@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

@TalkTalk Hi Ram, unfortunately nothing yet! I did reset my router and all the usual steps this morning after seeing some friends (albeit on different providers) regain service today. Hopefully it's not too long before we get internet back!

.@TalkTalk is leaving me without internet for over a week, forcing me to commute to the office by train during a pandemic, treating the issue with a complete lack of urgency and refusing to cover any of the extra data costs I’m incurring. Definitely one to avoid.

@TalkTalk I spoke to your customer service team today who informed me that my internet won't be back until at least March 1st. Is there any chance you could provide me with mobile data or broadband until this time? I work from home and my internet connection is essential.

@dancludlow @TalkTalk I have requested that they fulfill the original complaint in the original 3 to 5 day timescale which would end tomorrow what they want to do is add another 5 days, I'm not impressed

@Amanda3eadle @TalkTalk When I ran writing workshops at @talktalk it was run by Dido Harding. They did anything to avoid picking up the phone. Ironic, no? Their whole business plan was about avoiding customer service.
