    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @SimonBills1 @TalkTalk Same here, also BD16 - won’t bother sending you a DM as that went nowhere last time this happened - I really don’t want to waste my time checking my home connection when loads of people in the same area are also having issues. All we want is an update, suspect we won’t get one.

    @garyavfchorton @TalkTalk Same here BD16 near Beckfoot. I keep wondering whether the work by BRSK/Saron is having an effect here? Issues end of June when lots of their vans around, digging up and installing new boxes etc. Could be coincidence.... Loads of work on Bradford Road yesterday.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup and on top of that I've been told that if you cancel you will be charged. I am really fed up of their service. No help at all just bind you to a contract and then charge you for not providing the internet 😡😡😡

    @TalkTalk @susannadfern You need to provide more updates. It's been down all day. "Engineers are looking into it" is fine as an initial holding message, but when the outages stretch to hours and days, you need to provide more regular updates to customers.

    @TalkTalk partner waited all day for open reach to come and install our new future fiber. When I call after work all I get is sorry that department is closed you need to call back tomorrow. Customer service couldn’t even confirm if my order was still going ahead. 2 weeks no WiFi

    @TalkTalk BD16 down again on and off all day... Don't ask me to 'drop you a DM' cos that doesn't work either... Please sort it out its disgraceful service

    @TalkTalk Would be helpful if the free landline number didn't ask if I was enquiring about a known issue, I didn't know if my loss of internet was a known issue or a fault in my house only so I had to go go to cafe to get internet to see the known issue.

    Since last couple of months I am facing issue with wifi channels congestion. I was told to upgrade to a new service. I did that and now even worst. I've to restart the router everyday to use the internet. @TalkTalk customer rep team not helpful at all. worst customer service 😡😡

    @TalkTalk I'm actually embarrassed to be a talk talk customer, nothing but constant issues with broadband connection, yet nothing ever seems to get done about it!!!
