Rachel Bown-Williams (@raecbw) reportedAny recommendations for internet providers. We are leaving @TalkTalk they were brilliant for the first two years but been without internet for two weeks and they are stalling recognising that there is a problem.
-
Jordan (@JordStocks93) reported@TalkTalk can I have an update on my escalated complaint please? After multiple texts stating "we'll be calling you today regarding your conplaint", spanning over 2 weeks; still no call. This is an escalation and still there seems to be no priority whatsoever 🙄

Anne-Marie Arber (@anne_arber) reported@DrMattGray @TalkTalk They are so useless I've had issues for over a year and they just fob me off
-
Dr Matt Gray (@DrMattGray) reported@TalkTalk I appreciate you’re trying to help but I’ve had many of these offers before and I’m still without broadband. I’ve wasted hours explaining my problems only to be assured they had been resolved when they haven’t. I repeat - please get someone with authority to contact me directly.
-
Ruth Yorke (@RuthYorke1) reported@TalkTalk Why? So your customer services can be rude & aggressive to me again? No thanks
-
FreeGirl (@FreeGirl1m) reported@TalkTalk No you didn’t, to paraphrase you were ‘surprised’ by the increase to costs & that it was all done to improve your network in my area… this all contradicts you telling me at point of sale in Dec how brilliant your fibre network was in the area .. less than 3 months in contract.

Peter Jenkins (@4jenko4) reported from Chadwell, EnglandEvening @TalkTalk, is there a problem in the DE7 area? Got the orange light of doom…
-
misty sefton (@atkinson_misty) reported@TalkTalk I’d rather not as since I posted this you moved her appointment back to the 14th. Absolute joke especially as the engineers were outside her property a few days ago ensuring that there was light and the joints were live. Oh sorry did I fail to mention my hubby is a ceo engineer
-
Dr Matt Gray (@DrMattGray) reported@TalkTalk @atkinson_misty There’s little point in sending a dm unfortunately as you just get fobbed off with excuses, passed around different departments, none of who can answer your questions or sort the problem and then suggest you go back to sales and reorder. Cancel and try @Plusnet
