@TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

@TalkTalk I have upgraded to full fibre in December 2022 but they didn't close my previous account. Since then I spend hours with the agents on the phone to try and cancel and no-one seem to help me. I get bills for 2 accounts each month. This is just ridiculous.

@TalkTalk 2 weeks into my new fullfibre500 connection and im not getting anywhere near the minimum guaranteed speeds! Online customer service chat are not helpful either and i've lost all faith in TalkTalk. Im still receiving my old fullfibre150 speeds! @Ofcom #cisas

@TalkTalk My WiFi is not working. It's been flashing orange and then orange and white. We tried turning it off for 20 mins and nothing has worked. Tried live chat but not connecting! Please help!!
