  @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews.   @TalkTalk Hi Elizabeth, she is, she’s in a town called Skelmersdale (WN8 postcode). We were told about Storm Dave potentially affecting her, but we were barely hit by it, and us & her neighbours have no issue?

  @TalkTalk Will someone turn the internet back on for the TQ13 area of Bovey Tracey Devon as it has been off since 5am today and local businesses e.g Lidl & Asda garage have been cash only, and must be losing thousands of pounds #Wifi #internet #outage
