    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    TalkTalk is down again! TalkTalk went down at June 13, 2022 at 04:15PM in Blackwater. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. talktalk

    @TalkTalk Told I would be rung at 1400 today. Nothing. Nor an email promised on Friday 10th with new offer. Such poor service

    Honestly never experienced a worse helpline than @TalkTalk been hung up on 3 times and the woman on the live chat asked me the same questions at least twice. On the phone over an hour and still no further forward.

    @TalkTalk It seems to be impossible to get through to someone on the phone even after going through an automated voice system. The signal on the other end is horrific and I simply wanted to check some things on my account that I couldn't via the website

    @TalkTalk After 20+ years as a loyal customer, to be told to go and find a new provider because you can not update my new contract details from your ironically named "better value team" staggering!!
