    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @AndrewG75978933 @LozzaFox That's nothing - I was left with no broadband for 8 days. Finally got it sorted then cancelled my subscription and went to Talktalk. Just had enough of Virgin's intermittent broadband service!!

    @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp @TalkTalk escalated my issue to openreach..I am just waiting for phone call pls "Due to availability of the engineer on the area, I have pass this to the relevant team who will be calling you within 24-48 hours regarding the appointment time and date. Marte"

    @RyanBak23697699 @TalkTalk Did you have to pay cancellation fees etc to leave? I really want to but they told me I’d be charged quite a hefty amount to cancel and go elsewhere!

    @TalkTalk Internet keeps cutting out and slow. Its awful. Sometimes get 20mbs download speed which is awful when minimum is 36mbs. Please call me to discuss. British advisor too please, not south african as they are very rude anf not helpful.

    @TalkTalk You arbitarily disable Teamviewer access to your customers, close your accounts portal and we cannot get thorugh to you on customer services. Please advise of a number where we can actually SPEAK to comeone.

    @TalkTalk Last tues talktalk engineer visited my home and raised a trouble report requesting visit to my house from an openreach engineer - to solve my O/H line issue. The openreach engineer didn't turn up..Why is it so impossible to book another visit? @OpenreachHelp
