  @TalkTalk Yeh my mom's loving it. The poor old dear can't wait to go to court for a service she never had. Sack the idiots who handled her account. Fire and forget setups? Not a single kb or minute used. No line. Well over a year later then £300+. Taking advantage of elderly? Mixup? What?

  @Ajhayter @chazdraycott @TalkTalk Yeah exactly, I deal with it day in day out. I always say if you're Internet is that important pay for a business grade connection then it will get fixed quicker if you have a problem

  @chazdraycott @DanielHyde @TalkTalk Yep, infrastructure is all openreach. TT rent infrastructure/connections in the exchanges then provide a router and handle the customer facing side. If the routers behaving and they haven't oversubscribed the bandwidth it's normally openreach so out of TT hands
