@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

Thank you to the team @TalkTalk for sorting the issues with the broadband. Not the fault of them - but electrician working on the flats did something he shouldn't!

@TalkTalk I did direct mail you Thursday ... you have just responded on Saturday about phoning me now to sort it out. The customer service really needs looking into - if you think a customer can wait two days for a phone call.

@MartinSLewis I've just been advised by TalkTalk that even though I cancelled my account 30th Jan and it'll cancel 1st March. I'm having payment for services up to 20th March taken out of my account 1st March and I have to proactively ask for a refund using an online form. 1 of 2

@TalkTalk day 9 still no service for my elderly vulnerable parents and now @TalkTalk are ignoring inbox messages this type of service is totally unacceptable perhaps @Ofcom can help .
