    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    Re your business account people: they are the most spectacularly useless script-reading nincompoops I’ve dealt with. I cannot access my own account because you’ve decided an email I have never used is the only acceptable proof I exist. I’ve provided every piece of ID except my inside-leg measurement.     @TalkTalkBiz Hi, I’m a Utility Warehouse broadband customer. Since switching from Vodafone, my PS5 has had severe online gaming lag. Could this be due to latency or routing on the TalkTalk Wholesale network? Any advice would be appreciated.

    Has anyone else got through to @talktalk ? as I found it so hard to Talktalk with them that after 3 hours I just gave up - and I have been a customer for 4 years or more ….and I tried every which way, believe me !

    @TalkTalk Wow! What a totally useless customer service person Ijust spoke to. I am appalled at how unhelpful and stupid they were. The call was recorded so please listen to it. Unbelievable!

    @GBNEWS Because BT is overpriced, I'm with a small company that uses the TalkTalk network if I need to speak to them, I'm connected to an advisor within a minute.

    @TalkTalk Customer service don't listen, don't care, don't empathise & appear to have no humanity. Don't tell me you have rules and procedures when I'm not asking you to break any rules or procedures. I want to pay a final bill & return your equipment. Nothing confidential there!

    @TalkTalk following ur own “planned maintenance” this is now day 8 of my mum not having her landline. A vulnerable 90 yr old living alone , 100 miles away from only son. Totally unacceptable in modern tech age. Tech support, cust complaints, welfare , not 1 person can sort 😡😡

    Anybody else with sky wifi I moved from talktalk to sky few months ago got there 2nd fastest WiFi and it is ******* terrible my talktalk wifi was alot worse speeds and seemed to be faster 😑
