    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @TalkTalk I spent 3 hours on chats yesterday requesting an engineer for my ongoing issue. My internet disconnected again this morning. At the same time as it has for the last three mornings. There is an issue that an engineer needs to look at. Please can you send one?

    Truly appalling service from @TalkTalk no internet for a week, lied to by live chat; then told an engineer would come; engineer cancelled. Now another three working days - no weekends. And no apology today.

    @TalkTalk are rubbish. I have no landline, and keep losing my email. Cannot get hold of TalkTalk although I am a priority customer, due to age and that I don’t use mobile Phone. Disgusting!

    @TalkTalk Please could someone contact me about the credit searches Talk Talk have performed (3) on my account? I never had anything installed, TT cancelled my 3 installations and I'd like the 3 credit searches removed from my account please.
