    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @TalkTalk I have just spent a horrendous 4.5hrs trying to speak to customer service about a problem with a tv youview box. 6 phone calls to Africa each time cut off!

    @TalkTalk Hello @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk customers , my internet service is lost for 60 hours already and I was slightly hopeful of resolution as they said it will take 24-72 hours.. but interestingly the wonderful Talk Talk customer service team is telling me it's 72 working hours.GREAT.

    @TalkTalk has the worst Customer Service. No internet since 28th May, tried to raise a complaint 4 times but refused until a manager called which hasn't happened. Everytine you call them, they don't read what has happened and fob you off with "I'll escalate it" after same tests

    @TalkTalk I have no internet connection, since about 10:30am, initially had issues with devices unable to connect and now nothing. Have sent a DM
