    @longwire1000 @TalkTalk Kept ringing and demanded a call back from the complaints team. Spoke to a lady called Melanie who read my notes and said "I can see why you're leaving as what you've experienced is awful". So guess you got to speak to the one diamond in the rough

    @TalkTalk down again unable to work it is so slow!!!!! An engineer came out 10 days ago he said the speed is good. Ridiculous!!!!!!!

    Imagine booking a home move and @TalkTalk systems decide to cancel it for a reason nobody can figure out why… and ur go live date is now 3 weeks too late. **** knows how I’m gonna manage working from home the entire start of January. Thanks for that. 🙃

    Baffled at the horrendous service I’ve had from @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup. Asked for the complaints procedure 3 times, been told a manager is going to call me back and they’ve not followed through with this. Horrendous service, never again

    @TalkTalk Hi, yes we got an upgrade and had an engineer come two weeks ago but its been even worse since then. Connection drops every 5 minutes. It’s lucky I’m not working from home at the moment…
