@sofie_marchant @TalkTalk They're asking me the same. I can confirm it's specifically no signal on the incoming fibre line. I've tested this at a point before the modem, so the outage sits before customer equipment

Dear @TalkTalk , what sort of joke of a company are you? Broadband not working. Online diagnostics unavailable. Eventually get through to customer services only to be told to ring back in a few hours as they can’t use their systems.

@TalkTalk No reply from that account. 🤷 I was planning to switch my residential broadband from virgin media to talk talk because it's cheaper but after this experience I don't believe you'd be able to provide a good service, or even any service.

@TalkTalk Hi TalkTalk! My mother, Brenda Hunt, who lives in Victoria Road, Salisbury, is not getting the full internet speeds of the 550mbps as promised when she upgraded her contract with you! She is using the Eero 5 router, Could you please fix this ASAP please?!

@TalkTalk No, we can talk here. It's more useful for other users that way. The service page is saying there's no issues with UK broadband but that's clearly not the case as it's down locally here. Is there an infrastructure issue?

@rainie1410 @DoricLoon74 I've found it definitely depends on your broadband provider. Some will block sites or throttle speed even if they say they don't. TalkTalk were really bad for it. I use Three and ExpressVPN now. Reasonably cheap. Good speeds. 👍
