@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

@TalkTalk Over an hour only to be put through to customer service and then cut off, dint even have the decency to call me back. Absolutely disgraceful only been with @TalkTalk for a few months and using our phone hotspot for internet, Seriously at our whits end with this jike company

@laurasgc @TalkTalk If there's no conclusion to a complaint they should have sent you a deadlock letter and Ofcom can resolve. They are obliged to do this.

@TalkTalk Omg seroiusly worst company, third call in, my call was dropped 2 times whilst going through the securitiy placed on hold then third time security checked qent through process now im still on hold 43 minutes later....absolutely fuming

@TalkTalk your conduct is, frankly, disgusting. Our 'open' complaint was closed without any feedback, now you have wrongly taken this £50 - without authority - and you have still not paid my mum the refund that you confirmed she was due 8 weeks ago.

@TalkTalk doorstep pressure sellers mis-representing themselves as having been sent to check the WiFi in the area because of complaints… very poor form and preys on the vulnerable. Rogue sellers or is this your approved marketing technique?

@Susankerrison2 @GeorgeMonbiot I had a very difficult time several years ago dealing with TalkTalk on behalf of my elderly father, now deceased. I had to threaten them with legal action to get them to back down. It looks like they've not improved at all. What a terrible company and a lousy service.

@TalkTalk The internet goes down at 1:30am. LIKE WHY! Some people use the internet over night and somehow this issue doesn’t get resolved? It’s been an hour.
