    @TalkTalk I upgraded to fibre today but TalkTalk forgot to send new router. Was told old one would work until new arrives but it's been deactivated. Could you reactivate pls? We need it for work tomorrow and support keep ending our live chats.

    @TalkTalk I've been having issues all night, keeps cutting off then going back on constantly. Had a stable connection all night absolutely shocking. No help at from you're teams
