@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

How bad are @TalkTalk ? Having agreed to upgrade our broadband 4 weeks ago, I’m still waiting for them to switch it over. I’ve spent 7 hours this week on phone/chat. No one takes any responsibility, been passed around and cut off more times than I can remember. Time for a change.

Got a message from @TalkTalk with an appointment for fibre to home instalation, so confirmed the appointment. Engineer came today and installed but the service from @TalkTalk to the house doesn't work. 4 hours on the phone to them and still no service.

@TalkTalk why’s my WiFi not working and flashing orange? I’ve been told there’s a fault & it’ll take 2-3 working days to be fixed, I don’t pay for it to not work for a couple days… it should be sorted straight away

@daddydaycare31 @TalkTalk It is and the same happened to me. And they sent me a router. Had to faff about and cancel the engineer via their terrible customer service and now they want me to return the router, but they don’t do collections. Shocking. Think I’ll send them an invoice for my time

@ShellEnergyHome disgusted! 89 year old grandma with lifeline, told that there is a problem with phone (told it’s @TalkTalk problem). Eventually problem solved, bill received 28/7 (dated 14/7) with £155 charge for 3 engineer call outs, direct debit due 29th @ofgem #vulnerable

@CathiHickford @TalkTalk Same thing happened to me! I had to call them to cancel it although still waiting for a call back which they said it would be 48 hours but now gone past that!! Shocking how they can just do this and wonder how many people don’t realise until it’s too late!
