@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

What a sneaky shower of the sticky brown stuff are @TalkTalk Made a complaint about our broadband. They send out an engineer, then apologise and credit your account with £48 but then charge you £50 for the engineer !!! #modernrobbers

@TalkTalk I'll DM you but if you don't sort it out I'll be calling in your contract term which says I can cancel. BT never dropped below 58mbps so I'll go back to them if you can't sort it out

Constant non service from @TalkTalk 3 weeks now and still no better. Joke of a company. Phone them and get cut off halfway through and no one calls you back.

@TalkTalk you've deleted my tweet about your poor service, placing a block on my FTTP line so I cannot switch providers. 10 weeks of calls, emails, chat bots etc. Contacted ombudsman and putting in a formal complaint. Appalling service.

Worst company to deal with @TalkTalk wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Slow speeds, terrible staff, can’t process a simple cancellation. Don’t make the mistake of getting stuck into a deal with these cowboys.
