@TalkTalk @Google I have also realised from what I have Googled that the reason my Chromebook becomes unstable when it connects to WiFi Direct is because Miracast technology was originally designed to mirror one screen to another eg a phone to a TV & it needs a stable connection to a single stream

@dwppressoffice @TalkTalk Phoning again now because that last person either wasn't willing to help or just doesn't have the training or resources to help, I know which one I think it is. Call centre staff not fit for purpose really, been told that by one of your case managers aswell.. #ScumbagSystem

@TalkTalk @Google 18. A Miracast Alliance document dated 2015 (which I told TT about) explains that manufacturers should ensure that, if a device is not Mirocast enabled (and therefore won't go online) it shoudn't indicate WiFi failure, security issues or give a blank screen (but my PC does).

.@Twitter always says I'm logging in on a new device. I always log in on my chromebook from my home TalkTalk WiFi (I don't have a sim) & the time is 8 hours slow (but n time ago is always right). My Chromebook location (& on Twitter) keeps changing & is up to 15 miles wrong. Why?

@TalkTalk @Google Over the Christmas period I had two blue screens on my PC, both caused by TT WiFi connection dropping (due to local network problems). Microsoft reinstall it the 1st time in a number of remote sessions, but the second time the PC wouldn't go online & all 4 dongles ceased to work.

@TalkTalk @Google 8. This took me to another page, which also looked completley different. The first time it asked for the WiFi password & other times it asked for my email address & password. My chromebook showed my Network name & "Proxy" "WiFi Direct". I told TalkTalk about this many times....

@TalkTalk @Google 16. My PC says my files are visible & is telling me to change my File Sharing settings. I have never set file sharing & I can't change them because TalkTalk needs to Miracast enable their Ethernet connection for older PCs (prior to 2015) to go online or provide a Miracast Dongle.
