    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @TalkTalk I can't get a tv signal this afternoon - no channels at all. I still have broadband. Could you check if your signals are working please. I have checked that everything is plugged in - in all the correct places.

    @TalkTalk Can a member of your team please respond to my messages. I have been trying to raise a complaint over the phone... I get put on hold, then the call is answered but no one speaks. then the line is cut off. I have phoned 4 times this morning.

    @TalkTalk hi there, i was promised a free OpenReach upgrade months ago and am waiting to hear from TT to rearrange an engineer visit. Meanwhile my email provider has decommissioned the hosting, so it doesn’t work and I can no longer receive your email or log in to my acc! Help!
