    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @TalkTalk Wow! What a totally useless customer service person Ijust spoke to. I am appalled at how unhelpful and stupid they were. The call was recorded so please listen to it. Unbelievable!

    @TalkTalk over the last couple of months Ive tried to log in to renew my contract rather than pay the out of contract price. Thought there was a mobile issue logging in. Today I remembered to try laptop at work and still cant log in. Guess you want the higher price from me eh?

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     Spent 2 hrs 20 mins trying to resolve an issue with @TalkTalk. Received a router that was clearly faulty, damaged and previously used. Trying to charge me. Multiple transfers btw teams, full diagnostics completed, photos provided, still no resolution. @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk @Ofcom since “planned maintenance “, my 90 yr old visually impaired, widowed mum has been left without a house phone line working for 12 days. Daily updates to say not fixed is not good enough in a modern tech world for an extremely vulnerable customer. DO NOT USE/Help!
