allow you to end contracts early? The staff are nice but their actual product is so poor.

    @TalkTalk are there any issues in the PO4 area? My Internet has been on and off since last night and I need to log on to work in 5 minutes! Tried resetting router and still getting a flashing Amber light.

    @TalkTalk disgusted with the service. Signed up to a 18month contract of £24 per month yet as one of your advisors admitted some one put us on the wrong contract. Yet we are the ones that pay for your mistake. And even taking it to CIAS you still won’t honour what you promised.

    @TalkTalk you contact me saying j have to speak with someone to sort my outstanding complaint. I call you transfer me through to the wrong department and then put the phone down. Over 12 hours trying to speak to a manager about my complaint and I have not been in touch with one.
