@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

@TalkTalk I have just spent an hour with your billing department to make one final payment on my account. It was a painful hour spent trying to hear each other speak. Communication should be your strong point. Very unsatisfactory service.

@TalkTalk I get that but I've never heard of any other company doing that - especially threatening with a fine! The ethernet cable you provided broke after 6 months so she's used her own for the last 3.5 years which she will not be returning to you. The router will be returned.

@CTSI_UK @CitizensAdvice Ok iv just been on to talktalk they explained everything and its down to CityFibre talktalk are all so not happy with them for the inconvenience they have cause il keep that number untill the 29th incase the job is not done thanks

@TalkTalk what an absolute farce trying to deal with ‘customer support’. Broadband not what was promised. Hardware not what was promised. Can’t even cancel easily!

Customer Service at #talktalk is appalling. Raised a complaint 186569 & was due a call between 2pm & 4pm yesterday. No call. Complained again this morning - due a call at 10am today - nothing.

@TalkTalk Hi would it be possible for someone to ring my in laws who are having lots of issues with their talktalk TV box losing signal, they’re elderly and can’t navigate around the phone automated system to talk to someone to sort it. I can dm details if required.
