    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @TalkTalk WiFi cutting out constantly, and goes off around midnight everyday, seriously why do I have to pay my bill when you don’t provide me a reliable service?

    @TalkTalkGroup get your call centre staff back into the office !!!! The level of service from your advisors at @TalkTalk is awful with screaming kids in the background plus I bet there in there pyj’s and sat on there bed, how is that a good way to be providing customer service

    @NathanIsBackIn1 I hate TalkTalk. They “slammed” our phone line & internet, it was standard practice stealing customers against their will, it took us 2 months to get our internet back. It was a disgusting experience. I will never ever touch them again.

    @TalkTalk spent over an hour on live web chat and then got cut off. No internet at all. Keeps cutting out. I’ve had to leave house to get signal to use mobile data today and web chat said be sorted and i have nada. Pls sort as have kids in isolation doing homeschool

    Apologies for @WeAreOpenreach & @TalkTalk whining. LinkedIn tagging execs worked with TalkTalk Head of Digital Experience responding and tracking down Openreach CEO's email also worked well - he responded & forwarded to Director, Customer Service who has promised it'll get sorted

    @TalkTalk That's nice to know why is it round about midnight regularly you drop the connection so I have to spend 15 mins resetting router....it was working fine till YouTube dropped out .. 4 machines confirm it. Then I go to the help site I can't chat and no message options.

    @TalkTalk I earlier this year "upgraded" from Fibre 35 to Fibre 65. Previously I was getting around 38mbs after the "upgrade" I got exactly the same. Complained but was told that is my lines max. I would like to revert to Fibre 35 HELP!
