    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @TalkTalk Not so happy. Specially that not only you put unauthorised charges on my account but also the internet is still slower than in the 1990s! Support Chat is not working, phone lines are also not working at your end. I think it is fair time to say goodbye

    @Noodle2010 @TalkTalk Same with me, all well and good when talking about renewing contract. As soon as I mentioned poor service they went awol. Terrible service.

    @el_hembo @TalkTalk mine is like that since over 7 months now. With no joy from @talktalk they are happy to take the money but oh boy if it doesnt work your are on your own

    @TalkTalk why on earth did I spend nearly an hour and 40mins on the phone trying to sort out my connection with one of your support staff - I was repeatedly told speeds to house were ok - for about 5mins had a strong signal and now dropping out repeatedly - just not good enough!!

    @TalkTalk i have been left waiting on the phone for two and a half hours and there are still 30 people ahead of me on the line! i have already given notice to terminate my account now that contract has ended to the customer service rep, Why am i being asked to wait?
