    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    We’ve had no telephone or internet connection for 16 days The problem is obvious (damaged external cable) and yet @TalkTalk are still ‘investigating the fault’. There has been no proactive reporting. Today they asked to call me back on my landline to confirm my identity. Argh!!

    @TalkTalk Another day of trying to get a National call booster removed from my 90 year old mother in laws billing.. simple yes?? Ohhh no!! Ntokozo couldn’t have been less helpful or shown less empathy (clearly passed the talk talk customer service test👍) More tomorrow🤪

    @TalkTalk got to be the worst internet I've ever had!. I've given up trying to contact to just go through the same scripted spiel over and over. Trying to watch anything is impossible. Bring on Virgin when it's connected next month. In meantime think I might try 5G with Three.

    @thedanjames91 @martinmalseed @TalkTalk I first contacted them six days ago. I've spoken online with about 8/9 people. I eventually got through to someone dealing with the complaint. This was on about 10 goes. All mysteriously up and running. I am going on today to claim my compensation

    @thedanjames91 @TalkTalk Also I insisted that the contract restarts ..which gives me a further 14 days to make sure everything is ok .. I moved house and never had a problem with them at my last address..but a set top box that cannot record while I watch another channel is ridiculous.. But the worst was

    @ITVXhelp Hello, the issue still isn't resolved. I'm using ITVX on out new Netgem TV Box (TalkTalk TV version) which is fully up-to-date. Please can you assist?
