    @TalkTalk we have now been without wifi for 10+ days. When called on Tuesday you told us an engineer was ‘around the corner’ which was clearly untrue, as we haven’t heard anything since. Paid our bill on the 16th for no service; no end date for a fix. What are we supposed to do?

    Hi @TalkTalk, I can't seem to register/create an account on your website. I complete the process and I get a “technical error” message. Been having the problem all week. I'm a new customer having problems with my WiFi

    @TalkTalk Beware when trying to cancel your account. @talktalk have not cancelled my account when instructed on several occasions and have since continued to take money from me via direct debit. Charlatans

    @TalkTalk I tried to cancel my account on several occasions and finally got through to someone who said they had done it. I have been charged twice since then and my account is not cancelled. Stop stealing money from me.
