@TalkTalk is the internet down in Maidstone Kent area? My box isn’t working and done everything to try and sort it out. Kinda stressing as I’m a uni student who solely dependents on the internet to be able to work.

@insiderjon Thank you for these details. The way TalkTalk’s standard approach operates to deflect and deter customer pursuit of satisfaction is artful, and not in a good way. As an ISP, TalkTalk seem to be as much as stain on UK reputation as the Govt failure at COVID Test,Track,Trace. #Dido

Hi @TalkTalk I thought your internet service was bad but your customer service is even worse! I have waited over 2 weeks for a new router and I was told on the phone today to be patient! Seriously?! I cannot access my work VPN and am unable to do any work!

So basically Talktalk cut us off over a rescheduled fibre upgrade, wouldn't admit it, 3 engineers later admits it, can't put us back on, we have to cancel and renew, which takes 6 days, and we're not allowed compensation because of the fibre contract upgrade we didn't even get.
