    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @TalkTalk The laugh is, you have a fault & they can't find it so upgraded to someone higher which could take 5 WORKING DAYS to get back to you. Meanwhile still taking our money. Hubby managed to find fault local exchange, TT still never knew about it. Resumed after 17 hrs.

    @TalkTalk as new customers we r angry & upset at the shocking quality of the WiFi, dysfunctional website & customer services. Like so many bz working families this is a problem we don't have time or capacity for. Totally unable to access online or rel support to address issues

    Sent DM’s to nearly 2000 people (not one at a time lol) stating how bad @TalkTalk is. It’s my personal mission to ruin them for not giving money back for the poor service. Talktalk WILL die.

    Someone at @TalkTalk will eventually have to speak to us when we halt payment and begin to share how poor the customer service is. My account runs so slowly and poorly designed as to be worse than useless. If u want Superfast Btoadband try @SkyUK
