    @TalkTalk not too sure whats happened, but I’ve lost all signal from by broadband hub when sat in the back garden. Its been ok for last 2years and nothing else had changed. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated, thanks #nowifinofun

    @TalkTalk I am currently on the 8th call in the last 2 hours to try and cancel my UFO. Nobody there has the ability to transfer my call to someone that can actually cancel it!! I just get transferred to music then silence! Can’t wait to cancel!

    .@TalkTalk all unable to help in any way or suggest how to get password information. Only suggestion is a call back from a supervisor within 48 hours! It would be easier to get access to her bank account. All to fix your equipment which has failed at an address you can confirm!

    @TalkTalk Yet again, ‘Justin’ in customer services has made me cry with his belittling manner. I can’t believe this company. All I want is a refund for a service that I never used and was meant to have been cancelled a year ago by yourselves.

    @TalkTalk I’ve exhausted all your support channels and I still have no internet for over a week. I have been on the phone for an hour a day and then I get cut off. The chat is slow and then they say they’re sending a new router and it never shows up. What am I supposed to do?

    @talktalk - I am trying to cancel within my cooling off period and have been kept on hold for 25 minutes - is this deliberate?
