    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @TalkTalk here we are again: another 12 hour with no broadband and God only knows when it’ll back. Service down, obviously and as usual, when the customer service is not working. Well done TalkTalk, congrats for the amazing service!

    Seems it was a problem with the TalkTalk server. I successfully resent with gmail.

    @TalkTalk You have made do these checks multiple times and multiple days. There’s never been an outcome and it’s draining me. I definitely deserve compensation for this poor service

    @TalkTalk Your ServiceStatus says there are no Broadband problems but our office has been offline since 01:11 this morning and it's now 08:40. Your online chat is still offline too despite saying it opens at 08:00 @TalkTalk @TalkTalkBizCare

    @TalkTalk my talk talk youview is turning on however it keeps coming up with ‘talktalk test’. I’ve reset my box and internet to see if that would work and it still hasn’t. If there anything I can do to sort this problem out. First time it happened. #youview #help
